[0001] 本发明属于通信领域, 尤其涉及一种个性化自助点餐的方法及系统。
背景技术
[0002] 餐饮是目前最热门的行业, 对于中国来说, 其具有不可替代性, 随着现代信息 化技术的发展, 点餐系统逐渐出现在餐饮中, 现有的点餐系统一般分为两类, 第一类为: 需要用户下载专门的 APP系统或通用餐厅内专用的点餐设备来点餐, 例如以海底捞为代表的餐厅采用的就是这种方式; 第二类为: 由餐厅服务人员 通过点餐终端自行下单。
