本文涉及但不限于通信领域,尤其涉及一种未接来电提示方法、装置及被叫终端。

日常生活中,人们会常常遇到电话打不通的情况,其中也不乏对方电话无人接听的情况,这时候的提示往往都是固定的“您所拨打的电话无人接听”,这个提示其实相当于没有提示,因为这是一种已经知道的事实,并非一种含有信息的提示,人们无法通过这个信息了解电话未打通的原因。这种情况下,如果是有急事迫切需要联系到对方,或者打不通电话又会比较担心对方,就不得不持续呼叫对方电话,以期获得联系,影响用户未接听来电时的通信体验。

本发明实施例提供一种未接来电提示方法、装置及被叫终端,能够提升通信过程中未接听来电的用户体验。
本发明实施例提供了一种未接来电提示方法,包括:
判定当前来电无人接听;
获取被叫终端当前的状态信息;
根据所述状态信息确定所述被叫终端未接听所述来电的原因;
根据所述原因向主叫终端反馈相应的提示信息。
可选的,在本发明的一种实施例中,判定当前来电无人接听包括:
预设无人接听时间阈值;
检测到有来电时触发计时;
当计时时长达到所述无人接听时间阈值,且所述来电未被接听时,则判定当前的所述来电无人接听。
可选的,在本发明的一种实施例中,根据所述原因向主叫终端反馈所述提示信息采用以下方式中的至少一种:
通过网络侧以信令的方式向所述主叫终端反馈所述提示信息;
通过自动接听所述来电并以语音播报方式向所述主叫终端播报所述提示信息;
通过信息的方式向所述主叫终端发送所述提示信息。

本发明实施例还提供了一种被叫终端,包括如上所述的未接来电提示装置。
与相关技术相比,本发明实施例提供的技术方案,包括:判定当前来电无人接听时,获取被叫终端当前的状态信息,然后根据被叫终端当前的状态信息确定被叫终端用户当前未能接听该来电的原因,根据该原因向主叫终端反馈对应的提示信息。本发明实施例主叫终端能了解到被叫终端用户未接听该来电的原因,决定是否继续拨打还是采取其他联系方式,而不再盲目的猜测;例如当获取到真实原因为被叫终端用户忘记携带终端时,则主叫用户可知在短时间内即使反复拨打也联系不上,因此需考虑采用其他的联系方式尝试与该用户联系,因此可在很大程度上提升用户体验的满意度。

可选的,在上述步骤101中判断当前来电无人接听的方式可根据实际应用场景灵活选择;本实施例以以下示例进行说明,但应当理解的是并不限于以下实现方式。请参见图2所示,本示例判断当前来电无人接听的方式包括:
步骤201:预设无人接听时间阈值,该时间阈值的设定根据用户需求,网络环境等因素灵活设置;
步骤202:检测到有来电时触发计时;
步骤203:当计时时长达到无人接听时间阈值,判断来电是否被接听,如来电被接听,转至步骤204;否则,判断来电未被接听,转至步骤205;
步骤204:已正常接听,退出。

可选的,本实施例中,将被叫用户未能接听来电的真实原因分为:用户 暂时离开、和/或用户忘记携带、和/或用户当前不方便接听、和/或用户没有听到来电等;但应当理解的是还可以采用其他的分类方式进行分类,分类的种数和分类的标准可以根据实际应用分析进行调整。
可选的,本实施例中,获取的被叫终端的状态信息包括:被叫终端当前系统时间、和/或被叫终端当前位置信息、和/或被叫终端当前运动情况、和/或来电前被叫终端最后一次被操作时间、和/或来电过程中被叫终端被操作情况。其中:
被叫终端当前位置信息可以包括通过全球定位系统(GPS)获得的定位信息,也可以包括移动网络的小区识别信息,还可以包括采用其他方法确定的被叫终端当前位置信息;
被叫终端当前的运动情况包括静止、移动等,本发明实施例可以通过包括:加速度传感器等检测模块进行检测判断;例如通过加速度传感器进行检测时,如果该加速度传感器的加速度信息都为0,则认为终端当前是在静止状态,否则,认为其处于移动状态;
来电前被叫终端最后一次被操作时间,包括被叫终端在此次来电前最后一次响应用户操作的时间,可以通过被叫终端在每次响应用户操作时将当前响应的时间作为最后一次响应时间,然后检测到新的响应后将新的响应时间覆盖之前存储的时间最为最后一次响应的时间;该响应可以包括:响应用户触摸终端事件或者按键事件;
来电过程中被叫终端被操作情况包括:在呼叫过程中用户是否对被叫终端进行过操作,该操作可以是触摸、按键,翻转屏幕或拿起终端等;其中检测是否翻转屏幕可以通过光线传感器和/或加速度传感器检测实现;检测是否拿起终端也可通过加速度传感器实现。
