扬声器 技术领域
本发明涉及声电转换技术领域,更为具体地,涉及一种扬声器。
背景技术
目前,扬声器单体的振膜与壳体之间的固定连接主要通过胶水进行粘接,由于扬声器自身的尺寸较小,在通过胶水粘接固定振膜与壳体时,振膜的涂胶带比较窄,并且受胶水自身流动性的影响,振膜与壳体粘接位置的涂胶量必须严格控制,若涂胶过多会使胶水侧溢至振膜,从而影响扬声器的声学性能;若涂胶过少则容易造成断胶,使振膜与壳体之间的粘接力变差。此外,在扬声器单体没有设置前盖的情况下,振膜与壳体的粘接力变差还会直接影响到整个扬声器模组的量产。
因此,亟需一种扬声器能够在振膜与壳体牢固粘接的同时,确保扬声器的声学性能稳定。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种扬声器,以解决目前振膜依靠胶水与壳体粘接固定时,胶量过多易侧溢至振膜影响扬声器性能,胶量过少易出现断胶使振膜与壳体之间的粘接力变差等问题。
本发明提供的扬声器,包括壳体以及振动系统,振动系统包括振膜以及固定在振膜一侧的音圈;其中,在振膜的边缘设置有结合部;结合部与壳体粘结固定;在壳体与结合部相连接的端面上设置有凹陷的容胶结构;容胶结构对应振膜与壳体的粘结面设置,且为环形结构。
此外,优选的结构是,振膜的结合部与壳体的侧壁粘结固定;容胶结构设置于壳体侧壁的表面。
此外,优选的结构是,容胶结构为由壳体侧壁的表面向远离振膜的一侧凹陷的结构。
此外,优选的结构是,容胶结构为去料形成的结构;容胶结构的剖面为弧形。
此外,优选的结构是,容胶结构沿壳体的侧壁环绕设置,并且避让壳体角部的定位小柱。
此外,优选的结构是,还包括与壳体结合在一起的前盖;在前盖与振膜固定连接的位置设置有容胶结构;容胶结构为第一容胶部;设置于壳体侧壁上的容胶结构为第二容胶部。

从上面的技术方案可知,本发明的扬声器,在扬声器的壳体上设置容胶结构,以增大涂胶面积,提高振膜与壳体之间的粘结力,减少断胶现象的发生;同时,涂胶量和粘接面积的增大,能够确保振膜与壳体之间的牢固连接,且通过容胶结构收容多余的胶水还能够有效避免胶水侧溢至振膜上,保证扬声器的品质;另外,本发明的扬声器还可以通过在前盖上同时设置容胶结构来增强前盖与振膜的粘结力,并防止溢胶。

