Abstract

本发明公开了一种组合识别码、使用组合识别码的产品及产品监控方法。组合识别码包括明码和暗码,所述明码为暴露在外可直接识别的识别码,所述暗码为被隐藏或遮盖的识别码,所述暗码在移除隐藏或遮盖之后可以被识别,所述明码和暗码之间通过至少一个属性进行关联。本发明在去除隐藏/遮盖之后,方能对暗码进行识别。不仅使得组合识别码能够进行两次以上的识别、读码;暗码设置方式还能确保商品流通到最终消费者(即实现利润)之后进行二次以上识别、读码,避免在到达最终消费者手中之前被破坏,保障消费者权益。

本发明涉及一种组合识别码、使用组合识别码的产品及产品监控方法。
背景技术
多年来,识别码历经一维码到二维码的发展,在商品、物流行业的使用越来越深入、广泛。
一维码,通常为多行组成的条形码,可存储大量数据,广泛应用于医院、驾驶证、物料管理、货物运输。一维条形码的缺点是:条形码只是在一个方向(如水平方向)表达信息,而在垂直方向则不表达任何信息,其一定的高度通常是为了便于阅读器的对准;数据容量较小,通常只有30个字符左右,只能包含字母和数字;条形码尺寸相对较大,导致空间利用率较低;条形码遭到损坏后便不能阅读。
二维码(2-dimensional bar code)是用某种特定的几何图形按一定规律在平面(水平和垂直方向上)分布的黑白相间的图形记录数据符号信息的;在代码编制上巧妙地利用构成计算机内部逻辑基础的“0”、“1”比特流的概念,使用若干个与二进制相对应的几何形体来表示文字数值信息,通过图象输入设备或光电扫描设备自动识读以实现信息的自动处理。
在商品管理、仓储、运输物流领域中,大多数情况下使用一维码,通过一维码将商品的属性与商品联系起来。对商品的控制,比如预设促销兑奖活动,都是在商品生产时,即已将奖励信息标记在商品上。这样,一旦出厂之后,则无法控制或修改任何促销活动的规则和结果,比如增加或减少获奖数量。
同时,传统的物流方式对商品的监控也非常局限。尽管当前在商品外包装使用二维码的也越来越多,但是这种使用方式,多数限于企业做介绍、宣传、推广、防伪、防窜货,而且只有一个二维码,仅由这一个二维码关联商品基本信息或物流信息。该层面更多的是停留在了解、查询信息的被动层面上。
但无论是单一的一维码还是二维码,还是其他的识别码,单一的识别码所包含的信息往往具有单一层面性,即单一的识别码所包含的信息往往可以通过一次扫描就能全部知晓,不能将信息分层显示出来。即便是识别码内有分层加密措施,但鉴于技术的飞速发展,也可能存在可以破解加密措施的设备,将制造厂家或商家希望在商品最终销售出去之后才能暴露的信息被提前公开,影响制造厂家或商家的市场计划、商品销售监控等。
现今存在这样的需求,商家既希望实时监控某一批次的商品的实时物流位置,发往城市,还希望知晓商品是否实现了最终销售(销售到最终端的用户),甚至还希望能随时、主动地决定某一时间段(如节假日),某一地域(如长三角地区),某种力度(如设置中奖的数量及奖项)的促销活动,以及对中奖的快速响应(如当即兑奖,快速领奖)。这些要求都是现有技术中不能满足的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的一个技术问题是,提供一种组合识别码和具有这种识别码的产品,以及产品的监控方法,不仅记载产品基本信息,还可以主动控制、修改、增加某些信息。
本发明所要解决的一个技术问题是,提供一种组合识别码结构和具有这种结构的产品,以及产品的监控方法,通过对组合识别码的识别,不仅能够安全地确保实现对商品的管理从商品包装出厂到物流阶段,而且还能安全、明确地知晓或追溯到商品流通到最终消费者之后(即售出后)的状态或信息,并且能够主动控制、调整呈现给最终消 费者的信息。