另外,在本实施例中,为了判断被叫终端当前所处的位置是否在家中或者公司,以及当前的时间是否是工作时间,被叫用户还可在被叫终端中预先设置家里的位置信息、公司的位置信息以及自己的工作时间等,这样后续可以根据获取到的被叫终端的位置信息判断其所处位置,以及根据获取到的被叫终端的系统时间信息判断当前是否处于工作时间。
可选的,基于获取的上述状态信息,确定被叫终端未接听该来电的原因 的过程包括:
判断被叫终端未接听来电的原因为用户暂时离开:
若被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,被叫终端当前系统时间与来电前被叫终端最后一次被用户操作时间的差值小于第一时间阈值,且来电过程中被叫终端未被操作,此时认为用户暂时不在被叫终端旁边,确定被叫终端未接听来电的原因为用户暂时离开,没有听到来电;本实施例中的第一时间阈值可根据不同用户的需求,以及应用场景灵活设置,例如设置为10分钟;
判断被叫终端未接听来电的原因为用户忘记携带:
若根据被叫终端当前位置信息确定其当前处于用户家中,被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,被叫终端当前系统时间属于工作时间,且被叫终端当前系统时间与来电前被叫终端最后一次被用户操作时间的差值大于第二时间阈值,此时则认为用户将被叫终端遗忘在家里了;
或,若根据被叫终端当前位置信息确定其当前处于用户公司,被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,被叫终端当前系统时间属于休息时间,且被叫终端当前系统时间与来电前被叫终端最后一次被用户操作时间的差值大于第二时间阈值,认为用户将被叫终端遗忘在公司;
本实施例中的第二时间阈值也可根据不同用户的需求,以及应用场景灵活设置,例如设置为60分钟;
判断被叫终端未接听来电的原因为用户当前不方便接听:
若被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,且来电过程中被叫终端被操作情况为操作过被叫终端,则认为用户当前正在处理其他重要事宜,没时间接听电话;
或,若被叫终端当前运动情况为移动,且被叫终端当前系统时间与来电前被叫终端最后一次被用户操作时间的差值小于第三时间阈值,则认为用户正在赶路,没时间接听电话;
本实施例中的第三时间阈值也可根据不同用户的需求,以及具体应用场景灵活设置,例如设置为10分钟;
判断被叫终端未接听来电的原因为用户没有听到来电:
若被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,但来电过程中被叫终端未被操作,确 定原因为用户没有听到来电,认为当前与终端距离较远;
若被叫终端当前运动情况为移动,但来电过程中被叫终端未被操作,确定原因为用户没有听到来电,当前正在运动状态中。
应当理解的是,对于本申请中用户暂时离开、用户忘记携带、用户当前不方便接听和用户没有听到来电原因的判断,可以按照任何顺序执行判断,也可以按照用户设定的顺序进行判断,例如用户可以设置用户暂时离开、用户忘记携带、用户当前不方便接听和用户没有听到来电原因具有不同的判断优先级,在根据状态信息确定被叫终端未接听来电的原因时按照判断优先级从高到底的顺序依次判断,一旦确定出一个原因即将确定出的原因作为所述被叫终端未接听来电的原因止。例如可以依次设置用户暂时离开、用户忘记携带、用户当前不方便接听和用户没有听到来电四个原因的优先级为从高到底,判断时则先判断是否是用户暂时离开,如是,则结束判断过程;否则,继续判断是否是用户忘记携带,以此类推。
在获取的用户未接听来电的原因后,根据该原因向主叫终端反馈提示信息时刻采用以下方式中的至少一种:
方式一:通过网络侧以信令的方式向主叫终端反馈提示信息;此时可通过信令传输方式,被叫终端依据不同原因给网络侧回复不同的信令,网络侧则依据信令进行对应提示,例如提示用户暂时离开、用户忘记携带等;
方式二:通过自动接听来电并以语音播报方式向主叫终端播报提示信息,例如自动播报用户当前不方便接听或用户没有听到来电等;
