Description

运动拉绳结构 技术领域
本发明是有关于一种运动器材, 且特别是有关于一种运动拉绳结构。 背景技术
因应现代人生活劳累、 运动不足、 或希望锻炼不同肌肉群, 各式各样的运 动辅助器材运应而生, 不一而足。
其中于家庭或健身房最常见的器材之一, 就是仰卧起坐运动板, 然而传统 的仰卧起坐运动板仅供仰卧起坐, 运动形式单一, 不仅较容易无趣, 也局限于 单一运动而只能锻炼有限的局部肌肉。
因此市面上另外产生了许多具有各式功能的仰卧起坐运动板, 有的仰卧起 坐运动板可调整仰卧角度, 也有的仰卧起坐运动板在仰卧板的靠背加装弹簧而 使得仰卧起坐更容易执行, 因而使得运动更容易进行, 进而提高使用者使用意 愿。
也有的运动器材结合各式训练机台于一体,可以提供多种不同的运动模式, 如仰卧起坐、 划船、 跑歩或重量训练等多种功能, 但各种功能无法同时执行, 意即一次仅能执行一项运动, 于单项运动上能锻炼的肌肉依然有限, 运动的执 行也较无趣味及变化性。 并且这类运动器材所提供的运动强度通常较强, 使得 平时并无运动习惯的人难以持久, 而不容易用以培养运动习惯。 发明公开
因此, 本发明提供一种运动拉绳结构, 其透过可仰躺的运动基座配合可运 动拉伸的绳, 使得执行仰卧起坐或仰躺伸展的同时, 可一起执行手部拉绳运动, 达到同时锻炼身体多部位的肌群, 并且本发明采用可枢摆的枢件, 不但使绳不 易磨耗, 更提供流畅而平滑的运动体验。
依据本发明一实施方式, 运动拉绳结构包含一运动基座、 一拉绳座、 一枢 座、 一枢座滑轮及一绳, 其中拉绳座沿一运动方向具有一第一端及一第二端, 拉绳座的第一端相对应装设于运动基座, 枢座可枢摆地设于拉绳座的第二端, 枢座的枢摆方向相对应运动方向, 枢座滑轮枢设于枢座, 绳的一端固设于拉绳 座, 绳延运动方向绕经枢座滑轮, 绳的另一端用以供运动拉伸。
依据上述的运动拉绳结构, 其中还可包含至少一中介滑轮及一拉把, 中介 滑轮可枢设于拉绳座的第一端或第二端, 而绳延运动方向绕经中介滑轮及枢座 滑轮, 拉把可设于绳的另一端, 又拉把可为可拆卸地装设于绳。 其中拉绳座的 第一端还可具有一定位部, 用以定位拉绳座相对运动基座呈一预设夹角, 绳可 为一弹性绳。 其中若运动拉绳结构的中介滑轮的数量为一, 则中介滑轮可设于 拉绳座的第一端, 若运动拉绳结构的中介滑轮的数量为二或二以上, 则中介滑 轮可轮流设于拉绳座的第一端及第二端。
依据本发明另一实施方式, 运动拉绳结构包含一运动基座、 一拉绳座以及 二拉绳组, 拉绳座沿一运动方向具有一第一端及一第二端, 第一端相对应装设 于运动基座, 二拉绳组并列设置于拉绳座, 其中各拉绳组分别包含一枢座、 一 枢座滑轮、 一绳, 枢座可枢摆地设于拉绳座的第二端, 枢座的枢摆方向相对应 运动方向, 枢座滑轮枢设于枢座, 绳的一端固设于拉绳座, 绳延运动方向绕经 枢座滑轮, 绳的另一端用以供运动拉伸。
依据上述的运动拉绳结构, 其中还可包含至少一中介滑轮及一拉把, 中介 滑轮可枢设于拉绳座的第一端或第二端, 而绳延运动方向绕经中介滑轮及枢座 滑轮, 拉把可设于绳的另一端, 又拉把可为可拆卸地装设于绳。 其中拉绳座的 第一端还可具有一定位部, 用以定位拉绳座相对运动基座呈一预设夹角, 绳可 为一弹性绳。 其中若运动拉绳结构的中介滑轮的数量为一, 则中介滑轮可设于 拉绳座的第一端, 若运动拉绳结构的中介滑轮的数量为二或二以上, 则中介滑 轮可轮流设于拉绳座的第一端及第二端。
依据本发明又一实施方式, 运动拉绳结构包含一运动基座、 一拉绳座、 二 拉绳组, 拉绳座沿一运动方向具有一第一端及一第二端, 第一端相对应枢设于 运动基座, 且拉绳座的第一端还具有一定位部, 用以定位拉绳座相对运动基座 呈一预设夹角, 二拉绳组并列设置于拉绳座, 各拉绳组分别包含一枢座、 一枢 座滑轮、 至少一中介滑轮、 一绳及一拉把, 枢座可枢摆地设于拉绳座的第二端, 枢座的枢摆方向相对应运动方向, 枢座滑轮枢设于枢座, 中介滑轮枢设于拉绳 座的第一端或第二端, 绳的一端固设于拉绳座, 绳延运动方向依序绕经中介滑 轮及枢座滑轮, 绳的另一端用以供运动拉伸, 拉把装设于绳的另一端。
