技术领域
本申请涉及通讯技术领域,尤其涉及即时通讯消息的文件保存方法及装置。
背景技术
随着移动技术的不断发展,即时通讯已经成为十分重要的通信方式。并且,随着即时通讯应用中集成的功能越来越多,即时通讯应用已经逐步被应用于人们日常生活、学习工作等各个方面。
用户有时需要通过查看即时通讯的历史消息,查看先前某个时刻的即时通讯消息。为此,相关技术中的即时通讯应用将即时通讯消息记录在历史消息文件中,以便于事后查看。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种即时通讯消息的文件保存方法及装置,可以实现即时通讯应用与云盘功能的融合,对即时通讯消息中的文件进行安全、有效的存储,便于用户事后查看和使用。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供技术方案如下:
根据本申请的第一方面,提出了一种即时通讯消息的文件保存方法,包括:
获取即时通讯应用接收到的即时通讯消息;
确定所述即时通讯消息中包含的文件;
将所述文件存储至所述即时通讯应用对应的云盘空间。
根据本申请的第二方面,提出了一种即时通讯消息的文件保存装置,包括:
确定即时通讯应用接收到的文件,所述文件包含于所述即时通讯应用接收到的即时通讯消息中;
将所述文件存储至对应于所述即时通讯应用的云盘空间。
根据本申请的第三方面,提出了一种即时通讯消息的文件保存方法,包括:
获取单元,获取即时通讯应用接收到的即时通讯消息;
确定单元,确定所述即时通讯消息中包含的文件;
存储单元,将所述文件存储至所述即时通讯应用对应的云盘空间。
根据本申请的第四方面,提出了一种即时通讯消息的文件保存装置,包括:
确定单元,确定即时通讯应用接收到的文件,所述文件包含于所述即时通讯应用接收到的即时通讯消息中;

根据本申请的第五方面,提出了一种文件更新的通知方法,包括:
接收即时通讯应用对应的云盘空间发送的通知消息,所述通知消息与所述云盘空间中对应于任一群组的存储空间中发生的文件更新事件相关;
将所述通知消息展示于所述任一群组的消息接收窗口中。
根据本申请的第六方面,提出了一种文件更新的通知装置,包括:
接收单元,接收即时通讯应用对应的云盘空间发送的通知消息,所述通知消息与所述云盘空间中对应于任一群组的存储空间中发生的文件更新事件相关;
展示单元,将所述通知消息展示于所述任一群组的消息接收窗口中。
由以上技术方案可见,本申请通过将云盘功能融合至即时通讯应用中,使得即时通讯应用中的文件可以被自动存储至云盘空间中,便于用户事后查看。同时,由于文件存储在云盘空间中,所有具备权限的用户均可以通过任意电子设备对云盘中存储的文件进行访问,而不必一定使用接收该文件的移动设备或PC,消除了对文件访问的设备限制。

具体实施方式
图1-2是相关技术中的即时通讯应用的界面示意图,如图1所示,以即时通讯应用中的群组“认真工作小组”为例,该群组中的每位成员均可以发送即时通讯消息,并在如图1所示的消息接收窗口内查看到这些即时通讯消息。其中,除了文字内容之外,即时通讯消息中还可以包含图片、文档等各种类型的文件,比如图1中的群组成员“小白”发送了“特有意思.pdf”文档,则其他群组成员均可以接收并查看该文件。
为了便于用户对历史消息的查看,相关技术可以将即时通讯消息记录在历史消息文件中,以便用户日后查看;然而,记录至历史消息文件中的即时通讯消息极限仅限于文字内容,而对于诸如上述的“特有意思.pdf”文档等文件,则无法被记录在历史消息文件中,只能够保存于最初接收到该文件的终端内,比如图1所示的移动设备中。那么,当用户在另一终端登录自己的账号后,比如用户在图2所示的移动设备上完成登录后,只能够查看到历史消息文件中的文字内容,而对于诸如上述的“特有意思.pdf”文档等文件,则无法被浏览。
可见,如果最初接收到文件的终端不在身边,则用户无法实时查看该文件;如果最初接收到文件的终端丢失或被误删数据,则用户可能永远无法查看到该文件。
因此,本申请通过改进即时通讯应用的消息保存过程,可以解决相关技术中存在的上述技术问题。为对本申请进行进一步说明,提供下列实施例:
图3是本申请一示例性实施例中的基于终端侧的一种即时通讯消息的文件保存方法的流程图,如图3所示,该方法应用于终端中,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤302,获取即时通讯应用接收到的即时通讯消息。
在本实施例中,即时通讯应用可以为任意可以实现“即时通讯”的应用程序,比如可以为企业即时通讯应用(Enterprise Instant Messaging,EIM),例如,企业即时通讯应用“钉钉”(DingTalk)。
