- the mobile housing is the same as in the first embodiment.
- the fixing protrusion 105 ' is formed on the outer side of the lower end of the moving housing 101, the rest of the configuration is the same.
- the mobile housing 100 ′ is configured by a handle 102 ′ integrally formed at an upper portion thereof with a movable housing body 101 ′ extending downward, and formed at the center of the handle 102 ′ to fix the shaft 200.
- a shaft fixing hole 103 'and a stepped 108' are provided to restrict the movement by fixing the shaft to the shaft fixing hole 103 ', and the shaft 200 is fixed to the shaft fixing hole 103'.
- an inner guide rod 106 ′ may be further formed on the bottom surface of the handle 102 ′ to allow the mobile housing to be fixed in position.
- a reinforcement protrusion 107 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the inner guide rod 106 to extend up and down to reinforce the strength of the inner guide rod 106.
- the upper fixed housing 400 ' is the first in that the movable housing guide groove 403' and the movable housing coupling groove 404 'are formed on the inner circumferential surface of the body of the upper fixed housing 400'. It differs from the embodiment.
- Elastic member fixing projection 408 'for holding the position of the elastic member 200, stepped surface 409' for coupling with the lower fixed housing 50 at the lower end of the upper fixed housing, and the stepped surface 409 ' Is provided at the end is composed of a fixing protrusion (410 ') fixed to the
- the mobile housing 100 can be coupled to the coupling groove 404 of the upper fixed housing 400 so that the mobile housing 100 can be fixed, and thus the compaction blade fastening unit 60 fixed to the shaft. ), The compaction blades 70, 70 ', 70 "can be easily replaced.
- the shaft 200 is fastened to the upper end of the upper connecting portion 203 inserted into the shaft fixing hole 103 and the upper connecting portion 203 so that the shaft 200 is fixed to the step 108 of the shaft fixing hole 103.
- Stopper 205 the shaft body 201 is formed integrally with the lower portion of the upper connection portion 203 and formed thicker than the upper connection portion 203, and the lower connection portion integrally formed at the lower end of the shaft body (201) ( 204).
- a spiral guide protrusion 202 is further formed along a guide groove 406, 406 'of the upper fixed housing 400, 400' to be moved by a predetermined distance.
- the guide protrusion 202 moves along the guide grooves 406 and 406 '. Since the lengths of the guide grooves 406 and 406' are limited, the distance at which the shaft 200 moves upward is limited.
- the compaction blade fastening portion 70 is fastened to the lower portion of the shaft 200.
- the compaction blade fastening unit 70 includes an upper surface 61, an outer circumferential surface 63 formed by stepping on the lower portion of the upper surface 61, and a compaction blade coupling protrusion 64 formed at an end of the outer circumferential surface 63.
- the lower connection portion 204 formed on the upper surface 61 is composed of a shaft fixing groove 62 is inserted and fixed.
- the shaft fixing groove 62 may be formed in the form of a hole to be fixed using a screw 65 or the like.
- the compaction blades 70, 70 ', 70 "and the holder 80 are the same as the first embodiment of the vegetable compactor, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
- the 24 to 25 is a first embodiment of the juice plate (90 ') to be placed in the lower portion of the lower fixed housing 50, the operation proceeds.
- the first embodiment of the juice plate 90 ', the juice plate body 91', and the bottom of the lower fixing housing 50 is inserted in the upper portion of the juice plate body 91 '
- Protruding juice projection (95 '), and the juice collected in the juice surface (95') is composed of a juice hole (94 ') formed to descend.
- Fig. 26 is a second embodiment of the juice plate 90 ".
- the second embodiment of the juice plate 90” relates to a juice plate 90 "which can be juiced with an orange or apple.
- the juice plate (90 ) is the juice plate plate 91", the lower fixing housing 50 so that the lower end of the lower fixing housing 50 is inserted in the upper portion of the juice plate body (91 ").
- the juice plate insertion ring 92 which is formed larger, the juice surface 93" formed inside the insertion ring 92 ", and the juice protrusion which protrudes sharply in the center on the juice surface 93".
- 95 and the juice hole 94" formed so that the juice collected on the juice surface 93 "may descend.
- the user applies pressure to the handle 10, the pressure is applied to the handle 10, the guide groove of the upper fixed housing 40 together with the moving housing 20 of the lower portion of the handle 10 ( Move down along 43).
- the compaction blade fastening unit 60 and the compaction blade 70 coupled to the handle shaft 15 also move downward, and the compaction blade 70 moves downward.
- Vegetables are chopped by.
- the guide groove 43 is formed in an oblique line, the compaction blade 70 moves while rotating a predetermined angle while descending to the lower portion. Therefore, vegetables can be chopped much finer.
- the operation principle with reference to Figure 8 the user applies a pressure to the handle 102, the moving housing body 101 formed integrally with the pressure applied to the handle 102 is the housing housing of the upper fixed housing It moves along the 403 and the incision 411, and as the moving housing 100 moves, the spiral guide protrusion 202 of the shaft 200 descends along the spiral guide groove 406 of the upper fixed housing. Since it is formed in a spiral, the compaction blade is lowered while rotating, and the vegetable is then chopped while rotating. Then, when the hand is released again, the elastic member 300 returns to its original position. When the compaction of the vegetables is completed, the holder 80 may be separated from the lower fixing housing 50 and the lid is kept closed, or several holders 80 may be stacked and stored.
- the present invention relates to a vegetable compactor, and because the compaction blade is easy to replace, it is easy to clean and dry the compaction blade, and it is an invention of high industrial applicability that can prevent skin injury due to a knife during replacement.