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,实现本发明所要解决的技术问题,本发明提供一种组合识别码,包括明码和暗码,所述明码为暴露在外可直接识别的识别码,所述暗码为被隐藏或遮盖的识别码,所述暗码在移除隐藏或遮盖之后可以被识别,所述明码和暗码之间通过至少一个属性进行关联。
作为优选,所述识别码为一维码、QR码、PDF417码、DM码、MC码和汉信码中的至少一种。
本发明还提供了具有以上组合识别码的对应产品,所述产品上具有组合识别码,所述组合识别码包括明码和暗码,所述明码为暴露在外可直接识别的识别码,所述暗码为被隐藏或遮盖的识别码,所述暗码在移除隐藏或遮盖之后可以被识别,所述明码和暗码之间通过至少一个属性进行关联。
作为优选,所述产品包括包装本体和旋式盖,所述旋式盖与所述包装本体部分粘连,所述明码设置在所述旋式盖的外面,所述暗码设置在所述旋式盖的内面。
作为优选,所述产品包括包装本体和卡扣式盖,所述卡扣式盖的上面设置所述明码,所述卡扣式盖的下面设置所述暗码。
作为优选,所述识别码为一维码、QR码、PDF417码、DM码、MC码和汉信码中的至少一种。
作为优选,所述识别码通过激光设置于旋式盖或卡扣式盖。
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,实现本发明所要解决的技术问题,本发明又提供一种产品识别码的设置方法,包括如下步骤,(1)在产品上设置若干识别码;(2)将其中一部分识别码设置为明码,以被直接识别;(3)将另一部分识别码设置为暗码,被隐藏或遮盖;(3)将所述明码和所述暗码之间通过至少一个属性进行关联。
作为优选,所述识别码为一维码、QR码、PDF417码、DM码、MC码和汉信码中的至少一种。
本发明还提供一种产品监控方法,包括如下步骤,(1)在产品上 设置若干识别码;(2)将其中一部分识别码设置为明码,以被直接识别;(3)将另一部分识别码设置为暗码,被隐藏或遮盖;(4)将所述识别码保存在数据库中;(5)将所述识别码之间通过至少一个属性进行关联;(4)通过所述数据库中的识别码信息监视、控制产品。
作为优选,所述识别码为一维码、QR码、PDF417码、DM码、MC码和汉信码中的至少一种。
本发明所述明码是可以被直接识别的识别码;暗码是被隐藏或遮盖不能被直接识别的识别码,在去除隐藏或遮盖之后才可以被识别。暗码的设置方式有多种,比如,通过设置在某一个具有开闭功能的载体(例如产品包装的盖子部分),只有在机械地移除、打开、破坏载体时才能看到载体上的识别码,即去除遮盖后,暗码成为明码得以被识别。明码和暗码可以分别设置在包装的外面和内面,当破坏包装后,暗码才能被识别。
本发明中明码和暗码之间通过至少一个属性进行关联,通过关联之后,明码与暗码之间建立起对应的关系。之后,对于识别码设置一方,如内部管理人员,可以根据需要将如产品介绍、商家介绍、产品物流信息、促销信息、产品真伪信息、中奖信息、反馈等设置于对应的明码或暗码。通常,产品真伪信息、中奖信息设置于暗码,暗码将在去除隐藏或遮盖之后被识别。明码和暗码之间关联之后,内部管理人员只要对其中的一个明码进行识别、读码,就能够知道其对应的暗码是什么,也因此通过对明码的识别,来对暗码进行设置包括增加属性信息(例如设置该暗码为中奖码)。内部管理人员可以通过设置不同的人以不同的权限,在识别明码或暗码时,了解前述产品介绍、商家介绍、产品物流信息、促销信息、产品真伪信息、中奖信息、反馈等信息中的所有或一部分。
在产品销售完毕后,例如到达消费者处,消费者可以通过明码了解明码承载的信息,通过去除对暗码的遮盖以了解暗码承载的信息,并通过明码、暗码与商家互动。比如中奖,还可以直接完成中奖的验证,反馈信息后,在最短的时间内完成奖品的发放,大大简化了验证 和领奖的程序。通过移除、破坏遮盖的机械动作,确保产品销售完毕,避免了产品的二次销售。
