本发明涉及一种易拉罐顶盖,尤其涉及一种在拉环或盖体的预定区域设置标识码(包括但不限于二维码或数字码等),可以实现商品防伪、积分营销、产品溯源、防窜货等方面应用的易拉罐顶盖。
背景技术
快速消费品市场巨大,各厂家为了推广促销其产品,实施了各种各样的营销方案。其中最为常见的、覆盖面广、效果也比较好的是“再来一瓶”促销活动。自从“再来一瓶”推广以来,取得了非常好的营销效果,但是在推广过程中存在以下问题:一是盖体或拉环回收麻烦,需要经销商统一收集后向厂家兑换;二是出现很多假冒的盖体或拉环,厂家无法辨别;三是这种营销方式的奖品单一。
随着二维码的应用普及,厂商提出了在易拉罐顶盖上设置二维码(或二维码与数字码的组合)进行促销活动的方案。使用二维码进行促销,具有如下的好处:1.消费者参与方便,只要用手机扫一扫即可参加活动;2.因为二维码仿制难度较大,可以防止伪造;3.消费者可以在网上选择奖品,使促销活动更为丰富;4.不需要人工收集拉环,节约人力。
但是,为了保证二维码在参加活动时的真实有效性,营销活动使用的二维码应设置在比较隐秘的位置,从而防止其在销售前即被获取。实践中需要提供一种具有隐藏的二维码,或者是在购买前不能读取的二维码的易拉罐包装。只有在用户购买后,破坏易拉罐包装后才能有效识别二维码或数字码等,从而参加厂家提供的营销抽奖服务。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有标识码的易拉罐顶盖。该易拉罐顶盖在拉环或盖体的预定区域设置有标识码,可以实现商品防伪、积分营销、产品溯源、防窜货等方面的应用。
为实现上述的发明目的,本发明的第一个方面提供了一种拉环表面设置有二维码的易拉罐顶盖,包括盖体和拉环,所述拉环的一端通 过铆钉铆接在所述盖体上,其中,所述拉环远离铆接位置的区域是赋码区域,在所述赋码区域面向所述盖体一侧的表面上设置有所述二维码。

在本发明所提供的易拉罐顶盖中,由于标识码优选设置在拉环面向盖体一侧的表面上,在消费者购买并抬起拉环之前无法获得标识码中的信息,从而保证了标识码的真实有效性。通过在不同的拉环上设置包含不同信息的标识码,实现一物一码,可以同时保证消费者和生产厂商的权利,便于在营销活动中使用。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术内容作进一步的说明。其中,第一实施例和第二实施例中提供了使用外翻式拉环的易拉罐顶盖,第三实施例中提供了使用内翻式拉环的易拉罐顶盖。
第一实施例
在图1和图2所示的实施例中,易拉罐顶盖包括盖体1和扇形的拉环3。其中,盖体1上设置有由撕裂纹围合而成的开口区域2,拉环3较窄的一端通过铆钉4铆接在开口区域2上,通过拉动拉环3使得 撕裂纹断开,形成易拉罐的开口。拉环3较宽的一端远离拉环3的铆接位置3c,是一个实心区域(也称为赋码区域,下同)3a。如图1所示,实心区域3a凸向盖体1并高于拉环3的边缘,从而在拉环3的边缘和盖体1之间形成可插入指甲或者手指的间隙。为了便于抬起拉环3,在盖体1上靠近拉环3边缘的位置还可以设置凹进罐体内部的凹坑(图中未示)。
结合图1和图2可知,在拉环3的背面(即,在拉环3面向盖体1的一侧)的实心区域3a的表面设置有二维码3b。每个拉环3上设置的二维码3b中的信息不同,唯一对应于一个拉环,从而构成易拉罐的身份标识码。设置在拉环3背面的二维码3b在未抬起拉环3的前提下无法获得,因此,只有购买易拉罐饮品的消费者才可以获得二维码3b中的二维码,该二维码可用于参加营销活动使用,也可以作为防伪溯源的标识码使用。二维码3b的设置方法可以是喷码、也可以使用激光雕刻或其他方式。例如:二维码3b是通过激光雕刻去除部分面漆后露出的底漆所形成的图案。或者,二维码3b是通过各种喷印设备喷涂在实心区域3a表面的信息层。以喷涂方式设置二维码后需要进行食品级的上胶,确保二维码不与罐内的液体接触,保证液体的饮用安全。
为了保证二维码图案的清晰度,使二维码3b中的信息易于识别,二维码3b的设置面积以大于7~8毫米见方为佳,所以,实心区域3a的相互垂直的两个方向的长度均应大于7~8毫米。现有外翻式拉环可以保证二维码的设置尺寸。
第二实施例
在图3和图4所示的第二实施例中,易拉罐顶盖的结构与第一实施例的结构类似。其中,在盖体11上设置有由撕裂纹围合而成的开口区域12,拉环13较窄的一端通过铆钉14铆接在开口区域12上,通过拉动拉环13可以使得撕裂纹断开,形成易拉罐的开口。拉环13较宽的一端远离拉环13的铆接位置13c,是一个实心区域13a。结合图3和图4可知,在该易拉罐顶盖上,在拉环13的背面(即,在拉环13面向盖体11的一侧),在实心区域13a的表面设置有二维码13b。每个拉环13上设置的二维码13b中的信息不同,唯一对应于一个拉环,从而构成易拉罐的身份标识码。
第二实施例与第一实施例相比,具有如下区别:拉环13上远离铆接位置13c的实心区域13a是一个与拉环13的边缘处于同一水平面的平面,从而实心区域13a具有更大的面积设置二维码13b;在盖体11上靠近拉环13边缘的位置可以设置凹进罐体内部的凹坑(图中未示),从而便于将手指或指甲插入拉环13的边缘和盖体11之间的间隙中,抬起拉环13。
此外,在拉环13的正面(即拉环13向上且远离盖体11的一侧)还设置有第二二维码13d。第二二维码13d中的信息在易拉罐产品运输和销售过程中处于可识别状态,因此,可作为防伪溯源的标识码使用。而设置在拉环13背面的二维码13b在未抬起拉环13的前提下无法获得,因此,可用于参加营销活动使用。二维码13d和13b的设置方法可以相同,也可以不同,可以是喷码、也可以使用激光雕刻或其他方式。同一拉环13上的二维码13b和13d中的信息相关联,从而可以获知携带参加活动的二维码的产品的去向,也可以限定某一地区参加活动所使用的二维码的范围。
当然,在图1所示的第一实施例中,在拉环3的正面,在实心区域3a的表面同样可以设置第二二维码,其用途与第二实施例中的第二二维码13d的用途相同,因此不再赘述。
第三实施例
