본 발명의 다른 구체적 특징은, 다양한 형태의 이미지나 마크, 글자를 표시한 제품의 이미지나 마크, 글자를 통해 스마트폰과 같은 전자통신기기에서 제품증강현실을 접목한 제품에 연출되는 다양한 추가기능을 탑재한 통합 애플리케이션은 전자통신기기에 설치된 다양한 추가기능을 탑재한 통합 애플리케이션을 실행시키면 초기화면이 생성되고, 이렇게 생성된 초기화면의 버튼을 통해 서비스를 이용을 곧바로 할 수 있도록 하고, 서비스 이용 초기에 선택된 선택버튼을 통해 애플리케이션 저장부에 저장될 컨텐츠가 다운로드되고, 이렇게 다운로드된 컨텐츠를 이후에 재차 사용시에는 메인서버에 접근하지 않고 애플리케이션 저장부에 접근하여 컨텐츠를 사용하게 되며, 또한 다운로드한 저장물의 변경이나 수정된 컨텐츠가 있는 경우 자동으로 설치하거나 선택하여 설치할 수 있으며, 다운로드가 안된 컨텐츠를 사용할 경우 재차 다운로드 여부를 묻는 선택박스나 체크박스를 통해 다운로드한 후 사용할 수 있게 된다.
통신이 지원되지 않는 환경에서는 자동다운로드 설치나 선택다운로드가 지원되지는 않으나 기존에 다운로드한 컨텐츠는 통신환경과 상관 없이 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명은 다양한 제품에서 각기 다른 특징의 마크나 이미지, 글자를 표시하고, 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 증강현실시스템과 이를 접목한 다양한 제품을 통해 현시 된 다양한 2D, 3D영상을 터치하여 이동하기, 회전하기, 크기조절하기, 설명듣기, 만들어보기의 다양한 기능을 사용할 수 있으며, 체크박스나, 선택버튼을 통해 언어듣기, 보기, 회화보기, 듣기의 다양한 언어를 선택하여 공부할 수 있는 기능을 추가하고, 수시 업데이트를 통해 동일 제품에서 기존에 실행되었던 컨텐츠는 물론 새로이 업데이트된 컨텐츠도 동시에 사용할 수 있도록 선택 및 체크박스 기능을 추가하고 있다.

여기서 제품은 이미지나 마크, 글자를 표시한 카다로그, 잡지, 광고지, 서적, 커튼, 카페트, 벽지, 달력, 시트지, 이불, 매트, 인테리어용품, 마개나 뚜껑, 용기, 각종 카드교구, 자석교구, 나무교구, 완구, 교재 및 포장지, 택 등 시중에 나와 있는 이미지나 마크, 글자를 표시할 수 있는 모든 제품의 외관이나 택 또는 제품 내부에 제공되는 카드의 이미지나 마크, 글자 등을 의미한다.
도 1 은 본 발명을 실행하기 위한 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 증강현실 애플리케이션시스템을 설명하기 위한 구성도이고, 전자 통신기기(400)의 애플리케이션 (200)은 제어부(210)의 통제하에 전송장치(202)와 수신장치(204)를 이용하여 메인서버(100)가 연결하고, 객체인식시스템(201)을 이용하여 해당 제품(300)에 표시된 이미지, 마크 및 글자를 타겟획득, 뷰우를 통해 타겟인식한다.
애플리케이션(200)에는 애플리케이션 저장부(203)와; 각종 추가기능을 탑재한 기능실행부(205)의 메인메뉴부(220), 실행메뉴부(230) 및 실행창(240)이 구성되어 있으며, 메인서버(100)에는 데이터베이스(130), 전송장치(120)와 수신장치 (110)가 구성되어 있다.

제어부(210)에는 전송장치(202), 수신장치(204), 객체인식시스템(201), 애플리케이션저장부(203)와 SD(Secure Digital)카드, 디바이스(212), 각종 추가기능을 탑재한 애플리케이션 기능실행부(205), 인터넷연결부(207), 화면부(206), 통신기기의 다양한 기본기능인 탑재기능부(208), 저장부(209)가 각각 연결되고, 저장부 (208)에 스크린 샷 사진저장을 위한 갤러리와 DCIM(Digital Camera IMages : 211)이 연결된다.
도 3 은 본 발명을 실행하기 위해 제작되는 메인서버 이용부의 데이터와 애플리케이션 저장이용부의 데이터, 이를 실행하기 위한 전자통신기기(400)에 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 애플리케이션(200)을 제작하는 설명도이다.
애플리케이션(200)에는 각종 추가기능을 탑재한 기능실행부(205)가 구성되고 있는 바, 이는 메인서버 이용부(222)과 애플리케이션 저장이용부(224)의 메인메뉴부 (220); 메인메뉴(232), 세부메뉴(234), 선택한 컨텐츠(236) 및 다양한 메뉴버튼 (238)의 실행메뉴부(230)및; 상하좌우 360도 회전의 컨텐츠 회전버튼(242)과 리셋버튼(244)의 애플리케이션 실행창(240)이 구성되고 있다.
메인메뉴(232)는 알파벳, 한글, 동화 및 동요 체크박스, 공룡 및 아프리카 동물, 묻고 답하기, 초급/중급/고급회화, 캐릭터와 함께, 더보기의 컨텐츠 선택버튼이고, 세부메뉴(234)는 동물, 야채과일, 사물1, 사물2, 더보기의 버튼이며, 선택된 컨텐츠(236)는 언어의 영어, 중국어, 한글 및 연속듣기의 버튼과 컨텐츠의 2D, 3D 및 실사의 버튼이다.