依据上述的运动拉绳结构, 其中拉把可为可拆卸地装设于绳。 其中若运动 拉绳结构的中介滑轮的数量为一, 则中介滑轮可设于拉绳座的第一端, 若运动 拉绳结构的中介滑轮的数量为二或二以上, 则中介滑轮可轮流设于拉绳座的第 一¾及果一 ¾。
由上述可知应用本发明的运动拉绳结构, 不仅可于执行仰卧起坐或仰躺伸 展的同时, 一起执行手部拉绳运动, 达到同时锻炼身体多部位的肌群, 又拉绳 可辅助仰卧起坐运动的执行, 使得运动更容易持续, 并增进运动的变化性及趣 味性, 让使用者更易于培养运动习惯。 本发明更由于拉绳座与运动基座间的夹 角可变化, 因此可改变运动角度又可使得拉绳座可相对运动基座折收, 达到不 占空间的收纳。 又本发明采用可枢摆的枢件来枢设枢座滑轮, 在使用者进行拉 绳运动的同时, 可让枢座滑轮随着施力方向的变化而枢摆, 使得绳更不易磨耗, 运动拉绳结构更耐用, 并同时提供使用者更流畅而平滑的运动体验。 且本发明 的运动拉绳结构装设中介滑轮的方式, 使得当各中介滑轮或其他零件有损耗需 更换时, 零件的拆卸安装更简便容易, 达到维修方便的功效。 附图简要说明

实现本发明的最佳方式
请共同参照图 1〜图 4, 其中图 1是绘示依照本发明一实施方式的运动拉绳 结构的立体图, 图 2是绘示图 1中关于拉绳座 200及拉绳组 300的局部立体图, 图 3是绘示图 2的零件爆炸图, 图 4是绘示图 2的剖面图。
运动拉绳结构包含一运动基座 100、一拉绳座 200以及二拉绳组 300, 运动 基座 100可包含一座位 110及一靠背 120,用以执行仰躺动作。拉绳座 200沿一 运动方向 P具有一第一端 210及一第二端 220, 第一端 210可枢转地相对应装 设于运动基座 100, 二拉绳组 300并列设置于拉绳座 200, 其中拉绳组 300包含 三中介滑轮、 一枢座 340、 一枢座滑轮 350及一绳 360, 三中介滑轮分别为一第 一中介滑轮 310、一第二中介滑轮 320及一第三中介滑轮 330。其中第一中介滑 轮 310枢设于拉绳座 200的第一端 210, 第二中介滑轮 320枢设于拉绳座 200 的第二端 220, 第三中介滑轮 330枢设于拉绳座 200的第一端 210, 且第一中介 滑轮 310的轴向与第三中介滑轮 330的轴向平行, 枢座 340可枢摆地设于拉绳 座 200的第二端 220, 枢座 340的枢摆方向相对应运动方向 P, 枢座滑轮 350枢 设于枢座 340, 绳 360的一端固设于拉绳座 200并依序绕经第三中介滑轮 330、 第二中介滑轮 320、第一中介滑轮 310及枢座滑轮 350, 绳 360的另一端用以供 运动拉伸。
图 1〜图 4所示的运动拉绳结构是采用三个中介滑轮, 分别为第一中介滑轮 310、 第二中介滑轮 320及第三中介滑轮 330, 但依照本发明的运动拉绳结构的 中介滑轮的数量不限于三, 其数量亦可为一、 二或三以上, 将于后详述。
请继续参照图 1〜图 4, 当使用者延运动方向 P而拉伸绳 360时, 由于使用 者在运动时的施力不一定稳定, 可能造成施力的角度变化, 此时枢座 340可随 着施力的角度变化而进行枢摆方向 R的枢摆, 降低由于施力角度的变化而可能 造成的绳 360的磨损。
其中上述的绳 360可采用一弹性绳。 拉绳座 200的第一端 210还可具有二 定位部 211, 用以定位拉绳座 200相对运动基座 100旋转而定位一预设夹角。上 述的运动基座 100不一定需包含座位 110或靠背 120,只要运动基座能用以执行 仰躺动作即可。
请参照图 5, 其绘示依照本发明另一实施方式的运动拉绳结构的立体图, 除上述图 1的结构外, 运动拉绳结构还可包含一拉把 400, 拉把 400可设于绳 360的另一端, 又拉把 400可为可拆卸地装设于绳 360, 拉把 400可用以供使用 者握持而运动拉伸绳 360。