方式三:通过信息(例如短信、彩信等)的方式向主叫终端发送提示信息,例如短信内容提示用户暂时离开、用户不方便接听等。
本发明实施例还一种计算机存储介质,计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,计算机可执行指令用于执行上述未接来电提示方法。
实施例二:

无人接听判断模块1设置为,判断当前来电是否无人接听;
信息获取模块2设置为,在无人接听判断模块1判断结果为当前来电无人接听时,获取被叫终端当前的状态信息;

第二分析处理子模块32设置为,在根据被叫终端当前位置信息确定被叫终端当前处于用户家中,被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,被叫终端当前系统时间属于工作时间,且被叫终端当前系统时间与来电前被叫终端最后一次被 用户操作时间的差值大于第二时间阈值时;或,在根据被叫终端当前位置信息确定其当前处于用户公司,被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,被叫终端当前系统时间属于休息时间,且被叫终端当前系统时间与来电前被叫终端最后一次被用户操作时间的差值大于第二时间阈值时,确定被叫终端未接听来电原因为用户忘记携带;
第三分析处理子模块33设置为,在被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,且来电过程中被叫终端被操作情况为操作过被叫终端时;或,在被叫终端当前运动情况为移动,且被叫终端当前系统时间与来电前被叫终端最后一次被用户操作时间的差值小于第三时间阈值时,确定被叫终端未接听来电原因为用户不方便接听;
第四分析处理子模块34设置为,在被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,或被叫终端当前运动情况为移动,但来电过程中被叫终端未被操作时,确定被叫终端未接听来电原因为用户没有听到来电。
应当理解的是,对于本申请中用户暂时离开、用户忘记携带、用户当前不方便接听和用户没有听到来电原因的判断,可以按照任何顺序执行判断,也可以按照用户设定的顺序进行判断,例如用户可以设置用户暂时离开、用户忘记携带、用户当前不方便接听和用户没有听到来电原因具有不同的判断优先级,分析处理模块3在根据状态信息确定被叫终端未接听来电的原因时按照判断优先级从高到底的顺序依次判断,一旦确定出一个原因即终止。
本实施例中的反馈模块4包括网络信令反馈子模块41、语音播报反馈子模块42和信息反馈子模块43中的至少一种:
网络信令反馈子模块41设置为,通过网络侧以信令的方式向主叫终端反馈提示信息;此时具体可通过信令传输方式,被叫终端依据不同原因给网络侧回复不同的信令,网络侧则依据信令进行对应提示,例如提示用户暂时离开、用户忘记携带等;
语音播报反馈子模块42设置为,通过自动接听来电并以语音播报方式向主叫终端播报提示信息,例如自动播报用户当前不方便接听或用户没有听到来电等;
信息反馈子模块43设置为,通过信息(包括短信、彩信等)的方式向主 叫终端发送提示信息;例如短信内容提示用户暂时离开、用户不方便接听等。
实施例四:
本实施例以被叫终端为手机,依次设置用户暂时离开、用户忘记携带、用户当前不方便接听和用户没有听到来电四个原因的优先级为从高到底,判断时按照优先级从高到底的顺序进行判断为示例,对本发明实施例做进一步详细解释说明。
本实施例提供了一种根据当前手机状态进行未接来电提示的方法,请参考图4,包含如下步骤。
步骤401:设定来电无人接听时间阈值;
步骤402:有来电时启动定时器,定时到达的时间长度为步骤401中的无人接听时间阈值;
步骤403:判断来电是否已经被接听,如果来电已经被接听,则结束;否则,来电未被接听进入后续步骤404;
步骤404:启动获取手机状态信息的程序,根据手机状态信息确定手机为接听来电的原因;
步骤405:根据步骤404中输出的原因设定自动应答的提示信息的内容,提示给主叫诊断。
其中,步骤404的方法实施,请参考图5,图5为本实施例提供的方法的流程示意图,具体包含如下步骤。
步骤501:信息预置;包括家庭及办公室的地理位置信息、工作时间信息等的预置;