업데이트는 자동으로 실행되거나 사용자에게 선택하도록 하여 선택설치 실행된다. 무료로 사용하는 컨텐츠는 선택버튼을 통해 실시간 무료로 사용할 수 있으며, 추가 구매를 통해 사용하는 데이터는 결재 이후에 메인서버 데이터로 접속하여 사용할 수 있다.
메뉴버튼(238)을 통해 카메라, 카메라회전, 홈페이지, 되돌아가기, 홈화면 및 종료의 메뉴를 활성화하고 닫는다. 컨텐츠 실행 중에서 체크박스를 통해 다양한 선택을 할 수 있으며, 이 경우 선택한 컨텐츠만 선택실행하고 있다.
실행창에서 실행되는 컨텐츠를 몇 초간 움직이지 않고 터치하면 컨텐츠의 색상 및 모양을 편집할 수 있으며, 또한 터치하여 상하좌우 이동하거나 두 손가락을 통해 사이즈를 조절할 수 있다.
이상과 같이 구성되는 본 발명은 다양한 제품(300), 즉 이미지나 마크, 글자를 표시한 의류나 다양한 공산품, 카다로그, 잡지, 광고지, 서적, 커튼, 카페트, 벽지, 달력, 시트지, 이불, 매트, 인테리어용품, 마개나 뚜껑, 용기, 카드교구, 자석교구, 나무교구, 완구, 교재 및 포장지, 택 등 시중에 나와 있는 이미지나 마크, 글자를 표시할 수 있는 모든 제품의 외관이나 택 또는 제품 내부에 제공되는 카드의 이미지나 마크, 글자로서의 이미지나 마크를 전자 통신기기를 이용하여 다양한 서비스를 이용할 수 있다.
특허출원번호 제 2014-177611호(증강현실을 접목한 제품과 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 통합애플리케이션시스템)의 다양한 인터넷 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, 제품(300)의 이미지나 마크, 글자를 통해 광범위한 서비스가 화면상에 입체적이고 다양하게 현시 될 수 있도록 증강현실 메인서버 저장부(도시되지 않음)의 데이터와 애플리케이션저장부(203)의 데이터를 제품증강현실시스템이 접목, 다양하고 광범위하게 응용되는 전자 통신기기(400)내의 증강현실 애플리케이션(200)을 접목한 제품(300)에 연출되는 다양한 추가기능을 탑재한 애플리케이션시스템인 것이다.
즉, 본 발명은 다양한 제품(300)에 별도 제작하거나 기존에 제품(300)에 표시된 이미지나 마크, 글자를 표시하고, 전자 통신기기(400)의 애플리케이션(200)에서 객체인식시스템(201)을 통해 인식한 상기 이미지나 마크, 글자와 연동된 별도 제작한 다양한 이미지, 문자, 동영상, 2D, 3D 입체동영상을 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 기능실행부(205)에서 실행하는데, 이것은 사용자로 하여금 메인서버(100)의 다양하고 방대한 데이터를 이용하거나, 전자 통신기기(400)내에서 애플리케이션 저장부(203)의 제한된 데이터를 사용자가 선택하여 애플리케이션 실행창(240)의 화면부(206)에서 인터넷 이미지, 문자, 동영상, 2D, 3D 입체동영상이 현시되도록 한다.
이와 더불어 본 발명은 애플리케이션 메인 메뉴부(220)과 실행메뉴부(230)이나 실행창(240)에서 다양한 선택박스나 체크박스를 통해 동일한 이미지나 마크, 글자를 통해 많은 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, 현시 된 이미지, 문자, 동영상, 2D, 3D 입체동영상을 사용자가 전자 통신기기(400)의 화면부(206)의 터치 기능을 통해 크기를 조절하고, 이동하면 상하좌우 회전하며, 옷이나 머리의 스타일을 바꿔주고, 이미지나 마크, 글자에서 회화 및 묻고 답하기도 할 수 있으며, 한글도 공부할 수 있고, 동일한 이미지나 마크 글자에서 다양한 컨텐츠 서비스를 선택할 수 있다.

애플리케이션 저장부(203)의 데이터와 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 애플리케이션 시스템을 제작하는 설명은 데이터 제작부(도 4 참조)에서 제작된 제품(300)의 이미지나 마크, 글자와 연결된 다양한 추가기능과 연결된 컨텐츠를 제작하고, 그것을 수행할 다양한 추가기능을 탑재한 애플리케이션에 연동될 데이터를 제작하여 도 6에 도시된 관리자시스템(500)을 통해 메인서버(100)에 저장하고 있다.
애플리케이션 저장이용부를 통해 데이터를 다운로드 하여 증강현실을 접목한 다양한 제품과 그를 실행할 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 애플리케이션 시스템을 제작하여, 도 5 에 도시된 바와 같이 구글 Play store, Apple app store, 각종 store에 게시하여 이용자가 무료로 다운로드하여 전자통신기기(400)의 애플리케이션(200)에 자동 설치되게 한다.
자동 설치된 애플리케이션 시스템은 전자통신기기(400)의 화면부(206) 메인창에 전용 아이콘이 생성되며, 생성된 아이콘을 터치하여 실행된다. 애플리케이션 (200)을 실행하면 서버공용 애플리케이션은 메인메뉴부(220)에서 메인서버 이용여부와 애플리케이션 저장이용여부를 묻고 선택 후 실행메뉴부(230)로 이동하거나, 애플리케이션 전용시스템의 경우 묻지 않고 바로 실행메뉴부(230)로 이동한다.
실행메뉴부(230)에서 컨텐츠 선택버튼을 통해 세부항목으로 들어가면, 메인메뉴(232), 세부메뉴(234), 선택한 컨텐츠(236) 및 다양한 메뉴버튼(238)을 이용하여 해당 메뉴버튼을 선택하고 서비스를 이용할 수 있다.