在图5至图8所示的第三实施例中,易拉罐顶盖的结构与第一实施例和第二实施例类似。区别在于:在第一和第二实施例中,在易拉罐顶盖的盖体上设置的拉环是外翻式拉环,而在第三实施例中使用的拉环是8字形的内翻式拉环。
结合图5和图6可知,第三实施例中,易拉罐顶盖包括盖体20和拉环23。其中,盖体20的中间位置设置有一个内凹的区域21,由撕裂纹围合而成的开口区域22和拉环23均设置在区域21中。拉环23的一端通过铆钉24铆接在开口区域22上。拉环23远离铆接位置23c的一端是一个实心区域23a。
在第三实施例中,可以使用图5和图6所示的拉环23,也可以使用图7和图8所示的拉环26。其中,在拉环23的背面,在其实心区域23a的表面设置有二维码23b。在拉环23a的正面,可以设置第二 二维码,也可以不设置第二二维码。当设置第二二维码时,第二二维码的信息与二维码23b中的信息关联。同理,在拉环26的背面,在其实心区域的表面设置有二维码26b。在拉环26的正面,可以设置第二二维码26d,也可以不设置第二二维码。当设置第二二维码26d时,第二二维码26d中的信息与二维码26b中的信息关联。二维码23b和26b由于在抬起拉环前无法获得,作为标识码,可用于参加营销活动使用,也可用于防伪溯源。而设置在拉环正面的第二二维码,由于在易拉罐产品运输和销售过程中处于可识别状态,因此,仅可作为防伪溯源的标识码使用。
此外,拉环23和26的实心区域可以是凸向盖体20并高出拉环边缘的平面,也可以是与拉环边缘平齐的平面。当实心区域和拉环边缘处于同一平面时,实心区域的面积更大,利于设置二维码。由于现有内翻式拉环的尺寸限制,在设置二维码和第二二维码时,最好可以增加凸起的实心区域的面积,或者直接将实心区域制作成一个平面,从而既增大了二维码的设置面积,又简化了拉环的制作难度。
综上所述,上述拉环表面设置有二维码的易拉罐顶盖,通过将二维码设置在拉环面向盖体的一侧,使得其在销售过程中处于保密状态。通过在不同的拉环上设置包含不同信息的二维码,实现一物一码,可以同时保证消费者和生产厂商的权利,便于在营销活动中使用。并且,二维码设置在远离罐内液体的拉环上,避免了二维码对液体的污染,也避免了液体对二维码的破坏。此外,通过在拉环的背面设置二维码,可以减少易拉罐顶盖上设置二维码的难度,提高生产效率。
上述设置在易拉罐顶盖上的二维码可以进一步扩展为数字码或字符码,下面通过第四实施例和第五实施例展开具体说明。其中,第四实施例中提供了使用外翻式拉环的易拉罐顶盖,第五实施例中提供了使用内翻式拉环的易拉罐顶盖。需要说明的是,下述实施例及附图中所使用的二维码及字符码仅用于示意性说明,并不构成对发明内容的具体限制。
第四实施例
在图9和图10所示的实施例中,易拉罐顶盖包括盖体11和扇形的拉环13。其中,盖体11上设置有由撕裂纹围合而成的开口区域12, 拉环13较窄的一端通过铆钉14铆接在开口区域12上,通过拉动拉环13使得撕裂纹断开,形成易拉罐的开口。拉环13较宽的一端远离拉环13的铆接位置13c,是一个实心区域13a。

在上述实施例中,由于拉环13背面存在被拉环向内弯折的边缘所遮挡的部分,拉环13背面用于设置字符码13d的面积小于正面用于设置二维码13b的面积,因此,在拉环13背面设置面积较小的字符码13d是一种较为合适的选择。当然,也可以仅在拉环的实心区域13a的背面设置字符码13d,而正面并不设置二维码,同样便于在营销活动中使用。

与第四实施例相同,拉环23的实心区域可以是凸向盖体20并高出拉环边缘的平面,也可以是与拉环边缘平齐的平面。当实心区域和拉环边缘处于同一平面时,实心区域的面积更大,利于设置字符码23d和二维码23b。由于现有内翻式拉环的尺寸限制,在设置二维码时,最好可以增加凸起的实心区域的面积,或者直接将实心区域制作成一个平面,从而既增大了二维码的设置面积,又简化了拉环的制作难度。同理,由于拉环背面存在被拉环向内弯折的边缘所遮挡的部分,拉环背面用于设置字符码的面积小于正面用于设置二维码的面积,因此,在拉环背面设置面积较小的字符码是一种较为合适的选择。
综上所述,上述拉环表面设置有标识码的易拉罐顶盖,通过将字符码设置在拉环面向盖体的一侧,在消费者购买并抬起拉环之前无法获得字符码中的信息,使得其在销售过程中处于保密状态,从而保证了字符码中的信息的真实有效性,可用于防伪、营销活动使用。通过在不同的拉环上设置包含不同信息的字符码,实现一物一码,可以同时保证消费者和生产厂商的权利。
该易拉罐顶盖还可以在拉环正面设置二维码。通过在拉环正面设置二维码,背面设置字符码,一方面降低了在易拉罐顶盖上设置二维码的难度,提高生产效率;另一方面方便了消费者进行防伪查询和参与营销活动。具体来说,消费者可通过扫描拉环正面二维码进行身份认证,然后输入拉环背面的字符码,进行防伪认证或参与营销活动。正面的二维码也可以用于溯源和防窜货查询等。
在上述的实施例中,二维码或字符码等标识码设置在拉环的预定区域,但上述标识码还可以设置在易拉罐顶盖的其他区域,例如盖体的外侧或里侧等。下面通过不同的实施例对此展开进一步的详细说明。
其中,在第六实施例中提供了使用二维码作为第一信息层的易拉罐顶盖,第七实施例中提供了使用字符码作为第一信息层的易拉罐顶盖,并且,在第六实施例和第七实施例中分别在易拉罐顶盖外侧的不 同位置设置了第二信息层。需要说明的是,下述实施例及附图中所使用的二维码及字符码仅用于示意性说明,并不构成对发明内容的具体限制。
第六实施例
在图13和图14所示的实施例中,易拉罐顶盖包括盖体1和扇形的拉环3。其中,盖体1上设置有由撕裂纹围合而成的闭合区域2,拉环3较窄的一端通过铆钉4铆接在闭合区域2内,通过拉动拉环3使得撕裂纹断开,形成易拉罐顶盖的开口。
