Abstract

一种下载控制程序的方法及装置
本申请基于申请号为201510409111.2、申请日为2015年7月13日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及通信领域,特别涉及一种下载控制程序的方法及装置。
背景技术
物联网是一种物物相连的互联网,家庭中所有电子设备都可以连接到物联网中,在物联网中用户可以通过自己的手机来控制家庭中的各电子设备,这样极大方便了用户;例如,用户下班到家前,可以通过手机控制家里的空调设备提前开启制冷,这样用户一到家就感觉家里很凉爽。
用户在使用手机控制电子设备之前需要向手机下载一个用于控制该电子设备的控制程序,通过该控制程序对该电子设备进行控制。目前用户在下载控制程序时,首先将手机连上互联网,然后从互联网上下载该控制程序。
发明内容
为了解决相关技术中的问题,本公开实施例提供了一种下载控制程序的方法及装置。所述技术方案如下:
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种下载控制程序的方法,所述方法包括:
接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号;
根据所述局域网信号建立与所述待控制设备之间的局域网连接;
通过所述局域网连接从所述待控制设备中下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序。
可选的,所述控制程序至少包括用于控制所述待控制设备的控制界面和用于控制待控制设备的控制命令,所述控制界面包括至少一个控制接口,所述控制接口与所述控制程序中的一个或多个控制命令对应;所述方法还包括:
接收用户在所述控制界面中选择的控制接口,获取与所述控制接口对应的控制命令,通过所述局域网连接向所述待控制设备发送所述获取的控制命令,以使所述待控制设备执行所述获取的控制命令。
可选的,所述接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号之前,所述方法包括:

通过建立与待控制设备之间的局域网连接,通过该局域网连接从待控制设备中下载待控制设备的控制程序,如此即使移动终端无法从互联网上下载控待控制设备的控制程序,移动终端也能从待控制设备中下载并实现对待控制设备进行控制。

目前用户使用移动终端从互联网上下载用于控制待控制设备的控制程序,但有时移动终端可能连接不到互联网,或无法从互联网上下载该控制程序,导致下载该控制程序失败。在本公开实施例中,当从互联网上未成功下载该控制程序时,可以使用如下任一种实施例 从待控制设备中下载该控制程序。
图1-1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种下载控制程序的方法,所述方法包括:
在步骤101中,接收待控制设备在进入AP(Access Point,接入点)模式后发送的局域网信号。
在步骤102中,根据该局域网信号建立与待控制设备之间的局域网连接。
在步骤103中,通过该局域网连接从待控制设备中下载用于控制待控制设备的控制程序。
其中,在步骤101中,当判断通过互联网下载用于控制待控制设备的控制程序未成功时,接收待控制设备在进入AP模式后发送的局域网信号。
其中,可以根据用户设置的检测条件来检测是否成功通过互联网下载该控制程序,例如,检测到无路由器、无网络、无访问互联网权限或设备连接到互联网失败等条件时,便可判断出通过互联网下载该控制程序未成功。
可选的,在步骤101中,当判断通过互联网下载该控制程序未成功时,发出提示信息,该提示信息用于提示用户通过互联网下载该控制程序未成功;
当检测到用户输入的控制程序获取方式转换指令时,接收待控制设备在进入AP模式后发送的局域网信号。

可选的,在步骤110中,该设备可以包括切换按钮,该切换按钮可以在被按下触发切换指令,且当该切换指令被检测到时进入AP模式;或者,接收用户通过语音输入而触发的切换指令,然后再进入AP模式。
在本公开实施例中,当移动终端从互联网上未成功下载到用于控制设备的控制程序时,接收移动终端发送的接入请求消息,通过建立与移动终端之间的局域网连接,通过该局域网连接向移动终端发送该设备的控制程序,如此即使移动终端无法从互联网上下载该设备的控制程序,也能使移动终端从该设备中下载并实现对该设备进行控制。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种下载控制程序的方法的流程图,本实施例的执行主体可以为移动终端。移动终端可能为手机、平板电脑或PDA等。该下载控制程序的方法可以包括如下几个步骤:
在步骤201中,当检测到用户在控制APP(Application,应用)的设备界面中选择待控制设备时,检测移动终端本地是否存在待控制设备的控制程序,如果不存在,执行步骤202。
用户事先在移动终端中安装用于控制设备的控制APP,该控制APP中包括一设备列表,该设备列表中包括该控制APP能够控制的各种类型的设备。当该控制APP刚被安装在移动终端时,该控制APP只能对设备的一些基本功能进行控制,例如控制设备与用户账号绑定或控制设备连接网络等,所以该设备的基本功能即为该控制APP能够直接控制的功能。