本发明为解决上述问题,提出了一种复合码的结构,将QR码与DM码两种二维码合为一体,该复合码基于QR码与DM码实现包括QR码及设置于在QR码区域内的DM码,所述QR设有三个位置探测区,所述复合码结构设有一掩码区,所述掩码区覆盖所述QR码的至少两个位置探测区,并暴露所述DM码。
根据本发明的一实施方式,所述掩码区为一遮盖部,以覆盖所述所述QR码的至少两个位置探测区,并暴露所述DM码。
根据本发明的一实施方式,所述掩码区为所述QR码自形成的折叠部,以覆盖所述所述QR码的至少两个位置探测区,并暴露所述DM码。
根据本发明的一实施方式,所述掩码区覆盖所述QR的至少两个位置探测区,且所述DM码设置于所述QR码暴露的区域内。
根据本发明的一实施方式,所述掩码区覆盖所述QR的三个位置探测区,且所述DM码设置于与所述QR三个位置探测区相对的区域内。
根据本发明的一实施方式,所述掩码区覆盖所述QR的三个位置探测区,且所述DM码设置于所述QR中心区域内。本发明利用对复合码的QR的定位区域进行掩盖,以使复合码可以进行两次扫描、读码,方便产品在生产及销售两阶段的信息记载及防伪追溯,同时节约了大量的空间。
本发明的实施方式与现有技术相比,主要区别及其效果在于:将两个以上识别码彼此分开并彼此内部关联地设置在载体上,将组合识别码中的一个识别码之外的其他识别码进行隐藏/遮盖,使得只有在去除隐藏/遮盖部分之后,方能对暗码进行识别。不仅使得组合识别码能够进行两次以上的识别、读码;暗码设置方式还能确保商品流通到最终消费者(即实现利润)之后进行二次以上识别、读码,避免在到达最终消费者手中之前被破坏,保障消费者权益。

为了使本发明的创作特征、技术手段与达成目的易于明白理解,以下结合具体实施例进一步阐述本发明。
本发明涉及一种组合识别码和具有这种识别码的产品,以及产品的监控方法,通过对组合识别码的识别,生产厂家或商家不仅能够安全地确保实现对商品的管理从商品包装出厂到物流阶段,而且还能安全、明确地知晓或追溯到商品流通到最终消费者之后(即售出后)的 状态或信息。而且,生产厂家或商家还能够主动控制、调整数据库中识别码对应的信息,使得终端设备在识别识别码时,能够接受到厂家或商家希望呈现出的信息。
本发明的一种组合识别码,包括明码和暗码,所述明码为暴露在外可直接识别的识别码,所述暗码为被隐藏或遮盖的识别码,所述暗码在移除隐藏或遮盖之后可以被识别,所述明码和暗码之间通过至少一个属性进行关联。所述识别码为一维码、QR码、PDF417码、DM码、MC码和汉信码中的至少一种。为便于描述,本发明中所称的QR码可以简称为QR,DM码可以简称为DM,MC码可以简称为MC。

实施例一
以香烟包装上的组合识别码为例,现在市场销售的香烟,通常是二十支为一包,每包香烟为最小的零售单位。一种香烟上的组合识别码,包括明码和暗码,所述明码为在香烟壳外部可直接识别的识别码,所述暗码为在每包香烟的香烟壳内部、需要破坏香烟壳包装才能识别的识别码。每包香烟的外壳可以设明码,每条(通常是十包香烟包装为一条香烟)香烟的包装(简称为条包装)外也可以设明码,若干条香烟可以包装为一箱,在每箱包装(简称为箱包装)的外部也可设明码。香烟壳内部的暗码与明码信息相关联。在香烟包装完毕出厂后,生产厂家可以通过扫描箱包装外部的明码,可以确定整箱香烟的出厂 时间、地点、制造厂商以及去向、生产厂家也可以通过控制调制明码对应的数据库信息,在明码上加载更多的希望销售商知晓的其他信息;销售商收到香烟后,通过识别箱包装外部或者条包装外部的明码,知晓产品的相关信息,而生产厂商也可以通过箱包装或条包装、甚至每包香烟壳外部的明码被识别的信息,知晓产品所处的时空位置信息、被流通的环节等。当香烟被流通到最终消费者,最终消费者通过破坏香烟壳包装,识别暗码,可以知晓生产厂家或销售厂家所设置在暗码中的信息,包括真伪、兑奖信息等。生产厂商也可以通过暗码被识别的信息,知晓香烟最终被销售消费的状态、地点等信息。