해당 메뉴 버튼에는 메인메뉴(232)를 통해 세부 메뉴(234)와 같이 체크 박스가 생성되어 있는데, 체크박스를 선택 후 메인메뉴(232)와 세부메뉴(234)를 선택하면 제어부(210)를 통해 애플리케이션저장부(203)에 이용하고자 하는 컨텐츠를 확인하고, 저장부(203)에 다운로드 내용이 있으면 곧바로 애플리케이션 실행창(240)으로 이동하나, 다운로드한 데이터가 없을 경우 제어부 통신망을 통해 메인서버(100)에 이용하고자 하는 자료를 요청하게 된다.
메인서버(100)는 요청받은 데이터를 통신망을 통해 전송해 주며, 애플리케이션(200)의 제어부(210)는 이를 다운로드하여 애플리케이션(200)에 자동 저장되도록 한다. 다운로드가 완료되면 데이터를 활성화한 후 애플리케이션 실행창(240)으로 이동한다.
애플리케이션 실행창(240)이 실행되면 뷰어와 객체인식시스템(201)이 자동 실행되어 제품(300)에 표시된 이미지나 마크, 글자를 통해 서비스를 실행할 준비를 한다. 뷰어를 통해 제품(300)에 표시된 이미지나 마크, 글자를 뷰어하면 객체인식시스템(201)은 이를 인식하여 제어부(210)를 통해 애플리케이션저장부(203)에 있는 매칭되는 컨텐츠를 획득하여 애플리케이션 실행창(240)에 현시 되도록 한다.

메인메뉴부(220)의 애플리케이션 저장이용부는 초기에 다운로드할 때만 통신 환경이 지원되면 다운로드한 데이터를 통신환경과 상관없이 자유로이 사용할 수 있으나, 제한된 데이터만 이용함으로 메인서버 이용부를 이용한 것처럼 통신을 통해 다양하고 방대한 데이터를 사용하지 못하고 있다.
따라서, 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 애플리케이션 시스템을 제작하기 위해 메인메뉴부(220)의 서버이용부와 애플리케이션 저장이용부를 동시에 탑재하면, 사용자로 하여금 통신환경에 상관없이 다양한 기능을 사용할 수 있으며, 통신환경을 이용해 다양하고 방대한 데이터를 사용할 수 있다.

도 3 에서 메인서버의 방대한 데이터를 이용하여 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 애플리케이션 시스템의 설명은 데이터 제작부(도 4 참조)에서 제작된 제품의 이미지나 마크, 글자와 연결된 다양한 추가기능과 애플리케이션의 다양한 추가기능과 연결된 컨텐츠를 제작하고, 그것을 수행할 다양한 추가기능을 탑재한 애플리케이션에 연동될 데이타를 제작하여 관리자시스템을 통해 메인서버에 저장하고, 메인서버 이용부를 통해 데이터를 다운로드 하지 않고 실시간으로 증강현실을 접목한 다양한 제품과 그를 실행할 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 애플리케이션 시스템을 제작하여 구글 Play store, Apple app store, 각종 store에 게시하여 이용자가 무료로 다운로드하여 전자통신기기에 자동 설치되게 한다(도 5 참조).
자동 설치된 애플리케이션 시스템은 전자통신기기(400)의 화면부(206) 메인창에 전용 아이콘이 생성되며, 생성된 아이콘을 터치하여 실행된다. 애플리케이션 (200)을 실행하면 메인서버 공용 애플리케이션은 메인 메뉴부(220)의 메인서버이용 여부와 애플리케이션저장이용 여부를 묻고 선택 후 실행메뉴부(230)로 이동하거나, 메인서버전용 시스템의 경우 묻지 않고 바로 실행메뉴부(230)로 이동한다. 실행메뉴뷰(230)에서 컨텐츠 선택버튼(236)을 통해 세부항목으로 들어가면 세부메뉴 버튼을 선택하여 서비스를 이용할 수 있다.
실행메뉴부(230)에는 메인메뉴(232)와 세부메뉴(234)와 같이 체크 박스가 생성되어 있는데, 체크박스를 선택 후 메인메뉴, 세부메뉴 선택된 콘텐츠 순으로 선택하면 애플리케이션 실행창(240)이 자동 실행된다. 자동실행된 애플리케이션(200)은 뷰어와 객체인식시스템(201)이 자동 실행되어 제품(300)의 이미지나 마크, 글자를 뷰어하고 인식할 준비를 한다.
뷰어와 객체인식시스템(201)을 통해 제품(300)의 이미지나 마크, 글자를 인식하면 제어부(210)를 통해 획득한 타겟을 메인서버(100)로 전송하고, 메인서버 (100)는 이를 확인하여 매칭되는 컨텐츠를 제어부(210)로 전송하여 애플리케이션 실행창(240)에서 현시 되도록 한다. 애플리케이션 실행창(240)은 도 3의 세부항목에 예시된 체크박스를 통해 현시 된 이미지, 문자, 동영상, 2D, 3D 입체동영상 등을 현시된 화면에 생성된 각종 추가 기능을 통해 다양하게 활용할 수 있다. 다양한 추가기능에 대한 상세 설명은 도 7 내지 도 13을 통해 자세히 설명한다.

애플리케이션 저장이용부를 이용하기 위해 메인서버(100)의 데이터를 다운로드하고, 다운로드한 데이터는 전자통신기기(400)에 설치된 전용 애플리케이션 저장부(203)에 자동 저장되어 통신환경에 상관없이 다양한 추가기능을 이용하도록 하며, 새로이 제작되는 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 애플리케이션 시스템에 다양한 버튼과 체크박스를 탑재하고, 이를 제품(300)에 표시된 이미지나 마크, 글자를 통해 다양하게 현시 되도록한 것이다.