在本实施例中,即时通讯消息可以来自个人的消息接收窗口,比如A直接发送给B,则只有B能够接收到该即时通讯消息;或者,即时通讯消息也可以来自群组的消息接收窗口,比如群组中包括A、B和C,当A发送该即时通讯消息后,B和C均能够接收到该即时通讯消息。
在本实施例中,接收即时通讯消息的终端可以为智能手机、平板设备等移动设备,也可以为安装有桌面版即时通讯应用的PC等非移动设备。
步骤304,确定所述即时通讯消息中包含的文件。
在本实施例中,即时通讯消息中包含的“文件”,只是用以区别于“文字”,而该文件具体可以为图片、文档、音视频、压缩包等各种格式,本申请并不对此进行限制。
步骤306,将所述文件存储至所述即时通讯应用对应的云盘空间。
在本实施例中,一种情况下,终端可以将文件直接通过即时通讯应用上传至云端空间;或者,在另一种情况下,如果文件原本就存储在云端空间,比如该文件位于用户A在云端空间对应的存储空间1,则当用户A将该文件发送至某个群组后,该文件被存储至云端空间中对应于该群组的存储空间2,此时无需终端上传该文件,只需要将该文件的信息告知云盘空间,以使云盘空间将该文件从存储空间1复制或移动至存储空间2即可。
与图3所示实施例相对应的,图4是本申请一示例性实施例中的基于服务器侧的一种即时通讯消息的文件保存方法的流程图,如图4所示,该方法应用于终端中,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤402,确定即时通讯应用接收到的文件,所述文件包含于所述即时通讯应用接收到的即时通讯消息中。
步骤404,将所述文件存储至对应于所述即时通讯应用的云盘空间。
由以上实施例可知,本申请通过将云盘功能融合至即时通讯应用中,使得即时通讯应用中的文件可以被自动存储至云盘空间中,便于用户事后查看。同时,由于文件存储在云盘空间中,所有具备权限的用户均可以通过任意电子设备对云盘中存储的文件进行访问,而不必一定使用接收该文件的移动设备或PC,消除了对文件访问的设备限制。
下面结合终端和服务器两侧之间的交互过程,对本申请的技术方案进行详细描述。图5是本申请一示例性实施例中的一种即时通讯消息的文件保存方法的流程图,如图5所示,假定用户通过移动设备接收即时通讯消息,则上述方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤502,移动设备获取当前登录用户接收到的即时通讯消息。
步骤504,移动设备确定即时通讯消息中包含的文件。
在本实施例中,即时通讯消息可以由移动设备实时接收到,也可以为移动设备事先接收到的历史消息,均可以对其中的文件进行提取并上传至云盘空间。
在本实施例中,“文件”是相对于“文字”的即时通讯消息内容,可以为如图6所示的文档“特有意思.pdf”、图片“看看这个.jpg”等各种格式,本申请并不对此进行限制。
步骤506,移动设备向服务器发送文件存储消息。
在本实施例中,若移动设备接收到的文件已经事先存储于云端空间,则该文件存储消息中可以仅包含该文件的信息,以便云端空间将相应的文件复制或移动至新的存储空间;或者,若移动设备接收到的文件并未事先存储于云端空间,则该文件存储消息中可以包含该文件,从而将该文件上传并存储至云端空间。
步骤508,服务器将文件存储至云盘空间。
在本实施例中,“服务器”是相对于“移动设备”的云端管理设备,承载了对云盘空间的管理功能。
作为一示例性实施例,云盘空间可以不做进一步的区域划分,则所有上传的文件全部存储在统一的云盘空间内,方便用户在任意时刻通过任意终端,均可以对云盘空间进行访问,以便查阅、管理相应的文件。
作为另一示例性实施例,移动设备可以确定文件所属的即时通讯消息的消息接收窗口,并将该消息接收窗口的信息告知服务器,则服务器将该文件存储于云盘空间中对应于该消息接收窗口的存储空间。在该实施例中,通过告知文件对应的消息接收窗口,使云盘空间实现了基于消息接收窗口的进一步空间划分,便于对文件的有效管理。
在一示例性实施方式中,消息接收窗口可以对应于团体性群组(群组成员具有团体的组织架构,比如该团体为企业时,团体性群组为企业群),则服务器可以将文件存储于云盘空间中对应于该团体性群组的共享存储空间。由于使用的存储空间为共享存储空间,使得多个用户均可以对该共享存储空间进行访问,使得其中的文件也可以在多个用户之间进行共享;举例而言,“多个用户”可以为该团体性群组中的所有或部分成员, 使得文件的共享仅限于该团体性群组内部,使文件的共享存在限制性,确保了文件安全性。