如图14所示,在该易拉罐顶盖的里侧设置有第一信息层6,第一信息层6设置在盖体1里侧的闭合区域2内。盖体1的里侧是指易拉罐顶盖与易拉罐内饮品接触的一侧。为了防止易拉罐内饮品与第一信息码层6接触,保证食品安全,在第一信息层6的表面覆盖有一层图中未示的食品级胶。第一信息层6可以通过喷码、激光雕刻或其他方式设置。在该实施例中,第一信息层6是二维码。每个易拉罐顶盖的盖体1上设置的第一信息层6中的信息不同,唯一对应于一个易拉罐顶盖,从而构成易拉罐的身份标识码,第一信息层6可用于参加营销活动使用,也可以作为防伪溯源的标识码使用。设置在盖体1里侧的第一信息层6中的信息在未打开包装的前提下无法获得,在将闭合区域2从盖体1上撕下后可见,因此,只有购买易拉罐饮品的消费者才可以获得第一信息层6中的信息,从而参与营销活动或进行防伪查询。
如图13所示,在该易拉罐顶盖的盖体1的外侧还设置有第二信息层5,在该实施例中,第二信息层5设置在盖体1外侧的闭合区域2内,第二信息层5设置为二维码。盖体1的外侧是指易拉罐顶盖在销售过程中显露于外部能被消费者或销售人员所接触到的一侧。
为了保证二维码图案的清晰度,使第二信息层5中的信息易于识别,第二信息层5的设置面积以大于7毫米为佳,现有易拉罐顶盖上设置的闭合区域2的规格尺寸可以保证二维码的设置。第二信息层5的设置方法可以是喷码、也可以使用激光雕刻或其他方式。例如:第二信息层5是通过激光雕刻去除部分面漆后露出的底漆所形成的图案。或者,第二信息层5是通过各种喷印设备喷涂在盖体1表面的信息层。以喷涂方式设置第二信息层5后需要进行食品级的上胶,确保 第二信息层5不与罐内的液体接触,保证液体的饮用安全。
在该易拉罐顶盖上设置的第二信息层5中的信息可以相同,也可以不同。由于第二信息层5中的信息在易拉罐产品运输和销售过程中处于可识别状态,因此,当第二信息层5中的信息不同时,第二信息层5中的二维码同样构成易拉罐的身份标识码,可作为溯源查询的标识码使用,也可用于防窜货查询。而且,当第二信息层5中的信息不同时,通过使第一信息层6和第二信息层5中的信息相关联,还可以通过扫描第二信息层5,获知携带参加活动的第一信息层6的产品的去向,从而可以限定某一地区参加活动所使用的第一信息层中的二维码或字符码的范围。而当每个易拉罐顶盖上设置的第二信息层5中的信息相同时,第二信息层5可以用于提供参与营销活动的URL信息,消费者可通过扫描第二信息层5进行身份认证,然后获取盖体里侧的第一信息层6,方便消费者防伪查询和参与营销活动。
第七实施例
在图15和图16所示的第七实施例中,易拉罐顶盖的结构与第六实施例类似。区别为以下两点:1)在第六实施例中,设置在易拉罐顶盖的盖体1里侧的第一信息层6是二维码,而在第七实施例中,设置在易拉罐顶盖的盖体1里侧的第一信息层6是字符码;2)在第六实施例中,第二信息层5设置在盖体1外侧的闭合区域2内;而在第七实施例中,第二信息层5设置在盖体1外侧的闭合区域2外部。
具体来说,如图15所示,设置在盖体1的外侧的第二信息层可以包括一个或多个二维码5、5’,多个二维码中的信息可以相同,也可以不同,然后将多个二维码在后台数据库中相关联,构成同一易拉罐顶盖的标识码。第二信息层中的多个二维码可以设置在盖体1上的不同位置,较优地,可将包含二维码的第二信息层5设置在盖体1上闭合区域2之外的位置,例如,将两个二维码对称设置在拉环3及闭合区域2的两侧(参见图15所示的二维码5和5’)。当然,也不排除将第二信息层中的部分二维码设置在闭合区域2的撕裂纹上,但其中需要确保至少一个二维码不被拉环3所遮挡,并不会随着撕裂纹的断开而破坏,以免影响扫描识别。
如图16所示,在盖体1里侧设置的第一信息层6是字符码。字符 码可以由字母和/或数字组成,一般包括4~6字符,一行或多行排列。每个易拉罐顶盖的盖体1上设置的字符码中的信息不同,唯一对应于一个易拉罐顶盖,从而构成易拉罐顶盖的身份标识码。设置在盖体1里侧的第一信息层6中的信息在未打开包装的前提下无法获得,在将闭合区域2从盖体1上撕下后可见,因此,只有购买易拉罐饮品的消费者才可以获得第一信息层6中的信息,第一信息层6可用于参加营销活动使用,也可以作为防伪溯源的标识码使用。
综上所述,上述盖体里侧设置有标识码的易拉罐顶盖,通过将第一信息层设置在盖体里侧的闭合区域内,消费者在购买并打开包装之前无法获得第一信息层中的信息,从而保证了参与活动的二维码或字符码的真实有效性,可用于防伪、营销活动使用。通过在不同的易拉罐顶盖上设置包含不同信息的第一信息层,实现一物一码,可以同时保证消费者和生产厂商的权利。此外,还可以在盖体的外侧设置第二信息层,通过扫描第二信息层进行身份认证,并输入盖体里侧的字符码或扫描盖体里侧的二维码,进行防伪认证或参与营销活动。第二信息层也可以用于溯源和防窜货查询等。
在上述的实施例中,标识码优选设置在盖体里侧的闭合区域内,从而使消费者在购买并打开包装之前无法获得标识码中的信息,便于在防伪、营销活动使用。但是,上述标识码经过一定的技术处理也可以设置在盖体的外侧,下面通过不同的实施例对此展开进一步的详细说明。
如图17~图19所示,本发明实施例提供一种在盖体外侧设置二维码的易拉罐顶盖,包括盖体、拉环、铆钉与二维码。在盖体1经过冲压,形成了冲压纹2,冲压纹2为封闭的长条,该长条的两端呈现大小不一的弧形。在长条的一端设置有铆钉3,在长条的另一端设置有二维码5。铆钉3将拉环4一端固定在盖体1上面,另一端设置在二维码的上方,这样,拉环4就会遮挡二维码的少部分,从而在扫描二维码时读不到完整的信息,保护二维码的不会被随意使用。
当用户需要打开易拉罐时,向上用力抬起拉环4的一端,拉环4的另一端通过铆钉3形成杠杆,给盖体1一个向下的力,由于冲压纹2的厚度小于盖体1的厚度,此时,靠近拉环4另一端的冲压纹2会 首先裂开,从而打开易拉罐。此时,由于拉环4的一端已经抬起,二维码可以完整的呈现出来,用户可以扫描二维码进行防伪验证、抽奖、积分、以及厂家提供的抽奖营销服务。
如图20所示,在上述易拉罐顶盖的一个实施例中,包括盖体1、拉环4、铆钉3与二维码5。其中,二维码5与盖体1为相同材料制成,并且为一个整体,二维码5上面由激光刻录二维码。未抬起拉环4时,不能读取二维码信息。当抬起拉环4时,由于未受到遮挡,此时可以扫描二维码5,读取其中的信息。其他地方与上述实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