暗码与明码通过一定的属性关联。当生产厂家或商家决定对某一地区的产品进行有奖销售时,可以通过数据库中已经流通到某一地区的产品的明码,设定相应的暗码有奖销售信息。当终端消费者识别暗码时,可以知晓相关信息。这也大大减轻了生产厂家或商家为了计划在某地区有奖销售,需要事先计划并控制产品流向所造成的不便以及产生的大量人力物力成本。当某批次产品需要召回时,生产厂家或商家也可以在数据库中对相应的明码或暗码进行信息设定,无论产品流通到哪个环节,均可以通过识别明码或暗码得知产品被召回的信息。
生产厂家或商家也可以根据需要设定多个明码或多个暗码,甚至明码和暗码和可以转换。也以香烟包装为例,可以在条包装的外部设置明码,需要破坏条包装才能识别的码,则为条包装的暗码。条包装的暗码可以直接设置在条包装壳的反面,即与条包装明码的相对的另一面,需要破坏条包装才能识别。也可以将每包香烟壳外部的明码作为条包装香烟的暗码,因为需要破坏条包装才能识别到每包香烟壳外部的明码。这些至少两个识别码的组合都通过一定的属性关联,可以在商家或厂家的数据库进行管理、控制,都在本发明的保护范围内。
为便于说明,本实施例仅以常见的香烟包装为例说明组合码的设置和使用,但显然,本实施例中并不仅仅局限于香烟的包装,法律对香烟销售的限制也不在本发明实施例的考虑范围内。
实施例二
图1-3为利乐包包装实施例1的示意图,包装本体11上具有卡扣式盖22,并在卡扣式盖22的上面设置识别码44,可直接识别,为明码;在卡扣式盖22的下面设置识别码33,卡扣式盖22卡扣住时,将遮盖住识别码33,成为暗码33。卡扣式盖的上面是指卡扣式盖22卡扣住时,朝向外面、可直接被观察的到的一面;另一面被遮盖住、难以被直接被观察的一面,称为卡扣式盖的下面。
本实施例以利乐包包装上的卡扣式盖为例说明本发明的构思,其他包装,如康美包,或者其他包装上的卡扣式盖,也在本实施例的举例范围内。卡扣式盖如需开启,通常会对包装进行一定的破坏,开启后影响产品的再次销售,因此可以用来设置明码和暗码。也有一些卡扣式盖,虽然开启时不一定会对包装进行破坏,难以区分卡扣式盖是否被开启,但也可以通过在卡扣式盖开启闭合处设置粘贴标签等方式,以使消费者区分卡扣式盖是否被开启,也避免产品在未被最终消费购买前即被开启。这类卡扣式盖的包装产品也在本发明实施例的构思范围内。
实施例三
图4-6为屋顶包包装实施例2的示意图,屋顶包现在常用于牛奶包装上,因上部类似于屋顶而常被形象地称为屋顶包。屋顶包的包装本体111上具有旋式盖222,旋式盖222与包装本体111部分粘连,在旋式盖222的外面设置识别码444,可直接识别,为明码,在旋式盖222的内面设置识别码333,在产品未被最终端销售购买前,盖222闭合并遮盖住识别码333,使识别码333成为暗码333。旋式盖的外面是指旋式盖盖合后,朝向外面的、可以直接被观察的到一面;另一面朝向内部的、难以被直接观察的一面称为旋式盖的内面。当产品最终售出后,需要打开盖222时,机械地破坏与包装本体111部分粘连部分,进而打开盖222,可看到内部盖222内的识别码,并进行识别,与包装本体111部分粘连部分被破坏之后,该包装(产品)也无法进行二次销售,保障了消费者利益。
本本实施例以屋顶包包装上的旋式盖为例说明本发明的构思,其 他包装,如康美包、利乐包,或者其他形状的包装上的旋式盖,也在本实施例的举例范围内。这些包装需要通过破坏某个其上的某个部件来实现对暗码的识别,使得在破坏该部件之后,包装(产品)无法进行二次销售。
本发明实施中的识别码,可以采用激光进行喷码,将识别码直接喷涂在旋式盖或卡扣式盖的两面,以减少生产工序,提高效率,降低成本。本发明的一种产品识别码的设置方法,包括如下步骤,(1)在产品上设置若干识别码;(2)将其中一部分识别码设置为明码,以被直接识别;(3)将另一部分识别码设置为暗码,被隐藏或遮盖;(3)将所述明码和所述暗码之间通过至少一个属性进行关联。所述识别码为一维码、QR码、PDF417码、DM码、MC码和汉信码中的至少一种。所述产品例如可以是利乐包、康美包包装,也可以是其他类似包装。