在另一示例性实施方式中,消息接收窗口也可以对应于个人或非团体性群组,则服务器可以将文件存储于云盘空间中对应于当前登录用户的个人存储空间。由于使用的存储空间为个人存储空间,因而仅能够由当前登录用户进行访问,保证了用户对文件的个人需求。
以“企业群”为例。如图7所示,假定当前登录用户分别加入了“认真工作小组”、“来往事业部”和“阿里运动小组”等企业群,则云盘空间分别为每个企业群划分了对应的共享存储空间(可以理解为:分别为每个企业群建立了对应的共享文件夹),则存储的文件都可以分别被置于对应的共享存储空间中,便于事后查找。其中,服务器可以在每个企业群被创建时,就在云盘空间划分对应的共享存储空间,也可以在该企业群首次接收到文件时,在云盘空间划分对应的共享存储空间。当然,对于个人存储空间的创建时机也类似,比如当用户创建账号后,就在云盘空间划分对应的个人存储空间,或者在该用户首次从其他个人用户或非团体性群组接收到文件时,在云盘空间划分对应的个人存储空间。当然,本申请对于存储空间的创建时机并不进行限制。
在云盘空间内,可以对存储的文件进行各个预设维度的有序管理。在一示例性实施方式中,当采用时间维度进行管理时,云盘空间中的文件按照上传的时间顺序进行依次排列;其中,当文件存储于某个存储空间时,该存储空间中的文件可以分别按照上传的时间顺序进行依次排列。如图8所示,针对“认真工作小组”的所有文件,按照“今天(假定为2015.7.24)”、“昨天(假定为2015.7.23)”、“2015.7.22”的日期顺序依次从上至下顺序排列,而每一天中的文件也同样按照上传时间依次从上至下顺序排列,比如“今天”中10:44最新上传的“看看这个.jpg”排列在10:32上传的“特有意思.pdf”上方,而后续文件也将依次排列在“今天”的最上方。
在另一示例性实施方式中,当采用类型维度进行管理时,云盘空间中的文件按照类型属性进行分类管理;其中,当文件存储于某个存储空间时,该存储空间中的文件可以分别按照类型属性进行分类管理。如图9所示,针对“认真工作小组”的所有文件,按照“图片”、“文档”、“其他”等类别,将所有文件进行分类存储和管理;比如“看看这个.jpg”、“路边野花.jpg”等均分类至“图片”,而“特有意思.pdf”、“测试日报.pdf”等均分类至“文档”。
当然,云盘空间还可以通过其他多种维度进行文件的存储和管理,本申请并不对此 进行限制;其中,多个维度之间可以同时应用和配合,比如在图9中,每个分类下的文件之间,还可以进一步通过时间维度进行管理,譬如在“图片”下,将2015.7.24最新收到的“看看这个.jpg”排列在2015.7.22收到的“路边野花.jpg”之前。
此外,基于文件在云盘空间的存储,本申请还可以实现区别于图1-2的历史消息查看过程,下面对该过程进行详细描述:
步骤510,移动设备将存储的文件的信息存储至历史消息文件中。
在本实施例中,区别于相关技术中仅在历史消息文件中存储文字内容的方式,将文件的信息也存储在历史消息文件中,从而既不会使历史消息文件的体积过大,又能够记录下文件传输的情况,便于日后完整地还原出所有的即时通讯消息。
在本实施例中,历史消息文件可以上传至服务器,并存储于云盘空间中。其中,当云盘空间为每个群组划分了对应的存储空间时,移动设备可以分别为每个群组生成对应的历史消息文件,并将该历史消息文件同样上传至云盘空间中对应群组的存储空间内,以便用户在其他终端上登录并浏览该历史消息文件对应的即时通讯消息。
步骤512,移动设备读取历史消息文件。
步骤514,移动设备向服务器发起请求,并获取云盘空间中存储的文件。
步骤516,移动设备对文件进行展示。
在本实施例中,通过移动设备事先将文件的信息记录于即时通讯应用的历史消息文件中,从而在该历史消息文件被读取的情况下,当被读取内容中包含已上传的文件的信息时,可以根据文件的信息从云盘空间中获取该文件,并展示于即时通讯应用的历史消息展示页面中。相应的,虽然用户最初通过图6所示的移动设备接收到即时通讯消息以及相应的文件,但由于将文件自动上传至云盘空间,因而即便用户通过如图10所示的另一移动设备进行登录后,仍然能够完整地查看到图6接收到的所有文字和文件,而不仅仅为图2所示的文字内容。
当然,除了移动设备之外,当用户通过诸如PC等任意终端登录了即时通讯应用后,均可以实现与云盘空间的数据交互,从而完整地查看到图6接收到的所有文字和文件。
图11是本申请一示例性实施例中的一种即时通讯消息的文件保存方法的流程图,如图11所示,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤1102,PC向服务器发送文件管理指令。