如图21所示,在上述易拉罐顶盖的另一个实施例中,包括盖体1、拉环4、铆钉3与二维码5。其中,二维码5可以与盖体1相同材料制成,并且为一个整体;或者用相同材料制成,用胶粘贴在相应位置;也可以不用相同材料制作,此二维码5单独制作,并镶嵌在盖体1的对应位置,可以用胶进行粘贴固定,也可以用卡槽的方式固定。未抬起拉环4时,不能读取二维码信息。当抬起拉环4时,由于未受到遮挡,此时可以扫描二维码5,读取其中的信息。其他地方与上述实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
本发明通过将二维码设置在盖体外侧、拉环下面,使得用户在购买前不能识读二维码。只有用户先行购买、破坏包装后才能识别二维码,从而参加厂家提供的各种服务;同时,由于二维码设计简单,安装方便,不需要增加生产成本。
上述将二维码设置在盖体外侧的技术方案简单易行,但在实践中也发现了一些新的问题。例如在易拉罐顶盖上冲压拉环时,需要提前确定二维码的位置。但是在实际生产环节中,由于易拉罐顶盖是圆形的,并且在生产线上可以任意旋转,在冲压时往往无法准确确定二维码的位置,也就是说,无法保证二维码一定设置在拉环的下方,这样容易造成部分产品上设置的二维码未能被拉环遮挡而裸露出来,从而使得这部分易拉罐顶盖不合格,无法参加营销活动,造成资源浪费。
为此,申请人在易拉罐顶盖的外侧进一步设置有包含多个二维码的二维码层1。该二维码层1通常包含四个二维码,四个二维码互不相同并相互关联,构成一组标识码,与一个易拉罐顶盖唯一对应,不 同的易拉罐顶盖对应于不同的标识码,用于对不同的易拉罐顶盖进行识别。在生产过程中,这组标识码均可作为参加营销活动的凭证使用,也可以作为防伪溯源的识别码使用。当然,根据单个二维码的面积所占易拉罐顶盖的面积的比例大小,设置在二维码层中的二维码的数量也可以不同,例如为3至6个,只要多个二维码在易拉罐顶盖的外侧的布置方式,可以保证设置拉环时,其中至少一个二维码被拉环部分遮挡或全部遮挡即可,使其不能被识别。
多个二维码在易拉罐顶盖的外侧可以绕圆心成圆形排列,还可以排列成其他形状。例如,在图22所示的实施例中,四个二维码排列成方形。多个二维码在易拉罐顶盖的外侧均匀排列。
如图23至图26所示,这种设置有多个二维码的易拉罐顶盖,在其外侧设置的二维码层1中,至少有一个二维码被拉环部分或全部遮挡,使其不能被识别,构成有效二维码1A,可用于参与积分、营销活动等。当其中多个二维码被拉环部分或全部遮挡时,这多个二维码构成易拉罐顶盖的多个有效二维码,将其同时设为参加活动的有效二维码,从而可以保证对应的易拉罐顶盖参加活动。并且,多个二维码中,还可以至少有一个二维码完全不被遮挡,构成无效二维码1B。
在图23和图24所示的实施例中,在易拉罐顶盖的外侧设置有外翻式拉环2。其中,在图23中,拉环2部分遮挡二维码层1中的一个二维码,使该二维码成为有效二维码1A,该二维码需要在破坏包装,即拉开拉环的情况下才可被识别;二维码层1中的其余三个二维码均构成无效二维码1B。在图24中,拉环2部分遮挡二维码层1中的两个二维码,使两个二维码在破坏包装前均不可被识别,构成有效二维码1A,此时,设置这两个二维码为参与活动使用的二维码,使得与其对应的易拉罐顶盖可以参加活动;另外两个完全裸露的二维码构成无效二维码1B,均可作为防伪、溯源、防窜货使用。
同理,在图25和图26所示的实施例中,在易拉罐顶盖的外侧设置有内翻式拉环3。其中,在图25中,拉环3部分遮挡二维码层1中的一个二维码,使该二维码成为有效二维码1A,该二维码需要在破坏包装,即拉开拉环的情况下才可被识别;二维码层1中的其余三个二维码均可作为无效二维码1B使用。在图26中,拉环3部分遮挡二维 码层1中的两个二维码,使两个二维码在破坏包装前均不可被识别,构成两个有效二维码1A,此时,设置这两个二维码为参与活动使用的二维码;另外两个完全裸露的二维码构成无效二维码1B,均可作为防伪、溯源、防窜货使用。
综上所述,上述实施例所提供的易拉罐顶盖,通过在易拉罐顶盖的外侧设置包含多个二维码的二维码层,并使多个二维码唯一对应一个易拉罐顶盖,实现一物一码。一方面,通过拉环遮挡二维码中的至少一个二维码,使其成为可以参加营销活动的有效二维码,在破坏包装前不可被识别;并使二维码中的其他二维码成为可用于信息查询、溯源、防窜货使用的无效二维码;另一方面,在易拉罐顶盖的外侧设置包含多个二维码的二维码层,使得在易拉罐顶盖上任意设置拉环,均可实现遮挡至少一个二维码的目的,从而简化易拉罐顶盖的生产过程,降低易拉罐顶盖的生产难度,提高生产效率,并保证产品合格率。
本发明所提供的具有标识码的易拉罐顶盖还可以具有其它的实施例和变形例。例如第八实施例和第九实施例提供了一种具有较大开口的易拉罐顶盖,一方面满足了消费者畅饮的需求,另一方面也保证了标识码的完整性。该易拉罐顶盖通过在盖体上设置包含不同信息的标识码,实现一物一码,可以同时保证消费者和生产厂商的权利,便于在营销活动中使用。
第八实施例
如图27所示,第八实施例所提供的易拉罐顶盖包括盖体1、拉环2。其中,在盖体1上设置有由刻痕线围合而成的类似倒三角形的开口区域4,开口区域4的面积不小于盖体1面积的四分之一(优选为三分之一以上)。拉环2较窄的一端通过铆钉3铆接在开口区域4的较宽的一端上,并且拉环2较窄的一端与开口区域4较宽的一端的刻痕线对齐。拉环2上还设置有拉孔5,通过拉孔5可以拉动拉环2使得开口区域4与盖体1分离,形成易拉罐顶盖的开口。该易拉罐顶盖的开口比较大,更加方便消费者饮用罐内液体,充分满足消费者畅饮的实际需求。
