本实用新型所提供的具有一体式弹片锁扣的连接器,其用不锈钢材料制作金属弹片,其中金属弹片为连体式,实用灵活方便,可以长期使用,且左右金属弹片共享,使组装工序简单化。金属弹片卡于绝缘胶芯2内,不能拔出,通过按绝缘胶芯2左右尾端,金属弹片也随之向内压缩(金属弹片为U型,其一侧边长另一侧边短,短的一侧边装入绝缘胶芯2内定位。长的一侧边与绝缘胶芯2凸点接触),方可拔出。加强了公母连接头的稳定、牢固、灵活性;在实际使用中,为保证上述公头连接器的信号质量,防止信号的衰减, 端子42前端与母头接触的区域设计成门字形(平拱形,即上端为平面),能使其与母头连接座的端子42之间的接触面积增大,导电性更稳定,避免公母对插后接触不良;端子42前端与绝缘胶芯2匹配的结构不同于同类产品的将PIN(端子42)包圆式结构,避免对接地、信号传输等功能会造成干扰。在端子42前端设有C形角,绝缘胶芯2设有与端子42相匹配的避位槽21,使其端子42刺入绝缘胶芯2避位槽21,仅端子42门字平面与母座接触,对插端及其底部均由绝缘胶芯2包围,避免对接地等功能造成干扰。此产品的对插端两侧各设有弧度,能使其与母头紧配,公母对插后不易松动及产生接触不良现象。另此端子42与绝缘胶芯2为装配式 ,51支端子42一组通过镶嵌注塑成端子座4。装配时端子座4两侧与绝缘胶芯2卡住,底部的圆形凸柱411与绝缘胶芯2的方形孔201实配定位,可避免对插时端子42后移,端子42尾端与排线5为装配式, 排线5的PH可以为0.50mm。排线5贴在塞垫6上,塞垫6两侧与绝缘胶芯2的导槽滑配。端子42尾端有弧度且悬空,塞垫6滑进绝缘胶芯2时排线5与端子42夹持接触。 上盖11尾端有对称的弹片,弹片即可与排线5接地也可以夹持排线5,避免晃动以稳定信号。绝缘胶芯2可以采用环保LCP(Liquid Crystal Polymer)材料制作,具有很好的耐高温特性及韧性,产品具有耐高温和低温的特点,耐高温时间长达96H仍无变异,具有耐久性良好、使用寿命长等优点,可靠性佳。而且,绝缘性较好,其:
绝缘阻抗:50MΩMin at 250V DC;
绝缘高压:250V AC/0.1 Second, 导通阻抗5Ω;
产品接触阻抗:40mΩMax;
左右LOCK的拔出破坏力:5.0Kgf Min;
产品的线材破坏力:7.0 Kgf Min。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有一体式弹片锁扣的连接器,包括外壳和绝缘胶芯,所述外壳包括上盖和下盖,所述上盖和下盖对合设置,所述绝缘胶芯设置于所述上盖和下盖之间,其特征在于,所述绝缘胶芯的两侧均设置有一体式的弹片锁扣,所述弹片锁扣一端连接于所述绝缘胶芯,所述弹片锁扣的另一端伸出所述外壳,且所述弹片锁扣伸出所述外壳的一端设置有倒钩;所述绝缘胶芯中设置有端子组件,所述端子组件包括塑胶座和嵌设于所述塑胶座的端子,所述端子设置有多个,其前后两端均伸出于所述塑胶座;所述端子的后端装配有排线,所述排线前端下方设置有塞垫,所述端子的后端压紧于所述排线前端,所述排线前端连接有加强板,所述加强板与所述排线宽度方向的两侧对齐。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有一体式弹片锁扣的连接器,其特征在于,所述端子的前端包括从前向后依次连接呈弧状的前段、呈平面状的中段和呈弧状的后段。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的具有一体式弹片锁扣的连接器,其特征在于,所述加强板的厚度为0.2毫米。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的具有一体式弹片锁扣的连接器,其特征在于,所述绝缘胶芯具有多个避位槽,所述端子的前段伸入所述避位槽。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的具有一体式弹片锁扣的连接器,其特征在于,所述塑胶座的两侧卡于所述绝缘胶芯。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的具有一体式弹片锁扣的连接器,其特征在于,所述塑胶座的底部与所述绝缘胶芯设置凹凸定位结构。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的具有一体式弹片锁扣的连接器,其特征在于,所述凹凸定位结构包括设置于所述塑胶座底面的圆形凸柱和设置于所述绝缘胶芯的方形孔,所述圆形凸柱伸入所述方形孔。
  8. 如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的具有一体式弹片锁扣的连接器,其特征在于,所述弹片锁扣呈“U”字形,其连接于所述绝缘胶芯侧面的一端为短端,其伸于所述外壳的一端为长端。
  9. 如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的具有一体式弹片锁扣的连接器,其特征在于,所述端子设置有51个。
  10. 如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的具有一体式弹片锁扣的连接器,其特征在于,所述上盖、下盖均设置有用于夹持所述排线的弹片。