在本实施例中,假定用户通过PC访问服务器的云盘空间,以实现对云盘空间的文件管理;比如用户可以通过PC上的浏览器或PC上安装的即时通讯应用客户端等方式, 实现对服务器的访问。比如图12所示,假定用户“小白”通过PC上的浏览器,访问即时通讯应用“钉钉”对应的云盘空间“钉盘”,则该用户通过登录自己的账号信息后,可以看到自己已经加入的“认真工作小组”、“来往事业部”和“阿里运动小组”等群组,并通过进一步选取所需查看的群组,即可浏览该群组的即时通讯消息中被上传的文件;比如当用户选择了“认真工作小组”时,即可看到如图8或9所示的已存储文件。
当然,除了PC之外,用户实际上可以通过任意终端实现对云盘空间的访问,比如图7-9除了为了表达云盘空间对于文件的多维度管理,还是用户通过移动设备上的即时通讯应用访问云盘空间时的界面示意图,用户具体可以通过点击如图6所示的页面右上角的“钉盘”按键,或者点击图6所示的消息接收窗口内的即时通讯消息(比如“小白”发送的包含文件“特有意思.pdf”的图标等),实现对云盘空间的访问。
由此可见,通过将文件上传并存储于云盘空间中,用户不再局限于最初接收到文件的终端,而是可以通过任意能够连接至互联网的终端,实现对即时通讯消息中包含的文件的访问。
步骤1104,服务器对PC上的当前登录用户进行身份验证。
在本实施例中,尤其是当即时通讯应用为企业即时通讯应用、群组为企业群的情况下,云盘空间中存储的文件可能具有一定的私密性需求,因而为了提升文件安全性,需要对访问云盘空间的用户进行身份验证。
举例而言,服务器可以确定PC上的当前登录用户,并当该当前登录用户属于其希望管理(即对应于“文件管理指令”)的群组中的成员时,判定其具有对该群组的管理权限,并允许执行该文件管理指令。
步骤1106,在身份验证通过后,根据文件管理指令对云盘空间进行文件管理。
在本实施例中,用户对文件进行各类管理操作,比如查看操作,即查看所以上传并存储于云盘空间中的所有文件;或者,还可以包括编辑操作,即对云盘空间中的文件的添加、删除、修改等操作,实现对云盘空间内的文件更新。
步骤1108,根据云盘空间发生的文件更新事件,向相应的群组发送通知消息。
步骤1110,移动设备在接收到通知消息后,对该通知消息进行展示。
在本实施例中,当用户对云盘空间中的文件实现了添加、删除、修改等编辑操作时,认为该云盘空间发生了文件更新事件。为了提升文件安全性和透明性,确保所有相关用户及时了解云盘空间的状态,可以对该文件更新事件进行通知。换言之,当云盘空间中对应于任一群组的存储空间中发生的文件更新事件时,服务器向即时通讯应用发送对应 的通知消息;然后,该任一群组中的每个成员,在其当前登录的终端上均可以接收到该通知消息,并将该通知消息展示于该任一群组的消息接收窗口中。
比如图6所示,当“小白”发送了“特有意思.pdf”文档、“小黑”发送了“看看这个.jpg”图片后,这些文件均被自动上传至云盘空间,导致“认真工作小组”在云盘空间中的存储空间发生了文件更新事件,则根据服务器返回的通知消息,在图6所述的消息接收窗口内,分别在每个已上传的文件后方示出了“

已上传钉盘”的通知消息,则用户“小白”、“小黑”、“白白”等群组成员,均可以看到该通知消息。
进一步地,尤其对于团体性群组而言,由于多个用户共用同一个共享存储空间,因而可以在上述的通知消息中包含该文件更新事件的具体情况,以便其他用户及时了解。比如该通知消息可以包括以下信息中至少之一:文件更新事件的触发用户信息、文件更新事件的被更新文件信息、文件更新事件的更新操作信息。
举例而言,如图13所示,当用户“小白”通过如图12所示的方式,删除了“特有意思.pdf”文档后,用户“小白”、“小黑”、“白白”等群组成员,均可以看到“特有意思.pdf已被小白删除”的通知消息,其中包含了触发用户信息为“小白”、被更新文件信息为“特有意思.pdf”、更新操作信息为“删除”。
图14示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的电子设备的示意结构图。请参考图14,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器、内部总线、网络接口、内存以及非易失性存储器,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器从非易失性存储器中读取对应的计算机程序到内存中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成即时通讯消息的文件保存装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本申请并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。