도 7은 메인서버 이용부(222)와 애플리케이션 이용부(224)를 통해 애플리케이션 메인메뉴부(220)을 실행하면 다양한 컨텐츠 이용목록이 실행되고 있는바, 여기서 다양한 장르의 컨텐츠를 표시할 수 있으며, 실행메뉴부(230)의 메인 메뉴(232)에는 다양한 장르의 메뉴를 탑재하여 메뉴를 보여주고 메인 서버이용 버튼을 통한 메인 메뉴 접근시에는 알파벳을 선택하면 알파벳에 관한 세부 메뉴 항목이 설치된 실행창(240)으로 이동한다.
세부메뉴(234)에서 동물을 선택할 때 메뉴하단에 표시된 연속, 영어, 한글, 중국어 항목 중 사용하고자 하는 항목의 체크박스에 체크한 후 애플리케이션 실행 창(240)으로 이동하면 애플리케이션 실행창은 뷰어와 객체인식시스템이 자동 실행된다.
이를 제품(300)에 표시된 이미지나 마크, 글자를 뷰우하면 이와 연동된 컨텐츠가 현시 되는데, 선택 컨텐츠(236)의 체크박스에서 연속을 체크하고 영어와 한글을 체크하면 영어발음과 한글 발음이 연속으로 실행된다. 또한, 연속체크 후 영어, 한글, 중국어를 체크하면 영어, 한글, 중국어 발음이 연속으로 실행된다.
실행메뉴부(230)의 메뉴에서 체크한 항목이 실행창(240)에서 영어, 한글이 체크 표시되어 실행되거나, 영어, 한글, 중국어가 체크 표시되어 실행된다. 실행되는 디스플레이 화면부(206)에서 체크표시를 없애거나 체크 표시를 하면 체크 표시한 내용대로 실행된다. 체크화면에서 연속을 체크하지 않으면 영어, 한글, 중국어 체크항목 중 한가지만 선택하여 체크 후 사용할 수 있다.
한 가지만 선택 후 실행창(240)에서 컨텐츠가 실행될 때 체크박스를 영어에서 중국어로 선택 체크하면 영어 체크표시는 없어지고 중국어 체크 표시가 되어 중국어 발음만 실행된다. 제품(300)의 이미지나 마크, 글자를 통해 현시 된 이미지, 문자, 동영상, 2D, 3D 입체동영상 컨텐츠는 현시와 동시에 생성되는 전후좌우 이동, 전후좌우 360도 회전, 크기조절기능 등 다양한 기능을 이용하거나 녹음 재생 기능을 통해 따라하는 발음을 녹음하고 재생할 수 있는 추가적인 서비스를 이용할 수 있다.
세부메뉴(234)의 더 보기 항목은 디스플레이 창에서 보여주지 못하는 서비스를 추가로 볼 수 있도록 하거나 다운로드한 항목을 보여주고 데이터를 관리하여 오래된 항목을 삭제할 수 있는 항목이다.
기술한 추가 기능들은 제품의 영역이나 의뢰자의 요청에 의해 다양한 언어와 방식으로 제작이 가능하며, 사용자로 하여금 선택의 폭을 넓게 해주고 다양한 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 함으로 제품(300)의 순기능뿐 아니라 복합적인 기능을 가질 수 있는 것이다. 알파벳 컨텐츠의 접근은 언어의 다양성 및 활용성, 지속성, 반복 학습 효과를 가지므로 기존의 교재의 한계를 뛰어넘는 것을 설명한 것이다.
도 8 은 메인메뉴(232)에서 한글을 선택하면 세부메뉴(234) 항목에 나타나는 메뉴와 부가되는 추가 기능에 관한 것으로, 한글을 선택하면 세부메뉴(234) 항목으로 이동하는데 한글을 선택하면 세부 항목이 생성되고 항목 하단에는 연속, 듣기, 익히기 체크 항목이 자동 생성된다.
먼저, 연속을 체크하고 듣기, 익히기를 선택 후 동물을 선택하면 컨텐츠가 현시 되면서 한글과 발음이 “고”..“양”..“이”..“고양이” 라고 실행된다. 연속과 듣기만 체크하면 “고양이”..“고양이”가 한글과 발음이 연속 실행되고, 연속과 익히기만 체크하면 “고”..“양”..“이”.. “고”..“양”..“이”가 한글과 발음이 연속 실행된다. 연속을 체크하지 않고 실행창(240)으로 이동하면 한가지씩만 체크하여 서비스를 이용할 수 있다.

예시된 설명은 한글을 토대로 설명하였으나, 발명 영역은 다양한 카테고리를 주제로 하여 지원하고자 하는 다양한 언어는 물론, 실행의 방식을 의뢰자의 요청에 의해 선택적으로 제작할 수 있다. 한글의 듣기 익히기였으나 2D, 3D보기로 변경할 수도 있을 뿐 아니라, 읽기, 쓰기의 형식으로도 제작하여 애플리케이션 시스템에 탑재할 수 있다.

도 9 는 메인 메뉴(232)에서 묻고 답하기를 선택하면 세부 메뉴(234) 항목에 나타나는 메뉴와 부가되는 추가 기능에 관한 것으로, 묻고 답하기를 선택하면 세부 메뉴 항목으로 이동하는데 생성된 세부 항목 하단에는 연속, 묻기, 답하기 체크 항목이 자동 생성된다.
생성된 체크 항목 중 연속을 체크하고 묻고, 답하기를 체크한 후 동물버튼을 선택하면 다음과 같은 서비스가 진행된다. 동물 버튼을 선택하면 애플리케이션 실행창(240)이 자동 실행되어 뷰어와 객체인식시스템이 활성화되고, 뷰어를 통해 제품(300)에 표시된 이미지나 마크, 글자를 인식하여 매칭되는 데이터가 애플리케이션 실행창(240)에서 현시 된다.
