一种输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置,该装置包括垂直导向机构和除尘机构;垂直导向机构和除尘机构同轴设置,并且垂直导向机构和除尘机构的轴心设有用于钻杆(6)通过的通孔。该输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置,在钻孔过程中能够确保钻进垂直度和对产生的灰尘的收集,可有效避免因钻头径向摆动产生的钻偏问题,减少施工过程中灰尘对操作人员和环境的危害,从而提高钻孔效率和人员安全。

Description

一种输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种垂直导向与除尘两用装置,具体讲涉及一种输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置。
背景技术
输电是用变压器将发电机发出的电能升压后,再经断路器等控制设备接入输电线路来实现。按结构形式,输电线路分为架空输电线路和电缆线路。架空输电线路由线路杆塔、导线、绝缘子、线路金具、拉线、杆塔基础、接地装置等构成,架设在地面之上。
山区岩石地段的输电线路工程中,岩石锚杆基础发挥了原状岩体的力学性能,具有较好的抗拔性能,是值得推广的一种新型环保基础。水泥砂浆或细石混凝土与锚筋注入岩孔内形成的输电线路岩石锚杆基础,使得锚筋与岩体胶结成整体,承受上部结构荷载。岩石锚杆基础减少了基础混凝土用量、土石方开挖量,降低了水泥、砂石、基础钢材及弃土的运输量,能显著降低运输工程量,特别适用于地形复杂的高山地区。同时,也因显著减少了人工开挖或爆破作业对基础周围岩石基面、林木植被的损害,具有较好的环保效益。
但是,在山区输变电线路施工过程中,环境条件相对较恶劣,导致很多设备无法运抵施工现场,因此在锚杆孔的开挖过程中缺少相应的设备来保证锚杆孔的施工质量。
目前,在锚杆孔的钻孔过程中,孔的垂直定位需要施工人员手扶导正,钻孔的垂直度也无法保证,会对施工人员的人身安全构成了隐患,;同时,钻孔过程中产生的大量灰尘无法得到有效的收集和处理,对施工人员的健康造成危害。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置,在钻孔过程中能够确保钻进垂直度和对产生的灰尘的收集,可有效避免因钻头径向摆动产生的钻偏问题,减少施工过程中灰尘对操作人员和环境的危害,从而提高钻孔效率和人员安全。
本发明的目的是采用下述技术方案实现的:
本发明提供的一种输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置,其改进之处在于,所述装置包括垂直导向机构和除尘机构;同轴设置的所述垂直导向机构和除尘机构的轴心设有用于钻杆6通过的通孔。
本发明提供的第一优选技术方案为,所述垂直导向机构包括顶杆2和用于所述钻杆6通过的导向套筒7;所述导向套筒7侧壁径向设置顶杆2。
本发明提供的第二优选技术方案为,所述导向套筒7为圆柱体,其轴心设有所述通孔,其侧壁径向设有位于同一平面且相互垂直的导套12,所述导套12上沿其轴线间隔设有销轴孔13。
本发明提供的第三优选技术方案为,所述顶杆2的一端沿其轴线间隔设有与所述导套12相匹配的销轴孔,另一端设有垂直其轴线的顶块1。
本发明提供的第四优选技术方案为,所述顶杆2的外径小于等于导套12的内径,所述顶杆2与导套12通过穿过所述销轴孔13的销轴5连接。
本发明提供的第五优选技术方案为,所述除尘机构包括除尘器3和防尘罩10;所述防尘罩10为锥形,顶部设有法兰,底部沿其外壁径向设置圆盘,侧壁径向设置除尘口11。
本发明提供的第六优选技术方案为,所述除尘器3与除尘口11之间设置除尘管4。
本发明提供的第七优选技术方案为,所述导向套筒7底部设有与所述法兰相匹配的法兰盘8,所述法兰与法兰盘8之间通过螺栓9连接。
本发明提供的第八优选技术方案为,所述法兰与法兰盘8之间设置密封垫。
本发明提供的第九优选技术方案为,所述防尘罩10顶部开口直径等于所述导向套筒7的直径;所述防尘罩10底部开口直径大于所述导向套筒7的直径。
与最接近的现有技术比,本发明达到如下有益效果:
1、本发明提供的输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置,针对在山区施工作业中,由于交通不便,所有的设备均需人工运输的特点,采用可拆卸、轻量化和小型化的结构,便于运输和维护。