请参考图15,在软件实施方式中,该即时通讯消息的文件保存装置可以包括获取单元、确定单元和存储单元。其中:
获取单元,获取即时通讯应用接收到的即时通讯消息;
确定单元,确定所述即时通讯消息中包含的文件;
存储单元,将所述文件存储至所述即时通讯应用对应的云盘空间。
可选的,还包括:
窗口确定单元,确定所述文件所属的即时通讯消息的消息接收窗口;
告知单元,将所述消息接收窗口的信息告知所述云盘空间,以使所述文件存储于所 述云盘空间中对应于所述消息接收窗口的存储空间。

图16示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的电子设备的示意结构图。请参考图16,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器、内部总线、网络接口、内存以及非易失性存储器,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器从非易失性存储器中读取对应的计算机程序到内存中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成即时通讯消息的文件保存装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本申请并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。
请参考图17,在软件实施方式中,该即时通讯消息的文件保存装置可以包括确定单元和存储单元。其中:
确定单元,确定即时通讯应用接收到的文件,所述文件包含于所述即时通讯应用接收到的即时通讯消息中;
存储单元,将所述文件存储至对应于所述即时通讯应用的云盘空间。
可选的,还包括:
窗口确定单元,根据所述即时通讯应用的告知消息,确定所述文件所属的即时通讯消息的消息接收窗口;
其中,所述存储单元将所述文件存储于所述云盘空间中对应于所述消息接收窗口的存储空间。
可选的,所述存储单元具体用于:
当所述消息接收窗口对应于团体性群组时,将所述文件存储于所述云盘空间中对应于所述团体性群组的共享存储空间;
当所述消息接收窗口对应于个人或非团体性群组时,将所述文件存储于所述云盘空间中对应于当前登录用户的个人存储空间。
可选的,还包括:
指令接收单元,接收到针对任一群组的文件管理指令;
管理单元,当所述文件管理指令的发起方用户具备对所述任一群组的管理权限时,根据所述文件管理指令对所述云盘空间中对应于所述任一群组的已存储文件进行管理。
可选的,还包括:
判定单元,当所述发起方用户为所述任一群组的成员时,判定所述发起方用户具备所述管理权限。
可选的,还包括:
发送单元,当所述云盘空间中对应于任一群组的存储空间中发生的文件更新事件时,向所述即时通讯应用发送对应的通知消息,以展示于所述即时通讯应用中对应于所述任一群组的消息接收窗口中。
可选的,所述通知消息包括以下信息中至少之一:
所述文件更新事件的触发用户信息、所述文件更新事件的被更新文件信息、所述文件更新事件的更新操作信息。
可选的,所述即时通讯应用为企业即时通讯应用。
图18是本申请一示例性实施例中的一种文件更新的通知方法的流程图,如图18所示,该方法应用于终端,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤1802,接收即时通讯应用对应的云盘空间发送的通知消息,所述通知消息与所述云盘空间中对应于任一群组的存储空间中发生的文件更新事件相关;
步骤1804,将所述通知消息展示于所述任一群组的消息接收窗口中。
在本实施例中,该任一群组可以为团体性群组,比如企业群,则对应的存储空间可以为共享存储空间,即该任一群组中的全部或部分成员可以共用该共享存储空间,对该共享存储空间中的文件进行共享。这样一方面便于这些用户之间的文件共享,不需要用户之间单独传输文件,另一方面由于共享用户仅限于该群组内成员,因而具有相应的权限限制,确保了文件安全性。
当存储空间为共享存储空间时,由于多个用户均可以对该存储空间中的文件进行访问,因而通过在即时通讯应用中展示文件更新事件的通知消息,可以使这些用户均了解该文件更新事件,从而掌握实时动态。