在本实施例中,每种类型的设备对应一控制程序,该控制程序用于控制该设备除基本功能以外的其他功能。该控制程序至少包括用于控制该设备的控制界面和控制命令,每条控制命令与该设备中包括的一功能对应,用于控制其对应的功能。在本实施例中,为了使移动终端能够对设备的全部功能进行控制,需要移动终端下载用于控制该设备的控制程序并安装在该控制APP中,然后移动终端就可以通过该控制APP对该设备的全部功能进行控制。
因此,在步骤201中,如果用户想使用移动终端对某个设备的全部功能进行控制时,用户可以在移动终端中启动该控制APP,移动终端显示该控制APP的设备界面,该设备界面中包括设备列表。用户可以在设备列表中选择一个自己想要控制的设备作为待控制设备;移动终端获取用户选择的待控制设备,检测本地是否存在待控制设备的控制程序,如果不存在,执行步骤202。
如果移动终端本地包括待控制设备的控制程序,移动终端直接调用该控制程序通过该控制程序对待控制设备进行控制,其过程可以为:
移动终端显示该控制程序包括的控制界面,该控制界面中包括至少一个控制接口,该至少一个控制接口与该控制程序包括的一个或多个控制命令对应;检测到用户点击该控制界面中的某控制接口时,获取用户点击的控制接口对应的控制命令,向该设备发送该控制命令,以使该设备执行该控制命令。
例如,参见图2-1所示的控制APP的设备界面,该设备界面中包括一设备列表,该设备列表中包括各种类型的设备,如包括空气净化器、智能插座、智能摄像头、智能摄像机和手环等。用户在移动终端上启动该控制APP后,移动终端显示该控制APP的设备界面,然后用户用手指在该设备界面上选择一个设备作待控制设备,假设选择的是空气净化器,即空气净化器即为待控制设备。
移动终端获取用户选择的空气净化器,检测本地是否存在用于控制空气净化器的控制程序,假设检测的结果为本地不存在用于控制空气净化器的控制程序,则执行步骤202。
在步骤202中,从互联网中下载用于控制待控制设备的控制程序,如果从互联网中没有成功下载该控制程序,执行步骤203。
其中,移动终端因无法连接到互联网,而导致移动终端无法从互联网上成功下载该控制程序。在本公开实施例中,待控制设备中包括MCU(Microcontroller Unit,微控制单元),该MCU中包括闪存,即待控制设备中包括闪存;在待控制设备出厂前,将待控制设备包括的闪存空间设置的较大,并在待控制设备的闪存空间中预先存储用于控制该设备的控制程序,以在移动终端无法从互联网上成功下载待控制该设备的控制程序时,使移动终端从待控制设备中下载待控制设备的控制程序。
其中,待控制设备的控制程序为基于Html5(HyperText Markup Language,第五次修改的超文本标记语言)开发的程序,由于Html开发的程序的容量较小,所以待控制设备的控制程序的容量较小,在待制设备的闪存中待控制设备的控制程序占用的存储空间较小。另外,由于采用Html5技术开发的控制程序,所以该控制程序可以兼容ios(移动操作系统)平台和Android(安卓)平台。
在本公开实施例中,在待控制设备的闪存中,待控制设备的控制程序以插件、APK(Android Package,安卓数据包)数据包或APP的形式存在。
在本公开实施列中,如果移动终端没有成功从互联网上下载该控制程序,待控制设备进入AP模式,在AP模式下才允许移动终端从自身下载该控制程序,其实现过程可以为:
当移动终端发现无法从互联网上成功下载该控制程序时,移动终端可以显示提示信息给用户,以通知用户无法从互联网上成功下载该控制程序。待控制设备中包括一切换按钮,该切换控钮可以为待控制设备上一物理按钮,也可以为待控制设备的显示屏幕上显示的虚拟按钮。用户可以点击该切换按钮触发切换指令给待控制设备,待控制设备当检测到该切换按钮被点击触发的切换指令时,进入AP模式;或者,用户直接通过语音输入方式触发切换指令给待控制设备,待控制设备当检测到该切换按钮被点击触发的切换指令时,进入AP模式。
可选的,根据用户设置的检测条件来发现是否能够从互联网上下载该控制程序,例如,检测到无路由器、无网络、无访问互联网权限或设备连接到互联网失败等条件时,便可判断出无从互联网上下载该控制程序。
其中,待控制设备在进入AP模式后,待控制设备就变为一AP,向其周围广播局域网信号,以供移动终端接入待控制设备并从待控制设备中下载该控制程序。例如,待控制设备在进入AP模式后,可以成为一Wifi热点,并向其周围广播Wifi信号。
例如,参见图2-3,在移动当检测出本地不存在空气净化器的控制程序,移动终端连接互联网,并发现无法连接互联网后显示提示信息,该提示信息为“目前无法连接网络,请直接从设备中下载!”。然后用户按下位于空气净化器上的切换按钮,该切换按钮为一物理按钮。空气净化器检测到该切换按钮被按下后触发的切换指令,进入AP模式,将自己设为Wifi接入点,向周围广播Wifi信号。
在步骤203中,接收待控制设备发送的局域网信号,根据该局域网信号建立与待控制设备之间的局域网连接。
移动终端接收待控制设备发送的局域网信号,根据该局域网信号向待控制设备发送接入请求消息,待控制设备接收该接入请求消息,向移动终端发送接入响应消息,以实现建立与待控制设备之间的局域网连接。例如,移动终端接收空气净化器发送的Wifi信号,根据该Wifi信号接入空气净化器,以建立与空气净化器之间的Wifi连接。