请参照图 6, 其绘示图 5于一使用状态的剖视图。 其中上述的拉绳座 200 的第一端 210还可具有二定位部 211, 用以定位拉绳座 200相对运动基座 100 呈一预设夹角 A。 其中定位部 211可为一凹槽或穿孔, 另可采用一插销 212用 以与定位部 211卡合, 使拉绳座 200相对运动基座 100的预设夹角 A可受卡掣 而固定。此时使用者可坐于运动基座 100的座位 110, 并将背靠于运动基座 100 的靠背 120, 以手握拉把 400。
请参照图 7, 其绘示图 5于另一使用状态的剖视图。 延续图 6的使用状态, 当使用者坐于座位 110, 并执行仰躺动作而将靠背 120向后压倒时, 手握拉把 400并执行拉绳运动, 而将绳 360大致延运动方向 P拉长, 达到在仰躺动作的 同时做拉绳运动。
其中上述仰躺动作可为仰卧起坐运动中的仰躺动作, 所以可让使用者于执 行仰卧起坐运动的同时一起执行拉绳运动。 然而本发明不限应用于仰卧起坐, 只要是可执行仰躺动作的运动基座 100皆可应用本发明, 达到可在做仰躺运动 或仰躺伸展的同时, 一起做拉绳运动的功效。 也因此运动基座 100不限于附图 中的形式, 运动基座 100亦可采用仰卧起坐板、 平板、 弧形板、 可后仰的座椅、 或可靠背后仰的装置, 例如当采用办公椅作为运动基座时, 则可于办公疲惫时, 以后仰及拉绳舒展紧绷的身心。
其中上述运动拉绳结构, 拉把 400用以执行拉绳运动, 但拉把 400不一定 用以手握, 拉把 400只要能为使用者所把持, 或固定于使用者的手臂或肢体, 即可达到拉绳的功能。其中拉把 400可为可拆卸地装设于绳 360, 因此拉把 400 亦可变化采用各种不同形式而交替拆换装设于绳 360, 而可提供使用者采用不 同运动形式来执行拉绳运动的变化性。
又上述运动拉绳结构, 由于将枢座滑轮 350枢设于枢座 340, 因此当拉动 拉绳 360以进行拉绳运动时, 绳 360可依照拉绳运动时的施力方向而以枢摆方 向 R (请共同参照图 2)枢摆枢座 340, 使得绳 360不易磨耗, 且使用者所受阻 力更小, 拉绳运动更流畅。
且上述运动拉绳结构, 由于第一中介滑轮 310、 第二中介滑轮 320、 第三中 介滑轮 330及枢座滑轮 350装设的位置皆外临整体运动拉绳结构的外缘, 因此 当任一中介滑轮或其它内部零件有损耗或需进行维修更换时, 各零件的拆装都 相当简易方便, 尤其中介滑轮位于外缘, 因此需要维修中介滑轮时只需拆装极 少的零件即可完成维修, 而不需拆装过多其他零件, 达成维修方便的功效。
请参照图 8及图 9, 图 8绘示依照本发明另一实施方式的运动拉绳结构的 拉绳座 200及拉绳组 300的局部立体图, 图 9绘示图 8的零件爆炸图。 图 8〜图 9中所示的运动拉绳结构的拉绳组 300是采用二个中介滑轮, 分别为第一中介 滑轮 310及第二中介滑轮 320, 其余附图的符号与前述相同者则为相同零件。 则第一中介滑轮 310可枢设于拉绳座 200的第一端 210, 第二中介滑轮 320可 枢设于拉绳座 200的第二端 220, 绳 360可固设于拉绳座 200的第一端 210, 绳 360自固定处延运动方向 P绕经第二中介滑轮 320、第一中介滑轮 310及枢座滑 轮 350。 其中拉绳组 300也可还包含一拉把 (未图示)。 拉绳组 300可装设于如 图 1或如图 5所示的运动拉绳结构而替换原拉绳组 300, 其操作方式类同图 6~ 图 7所示。

依照本发明的运动拉绳结构的拉绳组 300的中介滑轮的个数不限于上述说 明的一、 二或三个, 更可依实际需求而增加中介滑轮的个数, 也可不具备任何 中介滑轮, 而皆可达成让使用者于执行仰卧起坐运动的同时一起执行拉绳运动 的功效, 并且由于枢座 340的设置, 使得枢座 340带动枢座滑轮 350以枢摆方 向 R进行枢摆, 使得当使用者操作运动拉绳结构时绳 360不易磨耗, 且使用者 所受阻力更小, 拉绳运动更流畅。 又当各中介滑轮外临整体运动拉绳结构的外 缘时, 更可达到维修方便的优点。
