Claims (8)
- 내용물 수용공간(31)이 형성된 내용기(30)와;상기 내용기(30) 상부에 결합되어 내용기(30)를 밀폐시키는 펌프지지대(40)와;상기 펌프지지대(40) 중앙 상부에 설치되어 내용물을 펌핑하는 펌프(50)와;상기 펌프(50) 상부에 결합되며, 외측의 대각선 방향으로 마주보는 2곳에 압박돌기(61)가 형성된 분배판(60) 및상기 분배판(60) 상부에 결합되며, 하단의 대각선 방향으로 마주보는 2곳에 압박홈(71)이 형성된 링버튼부재(70)로 형성되되,상기 펌프(50)는 행정거리가 1.5mm 내지 3.0mm 이고, 상기 행정거리와 실린더(51) 내경의 비율이 1:5 내지 1:13으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 행정거리가 짧은 펌프와 링버튼부재를 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 펌프(50)의 실린더(51)는 펌프지지대(40) 중앙에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 행정거리가 짧은 펌프와 링버튼부재를 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 펌프(50)는 바닥면에 내용물 흡입공(58)이 형성된 실린더(51)와, 상기 실린더(51) 바닥면에 장착되어 상기 내용물 흡입공(58)을 선택적으로 개폐하는 흡입밸브판(52)과, 상기 실린더(51) 상단에 얹혀지도록 상기 실린더(51) 외측으로 결합된 부싱(53)과, 상기 실린더(51) 내측에 형성되는 피스톤(55)과, 상기 피스톤(55) 외측에 끼워지며 상기 실린더(51) 내측면에 밀착되는 피스톤링(56)과, 상기 피스톤(55) 내주면에 결합되어 상하 이동하는 상하이동부재(57) 및 상기 상하이동부재(57)를 탄력 지지하는 탄성부재(54)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 행정거리가 짧은 펌프와 링버튼부재를 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 부싱(53)의 내측수평연장편(532)의 내측 단부는 라운드 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 행정거리가 짧은 펌프와 링버튼부재를 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 부싱(53)의 내측수평연장편(532)과 상하이동부재(57)의 외측연장돌륜(572) 사이에는 상기 상하이동부재(57)가 부싱(53) 내에서 유동적으로 움직일 수 있도록 0.3mm 내지 1.2mm의 틈새(59)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 행정거리가 짧은 펌프와 링버튼부재를 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 상하이동부재(57)가 한쪽으로 기울어진 상태로 가압되더라도 상기 피스톤링(56)에 의해 실린더(51) 내부가 밀폐되어 펌프(50)가 정상적으로 작동되도록 상기 피스톤링(56) 상부가 외측으로 벌어져 있고, 상기 피스톤링(56)의 상부 외측이 상기 상하이동부재(57)의 외측연장돌륜(572) 내측에 밀착되어 끼워지며, 상기 피스톤링(56)의 피스톤날개(561)가 실린더(51) 내측면에 밀착되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 행정거리가 짧은 펌프와 링버튼부재를 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 링버튼부재(70)는 링 형태로 형성되며, 일측에 가압버튼(72)이 형성되고, 상기 가압버튼(72)의 반대편 외측에는 축돌기(73)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 행정거리가 짧은 펌프와 링버튼부재를 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 링버튼부재(70)를 가압하거나 상기 분배판(60)의 상부면을 가압하더라도 펌핑이 가능하도록 상기 분배판(60)의 압박돌기(61)는 링버튼부재(70)의 압박홈(71)에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 행정거리가 짧은 펌프와 링버튼부재를 구비한 콤팩트 용기.