本发明提供的一种产品监控方法,包括如下步骤(1)在产品上设置若干识别码;(2)将其中一部分识别码设置为明码,以被直接识别;(3)将另一部分识别码设置为暗码,被隐藏或遮盖;(4)将所述识别码保存在数据库中;(5)将所述识别码之间通过至少一个属性进行关联;(4)通过所述数据库中的识别码信息监视、控制产品。所述识别码为一维码、QR码、PDF417码、DM码、MC码和汉信码中的至少一种,诸如其类。所述产品为利乐包、康美包包装,也可以是其他类似包装。
如图1-6所示,本发明所述明码44、444是可以被直接识别的识别码;暗码33、333是被盖22、222部件隐藏或遮盖不能被直接识别的识别码,在去除隐藏或遮盖之后才可以被识别。暗码的设置方式有多种,比如设置在包装内侧,需要破坏包装后才能识别,或者通过设置在某一个具有开闭功能的载体(例如产品包装的盖子部分22、222),只有在载体打开时才能看到暗码,才能对暗码进行识别。本发明明码还可设置在产品批量包装的包装箱上,通过将产品批量包装的包装箱上的明码与包装箱内的产品上的明码关联起来,实现对产品物流情况的实时监控。
图7为本发明的未设置掩码区的复合码结构图,如图所示,该复合码结构内包括了一个QR码1及设置在QR码1区域内的DM码2。通过在QR码1的文本区域内设置一个空白区域用于设置该DM码2,以形成复合码的基本结构。
一般而言,QR码1具有与正方形或矩形的基本形状,并配置有三个用以扫码时定位的三个位置探测区101,三个位置探测区101分别设置在QR码的左上,右上及左下三处边缘,而该复合码中的DM码2则相应可设置在QR码1内与该三个位置探测区101相对的右下方区域,即可以是QR码1的中心区域,也可以是QR码1的右下角区域,或者是QR码下方中部的区域,这样的设置,最大程度的利用了QR码1的文本区域,并使复合码2的整体形状依然保持为一个基本的正方形或矩形结构,有效的节省了大量空间。
图9-10为本发明的以遮盖部件作为掩码区的复合码结构图,如图所示,在前述的复合码基本结构之上,本发明另设置了一块掩码区6,掩码区6覆盖在QR码1的主体区域,其中具体设置为掩盖QR码1的至少两个位置探测区域101,可以是左上与右上的位置探测区域,也可以是左上及左下的位置探测区域101,或是将三个位置探测区域101全部掩盖皆可。
结合图7与图8,DM码具体的位置设置不限于上述位置,仅在QR码1以内,掩码区6以外所有暴露的地方皆可作为设置DM码的区域,同时,DM码的数量也不局限于一个,可以是一个及一个以上的DM码与QR构成复合码结构。
具体的,本发明中采用了一个遮盖部件作为掩码区6掩盖在QR码上,遮盖部件4具体可以是标签纸等等,本发明并不加以限定。
图8为本发明的以折叠部作为掩码区的复合码结构图,如图所示,本发明中采用了一个折叠部作为掩码区1掩盖在QR码1上,折叠部可以是印制QR码1的标签纸自形成的,其向上翻折后可以暴露其余的位置探测区101。
图11-12为本发明的DM码2设置在QR码1中心区域的复合码结 构图,如图所示,掩码区1具体被设置成覆盖了三个位置探测区域101,仅暴露中央区域用于设置DM码2。
图13-14为本发明的DM码2设置在QR码1下方的复合码结构图,如图所示,掩码区1具体被设置成覆盖了两个位置探测区域101,在QR码1的下方中部的区域用于设置DM码2。

  1. 一种组合识别码,其特征在于,包括明码和暗码,所述明码为暴露在外可直接识别的识别码,所述暗码为被隐藏或遮盖的识别码,所述暗码在移除隐藏或遮盖之后可以被识别,所述明码和暗码之间通过至少一个属性进行关联。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的组合识别码,其特征在于,所述识别码为一维码、QR码、PDF417码、DM码、MC码和汉信码中的至少一种。