虽然本发明已以实施方式揭露如上, 然其并非用以限定本发明, 任何熟悉 此技艺者, 在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内, 当可作各种的更动与润饰, 因此 本发明的保护范围当视所附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。 工业应用性
由上述本发明实施方式可知, 应用本发明具有下列优点。
1. 可同时执行仰躺动作及拉绳运动, 而同时运动身体的多肌群, 如腹部及 臂部。
2. 增进运动的变化性, 视使用者需求, 可变化仅使用仰躺运动或仰躺舒缓 的功能, 或仅做拉绳运动, 或同时执行仰躺及拉绳。 提升运动的变化性及趣味 性, 更能培养使用者的运动习惯, 也更增加应用本发明的运动拉绳结构的实用 性。
3. 绳不易磨耗, 使得整体运动拉绳结构更耐用, 并同时提供使用者更流畅 而平滑的运动体验。
4. 维修容易, 并且也使得后续保养更容易进行。
5. 收纳容易, 通过可枢转而可朝运动基座枢摆收回的拉绳座, 达到节省收 纳空间。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种运动拉绳结构, 其特征在于, 其包含:
一运动基座;
一拉绳座, 该拉绳座沿一运动方向具有一第一端及一第二端, 该第一端相 对应装设于该运动基座;
一枢座, 其可枢摆地设于该拉绳座的该第二端, 该枢座的枢摆方向相对应 该运动方向;
一枢座滑轮, 其枢设于该枢座; 及
一绳, 其一端固设于该拉绳座, 该绳延该运动方向绕经该枢座滑轮, 该绳 的另一端用以供运动拉伸。
2、 根据权利要求 1的运动拉绳结构, 其特征在于, 还包含:
至少一中介滑轮,枢设于该拉绳座的该第一端或该第二端, 其中该绳延该 运动方向绕经该中介滑轮及该枢座滑轮。
3、 根据权利要求 1的运动拉绳结构, 其特征在于, 该拉绳座的该第一端 还具有一定位部, 用以定位该拉绳座相对该运动基座呈一预设夹角。
4、 根据权利要求 1的运动拉绳结构, 其特征在于, 该绳为一弹性绳。
5、 根据权利要求 1的运动拉绳结构, 其特征在于, 还包含:
一拉把, 其设于该绳的另一端。

一运动基座;

一绳, 其一端固设于该拉绳座, 该绳延该运动方向绕经该枢座滑轮, 该绳的另一端用以供运动拉伸。
8、 根据权利要求 7的运动拉绳结构, 其特征在于, 各该拉绳组还包含: 至少一中介滑轮,枢设于该拉绳座的该第一端或该第二端, 其中该绳延该 运动方向绕经该中介滑轮及该枢座滑轮。
9、 根据权利要求 7的运动拉绳结构, 其特征在于, 该拉绳座的该第一端 还具有一定位部, 用以定位该拉绳座相对该运动基座呈一预设夹角。
10、 根据权利要求 7的运动拉绳结构, 其特征在于, 该绳为一弹性绳。
11、 根据权利要求 7的运动拉绳结构, 其特征在于, 各该拉绳组还包含: 一拉把, 其设于该绳的另一端。
12、 根据权利要求 11的运动拉绳结构, 其特征在于, 该拉把为可拆卸地 装设于该绳。
13、 一种运动拉绳结构, 其特征在于, 其包含:
一运动基座;
一拉绳座, 该拉绳座沿一运动方向具有一第一端及一第二端, 该第一端相 对应枢设于该运动基座, 且该拉绳座的该第一端还具有一定位部,用以定位该 拉绳座相对该运动基座呈一预设夹角; 以及
二拉绳组, 其并列设置于该拉绳座, 各该拉绳组分别包含:
一枢座, 其可枢摆地设于该拉绳座的该第二端, 该枢座的枢摆方向相 对应该运动方向;
一枢座滑轮, 其枢设于该枢座;
至少一中介滑轮, 枢设于该拉绳座的该第一端或该第二端; 一绳, 其一端固设于该拉绳座, 该绳延该运动方向依序绕经该中介滑 轮及该枢座滑轮, 该绳的另一端用以供运动拉伸; 及
一拉把, 其装设于该绳的另一端。
14、 根据权利要求 13的运动拉绳结构, 其特征在于, 该拉把为可拆卸地 装设于该绳。