如图28所示,在盖体1外侧(即与罐内液体不接触的面)的任意位置上设置第一标识码。本发明的标识码中,标识码可以是二维码、 数字码、字母、文字中的任意一种或多种。图示以比较常见的二维码为例对本发明所提供的实施例进行说明。在每个盖体1外侧设置的第一标识码中的信息不同,且唯一对应于一个易拉罐顶盖,从而构成产品的身份标识码。第一标识码的设置方法可以是喷码、也可以使用激光雕刻或其他方式。例如,通过激光雕刻去除部分面漆后露出的底漆形成标识码,该标识码与盖体1外侧融合在一起形成第一标识码。或者,通过各种喷印设备喷涂在盖体1外侧形成标识码,同样该标识码与盖体1外侧融合在一起形成第一标识码。第一标识码中的信息在产品运输和销售过程中处于可识别状态。针对防窜货、防伪溯源等用途的需要,并且让用户不用破坏拉环结构也能扫描到第一标识码中的标识码,第一标识码优选设置在盖体1外侧不被拉环遮挡的区域。这样很方便消费者或销售人员获取标识码所携带的信息。
如图28和图29所示,在盖体1里侧(即与罐内液体接触的一面)的中间位置设置第二标识码,该第二标识码也位于开口区域4内。为了保证消费者在撕开易拉罐的开口区域时不会因为用力过度导致开口区域发生弯折,从而无法有效识读第二标识码中的标识码,在围绕第二标识码的附近并且不会超出开口区域4的范围的区域内设置有加强结构110,该加强结构110可以是位于标识码两侧并向外(罐体外部)凸出或向内(罐体内部)凹进的对称结构。在本发明的不同实施例中,可以在盖体1的中间位置设置向罐体内部凹进的凹陷区域111或向罐体外部凸出的凸起区域111。同样,凹陷区域111、凸起区域111也位于开口区域4内。在该凹陷区域或凸起区域内设置第二标识码,同样保证了第二标识码的质量不会被破坏,确保第二标识码中的标识码的完整性。在每个盖体1里侧中心位置设置的第二标识码中的信息不同,且唯一对应于一个易拉罐顶盖,从而构成产品的身份标识码。该第二标识码的设置方式与在盖体1外侧设置第一标识码的情况类似,在此就不赘述了。在盖体1的里侧设置第二标识码后需要在盖体1的里侧(即与罐内液体接触的面)覆盖一层内涂层。该内涂层的材质不会对罐内液体产生任何影响,从而确保了第二标识码不与罐内液体直接接触,保证罐内液体的饮用安全。并且,第二标识码的设置还避免了罐内液体对第二标识码产生腐蚀作用而影响对标识码信息的获取。设置 在盖体1里侧的第二标识码在未将开口区域4沿刻痕线撕开或破坏的前提下无法获得,因此,只有购买产品的消费者才可以获得第二标识码中的标识码所携带的信息。该第二标识码便于在营销活动中使用,也可以作为防伪溯源的标识码使用。
如图30所示,在盖体1里侧的中间位置设置第二标识码,实现了盖体1上设置的开口区域4沿盖体1的任意方向设置都能够使第二标识码位于开口区域4内,使易拉罐顶盖的制造工艺过程更简单且更易实现,并且提高了易拉罐顶盖的生产效率的同时也降低了企业的成本。
为了保证第一标识码与第二标识码中的标识码图案的清晰度,使第一标识码与第二标识码中的信息易于识别,本发明中的第一标识码与第二标识码的设置面积以1厘米见方为佳。并且第一标识码中的信息与第二标识码中的信息互不相同且相互关联。通过在盖体1上设置双重标识码,既可以满足生产、销售过程中正常的信息查询需求,又可以防止参加活动的标识码在销售过程中被损坏或被仿冒,可以同时保证厂商和消费者的合法权益。
第九实施例
如图31所示,第九实施例所提供的易拉罐顶盖包括盖体6、拉环7。其中,在盖体6上设置有由刻痕线11与实线12围合而成的类似倒三角形的开口区域9,该开口区域的面积不小于盖体6面积的四分之一。开口区域9的较窄一端的底部的一小段为实线12,开口区域9的其它部分为刻痕线11。拉环7较窄的一端通过铆钉8铆接在开口区域9的较宽的另一端上,并且拉环7较窄的一端与开口区域9较宽的另一端的刻痕线11对齐。拉环7上还设置有拉孔10,通过拉孔10可以拉动拉环7使开口区域9沿刻痕线11撕至实线12处后直接向盖体6的外侧区域弯折,形成易拉罐顶盖的开口。为了使消费者更容易将开口区域9在实线处进行弯折,可以将实线长度设置在2毫米左右为最佳。该易拉罐顶盖的开口比较大,更加方便消费者的饮用,而且开口区域9与盖体不会分离,方便使用后进行回收,避免对环境产生污染,达到了环保的目的。
同样,在盖体6外侧(即与罐内液体不接触的一面)的任意位置上设置第一标识码。在每个盖体6外侧设置的第一标识码中的信息不 同,且唯一对应于一个易拉罐顶盖,从而构成产品的身份标识码。第一标识码的设置方法同第八实施例中所述。第一标识码中的信息在产品运输和销售过程中处于可识别状态,针对防窜货、防伪溯源等用途的需要,并且让用户不用破坏拉环结构也能扫描到第一标识码中的标识码,第一标识码优选设置在盖体6外侧不被拉环遮挡的区域。
如图32和图33所示,在盖体6里侧(即与罐内液体接触的一面)的中间位置设置第二标识码,第二标识码也位于开口区域9内。为了保证消费者在撕开易拉罐的开口区域时不会因为用力过度导致开口区域发生弯折,从而无法有效识读第二标识码中的标识码。所以围绕第二标识码的附近并且不会超出开口区域9的范围的区域内设置有加强结构110。该加强结构110可以是位于第二标识码两侧并向外(罐体外部)凸出或向内(罐体内部)凹进的对称结构。在本发明的不同实施例中,可以在盖体6的中间位置设置向罐体内部凹进的凹陷区域111或向罐体外部凸出的凸起区域111。同样,凹陷区域111、凸起区域111也位于开口区域9内。在该凹陷区域111或凸起区域111内设置第二标识码,也保证了第二标识码的质量不会被破坏,确保了第二标识码中的标识码的完整性。在每个盖体6里侧的中间位置上设置的第二标识码中的信息不同,且唯一对应于一个易拉罐顶盖,从而构成产品的身份标识码。第二标识码的设置方法同第八实施例中所述。在盖体6里侧设置第二标识码后同样需要在盖体6里侧(即与罐内液体接触的一面)覆盖一层内涂层。该内涂层的材质和功能同第八实施例中所述。设置在盖体6里侧的标识码在未将开口区域沿刻痕线撕开或破坏的前提下无法获得,因此,只有购买产品的消费者才可以获得标识码中的标识码所携带的信息。该标识码可用于参加营销活动使用,也可以作为防伪溯源的标识码使用。
如图34所示,在盖体6里侧的中间位置设置第二标识码,也确保了盖体6上的开口区域沿盖体6的任意方向设置都能够使标识码位于开口区域内,使易拉罐顶盖的制造工艺过程更简单且更易实现,并且提高了易拉罐顶盖的生产效率的同时也降低了企业的成本。