2、本发明提供的输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置,即可实现垂直定位又可收集灰尘,不仅保证了钻孔的质量,而且也改善了施工现场的环境。
3、本发明提供的输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置,在钻孔过程中能够确保钻进垂直度和对产生的灰尘的收集,可有效避免因钻头径向摆动产生的钻偏问题,减少施工过程中灰尘对操作人员和环境的危害,从而提高钻孔效率和人员安全。
4、本发明提供的输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置,结构简单,操作便捷,性价比高,易于推广应用。
5、本发明提供的输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置,根据不同的锚杆基础通 过调节顶杆的径向长度来实现导向套筒的定位,适用于不同尺寸的承台孔。
6、本发明提供的输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置,在除尘罩底部与地面接触的大端面设置的圆盘,可增大与地面的接触面积,减小灰尘从外部溢出;除尘罩顶部的小端面与导向套筒通过法兰盘连接,并且在法兰盘之间安装密封垫,提高了整体的密封性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详细说明。
本发明实施例提供的输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置,如图1至4所示,包括垂直导向机构和除尘机构;垂直导向机构和除尘机构同轴并且其轴心设有用于钻杆6通过的通孔。
垂直导向机构包括顶杆2和导向套筒7;导向套筒7为圆柱体,轴心设有通孔,侧壁径向设有位于同一平面且相互垂直的导套12,导套12上沿其轴线间隔设有销轴孔13。顶杆2径向设置在导向套筒7侧壁,顶杆2的一端沿其轴线间隔设有与导套12相匹配的销轴孔,另一端设有垂直其轴线的顶块1。顶杆2的外径小于等于导套12的内径,顶杆2与导套12通过穿过销轴孔13的销轴5连接。通过调节销轴5插入销轴孔13的位置可实现顶块1与导向套筒7外壁之间的距离的调节,从而实现对导向套筒7的定位。
除尘机构包括除尘器3和防尘罩10;防尘罩10为锥形,顶部设有法兰,底部沿其外壁径向设置圆盘,侧壁径向设置除尘口11;除尘器3与除尘口11之间设置除尘管4,由吸尘器3实现灰尘的最终收集。导向套筒7底部设有与法兰相匹配的法兰盘8,法兰与法兰盘8之间通过螺栓9连接,法兰与法兰盘8之间设置密封垫。防尘罩10顶部开口直径等于导向套筒7的直径;防尘罩10底部开口直径大于导向套筒7的直径。
工作时,先将垂直导向机构与除尘机构连接好,并置于承台孔底部,通过调节顶杆2的 长度将顶块1撑在承台孔的内壁上即可将装置固定于需钻孔位置;移动钻机,将钻杆6插入到导向套筒7内,同时将除尘口11与除尘器3之间连接除尘管4。然后启动除尘器3,再开动钻机;通过位置固定的导向套筒7限制钻杆6的径向偏移,从而实现垂直定位;防尘罩10下端的大端面直接与地面贴合,在钻机钻孔过程中产生的灰尘被限制在防尘罩10内,并且通过除尘器3将灰尘吸出,实现灰尘的收集。

  3. 如权利要求2所述的输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置,其特征在于,所述导向套筒(7)为圆柱体,其轴心设有所述通孔,其侧壁径向设有位于同一平面且相互垂直的导套(12),所述导套(12)上沿其轴线间隔设有销轴孔(13)。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置,其特征在于,所述顶杆(2)的一端沿其轴线间隔设有与所述导套(12)相匹配的销轴孔,另一端设有垂直其轴线的顶块(1)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置,其特征在于,所述顶杆(2)的外径小于等于导套(12)的内径,所述顶杆(2)与导套(12)通过穿过所述销轴孔(13)的销轴(5)连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的输变电线路基础成孔垂直导向与除尘两用装置,其特征在于,所述除尘机构包括除尘器(3)和防尘罩(10);所述防尘罩(10)为锥形,顶部设有法兰,底部沿其外壁径向设置圆盘,侧壁径向设置除尘口(11)。
