本实用新型所提供的具有金属弹片锁扣的公头连接器,其用不锈钢材料制作金属弹片,其中金属弹片为连体式,实用灵活方便,可以长期使用,且左右金属弹片共享,使组装工序简单化。金属弹片卡于胶体2内,不能拔出,通过按胶体2左右尾端,金属弹片也随之向内压缩(金属弹片为U型,其一侧边长另一侧边短,短的一侧边装入胶体2内定位。长的一侧边与胶体2凸点接触),方可拔出。加强了公母连接头的稳定、牢固、灵活性;在实际使用中,为保证上述公头连接器的信号质量,防止信号的衰减, 端子42前端与母头接触的区域设计成门字形(平拱形,即上端为平面),能使其与母头连接座的端子42之间的接触面积增大,导电性更稳定,避免公母对插后接触不良;端子42前端与胶体2匹配的结构不同于同类产品的将PIN(端子42)包圆式结构,避免对接地、信号传输等功能会造成干扰。在端子42前端设有C形角,胶体2设有与端子42相匹配的避位槽21,使其端子42刺入胶体2避位槽21,仅端子42门字平面与母座接触,对插端及其底部均由胶体2包围,避免对接地等功能造成干扰。此产品的对插端两侧各设有弧度,能使其与母头紧配,公母对插后不易松动及产生接触不良现象。另此端子42与胶体2为装配式 ,30支端子42一组通过镶嵌注塑成端子座4。装配时端子座4两侧与胶体2卡住,底部的圆柱411与胶体2的方孔201实配定位,可避免对插时端子42后移,端子42尾端与排线3为装配式, 排线3的PH可以为0.50mm。排线3贴在塞垫6上,塞垫6两侧与胶体2的导槽滑配。端子42尾端有弧度且悬空,塞垫6滑进胶体2时排线3与端子42夹持接触。上盖11尾端有对称的弹片,弹片即可与排线3接地也可以夹持排线3,避免晃动以稳定信号。所述胶体2可以采用环保LCP(Liquid Crystal Polymer)材料制作,具有很好的耐高温特性及韧性,产品具有耐高温和低温的特点,耐高温时间长达96H仍无变异,具有耐久性良好、使用寿命长等优点,可靠性佳。而且,绝缘性较好,其:
绝缘阻抗:100MΩMin at 500V DC;
绝缘高压:500V AC/0.1 Second, 导通阻抗5Ω;
产品接触阻抗:40mΩMax;
左右LOCK的拔出破坏力:5.0Kgf Min;
产品的线材破坏力:7.0 Kgf Min。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有金属弹片锁扣的公头连接器,包括壳体、端子部件和胶体,所述端子部件和胶体设置于所述壳体内,所述端子部件包括塑胶座和多个嵌设于所述塑胶座的端子,所述端子的前后两端均伸出于所述塑胶座;其特征在于,所述胶体的两侧均设置有一体冲压成型的金属弹片锁扣,所述金属弹片锁扣一端连接于所述胶体,所述金属弹片锁扣的另一端伸出所述壳体,且所述金属弹片锁扣伸出所述壳体的一端设置有锁钩;所述端子一体冲压成型,所述端子的前端包括从前向后依次连接呈弧状的前段、呈平面状且用于与母头连接器的端子相接触的中段和呈弧状的后段,所述端子的后端装配有排线,所述排线前端下方设置有塞垫,所述端子的后端具有弧度且压紧所述排线中的金属导体和塞垫。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有金属弹片锁扣的公头连接器,其特征在于,所述排线宽度为30mm,所述排线前端的剥线长度为2.7mm,所述端子设置有30个。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的具有金属弹片锁扣的公头连接器,其特征在于,所述端子的前段两侧设置有倒角。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的具有金属弹片锁扣的公头连接器,其特征在于,所述胶体具有多个避位槽,所述端子的前段伸入所述避位槽。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的具有金属弹片锁扣的公头连接器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括上盖和下盖,所述上盖和下盖对合设置。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的具有金属弹片锁扣的公头连接器,其特征在于,所述塑胶座的底部与所述胶体设置凹凸定位结构。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的具有金属弹片锁扣的公头连接器,其特征在于,所述凹凸定位结构包括设置于所述塑胶座底面的圆柱和设置于所述胶体的方孔,所述圆柱伸入所述方孔。
  8. 如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的具有金属弹片锁扣的公头连接器,其特征在于,所述金属弹片锁扣呈“U”字形,其连接于所述胶体侧面的一端为短端,其伸于所述壳体的一端为长端。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的具有金属弹片锁扣的公头连接器,其特征在于,所述上盖、下盖均设置有用于夹持所述排线的弹片。
  10. 如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的具有金属弹片锁扣的公头连接器,其特征在于,所述胶体采用尼龙材料注塑成型。
