本实施例提供的防松连接器母头运用在各种电子设备中,如计算机以及液晶显示器等等,当然,根据实际需要,也可以运用在其它需要连接器母头的电子设备中。
防松连接器母头包括外壳12、座体15、端子座14以及后盖11,其中,座体15中具有通腔151,该通腔151贯穿座体15的前端部及后端部,从而,在座体15的前端部形成前端开口,在座体15的后端部形成后端开口;端子座14中设有设置有PIN针16,该PIN针16显露在端子座14的上表面,且整个端子座14插设在座体15的通腔151中,这样,当外部的水晶头等连接器公头插入座体15的通腔151中,则利用PIN针16与水晶头等连接器公头电性连接,实现通讯传输功能。
外壳12则套设在座体15的外周上,对整个座体15形成包裹效果,形成整个防松连接器母头的外部。上座块13置于外壳12中,与外壳12卡合,且置于座体15的上端;后盖11则连接在外壳12的后端部,其封盖了座体15的后端部的后端开口。
本实施例中,在座体15的通腔151的内侧壁中形成有避空槽,这样,当连接器公头插设在座体15的通腔151中,连接器公头的锁紧件则会卡合在避空槽中,使得连接器公头与连接器母头之间稳固连接,这样,即使在振动较大的环境中,连接器公头与连接器母头之间也不会出现松脱,保证两者之间接触良好,不会出现通讯中断等等,避免通讯信息流失以及影响通讯质量的问题。
当然,当需要将连接器公头与连接器母头之间脱离时,则可以通过操作连接器公头的锁紧件,使得锁紧件与避空槽的表面平齐,或者脱离出避空槽,这样,则可以轻易的将连接器公头从连接器母头中拨出。
具体地,在座体15的通腔151的两内侧壁中分别设有上述的避空槽,这样,保证连接器公头的两个锁紧件分别与两个避空槽卡合,使得连接器公头与连接器母头之间连接更加稳固。
进一步地,避空槽形成在通腔151内侧壁的后端,这样,当连接器母头与连接器公头配合在一起后,两者之间的配合长度大大增加,使得两者之间连接更为稳固。
本实施例中,外壳12上端的后部形成有缺口,上座块13置于该缺口中,且与外壳12的侧壁卡合连接。
具体地,在外壳12的两侧壁的上端形成有两个第一凸片123,该两个第一凸片123相对布置,且朝向所述缺口内延伸;上座块13的两侧分别形成有凹陷台132,且上座块13的两侧朝外延伸有第二凸片131,第二凸片131与凹陷台132错位布置,且两者之间形成有间隙。这样,当上座块13与外壳12配合时,第一凸片123贴合在凹陷台132上,且第二凸片131则抵接在外壳12的侧壁上,这样,也就是相当于,第一凸片123形成在凹陷台132与第二凸片131之间的间隙中,进而,将上座块13与外壳12之间形成卡合连接。
在外壳12两侧壁上凸设有沿座体15延伸布置的定位块121,这样,当座体15插设在外壳12中后,通过该定位块121抵接在座体15的后端部,可以限制座体15在外壳12中的深度,也就是实现外壳12与座体15配合之间的定位。