同样,第一标识码的信息与第二标识码中的信息互不相同且相互关联。通过在盖体6上设置双重标识码,既可以满足生产、销售过程 中正常的信息查询需求,又可以防止参加活动的二维码在销售过程中被损坏或被仿冒,可以同时保证厂商和消费者的合法权益。
在本发明中,所述易拉罐顶盖还包括主要用于罐头、奶粉等产品包装的全开式易拉盖。第十实施例至第十二实施例提供了一种具有标识码的全开式易拉盖。通过在不同的封闭片上设置包含不同信息的标识码,实现一物一码。移动终端识读该标识码,可以获取其所携带的信息。下面通过不同的实施例对此展开进一步的详细说明。
如图35和图36所示,本发明所提供的全开式易拉盖,包括盖边框1、封闭片2、拉环3、安全边5。其中,盖边框1、封闭片2和安全边5连成一体,封闭片2与安全边5之间设有刻痕线6。拉环3上设有拉孔4,在拉孔4上方的实心区域设有水滴形凹槽7。该水滴形凹槽7有一尖部位置;拉环3通过铆钉8铆接在封闭片2上。围绕拉环3与封闭片2的铆接区域设有一个较短的波纹形的刻痕线9。通过拉孔拉动拉环,可以撕开刻痕线9,并带动尖部位置将与尖部位置相邻的刻痕线6撕开,将封闭片与安全边分离开,从而开启易拉盖。
在本发明中,盖边框1和封闭片2可以利用金属模具冲压制造一体成型。并且,为了是全开式易拉盖的密封性更好,刻痕线6与安全边之间也通过机器压制在一起。
另一方面,盖边框1的底面设有环形卡槽11,在环形卡槽11内覆盖有密封胶层,盖边框1通过环形卡槽11以及环形卡槽内的密封胶层固定在容器口上。其中,安全边5设置在盖边框1上,其位于刻痕线6的上方并从盖边框1上伸展出来,并沿刻痕线6的走向形成,刻痕线6与安全边5边缘之间的水平距离在0至0.5毫米之间。具体地,安全边5包括沿盖边框1内壁向容器内部水平延伸的第一连接片51,第一连接片51的端面设有朝向容器内壁方向并倾斜向下延伸的第二连接片52,第二连接片52的下端设有朝容器内部水平延伸的第三连接片53。封闭片2与第三连接片53相互连成一体,刻痕线6与第一连接片51端面之间的水平距离在0至0.5毫米之间;第一连接片51、第二连接片52和第三连接片53相互连接成一体,形成呈“Z”形的横截面。第一连接片51与第二连接片52的连接端的横截面为弧形曲面54。全开式易拉盖还可以不具有安全边,但是具有安全 边较优,这样在使用时,安全边的边缘更加圆滑,不伤手。
在本发明中,标识码可以是二维码、数字码、字母、文字等可以快速进行识读的符号。在下列的各实施例中,标识码以目前最常用的二维码为例进行说明。
第十实施例
如图35所示,在封闭片的正面设置有标识码。该标识码上设置有二维码。每个封闭片上设置的标识码中的信息不同,唯一对应于一个封闭片,从而构成产品的身份标识码。标识码位置为不被拉环遮盖的任何位置,尤其以封闭片的中心位置较优。标识码的设置方法可以是喷码、也可以使用激光雕刻或其他方式。通过激光雕刻去除部分面漆后露出的底漆形成二维码,该二维码与封闭片融合在一起形成标识码。或者,通过各种喷印设备喷涂在封闭片的正面区域形成二维码,同样该二维码与封闭片融合在一起形成标识码。标识码中的信息在产品运输和销售过程中处于可识别状态,因此可作为防伪溯源和防窜货的标识码使用。
第十一实施例
如图37所示,在封闭片的背面设置有标识码。每个封闭片上设置的标识码中的信息不同,唯一对应于一个封闭片,从而构成产品的身份标识码。标识码位置为不被刻痕线遮盖的任何位置,尤其以封闭片的中心位置较优。标识码的设置方法同第十实施例所述。设置标识码后需要在整个全开式易拉盖的背面覆盖一层内涂层。该全开式易拉盖的背面是与食品能直接接触的一面,即内涂层覆盖至与封闭片背面相连的盖边框的外周边缘。该内涂层的材质不会对产品产生任何影响,从而确保了标识码不与产品直接接触,保证产品的食用安全。并且,还避免了产品对标识码产生腐蚀作用而影响对二维码信息的获取。设置在封闭片背面的标识码在未将封闭片沿刻痕线撕开的前提下无法获取,因此,只有购买产品的消费者才可以获取标识码中的二维码所携带的信息。该二维码可用于参加营销活动使用,也可以作为防伪溯源的标识码使用。
第十二实施例
结合第十实施例和第十一实施例所述,可以在封闭片的正面和背 面同时设置标识码。其中,在封闭片正面设置的标识码为第一标识码,在封闭片背面设置的标识码为第二标识码。同样,第一标识码位置为不被拉环遮盖的任何位置,尤其以封闭片的中心位置较优。第二标识码位置为不被刻痕线9遮盖的任何位置,尤其以封闭片的中心位置较优。第一标识码和第二标识码的设置方法可以是喷码、也可以使用激光雕刻或其他方式。第一标识码的信息与第二标识码中的信息不同且相互关联。第一标识码实现的功能同实施例一所述,第二标识码实现的功能同实施例二所述;并且该实施例中的易拉盖的背面同第十一实施例所述也需要覆盖一层内涂层,该内涂层在设置完第二标识码后镀在易拉盖的背面。该内涂层的材质和功能同第十一实施例所述。通过在全开式易拉盖设置双重标识码,既可以满足生产、销售过程中正常的信息查询需求,又可以防止参加活动的二维码在销售过程中被损坏或被仿冒,可以同时保证厂商和消费者的合法权益。
综上所述,上述实施例所提供的全开式易拉盖,可以将标识码设置在封闭片的正面、背面中的任意一面或多面,并且可以根据商家和消费者的需求设置多个标识码。通过在不同的封闭片上设置包含不同信息的标识码,实现一物一码,可以同时保证消费者和生产厂商的权利,还可以用于营销活动使用。并且,标识码的设置不会污染到产品,同样,产品本身也不会对标识码进行破坏。这样既保证了产品的安全,也保证了标识码的完整性。
需要说明的是,在本发明所提供的易拉罐顶盖中,拉环还可以采用其它的变形例实现。例如图38和图39显示了拉环的一个变形例。在该变形例中,拉环10具有近似扇形结构,在近似扇形结构靠近圆心的位置设置有连接点11;近似扇形结构远离连接点11的区域的中心是实心区域(也称为赋码区域)12,其外围区域形成边框13。边框13可以被分为远离连接点11的弧形边框13A、两侧径向边框13B和两侧径向边框之间靠近连接点11的区域13C三部分。实心区域12与弧形边框13A连接,实心区域12与两侧径向边框13B以及实心区域12与两侧径向边框之间靠近连接点的区域13C之间形成有易于在外力作用下断开的结构。