현시 된 화면에는 매칭되는 컨텐츠가 캐릭터와 함께 등장하는데 서로 대화를 하는 장면의 애니메이션이 실행된다. 처음에 캐릭터들은 “따라 해 보세요”라는 음성과 함께 간단한 대화를 시작한다. 그런 후 캐릭터 a가 what is this? b가 This is a Cat. 이라고 묻고 답하기가 실행된다.
대화는 음성과 함께 화면부에 문장이 표시되며, 이것이 연속으로 실행된다. 현시된 화면부에는 묻고 답하기 체크박스가 자동생성되어 초기화면에서 연속 체크후 묻고, 답하기를 체크했을 경우에는 현시 화면에는 묻고 답하기가 체크 표시되어 연속으로 실행된다.

마찬가지로 연속을 체크 후 답하기 체크 후 동물버튼을 선택하면 a가 음성 없이 what is this? 라 물으면 b는 음성과 함께 This is a Cat.이라는 문장으로 답하는 서비스인 것이다. 초기화면에서 연속버튼을 선택 후 묻기나 답하기를 선택 후 이동 한 화면에는 체크박스가 자동 생성되어 선택항목이 자동체크되어 서비스가 실행된다. 이 경우 체크박스의 선택은 초기화면에서 선택한 서비스와 다르게 실행을 원할 경우 체크 박스 선택을 취소하거나 선택할 수 있다.
다만, 초기화면에서 연속을 체크 후 묻고 답하기를 모두 체크한 경우에는 실행화면에 있는 체크박스를 자유롭게 선택 취소할 수 있으나, 초기화면에서 연속을 선택 후 묻고, 답하기 중 한 가지만 선택한 경우에는 실행화면에서 묻고, 답하기 중 한 가지만 변경하여 선택 체크할 수 있으며, 또한 초기 화면에서 연속을 체크하지 실행 화면에 이동할 경우에는 묻고, 답하기 중 한가지 만 선택하거나 취소하는 기능만 실행할 수 있다.

도 10 은 메인 메뉴(232)에서 초급, 중급, 고급회화를 선택하면 세부 메뉴(234) 항목에 나타나는 메뉴와 부가되는 추가 기능에 관한 것으로, 초급, 중급, 고급회화를 선택하면 세부 메뉴 항목으로 이동하는데, 생성된 세부 항목은 역할놀이 버튼만 생성되어 애플리케이션 실행창(240)으로 곧바로 이동할 수 있다.
역할놀이 버튼을 선택하면 애플리케이션 실행창(240)이 자동 실행되어 뷰어와 객체인식시스템이 활성화되는 데, 첫 화면에는 캐릭터가 나와 각각 자기소개를 하고 서비스를 어떻게 이용할 수 있는지 설명한 후 바로서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 서명한 뒤 자동실행된다.
뷰어를 통해 제품(300)에 표시된 이미지나 마크, 글자를 인식하여 매칭되는 데이터가 애플리케이션 실행창(240)에서 현시 된다. 현시 된 화면에는 매칭되는 컨텐츠가 캐릭터와 함께 등장하는데, 서로 대화를 하는 장면의 애니메이션이 도 9의 예시와 같이 실행된다.
실행 처음에는 캐릭터 a와 서로 대화를 시작하는데 캐릭터 a가 what is this? b가 This is a Cat. 이라는 문장과 함께 음성이 두세 번 반복된다. 여기서 대화내용은 초급, 중급, 고급회화에 따라 간단한 대화가 두세 번 더 실행되도록 할 수도 있다.
문장, 음성과 함께 예시된 대화가 끝나면, 다시 캐릭터가 나와서 다음과 같은 멘트와 함께 서비스를 실행할 수 있다. “자 이제 녹음버튼을 눌러서 대화를 시작해 보세요. 삐 ~~~” 라는 안내가 끝나면 역할 놀이가 진행된다. 현시 된 컨텐츠와 함께 생성된 녹음 버튼을 선택하면 캐릭터 a가 what is this? 라는 문장을 내보내 주는데 이때 문장을 보고 음성대화를 따라하고 b가 This is a Cat.이라는 문장을 보여주면 문장을 따라 음성대화를 따라한다.
이때, 따라한 음성대화는 애플리케이션 저장부 녹음기능에 자동 저장되고, 애플리케이션에 연동된 녹음기능에 자동 녹음된 대화내용은 녹음듣기 버튼을 선택하면 자동 재생이 반복된다.
자동녹음 된 대화내용은 저장부에 저장되어 남는 것이 아니고 컨텐츠 사용을 중지하면 자동으로 삭제되는 것이다. 현시 된 컨텐츠와 함께 자동생성된 역할 바꾸기 버튼은 캐릭터 a와 b가 역할을 바꿔 서비스를 이용하도록 할 수 있고, 부모와 아이가 같이 하거나 또래끼리 같이 할 경우 서로의 역활을 바꿔서 이용할 수 있다.
이는 역할놀이를 통해 자연스런 학습효과 및 능률을 배가시키는 기능을 할 수 있다. 처음 예시된 장면에서만 음성이 문장과 함께 실행되고 역할놀이가 시작되면 음성 없이 문장만 화면에 보여준다. 세부 항목(234)의 묻고 답하기 버튼에는 도 9와 같이 연속, 묻기, 답하기 체크박스가 생성되고, 생성된 체크 항목 중 연속을 체크하고 묻고, 답하기를 체크 한 후 묻고 답하기 버튼을 선택하면 다음과 같은 서비스가 진행된다.
묻고 답하기 버튼을 선택하면 애플리케이션 실행창(240)이 자동 실행되어 뷰어와 객체인식시스템이 활성화되고, 뷰어를 통해 제품(300)에 표시된 이미지나 마크, 글자를 인식하여 매칭되는 데이터가 애플리케이션 실행창(240)에서 현시 된다.