具体实施方式
针对上述在对扬声器的振膜与壳体之间进行固定连接时,存在的涂胶量不易控制,涂胶量过大胶水易侧溢至振膜上而影响扬声器性能,涂胶量过小易出现断胶,使振膜与壳体之间的粘接力变差,扬声器的质量不能保证等问题,本发明在壳体与振膜连接固定的位置设置容胶结构,固定连接振膜与壳体的胶水收容在容胶结构中,不仅能够增加涂胶量,确保振膜与壳体之间的牢固连接,还能避免胶水外溢,确保扬声器的声学性能。
为详细描述本发明实施例的扬声器结构,以下将结合附图对本发明的具体实施例进行详细描述。
图1示出了根据本发明实施例的扬声器分解结构;图2示出了根据本发明实施例的扬声器剖面结构;图3为图2中A部分的放大结构。
如图1至图3共同所示,本发明实施例的扬声器包括壳体7以及振动系统,振动系统包括音圈4以及固定在音圈4一侧的振膜3;其中,为提高振膜3与壳体7之间的粘接力,并防止胶水侧溢至振膜3上,在壳体7上与振膜3相连接的位置设置有容胶结构;在通过胶水将振膜3固定在壳体7上时,固定连接振膜3与壳体7的胶水收容在容胶结构内。
其中,在振膜3的边缘设置有结合部;振膜3的结合部与壳体7之间粘结固定;壳体7与结合部相连接的端面上设置有凹陷的容胶结构;容胶 结构对应振膜3与壳体7的粘结面设置,且为环绕壳体7的侧壁的环形结构。
具体地,振膜3的结合部与壳体7的侧壁粘结固定;容胶结构设置于壳体7侧壁的表面。换言之,容胶结构为由壳体7侧壁的表面向远离振膜3的一侧凹陷的结构,并通过去料形成,其剖面可以为弧形或其他形状。此外,容胶结构沿壳体7的侧壁环绕设置,并且避让壳体7角部的定位小柱10。
在本发明的一个具体实施方式中,扬声器的壳体还包括与壳体7结合在一起的前盖1,在前盖1与壳体7形成的空腔内收容有振动系统;其中,振动系统包括振膜3、固定在振膜3一侧的音圈4以及固定在振膜3中心位置的补强部2,振膜3包括与壳体7固定连接的结合部(位于振膜的最外围)、与结合部一体设置的凹/凸结构的折环部以及设置在折环部内部的平面部(位于振膜的最内部),补强部2设置在振膜的平面部,主要用于调节扬声器的声学性能,为降低振动系统的总体质量,通常在振膜平面部对应补强部2的位置设置去料,补强部2则覆盖在该去料位置。
在上述实施方式中,还可以同时在前盖1与壳体7上对应设置容胶结构,具体而言,前盖1结合于振膜3的上侧,与振膜3涂胶固定;壳体7结合于振膜3的下侧,与结合部也通过涂胶固定,在前盖1与振膜3固定连接的位置设置有容胶结构,定义该容胶结构为第一容胶部11;在壳体7与振膜3固定连接的位置设置有与第一容胶部11相对应的第二容胶部71,即定义设置于壳体7侧壁上的容胶结构为第二容胶部71。此时,粘接固定振膜3的胶水则收容在位于振膜3两侧的第一容胶部11和第二容胶部71内,设置第一容胶部11和第二容胶部71不仅能够增加振膜3的涂胶量,保证振膜3与前盖1和壳体7之间的牢固连接,还能够避免过多的胶水侧溢至振膜3上,提高扬声器的合格率,确保单体的可靠性。
在本发明的另一个具体实施方式中,容胶结构可以为弧形凹槽或梯形凹槽状结构,但需要注意的是,本技术方案的目的在于增大涂胶面积,增强粘结力,确保产品的性能,类似的改进或其它形状的容胶结构均可在本发明的保护范围内,在此不做具体限制。
具体地,图4示出了根据本发明实施例的扬声器的容胶结构。
结合图1至图4所示,在本发明的一个具体实施例中,壳体7与振膜3 固定连接的位置形成涂胶带,在通过胶水粘接固定振膜3的过程中,胶水涂在壳体7的涂胶带上,振膜3与该涂胶带粘接固定。为增加振膜3的涂胶宽度,保证振膜3与壳体7之间的粘接力,在壳体7的涂胶带位置设置凹槽状的容胶结构(即第二容胶部71),固定振膜3的胶水收容在该容胶结构内,以防止过多的胶水溢出而影响扬声器性能。
在本发明中,也可以在前盖1对应壳体7涂胶带的位置设置凹槽状的容胶结构(即第一容胶部11),第一容胶部11和第二容胶部71对应设置,分别位于振膜3的上下两侧;在前盖1与振膜3连接固定的过程中,容胶结构能够在确保振膜3分别与前盖1和壳体7牢固连接的同时,保证扬声器的性能稳定,延长扬声器的使用寿命。
此外,在前盖1与壳体7形成的空腔内还收容有磁路系统,其中,磁路系统包括与壳体7固定连接的导磁轭8、设置在导磁轭8中心位置的磁铁6,以及设置在磁铁6远离导磁轭8一侧的华司5。其中,磁铁6和华司5与导磁轭8的侧壁之间形成磁间隙,音圈4悬设在磁间隙中。导磁轭8固定在壳体7上,振动系统、磁铁6、和华司5均收容在前盖1和壳体7形成的腔体中,华司5、磁铁6和导磁轭8从上至下依次固定连接。其中,导磁轭8主要用于固定磁铁6并修正磁力线,包括长方形结构的底部、与底部垂直设置的四个侧壁。磁铁6和华司5与导磁轭8的侧壁之间形成磁间隙,音圈4悬设在该磁间隙内。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例的扬声器还包括连接扬声器单体与外部电路的弹片9和出声孔。其中,出声孔设置在壳体上,在出声孔的表面贴设有阻尼网,通过阻尼网阻止空气中的小颗粒污染物进入扬声器内部,同时还能够避免气流对振膜的直接冲击,确保扬声器在使用过程中的音质及其声学性能。
通过上述实施方式可以看出,本发明提供的扬声器,在壳体与振膜连接的涂胶带设置凹槽状的容胶结构,不仅能够增大涂胶面积,增加涂胶量,减少断胶现象的发生,还能够保证振膜与外壳之间的粘接力,避免多余的胶水侧溢至振膜上,确保扬声器的声学性能。
如上参照附图以示例的方式描述了根据本发明提出的扬声器。但是,本领域技术人员应当理解,对于上述本发明所提出的扬声器,还可以在不 脱离本发明内容的基础上做出各种改进。因此,本发明的保护范围应当由所附的权利要求书的内容确定。

  1. 一种扬声器,包括壳体以及振动系统,所述振动系统包括振膜以及固定在所述振膜一侧的音圈;其特征在于,
    在所述振膜的边缘设置有结合部;
    所述结合部与所述壳体粘结固定;
    在所述壳体与所述结合部相连接的端面上设置有凹陷的容胶结构;
    所述容胶结构对应所述振膜与所述壳体的粘结面设置,且为环形结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,
    所述振膜的结合部与所述壳体的侧壁粘结固定;
    所述容胶结构设置于所述壳体侧壁的表面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,
    所述容胶结构为由所述壳体侧壁的表面向远离所述振膜的一侧凹陷的结构。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,
    所述容胶结构为去料形成的结构;
    所述容胶结构的剖面为弧形。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,
    所述容胶结构沿所述壳体的侧壁环绕设置,并且避让所述壳体角部的定位小柱。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,
    还包括与所述壳体结合在一起的前盖;
    在所述前盖与所述振膜固定连接的位置设置有容胶结构,所述容胶结构为第一容胶部;
    设置于所述壳体侧壁上的所述容胶结构为第二容胶部。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,
    所述前盖位于所述振膜的上侧,与所述振膜通过涂胶粘结固定;
    所述壳体结合于所述振膜的下侧,与所述结合部通过涂胶固定。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,还包括收容在所述壳体内的磁路系统;
    所述磁路系统包括与所述壳体固定连接的导磁轭、设置在所述导磁轭中心位置的磁铁、以及设置在所述磁铁远离所述导磁轭一侧的华司。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,
    所述磁铁与所述导磁轭的侧壁之间形成磁间隙,所述音圈悬设在所述磁间隙中。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,
    在所述壳体上设置有出声孔;
    在所述出声孔的表面贴设有阻尼网。