步骤502:信息采集;获取当前手机所处的地理位置信息、时间维度信息、当前手机的运动状况、用户最后一次操作时间、来电过程中是否有操作等;
步骤503:原因判定;以步骤502中获取到的信息作为依据,判定当前手机未接听来电的原因;
步骤504:信息输出;将步骤503中的原因判定结果进行输出。
其中,步骤501中设置模块事先将地理位置信息、工作时间信息、用户最后一次操作时间等必要信息存储在手机中。
其中,地理位置信息包括家、办公室以及其他地方,其信息可以是由GPS定位(经纬度信息),或者是移动网络的小区识别信息;工作时间信息来源于用户设置;用户最后一次操作时间指用户最后一次触摸或按键操作手机的时间,系统检测到当前有按键或触摸事件时,随即记录下当前系统时间,之后每次有操作时对此值进行实时更新。
步骤502中信息采集功能实施方法包括如下几个方面。
当前手机所处的地理位置信息:启动GPS定位方法获取经纬度信息(或移动网络进行小区识别),根据经纬度信息(或移动网络小区信息)与所述步骤501中预置的地理位置信息做匹配比较,即可获得当前所处的地理位置。
时间维度信息:获取手机当前的系统时间。
当前手机的运动状况:利用手机的加速度传感器,连续3秒获取手机的加速度,如果加速度信息都为0,则认为手机当前是在静置状态,否则为移动状态。将结果信息记录下来。
用户最后一次操作时间:获取用户最后一次触摸或按键操作手机的时间。系统检测到当前有按键或触摸事件时,随即记录下当前系统时间,之后每次有操作时对此值进行实时更新。
来电过程中是否有操作:记录从来电开始到无人接听这一时间段内,用户是否有触摸、按键、翻转屏幕或者拿起手机等操作。其中,是否有拿起手机操作,可以依靠手机的加速度传感器,从来电开始、每隔一定时间读取一下手机的加速度,如果有所改变则认为有拿起操作,否则为没有。
步骤503中状态判定的实施方法,请参考图6,图6为本实施例提供的方法的流程示意图,具体包含如下步骤。
步骤601:根据设定优先级通过上述判断规则做判定;这里,判断规则为状态判定的判断规则;
步骤602:判断步骤601是否已产生判定结果,如果已产生判定结果,则结束,否则未产生判定结果进行步骤603;
步骤603:是否还有低优先级的判断规则,如果还有低优先级的判断规则,进入步骤601;否则,没有低优先级的判断规则,结束本发明实施例。
其中,步骤601中包含有如下几个判断规则。
规则一、是否为暂时离开
如果当前手机处于静置状态,且最后一次操作时间距当前时间较近(例如,十分钟之内),且来电过程中用户没有操作过手机,则认为用户暂时不在手机旁边、没有听到来电。流程请参考图7,包括:
步骤701:获取手机当前运动情况;
步骤702:判断手机当前是否静止,如手机当前静止,转至步骤703;否则,手机当前移动,结束;
步骤703:获取最后一次操作时间和当前时间(例如、手机系统时间);
步骤704:判断最后一次操作时间和当前时间是否较近;最后一次操作时间和当前时间较近,执行步骤705,最后一次操作时间和当前时间不近,结束是否为暂时离开的判断;例如、判断最后一次操作时间和手机系统时间的差值是否小于10分钟,如最后一次操作时间和手机系统时间的差值小于10分钟,转至步骤705;否则,最后一次操作时间和手机系统时间的差值大于或等于10分钟,结束是否为暂时离开的判断;
步骤705:判断来电过程中是否操作过手机,如来电过程中操作过手机,转至步骤706;否则,来电过程中未操作过手机,结束是否为暂时离开的判断;
步骤706:确定被叫终端未接听来电的原因为用户暂时离开。
规则二、是否为用户忘带手机
可为如下两个方面。
①如果当前手机静置在家里,且当前时间属于正常工作日,且最后一次操作时间距当前时间较远(例如,一个小时以上),则认为是手机被遗忘在家里。
②如果当前手机静置在办公室,且当前时间不属于正常工作日,且最后 一次操作时间距当前时间较远,则认为是手机被遗忘在办公室。具体分析过程请参见图8所示,包括:
步骤801:获取手机当前运动情况;
步骤802:判断手机当前是否静止,如手机当前静止,转至步骤803;否则,手机当前运动,结束是否为用户忘带手机的判断;
步骤803:获取手机当前位置信息;
步骤804:判断是否在家里或公司,如在家里或公司,转至步骤805;否则,手机当前位置信息为家里或公司以外地方,结束是否为用户忘带手机的判断;