세부 메뉴(234)에 도시되지는 않았으나, 더 보기 항목을 추가할 수 있으며, 또한 타겟 추적시스템을 접목하여 현시 된 컨텐츠를 가볍게 터치하면 실행창(240)의 뷰어를 통해 현시 된 컨텐츠가 타겟을 뷰우하지 않는 상태에서도 컨텐츠가 계속실행되도록 기능을 추가할 수 있다.
이 기능은 역할놀이, 묻고 답하기의 기능들이 녹음, 재생뿐 아니라 대화의 내용이 길어지면서 제품(300)에 표시된 이미지나 마크, 글자를 통해 오랫동안 사용하는 어려움을 개선하여 접목한 기능이며, 함께 생성된 리셋기능(244)을 통해 다음 서비스를 사용할 수 있도록 재실행 할 수 있다. 본 발명은 다양한 추가 기능을 연령대와 맞게 추가하거나 부모와 함께할 수 있는 다양한 기능을 추가하여 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 것을 설명이다.
도 11 는 인터넷 연결을 통해 다양하고 유익한 인터넷 서비스를 활용할 수 있도록 한 인터넷 연결을 위한 기능으로, 동요동화 버튼을 선택하면 세부메뉴(234)에 동요듣기 와 동화보기 버튼이 생성된다.
생성된 버튼을 선택하면 각각의 애플리케이션 실행창(240)이 자동 실행되어 뷰어와 객체인식시스템이 활성화되고, 뷰어를 통해 제품에 표시된 이미지나 마크, 글자를 인식하여 사전에 관리자시스템에 의해 URL을 매칭하여 메인서버에 저장하고, 제품(300)에 표시된 이미지나 마크, 글자와 매칭되는 인터넷 서비스를 활용하게 된다.
동요듣기에는 애니메이션과 동요가 함께 지원되는 무료사이트의 관련 동요가 홈페이지를 통하지 않고 곧바로 실행할 수 있으며, 이동된 사이트에서 검색 후 다른 컨텐츠를 이용할 수 있고, 되돌아가기 버튼을 통해 이전 애플리케이션 실행창 (240)으로 되돌아와 다른 이미지나 마크, 글자를 통해 다른 동요를 곧바로 듣고 볼수 있다.
동화보기에는 애니메이션과 동화가 함께 지원되는 무료사이트의 관련동화가 홈페이지를 통하지 않고 곧바로 실행할 수 있으며, 이동된 사이트에서 검색 후 다른 컨텐츠를 이용할 수 있고, 되돌아가기 버튼을 통해 이전 애플리케이션 실행창 (240)으로 되돌아와 다른 이미지나 마크, 글자를 통해 다른 동화를 곧바로 듣고 볼수 있다.
도시되지는 않았으나, 여러 가지 인터넷 사용을 위한 세부항목(234)이 추가될 수 있으며, 선택된 세부 항목을 통해 동일한 이미지나 마크, 글자를 통해 서로 다른 여러 가지 인터넷 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 것을 설명할 수 있다.
도 12 은 메인메뉴(232)의 캐릭터와 함께를 선택하면 세부항목(234)이 나타나는 메뉴와 부가되는 추가기능에 관한 것으로, 캐릭터와 함께를 선택하면 세부항목(234)으로 이동하는데 세부항목에는 실사 보기, 캐릭터 보기 또는 다양한 항목을 설치할 수 있다.
실사 보기를 선택하면 애플리케이션 실행창(240)이 자동 실행되어 뷰어와 객체인식시스템이 활성화되고, 뷰어를 통해 제품(300)에 표시된 이미지나 마크, 글자를 인식하여 매칭되는 데이터가 애플리케이션 실행창(240)에서 현시 된다.
현시 된 컨텐츠는 작업관리자시스템에 의해 사전에 사물의 실제 모습 또는 캐릭터화 하여 애니메이션 작업하고 이를 이미지나 마크, 글자와 매칭시켜 메인서버에 저장한다. 애플리케이션에 현시 된 컨텐츠의 실사 또는 캐릭터를 자동으로 생성된 조종모드와 관찰모드를 통해 활용할 수 있다
현시 되는 컨텐츠와 같이 생성되는 조종모드, 관찰모드 체크박스는 현시 되는 컨텐츠 예를 들어 호랑이의 실사, 캐릭터 모습을 통해 상하좌우로 이동, 크기조절, 상하좌우 360도 회전을 통해 조정해보는 조종모드와 호랑이의 일정 부분을 터치하면 호랑이에 대한 자세한 설명이 음성과 함께 지원되는 관찰 모드인 것이다.
조정모드에는 관찰모드를 기본적으로 설치해서 같이 이용할 수 있으나, 관찰모드를 체크 선택하여 컨텐츠를 실행되면 조정모드는 자동으로 중지되는 것이다. 이는 관찰모드가 실사의 일정부분을 터치하여 실사화면에 또 다른 이미지를 보여 주는 기능임으로 조종모드와 중복되어 시스템이 오류가 발생하지 않도록 한 것이다.
조종모드와 관찰모드에는 다수의 이미지나 마크, 글자를 통해 매칭되는 다수의 실사 컨텐츠나 캐릭터가 동시에 현시 되어 각각의 컨텐츠를 조종모드와 관찰모드를 통해 동시에 사용할 수 있다.
캐릭터보기를 통해 현시 된 캐릭터와 같이 생성된 스타일 바꾸기는 관리자시스템에 의해 사전에 제작된 다양한 꾸미기 자료를 표시하여 사용자가 옷을 바꿔입히거나 머리스타일을 바꾸고 얼굴에 수염을 달기도 하는 등 다양한 기능을 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명은 컨텐츠의 실사 및 캐릭터화한 모습을 통해 다양한 학습효과와 오락적인 기능을 접목하여 사용자로 하여금 또 다른 서비스를 경험할 수 있도록 성명이다.