可选的,所述通知消息包括以下信息中至少之一:所述文件更新事件的触发用户信息、所述文件更新事件的被更新文件信息、所述文件更新事件的更新操作信息。在该实施例中,通过在通知消息中包含上述信息,无需用户对共享存储空间内的文件情况进行查看,即可直接了解文件更新事件的信息和实际情况,有助于提升用户的文件管理效率。
图19示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的电子设备的示意结构图。请参考图19,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器、内部总线、网络接口、内存以及非易失性存储器,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器从非易失性存储器中读取对应的计算机程序到内存中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成文件更新的通知装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本申请并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。
请参考图20,在软件实施方式中,该文件更新的通知装置可以包括接收单元和展示单元。其中:
接收单元,接收即时通讯应用对应的云盘空间发送的通知消息,所述通知消息与所述云盘空间中对应于任一群组的存储空间中发生的文件更新事件相关;
展示单元,将所述通知消息展示于所述任一群组的消息接收窗口中。
可选的,所述通知消息包括以下信息中至少之一:
所述文件更新事件的触发用户信息、所述文件更新事件的被更新文件信息、所述文 件更新事件的更新操作信息。
在一个典型的配置中,计算设备包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。
计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请保护的范围之内。

Claims (36)

  1. 一种即时通讯消息的文件保存方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取即时通讯应用接收到的即时通讯消息;
    确定所述即时通讯消息中包含的文件;
    将所述文件存储至所述即时通讯应用对应的云盘空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    确定所述文件所属的即时通讯消息的消息接收窗口;
    将所述消息接收窗口的信息告知所述云盘空间,以使所述文件存储于所述云盘空间中对应于所述消息接收窗口的存储空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,
    当所述消息接收窗口对应于团体性群组时,所述文件被存储于所述云盘空间中对应于所述团体性群组的共享存储空间;
    当所述消息接收窗口对应于个人或非团体性群组时,所述文件被存储于所述云盘空间中对应于当前登录用户的个人存储空间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    将所述文件的信息记录于所述即时通讯应用的历史消息文件中;
    在所述历史消息文件被读取的情况下,当被读取内容中包含所述文件的信息时,根据所述文件的信息从所述云盘空间中获取所述文件,并展示于所述即时通讯应用的历史消息展示页面中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当所述即时通讯应用接收到的针对任一群组的文件管理指令时,若当前登录用户具有对所述任一群组的管理权限,则展示所述云盘空间中对应于所述任一群组的已存储文件,并对展示的所述已存储文件进行管理。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收所述云盘空间返回的通知消息,所述通知消息与所述云盘空间中对应于任一群组的存储空间中发生的文件更新事件相关;
    将所述通知消息展示于所述任一群组的消息接收窗口中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息包括以下信息中至少之一:
    所述文件更新事件的触发用户信息、所述文件更新事件的被更新文件信息、所述文 件更新事件的更新操作信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述即时通讯应用为企业即时通讯应用。