步骤805:确定在家里或在公司;
步骤806:获取当前时间(例如、手机系统时间);
步骤807:在家里是判断是否为工作时间,在公司是判断是否为休息时间,如手机当前位置在家里且为工作时间,或手机当前位置在公司且为休息时间,转至步骤808;否则,结束是否为用户忘带手机的判断。
步骤808:获取最后一次操作时间和手机系统时间;
步骤809:最后一次操作时间和当前时间(手机系统时间)是否较远(较远包括:大于第二时间阈值),如最后一次操作时间和当前时间(手机系统时间)较远,执行步骤810;如最后一次操作时间和当前时间(手机系统时间)较近,结束是否为用户忘带手机的判断;例如、判断二者差值是否大于60分钟,如最后一次操作时间和手机系统时间大于60分钟,转至步骤810;否则,最后一次操作时间和手机系统时间小于或等于60分钟,结束是否为用户忘带手机的判断;
步骤810:判断被叫终端未接听来电原因为用户忘记携带手机。
规则三、是否为不方便接听
可为如下两个方面。
①如果当前手机处于静置状态,且来电过程中用户有操作过手机,则认为当前正在处理其他重要事宜、没有时间接听电话。
②如果当前手机处于移动状态,且最后一次操作时间距当前时间较近,则认为当前正在急着赶路、没有时间接听电话。请参见图9所示,包括:
步骤901:获取手机当前运动情况;
步骤902:判断手机当前是否静止,如手机当前运动情况为静止,转至步骤903;否则,手机当前为移动,转至步骤905;
步骤903:判断来电过程中是否操作过手机;如来电过程中操作过手机,转至步骤904;否则,来电过程中未操作过手机,结束是否为不方便接听的判断;
步骤904:确定未接听来电原因为不方便接听;此时,包括被叫用户当前正在处理重要事务;
步骤905:获取最后一次操作时间和手机系统时间;
步骤906:最后一次操作时间和当前时间(手机系统时间)是否较近,最后一次操作时间和当前时间较近,转至步骤907;当前时间(手机系统时间)较远,结束是否为不方便接听的判断;例如、判断二者差值是否小于10分钟,如最后一次操作时间和手机系统时间小于10分钟,转至步骤907;否则,c(手机系统时间)大于或等于10分钟,结束是否为不方便接听的判断;
步骤907:确定未接听来电原因为没时间接听。此时,包括被叫用户当前正急着赶路;
规则四、是否为没有听到来电
可为如下两个方面。
①如果当前手机处于静置状态,且来电过程中用户没有操作过手机,则认为当前与手机距离较远、没有听到来电。
②如果当前手机处于移动状态,且来电过程中用户没有操作过手机,则认为当前正在运动状态中、没有听到来电。具体过程请参见图10所示,包括:
步骤1001:获取手机当前运动情况;
步骤1002:判断手机当前是否静止,如手机当前运动情况为静止,转至步骤1003;否则,手机当前运动情况为移动,转至步骤1005;
步骤1003:判断来电过程中是否操作过手机;如来电过程中未操作过手机,转至步骤1004;否则,来电过程中操作过手机,结束是否为没有听到来电的判断;
步骤1004:未听到来电;包括,被叫终端当前距离用户较远;
步骤1005:判断来电过程中是否操作过手机;如来电过程中未操作过手机,转至步骤1006;否则,来电过程中操作过手机,结束是否为没有听到来电;
步骤1006:确定未接听来电原因为未听到来电。此时,可以包括被叫用户当前正在移动过程中。
步骤405的方法实施可以通过信令传输方式、自动播放语音方式或者是短信回复方式。
⑴通过信令传输方式,被叫终端依据不同的状态给网络侧回复不同的信令,网络侧依据信令进行对应提示;
⑵通过自动播放语音方式,被叫终端自动接通电话,根据当前状态播放提前录制好的声音,提示给主叫方;
⑶通过短信方式,被叫终端根据当前状态生成对应短信息内容,立即回复给主叫方。

上述技术方案实现了被叫终端用户未接听来电原因的判断,提升了用户通信体验。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种未接来电提示方法,包括:
    判定当前来电无人接听;
    获取被叫终端当前的状态信息;
    根据所述状态信息确定所述被叫终端未接听所述来电的原因;
    根据所述原因向主叫终端反馈相应的提示信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的未接来电提示方法,其中,判定当前来电无人接听包括:
    预设无人接听时间阈值;
    检测到有来电时触发计时;
    当计时时长达到所述无人接听时间阈值,且所述来电未被接听时,则判定当前的所述来电无人接听。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的未接来电提示方法,其中,根据所述原因向主叫终端反馈所述提示信息采用以下方式中的至少一种:
    通过网络侧以信令的方式向所述主叫终端反馈所述提示信息;
    通过自动接听所述来电并以语音播报方式向所述主叫终端播报所述提示信息;
    通过信息的方式向所述主叫终端发送所述提示信息。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的未接来电提示方法,其中,所述原因包括:用户暂时离开、和/或用户忘记携带、和/或用户当前不方便接听、和/或用户没有听到来电。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的未接来电提示方法,其中,所述用户暂时离开、和/或用户忘记携带、和/或用户当前不方便接听、和/或用户没有听到来电设有不同判断优先级,在根据所述状态信息确定所述被叫终端未接听所述来电的原因时按照判断优先级从高到底的顺序依次判断,一旦确定出一个原因即将确定出的原因作为所述被叫终端未接听所述来电的原因。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的未接来电提示方法,其中,所述状态信息包括:被叫终端当前系统时间、和/或被叫终端当前位置信息、和/或被叫终端当前运动情况、和/或来电前被叫终端最后一次被操作时间、和/或来电过程中被叫终端被操作情况。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的未接来电提示方法,其中,
    判断所述原因为用户暂时离开包括:若被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,被叫终端当前系统时间与来电前被叫终端最后一次被用户操作时间的差值小于第一时间阈值,且来电过程中被叫终端未被操作,则确定所述被叫终端未接听来电原因为用户暂时离开;
    判断所述原因为用户忘记携带包括:若根据被叫终端当前位置信息确定其当前处于用户家中,所述被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,被叫终端当前系统时间属于工作时间,且被叫终端当前系统时间与来电前被叫终端最后一次被用户操作时间的差值大于第二时间阈值;或,若根据被叫终端当前位置信息确定其当前处于用户公司,被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,被叫终端当前系统时间属于休息时间,且被叫终端当前系统时间与来电前被叫终端最后一次被用户操作时间的差值大于第二时间阈值,则确定所述被叫终端未接听来电原因为用户忘记携带;
    判断所述原因为用户当前不方便接听包括:若被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,且来电过程中被叫终端被操作情况为操作过被叫终端;或,若被叫终端当前运动情况为移动,且被叫终端当前系统时间与来电前被叫终端最后一次被用户操作时间的差值小于第三时间阈值,确定所述被叫终端未接听来电原因为用户不方便接听;
    判断所述原因为用户没有听到来电包括:若被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,或被叫终端当前运动情况为移动,但来电过程中被叫终端未被操作,确定所述被叫终端未接听来电原因为用户没有听到来电。
  8. 一种未接来电提示装置,包括:
    无人接听判断模块设置为,判断当前来电是否无人接听;
    信息获取模块设置为,在所述无人接听判断模块判断结果为当前来电无 人接听时,获取被叫终端当前的状态信息;
    分析处理模块设置为,根据所述状态信息确定所述被叫终端未接听所述来电的原因;