例如,在实心区域12与两侧径向边框13B之间以及在实心区域 12与两侧径向边框之间靠近连接点的区域13C之间设置有刻痕线,并使刻痕线具有断开的一个或多个缺口。从而在外力作用下,刻痕线会从缺口位置沿其延伸方向断开。上述缺口可以设置在刻痕线的任意位置,优选为将缺口设置在刻痕线远离弧形边框13A的位置。
此外,还可以在实心区域12与两侧径向边框13B之间形成刻痕线,并在实心区域和两侧径向边框之间靠近连接点的区域13C之间形成断开区域;或者,也可以在实心区域12与两侧径向边框13B之间形成断开区域,而在实心区域和两侧径向边框之间靠近连接点的区域13C之间形成刻痕线。
当拉环10的实心区域12受到外力作用时,例如按压实心区域12,实心区域12与两侧径向边框之间靠近连接点的区域13C之间的刻痕线16断开,从而使实心区域12向拉环一侧弯折,形成类似于图40的结构。在图3中,实心区域12向拉环的背面弯去,与拉环边框13所在的平面形成一定夹角,并在拉环边框13中部形成一个可以容纳手指的空心区域,从而可以通过拉环边框13拉动拉环。在从易拉环顶盖表面抬起拉环10的过程中,实心区域12容易因为按压的作用形成向拉环背面弯折的结构,当然,实心区域12也可以向拉环正面弯去,而实心区域12的实际弯折方向与外力的作用方向相关。
图41显示了上述拉环的另一个变形例。在该变形例中,实心区域(也称为赋码区域)与拉环边框之间设置有近似大写C形的间隙,C形的开口朝向铆钉所在的位置。在实心区域与拉环本体连接处可以根据需要设置刻痕线(图中未示)。这样,当实心区域受到外力作用时,很容易使实心区域向拉环一侧弯折,从而便于移动终端识读设置在实心区域面向盖体一侧表面上的标识码。
需要强调的是,上述各实施例所说的实心区域是针对赋码过程而言的,只要能够将二维码或字符码等完整地设置在该区域上,便于后续识读即可,并不要求该区域是完全“实心”的。因此,该实心区域也可以称为赋码区域。该赋码区域与拉环的其它部分之间可以设置间隙或断裂线,就如图38~图41所示的拉环变形例所示的那样。
以上对本发明所提供的设置标识码的易拉罐顶盖进行了详细的说明。对本领域的一般技术人员而言,在不背离本发明实质精神的前提 下对它所做的任何显而易见的改动,都将构成对本发明专利权的侵犯,将承担相应的法律责任。

Claims (42)

  1. 一种拉环表面设置有标识码的易拉罐顶盖,包括盖体和拉环,所述拉环的一端通过铆钉铆接在所述盖体上,其特征在于:
    所述拉环远离铆接位置的区域是赋码区域,在所述赋码区域面向所述盖体一侧的表面上设置有标识码。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述标识码是去除部分面漆后露出的底漆所形成的图案。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述标识码是喷涂在所述赋码区域表面的信息层,在所述标识码的表面还设置有一层食品级胶。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述赋码区域为实心区域,所述实心区域是凸向所述盖体并高于所述拉环的边缘的区域。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述赋码区域为实心区域,所述实心区域与所述拉环的边缘处于同一平面内。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    在所述赋码区域远离所述盖体一侧的表面上设置有第二标识码。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第二标识码是去除部分面漆后露出的底漆所形成的图案。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    分别设置在所述拉环两个表面上的标识码中的信息互不相同并相互关联,且唯一对应于一个拉环;不同拉环上设置的标识码中的信息不同。
  9. 如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述标识码是二维码或字符码。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述字符码由字母和/或数字组成,一行或多行排列。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述拉环是内翻式拉环或外翻式拉环。
  12. 一种盖体里侧设置有标识码的易拉罐顶盖,包括盖体和拉环,所述盖体上设置有由撕裂纹围合而成的闭合区域,所述拉环的一端通过铆钉铆接在所述闭合区域,其特征在于:
    所述盖体的里侧设置有第一信息层,并在所述第一信息层的表面覆盖有食品级胶,所述第一信息层设置在所述盖体的闭合区域内。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第一信息层是二维码。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第一信息层是字符码,所述字符码由字母和/或数字组成,一行或多行排列。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    还包括设置在所述盖体外侧的第二信息层,所述第一信息层和所述第二信息层中的信息相互关联,且唯一对应于一个易拉罐顶盖;不同易拉罐顶盖上设置的第一信息层中的信息不同。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第二信息层包括一个或多个二维码,其中,至少有一个所述二维码不被所述拉环遮挡。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述二维码设置在所述闭合区域内。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    两个所述二维码对称设置在所述闭合区域的两侧。
