Description

风动醒酒装置及具有该装置的摇晃式醒酒壶 技术领域

背景技术

传统的醒酒过程一般都需要一夜或者更长的时间。人们发现将红酒倒出到一个圆形的容器内进行摇晃,可以缩短醒酒所需的时间。市面上也出现了一些使用机械装置搅动红酒使其快速醒酒的产品。但是这些产品不仅体积较大,而且结构比较复杂,不利于使用和清洗。而且实践证明,对红酒过度的搅拌还可能使红酒中的风味物质被氧化或者挥发,反而会降低红酒的品质。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一个目的是提供一种风动醒酒装置。本实用新型的另一个目的是提供一种具有该装置的摇晃式醒酒壶。

实施例1

刚开始1到2分钟内,红酒杯6被气流吹动,呈无序状态湍动,此时红酒被气流吹向红酒杯6的内壁,无明显规律。大约2分钟后,红酒的晃动趋于稳定,最终以恒定的速度沿红酒杯6内壁做周期性旋转。红酒的旋转周期与酒杯6的内径和气流的速度有关。内径越小,气流越快,红酒的旋转周期越短。
在红酒呈无序状态湍动时,轻晃一下红酒杯6,有利于红酒尽快达到稳定的旋转状态。
由于采用的是气流进行驱动,该风动醒酒装置与红酒没有接触,不仅使用时更加干净卫生,而且使用后更加容易清洗。由于气流是通过红酒杯6内壁反射后吹向红酒,大大降低了气流的流速,使其流动更加平缓,当达到稳定状态时,红酒沿红酒杯6内壁做周期性旋转,与直接对着红酒吹气的方法相比,可以减少红酒中的风味物质被氧化或者挥发的情况,从而有利于保证红酒的品质。
实施例2
图5示意性地显示了根据本实用新型另一种实施方式的风动醒酒装置的风轮2。如图所示,与实施例1的不同之处在于,底板22下部还设有与之同轴的搅拌柱23。搅拌柱23与底板22通过卡扣可拆卸地连接。
搅拌柱23由底板22向容器底部呈流线形延伸。搅拌柱23的下端面直径小于搅拌柱的上端面直径。
在其他实施例中,搅拌柱23与底板22之间还可以通过插接或者螺纹连接。
搅拌柱23插入红酒旋转时,由于表面张力,红酒会沿着搅拌柱23外壁上升,直至到达底板22,再由于离心力的作用,红酒被底板22甩向容器的内壁,最后从容器内壁流下。由此使酒液大面积接触空气,从而加速单宁软化、充分释放封闭的香气,非常适合用于浅龄红酒的醒酒。
实施例3
图6示意性地显示了根据本实用新型又一种实施方式的风动醒酒装置的风轮2。如图所示,与实施例2的不同之处在于,搅拌柱23外周壁设有升酒道231。升酒道231沿搅拌柱23的旋转方向螺旋上升至底板下表面。由此可以使更多的红酒被底板甩向容器内壁,进一步加大酒液与空气的接触面积。
实施例4
图7示意性地显示了根据本实用新型一种实施方式的摇晃式醒酒壶。如图所示,该装置包括壶体7和实施例2所述的风动醒酒装置。其中,盖体1作为壶盖覆盖在壶体7的口部。风轮2下部设有搅拌柱23。风轮2和搅拌柱23位于壶体7内部。壶体7还具有壶嘴71。当红酒未没过壶嘴71时,壶嘴71还可以作为出气口使用。醒酒完成后,红酒可以直接从壶嘴71倒出。
该摇晃式醒酒壶可以使酒液大面积接触空气,从而加速单宁软化、充分释放封闭的香气,非常适合用于浅龄红酒的醒酒。
实施例5
图7示意性地显示了根据本实用新型另一种实施方式的摇晃式醒酒壶。如图所示,与实施例4的不同之处在于,壶体7为传统的大肚醒酒壶。盖体1作为瓶塞盖在壶体7的口部,风轮2位于壶体7内部。醒酒完成后,需要拔出盖体1,再将红酒从壶体7的口部倒出。
该摇晃式醒酒壶可以达到传统的摇晃式醒酒的效果。使用该摇晃式醒酒壶进行醒酒的红酒,风味更加传统,尤其适用于一些陈年红酒的醒酒。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 风动醒酒装置,其特征在于,包括一个可以覆盖在敞口容器的口部的盖体,所述盖体设有风轮和电机,所述电机的转轴与所述风轮相连接,所述风轮安装在所述盖体的下部且其下端面为封闭的平面,所述风轮主要由叶轮和底板组成,所述叶轮设于所述电机的转轴的四周,所述底板设于所述叶轮的下方,所述盖体还设有进气口,所述进气口设于所述风轮的上方,所述盖体边缘或者所述容器侧壁设有出气口,当所述电机驱动所述风轮旋转时,从所述进气口吸入的气流由所述风轮吹向所述容器内壁,再经所述容器内壁反射后吹向所述容器底部的红酒,最后从出气口排出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风动醒酒装置,其特征在于,所述底板下部还设有与之同轴的搅拌柱,所述搅拌柱由所述底板向所述容器底部呈流线形延伸,所述搅拌柱的下端面直径小于所述搅拌柱的上端面直径。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的风动醒酒装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌柱与所述底板可拆卸地连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的风动醒酒装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌柱外周壁设有升酒道,所述升酒道沿所述搅拌柱的旋转方向螺旋上升至所述底板下表面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的风动醒酒装置,其特征在于,所述盖体还设有控制面板,所述控制面板设有用于调节所述电机转速的分档开关。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的风动醒酒装置,其特征在于,所述盖体内部还设有充电电路和蓄电池。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的风动醒酒装置,其特征在于,所述风动醒酒装置与所述容器封闭连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的风动醒酒装置,其特征在于,所述盖体下与容器接触的部分设有柔性胶圈。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的风动醒酒装置,其特征在于,所述柔性胶圈 设于所述盖体下表面,且所述柔性胶圈的宽度为1~5cm。
  10. 摇晃式醒酒壶,包括壶体和壶盖,其特征在于,所述壶盖为权利要求1至9任一项所述的风动醒酒装置。