  9. 一种即时通讯消息的文件保存方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定即时通讯应用接收到的文件,所述文件包含于所述即时通讯应用接收到的即时通讯消息中;
    将所述文件存储至对应于所述即时通讯应用的云盘空间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据所述即时通讯应用的告知消息,确定所述文件所属的即时通讯消息的消息接收窗口;
    将所述文件存储于所述云盘空间中对应于所述消息接收窗口的存储空间。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述文件存储于所述云盘空间中对应于所述消息接收窗口的存储空间,包括:
    当所述消息接收窗口对应于团体性群组时,将所述文件存储于所述云盘空间中对应于所述团体性群组的共享存储空间;
    当所述消息接收窗口对应于个人或非团体性群组时,将所述文件存储于所述云盘空间中对应于当前登录用户的个人存储空间。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收到针对任一群组的文件管理指令;
    当所述文件管理指令的发起方用户具备对所述任一群组的管理权限时,根据所述文件管理指令对所述云盘空间中对应于所述任一群组的已存储文件进行管理。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当所述发起方用户为所述任一群组的成员时,判定所述发起方用户具备所述管理权限。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当所述云盘空间中对应于任一群组的存储空间中发生的文件更新事件时,向所述即时通讯应用发送对应的通知消息,以展示于所述即时通讯应用中对应于所述任一群组的消息接收窗口中。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息包括以下信息中至少之一:
    所述文件更新事件的触发用户信息、所述文件更新事件的被更新文件信息、所述文件更新事件的更新操作信息。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述即时通讯应用为企业即时通讯应用。
  17. 一种即时通讯消息的文件保存装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,获取即时通讯应用接收到的即时通讯消息;
    确定单元,确定所述即时通讯消息中包含的文件;
    存储单元,将所述文件存储至所述即时通讯应用对应的云盘空间。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    窗口确定单元,确定所述文件所属的即时通讯消息的消息接收窗口;
    告知单元,将所述消息接收窗口的信息告知所述云盘空间,以使所述文件存储于所述云盘空间中对应于所述消息接收窗口的存储空间。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,
    当所述消息接收窗口对应于团体性群组时,所述文件被存储于所述云盘空间中对应于所述团体性群组的共享存储空间;
    当所述消息接收窗口对应于个人或非团体性群组时,所述文件被存储于所述云盘空间中对应于当前登录用户的个人存储空间。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    记录单元,将所述文件的信息记录于所述即时通讯应用的历史消息文件中;
    展示单元,在所述历史消息文件被读取的情况下,当被读取内容中包含所述文件的信息时,根据所述文件的信息从所述云盘空间中获取所述文件,并展示于所述即时通讯应用的历史消息展示页面中。
  21. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    管理单元,当所述即时通讯应用接收到的针对任一群组的文件管理指令时,若当前登录用户具有对所述任一群组的管理权限,则展示所述云盘空间中对应于所述任一群组的已存储文件,并对展示的所述已存储文件进行管理。
  22. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    消息接收单元,接收所述云盘空间返回的通知消息,所述通知消息与所述云盘空间中对应于任一群组的存储空间中发生的文件更新事件相关;