  19. 如权利要求15所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第二信息层是去除部分面漆后露出的底漆所形成的图案。
  20. 一种具有标识码的大开口易拉罐顶盖,包括盖体与拉环,所述盖体上设置有开口区域,所述拉环与所述开口区域相连接,其特征在于:
    所述盖体外侧设置有第一标识码,所述盖体里侧的中间位置设置有第二标识码。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述开口区域的面积不小于所述盖体面积的四分之一。
  22. 如权利要求20所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述盖体里侧的中间位置设置的所述第二标识码位于所述开口区域内。
  23. 如权利要求20所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第二标识码设置有加强结构,所述加强结构为位于所述第二标识码两侧向外凸出或向内凹进的对称结构,所述加强结构位于所述开口区域内。
  24. 如权利要求20所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述盖体的中间位置设置有凹陷区域、凸出区域,所述凹陷区域、所述凸出区域设置有第二标识码,所述凹陷区域、所述凸出区域位于所述开口区域内。
  25. 如权利要求20所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述开口区域由刻痕线或刻痕线与实线围合而成,所述拉环的一端与所述开口区域一端的所述刻痕线对齐。
  26. 如权利要求20所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第一标识码设置在盖体外侧不被所述拉环遮挡的区域。
  27. 如权利要求20所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第二标识码由内涂层覆盖。
  28. 如权利要求20~27中任意一项所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第一标识码、所述第二标识码中的标识码为二维码、数字码、字母、文字中的任意一种或多种。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的大开口易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于:
    所述第一标识码的信息与所述第二标识码的信息互不相同且相互关联。
  30. 一种具有标识码的全开式易拉盖,其特征在于包括盖边框、封闭片、拉环;
    所述拉环通过铆钉与所述封闭片进行铆接;所述封闭片上设置有标识码。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的全开式易拉盖,其特征在于:
    所述盖边框具有安全边,所述安全边通过刻痕线与所述封闭片相连。
  32. 如权利要求30所述的全开式易拉盖,其特征在于:
    所述标识码中的标识码是二维码、数字码、字母、文字中的任意一种或多种。
  33. 如权利要求30所述的全开式易拉盖,其特征在于:
    第一标识码设置在所述封闭片的正面,所述第一标识码设置在不被所述拉环遮盖的位置。
  34. 如权利要求30所述的全开式易拉盖,其特征在于:
    第二标识码设置在所述封闭片的背面,所述第二标识码设置在不被刻痕线遮盖的位置。
  35. 如权利要求33或34所述的全开式易拉盖,其特征在于:
    第一标识码或第二标识码设置在所述封闭片的中心位置。
  36. 如权利要求34所述的全开式易拉盖,其特征在于:
    所述第二标识码上覆盖有内涂层,所述内涂层覆盖至与封闭片的背面相连的盖边框的外周边缘。
  37. 如权利要求33或34所述的全开式易拉盖,其特征在于:
    第一标识码与第二标识码的信息互不相同并相互关联。
  38. 如权利要求30所述的全开式易拉盖,其特征在于:
    不同封闭片上设置的所述标识码中的信息不同。
  39. 一种盖体外侧设置有标识码的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于包括盖体、拉环和铆钉,其中,
    所述盖体经过冲压形成的冲压纹构成封闭的长条,所述长条的一端设置有所述铆钉,另一端设置有所述标识码;所述铆钉将所述拉环一端固定在所述盖体上面;所述拉环的另一端设置在所述标识码的上方,遮挡全部或者部分所述标识码。
  40. 如权利要求39所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于,
    所述冲压纹的厚度小于所述盖体的厚度,受到挤压时,冲压纹会裂开。
  41. 如权利要求39或40所述的易拉罐顶盖,其特征在于,
    当向上抬起所述拉环的一端时,固定在所述盖体上面的另一端挤压所述长条,从所述冲压纹处裂开。
  42. 一种具有标识码的易拉罐顶盖,包括盖体和拉环,其特征在 于:
    在所述盖体的外侧设置有包含多个二维码的二维码层,多个二维码互不相同并相互关联,且唯一对应一个易拉罐顶盖,构成易拉罐顶盖的标识码,不同的易拉罐顶盖具有不同的标识码;其中,在所述二维码层中,至少有一个二维码被拉环部分或全部遮挡,使其只有在拉环被拉开后才能被识别,构成至少一个有效二维码。