도 13은 도 7 내지 도 12에서 기술하지 못했던 다양한 컨텐츠를 다운로드 또는 업데이트를 통해 설치하여 도 7 내지 도 12에서 기술한 다양한 추가기능을 접목한 서비스 추가 항목을 설명하기 위한 것이다.
더 보기를 통해 표시된 항목의 추가기능에는 낱말맞추기 게임, 단어 맞추기 게임, 날씨 맞히기, 숫자 맞추기 등의 다양한 추가기능을 탑재하여 표시할 수 있다. 더 보기 항목을 선택하면 감추기를 통해 보여지지 않았던 도 7 내지 도 12에서 기술하지 않았던 메인 메뉴 또는 세부항목(234)이 나타나게 하여 다양한 추가기능을 탑재한 애플리케이션 시스템을 사용하는 사용자에게 다양하고 방대한 서비스를 이용 할 수 있다. 본 발명에서 예시한 다양한 추가 컨텐츠 공룡, 아프리카동물, 수상동물, 가축, 탈것, 숫자와 가격, 요일과 시간, 인사와 날씨, 업데이트 등 다양한 항목을 볼 수 잇는 것을 설명이다.
이상과 같이 설명한 바와 같이, 도 7 내지 도 13을 통해 설명된 다양한 추가기능과 그 메뉴 및 항목들은 메인서버를 이용하거나 애플리케이션 저장부를 이용 하여 다양하게 사용할 수 있는 다양한 추가기능들 인 것이다.
전자통신기기(400)를 통해 제품(300)의 순기능뿐 아니라 3차원적으로 현시하는 컨텐츠, 예를 들어 이미지나 마크, 글자를 표시한 의류나 다양한 공산품, 카다로그, 잡지, 광고지, 서적, 커튼, 카페트, 벽지, 달력, 시트지, 이불, 매트, 인테리어용품, 마개나 뚜껑, 용기, 카드교구, 자석교구, 나무교구, 완구, 교재 및 포장지, 택 등 시중에 나와 있는 이미지나 마크, 글자를 표시할 수 있는 모든 제품의 외관이나 택 또는 제품내부에 제공되는 카드의 이미지나 마크, 글자로써의 이미지나 마크, 글자를 개시하고 있다.
또한, 메인서버를 이용한 서비스는 애플리케이션의 메뉴목록과 세부항목 리스트를 표시해 주고, 업데이트를 통해 애플리케이션의 메뉴와 세부항목을 변경할 있도록 하여 애플리케이션이 전자통신기기에 가볍게 설치되어 사용할 수 있고, 애플리케이션 저장부를 통한 서비스를 이용할 경우에는 업데이트를 선택하여 설치할 수 있으며, 설치된 메뉴 리스를 통해 다양한 컨텐츠를 이용할 수 있으나 사용하고자 하는 컨텐츠는 사용 전에 메인서버를 통해 다운로드하여 애플리케이션 저장부에 저장한 후에 컨텐츠를 사용할 수 있다. 이는 통신환경이 지원되는 않는 열악한 확경에서도 본 서비스를 사용할 수 있도록 하여 소비자에게 사용의 편리성과 통신비를 절감할 수 있다.

그러므로 본 발명에서 채택한 제품의 외관이나 택 또는 제품 내부에 제공되는 카드에 표기될 이미지나 마크, 글자와 연동되어 제작한 이미지, 사운드, 문자, 동영상, 2D, 3D 입체동영상 등은 제품의 외관에 표시한 이미지나 마크, 글자가 장식적인 기능을 발휘함과 동시에 메인서버나 증강현실 애플리케이션과 연동되어 현시되도록 하므로, 제품의 외관에 표시한 이미지나 마크, 글자에 URL을 입력 저장하고 도 7 내지 도 13에서 기술한 다양한 추가기능이 탑재한 서비스를 전자통신기기를 통해 실제 다양한 제품에서 실행시켜줌으로 제품으로서의 단순기능뿐 아니라 교육적 기능, 오락적 기능 및 감상적 기능에 광범위한 다양성을 제공함으로 해당 제품의 가치 상승과 판매효과는 물론 경쟁력 강화와 복제품의 관리수월과 사용자에게는 교육비 절감과 다양성 제공 등의 편리성을 제공함과 동시에 가정 경제에 도움이 되고, 통신환경에 따른 선택적인 서비스를 통해 전자 통신기기에서 원활하게 증강현실이 현시 되도록 함으로 전자통신기기의 보급에 따른 다양한 제품에 증강현실을 접목, 응용하는 것에 관한 증강현실을 접목한 제품에 연출되는 애플리케이션시스템에서 다양한 추가기능을 접목한 새로운 애플리케이션 시스템인 것이다. 또한, 다양한 컨텐츠에 활용할 수 있는 증강현실을 접목한 다양한 제품을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명에서는 증강현실의 구성 및 구동 흐름도와 증강현실의 다양한 기능과 구체적인 내용은 출원번호 제 2014-177611호(증강현실을 접목한 제품과 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 통합애플리케이션시스템)에 의해 선행 기술된 내용을 통해 설명하고, 특정된 증강현실을 접목한 제품에 접목한 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 애플리케이션과 시스템 관한 내용을 상세 설명하여 본 발명을 완성하고 있다.