    反馈模块设置为,根据所述原因向主叫终端反馈相应的提示信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的未接来电提示装置,所述未接来电提示装置还包括设置模块,所述无人接听判断模块包括计时子模块和判断子模块;
    所述设置模块设置为,预设无人接听时间阈值;
    所述计时子模块设置为,检测到有来电时触发计时;
    所述判断子模块设置为,当计时时长达到所述无人接听时间阈值,且所述来电未被接听时,则判定当前的所述来电无人接听。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的未接来电提示装置,其中,所述反馈模块包括网络信令反馈子模块、语音播报反馈子模块和信息反馈子模块中的至少一种:
    所述网络信令反馈子模块设置为,通过网络侧以信令的方式向所述主叫终端反馈所述提示信息;
    所述语音播报反馈子模块设置为,通过自动接听所述来电并以语音播报方式向所述主叫终端播报所述提示信息;
    所述信息反馈子模块设置为,通过信息的方式向所述主叫终端发送所述提示信息。
  11. 如权利要求8-10任一项所述的未接来电提示装置,其中,所述原因包括:用户暂时离开、和/或用户忘记携带、和/或用户当前不方便接听、和/或用户没有听到来电。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的未接来电提示装置,其中,所述用户暂时离开、和/或用户忘记携带、和/或用户当前不方便接听、和/或用户没有听到来电设有不同判断优先级,在根据所述状态信息确定所述被叫终端未接听所述来电的原因时按照判断优先级从高到底的顺序依次判断,一旦确定出一个原因即将确定出的原因作为所述被叫终端未接听所述来电的原因。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的未接来电提示装置,其中,所述状态信息包括: 被叫终端当前系统时间、和/或被叫终端当前位置信息、和/或被叫终端当前运动情况、和/或来电前被叫终端最后一次被操作时间、和/或来电过程中被叫终端被操作情况。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的未接来电提示装置,其中,所述分析处理模块包括:
    第一分析处理子模块设置为,判断在被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,被叫终端当前系统时间与来电前被叫终端最后一次被用户操作时间的差值小于第一时间阈值,且来电过程中被叫终端未被操作时,确定所述被叫终端未接听来电原因为用户暂时离开;
    第二分析处理子模块设置为,在根据被叫终端当前位置信息确定被叫终端当前处于用户家中,被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,被叫终端当前系统时间属于工作时间,且被叫终端当前系统时间与来电前被叫终端最后一次被用户操作时间的差值大于第二时间阈值时;或,在根据被叫终端当前位置信息确定其当前处于用户公司,被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,被叫终端当前系统时间属于休息时间,且被叫终端当前系统时间与来电前被叫终端最后一次被用户操作时间的差值大于第二时间阈值时,确定所述被叫终端未接听来电原因为用户忘记携带;
    第三分析处理子模块设置为,在被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,且来电过程中被叫终端被操作情况为操作过被叫终端时;或,在被叫终端当前运动情况为移动,且被叫终端当前系统时间与来电前被叫终端最后一次被用户操作时间的差值小于第三时间阈值时,确定所述被叫终端未接听来电原因为用户不方便接听;
    第四分析处理子模块设置为,在被叫终端当前运动情况为静止,或被叫终端当前运动情况为移动,但来电过程中被叫终端未被操作时,确定所述被叫终端未接听来电原因为用户没有听到来电。
  15. 一种被叫终端,其特征在于,包括如权利要求8-14任一项所述的未接来电提示装置。