  3. 一种产品,其特征在于,所述产品上具有组合识别码,所述组合识别码包括明码和暗码,所述明码为暴露在外可直接识别的识别码,所述暗码为被隐藏或遮盖的识别码,所述暗码在移除隐藏或遮盖之后可以被识别,所述明码和暗码之间通过至少一个属性进行关联。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的产品,其特征在于,所述产品包括包装本体和旋式盖,所述旋式盖与所述包装本体部分粘连,所述明码设置在所述旋式盖的外面,所述暗码设置在所述旋式盖的内面。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的产品,其特征在于,所述产品包括包装本体和卡扣式盖,所述卡扣式盖的上面设置所述明码,所述卡扣式盖的下面设置所述暗码。
  6. 根据权利要求3、4、5任一权利要求所述的产品,其特征在于,所述识别码为一维码、QR码、PDF417码、DM码、MC码和汉信码中的至少一种。
  7. 根据权利要求4或5任一权利要求所述的产品,所述识别码通过激光设置于旋式盖或卡扣式盖。
  8. 一种产品识别码的设置方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,(1)在产品上设置若干识别码;(2)将其中一部分识别码设置为明码,以被直接识别;(3)将另一部分识别码设置为暗码,被隐藏或遮盖;(3)将所述明码和所述暗码之间通过至少一个属性进行关联。
  9. 一种产品监控方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,(1)在产品上设置若干识别码;(2)将其中一部分识别码设置为明码,以被直接 识别;(3)将另一部分识别码设置为暗码,被隐藏或遮盖;(4)将所述识别码保存在数据库中;(5)将所述识别码之间通过至少一个属性进行关联;(4)通过所述数据库中的识别码信息监视、控制产品。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述识别码为一维码、QR码、PDF417码、DM码、MC码和汉信码中的至少一种。
  11. 一种基于QR码与DM码的复合码结构,包括QR码及设置于在QR码区域内的DM码,所述QR设有三个位置探测区,其特征在于,所述复合码结构设有一掩码区,所述掩码区覆盖所述QR码的至少两个位置探测区,并暴露所述DM码。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的复合码结构,其特征在于,所述掩码区为一遮盖部,以覆盖所述所述QR码的至少两个位置探测区,并暴露所述DM码。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的复合码结构,其特征在于,所述掩码区为所述QR码自形成的折叠部,以覆盖所述所述QR码的至少两个位置探测区,并暴露所述DM码。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的复合码结构,其特征在于,所述掩码区覆盖所述QR的至少两个位置探测区,且所述DM码设置于所述QR码暴露的区域内。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的复合码结构,其特征在于,所述掩码区覆盖所述QR的三个位置探测区,且所述DM码设置于与所述QR三个位置探测区相对的区域内。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的复合码结构,其特征在于,所述掩码区覆盖所述QR的三个位置探测区,且所述DM码设置于所述QR中心区域内。