증강현실 애플리케이션은 누구나 무료로 실행할 수 있으나, 증강현실 애플리케이션을 통한 문자, 이미지, 사운드, 동영상, 2D, 3D 입체동영상 등은 마크의 이미지나 코드, 글자가 프린팅 제품이 있어야만 현시된다. 또한 다양한 제품의 이미지나 마크, 글자와 사전에 연결된 URL을 이용한 다양한 인터넷 서비스의 이용과 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 애플리케이션의 컨텐츠 이용은 의뢰자의 요청에 의해 기슬한 다양한 기능을 선택적으로 탑재하여 제작하고, 사용자로 하여금 선택적으로 이용할 수 있도록 제작할 수 있다.
증강현실 메인서버나 애플리케이션에 저장된 이미지나 마크, 글자와 제품의 외관이나 택 또는 제품 내부에 제공되는 카드에 프린트된 이미지나 마크, 글자가 일치(의뢰자의 요청에 의해 이미지나 마크의 매칭률을 100 - 60%로 조정하여 저장할 수 있다)하여야만 현시 되도록 시스템을 연동시킴으로 등록된 이미지나 마크, 글자와 제품에 프린트된 이미지나 마크, 글자의 매칭을 통해 문자, 이미지, 사운드, 동영상, 2D, 3D 입체동영상 등의 컨텐츠가 현시 된다.
본 발명의 증강현실을 응용 접목한 다양한 제품에 연출되는 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 애플리케이션과 시스템을 실시하기 위한 구체적인 내용에는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야의 당업자라면 후술 될 특허청구 범위에 기재된 발명의 사상 및 기술 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변형시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 다양한 형태의 이미지나 마크, 글자를 표시한 제품의 이미지나 마크, 글자를 통해 전자통신기기에서 제품증강현실을 접속한 제품에 연출되는 다양한 추가기능으로써 묻기, 답하기, 역할놀이, 캐릭터 꾸미기, 실사 보기, 캐릭터 보기의 체크박스와 영어, 한글, 중국어, 일본어, 익히기, 듣기의 언어영역 체크박스를 탑재한 통합 애플리케이션은 전자통신기기에 설치된 다양한 추가기능을 탑재한 통합 애플리케이션을 실행시키면 초기화면이 생성되고;
    이렇게 생성된 초기화면의 버튼을 통해 서비스를 이용을 곧바로 할 수 있도록 하고, 서비스 이용 초기에 선택된 선택버튼을 통해 애플리케이션 저장부에 저장될 컨텐츠가 다운로드되며;
    이렇게 다운로드된 컨텐츠를 이후에 재차 사용시에는 메인서버에 접근하지 않고 애플리케이션 저장부에 접근하여 컨텐츠를 사용하게 되고;
    또한 다운로드한 저장물의 변경이나 수정된 컨텐츠가 있는 경우 자동으로 설치하거나 선택하여 설치하며, 다운로드가 안 된 컨텐츠를 사용할 경우 재차 다운로드 여부를 묻는 선택박스나 체크박스를 통해 다운로드한 후 사용하게 되며;
    통신이 지원되지 않는 환경에서는 자동다운로드 설치나 선택다운로드가 지원되지는 않으나 기존에 다운로드한 컨텐츠는 통신환경과 상관없이 사용하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 제품증강현실 애플리케이션시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제품으로써 이미지나 마크를 표시한 의류나 종이, 공산품, 카다로그, 잡지, 광고지, 서적, 커튼, 카페트, 벽지, 달력, 시트지, 이불, 매트, 인테리어용품, 마개나 뚜껑, 용기, 카드교구, 자석교구, 나무교구, 완구, 교재 및 포장지, 택, 이미지나 마크, 글자를 표시할 수 있는 제품의 외관이나 택 또는 제품 내부에 제공되는 카드의 이미지나 마크, 글자를 표시한 제품에서 각기 다른 특징의 마크나 이미지, 글자를 표시하고,
    묻기, 답하기, 역할놀이, 캐릭터 꾸미기, 실사 보기, 캐릭터 보기의 체크박스와 영어, 한글, 중국어, 일본어, 익히기, 듣기의 언어영역 체크박스가 탑재된 증강현실과 이를 접속한 제품을 통해 현시된 2D, 3D 영상을 터치하여 이동하기, 회전하기, 크기조절하기, 설명듣기, 만들어보기로써의 기능을 사용하며, 체크박스나 선택버튼을 통해 언어듣기, 보기, 회화보기, 듣기의 다양한 언어를 선택하여 공부할 수 있는 기능을 추가하고,
    수시 업데이트를 통해 동일 제품에서 기존에 실행되었던 컨텐츠는 물론 새로이 업데이트된 컨텐츠도 동시에 사용할 수 있도록 선택 및 체크박스 기능을 추가한 것을 특징으로 하는 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 제품증강현실 애플리케이션시스템.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 추가 기능들은 묻기, 답하기, 역할놀이, 캐릭터 꾸미기, 실사 보기, 캐릭터 보기의 체크박스와 영어, 한글, 중국어, 일본어, 익히기, 듣기의 언어영역 체크박스가 탑재된 증강현실과 이를 접속한 제품의 외관이나 내부에 표시된 이미지나, 마크, 글자를 통해 사용자가 선택하여 사용할 수 있는 추가기능으로 탑재된 증강현실과 이를 접속한 제품으로써 이미지나 마크를 표시한 의류나 종이, 공산품, 카다로그, 잡지, 광고지, 서적, 커튼, 카페트, 벽지, 달력, 시트지, 이불, 매트, 인테리어용품, 마개나 뚜껑, 용기, 카드교구, 자석교구, 나무교구, 완구, 교재 및 포장지, 택, 이미지나 마크, 글자를 표시할 수 있는 제품의 외관이나 택 또는 제품 내부에 제공되는 카드의 이미지나 마크, 글자를 표시한 제품인 것을 특징으로 하는 다양한 추가기능이 탑재된 제품증강현실 애플리케이션시스템.
