Description

一种直发器发热组件 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种发热组件,具体的说是一种直发器用发热组件。
背景技术
直发器又叫电夹板,通俗的叫夹板,是通过电流加热直发器的发热体,传导到铝板或陶瓷板发热。
直发器,顾明思义就是把头发拉直,通过发热元件把头发加热,软化,然后再冷却,以达到直发的目的。在直发器中,发热组件是其核心部件之一,对直发器的发热性能和使用性能起着重要的作用。
现有的直发器,其发热组件因结构所限,发热体与铝板间未能紧密均衡贴合,同时铝板被用来做发热组件的核心支架和工作板面,这样就需要损失大量的热量来维持支架的温度才能传热到铝板的外表面(工作板面),因此由于在传热过程中损失的热能太多,使得发热体与铝板外表面(工作板面)间的热传导的速率慢,进而使得发热组件整体升温慢,不能很好的满足直器的使用要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有直发器发热组件所存在的不足,提供一种升温速率高的发热组件。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的直发器发热组件包括:基座、工作板、发热片、隔热片、硅胶垫,所述基座上设有容物槽;所述硅胶垫置于容物槽内;所述隔热片嵌设在硅胶垫上;所述发热片置放在隔热片上;所述工作板呈冂字形,与基座配合,将发热片、隔热片、硅胶垫夹于工作板与基座间;发热片与工作板底面紧贴配合。
本实用新型的另一种直发器发热组件包括:基座、工作板、发热片、隔热片,所述隔热片嵌设在基座上;所述发热片置于隔热片上;所述工作板与基座配合,使隔片板、发热片夹设于工作板与基座间;所述发热片与工作板底面贴紧配合。
本实用新型的另一种直发器发组件包括:工作板、外固定架、基板、硅胶垫、发热片、隔热片,所述基板卡设在外固定架内;所述硅胶垫置于基板上;所述隔热片置于硅胶垫上;所述发热片置于隔热片上;所述工作板卡设在外固定架内,工作板上表面与外固定架上表面 齐平,工作板与基板配合将硅胶垫、发热片、隔热片夹设在两者间;所述发热片与工作板的底面贴紧配合。
本实用新型在发热组件中将支架和工作板面分离成两个器件,同时让发热片与工作板面良好接触,而与支架隔离,使发热片仅仅只需要将热量最快传导至工作板面上,快速提高工作板面的温度,因此提高了升温速率。

如图1所示,本实用新型包括基座1、工作板13、发热片7、隔热片4、硅胶垫10,所述基座1上设有容物槽;所述硅胶垫10置于容物槽内;所述隔热片4嵌设在硅胶垫10上;所述 发热片7置放在隔热片4上;所述工作板13呈冂字形,与基座1配合,将发热片7、隔热片4、硅胶垫10夹于工作板13与基座1间;发热片7与工作板13底面紧贴配合。
实施例2:
如图2所示,本实用新型包括基座2、工作板14、发热片8、隔热片5,所述隔热片5嵌设在基座2上;所述发热片8置于隔热片5上;所述工作板14与基座2配合,使隔片板5、发热片8夹设于工作板14与基座2间;所述发热片8与工作板14底面贴紧配合。
实施例3:
如图3所示,本实用新型包括工作板15、外固定架12、基板3、硅胶垫11、发热片9、隔热片6,所述基板3卡设在外固定架12内;所述硅胶垫11置于基板3上;所述隔热片6置于硅胶垫11上;所述发热片9置于隔热片6上;所述工作板15卡设在外固定架12内,工作板15上表面与外固定架12上表面齐平,工作板15与基板3配合将硅胶垫11、发热片9、隔热片6夹设在两者间;所述发热片9与工作板15的底面贴紧配合。

  1. 一种直发器发热组件其特征在于:包括基座、工作板、发热片、隔热片、硅胶垫,所述基座上设有容物槽;所述硅胶垫置于容物槽内;所述隔热片嵌设在硅胶垫上;所述发热片置放在隔热片上;所述工作板呈冂字形,与基座配合,将发热片、隔热片、硅胶垫夹于工作板与基座间;发热片与工作板底面紧贴配合。
  2. 一种直发器发热组件其特征在于:基座、工作板、发热片、隔热片,所述隔热片嵌设在基座上;所述发热片置于隔热片上;所述工作板与基座配合,使隔片板、发热片夹设于工作板与基座间;所述发热片与工作板底面贴紧配合。
  3. 一种直发器发热组件其特征在于:工作板、外固定架、基板、硅胶垫、发热片、隔热片,所述基板卡设在外固定架内;所述硅胶垫置于基板上;所述隔热片置于硅胶垫上;所述发热片置于隔热片上;所述工作板卡设在外固定架内,工作板上表面与外固定架上表面齐平,工作板与基板配合将硅胶垫、发热片、隔热片夹设在两者间;所述发热片与工作板的底面贴紧配合。