    通知展示单元,将所述通知消息展示于所述任一群组的消息接收窗口中。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通知消息包括以下信息中至少之一:
    所述文件更新事件的触发用户信息、所述文件更新事件的被更新文件信息、所述文件更新事件的更新操作信息。
  24. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述即时通讯应用为企业即时通讯应用。
  25. 一种即时通讯消息的文件保存装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,确定即时通讯应用接收到的文件,所述文件包含于所述即时通讯应用接收到的即时通讯消息中;
    存储单元,将所述文件存储至对应于所述即时通讯应用的云盘空间。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    窗口确定单元,根据所述即时通讯应用的告知消息,确定所述文件所属的即时通讯消息的消息接收窗口;
    其中,所述存储单元将所述文件存储于所述云盘空间中对应于所述消息接收窗口的存储空间。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的装置,其特征在于,所述存储单元具体用于:
    当所述消息接收窗口对应于团体性群组时,将所述文件存储于所述云盘空间中对应于所述团体性群组的共享存储空间;
    当所述消息接收窗口对应于个人或非团体性群组时,将所述文件存储于所述云盘空间中对应于当前登录用户的个人存储空间。
  28. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    指令接收单元,接收到针对任一群组的文件管理指令;
    管理单元,当所述文件管理指令的发起方用户具备对所述任一群组的管理权限时,根据所述文件管理指令对所述云盘空间中对应于所述任一群组的已存储文件进行管理。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    判定单元,当所述发起方用户为所述任一群组的成员时,判定所述发起方用户具备所述管理权限。
  30. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    发送单元,当所述云盘空间中对应于任一群组的存储空间中发生的文件更新事件时,向所述即时通讯应用发送对应的通知消息,以展示于所述即时通讯应用中对应于所 述任一群组的消息接收窗口中。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通知消息包括以下信息中至少之一:
    所述文件更新事件的触发用户信息、所述文件更新事件的被更新文件信息、所述文件更新事件的更新操作信息。
  32. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,所述即时通讯应用为企业即时通讯应用。
  33. 一种文件更新的通知方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收即时通讯应用对应的云盘空间发送的通知消息,所述通知消息与所述云盘空间中对应于任一群组的存储空间中发生的文件更新事件相关;
    将所述通知消息展示于所述任一群组的消息接收窗口中。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息包括以下信息中至少之一:
    所述文件更新事件的触发用户信息、所述文件更新事件的被更新文件信息、所述文件更新事件的更新操作信息。
  35. 一种文件更新的通知装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,接收即时通讯应用对应的云盘空间发送的通知消息,所述通知消息与所述云盘空间中对应于任一群组的存储空间中发生的文件更新事件相关;
    展示单元,将所述通知消息展示于所述任一群组的消息接收窗口中。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通知消息包括以下信息中至少之一:
    所述文件更新事件的触发用户信息、所述文件更新事件的被更新文件信息、所述文件更新事件的更新操作信息。