可选的,在步骤203中,在接收待控制设备发送的局域网信号,可以发出提示信息,该提示信息用于提示用户通过互联网下载该控制程序未成功;当检测到用户输入的控制程序获取方式转换指令时,接收待控制设备发送的局域网信号。
在步骤204中,通过该局域网连接从待控制设备中下载待控制设备的控制程序。
移动终端可以通过该局域网连接向待控制设备发送下载命令,待控制设备接收该下载命令,向移动发送该控制程序;移动终端接收该控制程序,以实现下载该控制程序。
移动终端接收该控制程序后,可以显示该控制程序中包括的控制界面,该控制界面中包括至少一个控制接口,该至少一个控制接口中的每个控制接口与该控制程序中的一个或多个控制命令对应;用户可以点击某个控制接口,移动终端获取该控制接口对应的控制命令,通过与待控制设备之间的局域网连接向待控制设备发送该控制接口对应的控制命令;待控制设备接收并执行移动终端发送的控制命令,以实现对待控制设备进行控制。
例如,移动终端可以通过与空气净化器之间的Wifi连接向空气净化器发送下载命令,空气净化器接收该下载命令,向移动发送其控制程序;移动终端接收该控制程序,以实现下载该控制程序。该控制程序中包括如图2-4所示的控制界面和多个控制命令,其中,该控制界面中包括四个控制接口,分别为“启动”、“室内空气”、“定时”和“关闭”,该多个控制命令分别为与“启动”对应的启动命令,与“室内空气”对应的用于获取室内空气质量的获取命令,与“定时”对应的定时命令和与“关闭”对应的关闭命令。
移动终端下载该控制程序后,显示如图2-4所示的控制界面,假设用户点击了“室内空气”,移动终端获取与“室内空气”对应的获取命令,并通过与空气净化器之间的Wifi连接向空气净化器发送获取命令;空气净化器接收该获取命令,获取当前的空气质量信息为“214,室内空气差,滤芯还剩83%”,然后通过该Wifi连接向移动终端发送该空气质量信息;移动终端接收该空气质量信息,并将该空气质量信息显示在控制界面中,如图2-5所示。
在本公开实施例中,当从互联网上未成功下载到用于控制待控制设备的控制程序时,通过建立与待控制设备之间的局域网连接,通过该局域网连接从待控制设备中下载待控制设备的控制程序,如此即使移动终端无法从互联网上下载控待控制设备的控制程序,移动终端也能从待控制设备中下载并实现对待控制设备进行控制。
下述为本公开装置实施例,可以用于执行本公开方法实施例。对于本公开装置实施例 中未披露的细节,请参照本公开方法实施例。
图3-1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种下载控制程序的装置。该装置可以包括:
接收模块301被配置为接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号;
建立模块302被配置为根据所述局域网信号建立与所述待控制设备之间的局域网连接;
下载模块303被配置为通过所述局域网连接从所述待控制设备中下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序。
可选的,所述控制程序至少包括用于控制所述待控制设备的控制界面和用于控制待控制设备的控制命令,所述控制界面包括至少一个控制接口,所述控制接口与所述控制程序中的一个或多个控制命令对应;
可选的,参见图3-2,所述装置还包括:
控制模块304被配置为接收用户在所述控制界面中选择的控制接口,获取与所述控制接口对应的控制命令,通过所述局域网连接向所述待控制设备发送所述获取的控制命令,以使所述待控制设备执行所述获取的控制命令。
可选的,所述接收模块301,用于当判断通过互联网下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序未成功时,接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号。
可选的,参见图3-2,所述装置还包括提示模块305;
所述提示模块305,用于判断通过互联网下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序未成功时,发出提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户通过互联网下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序未成功;
所述接收模块301,用于当检测到所述用户输入的控制程序获取方式转换指令时,接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号。
可选的,所述控制程序为基于第五次修改的超文本标记语言Html5开发的程序,且所述控制程序兼容移动操作系统ios平台和安卓android平台。
在本公开实施例中,当从互联网上未成功下载到用于控制待控制设备的控制程序时,通过建立与待控制设备之间的局域网连接,通过该局域网连接从待控制设备中下载待控制设备的控制程序,如此即使移动终端无法从互联网上下载控待控制设备的控制程序,移动终端也能从待控制设备中下载并实现对待控制设备进行控制。
图4是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种下载控制程序的装置。该装置可以包括:
进入模块401被配置为检测到切换指令时,进入接入点AP模式;
广播模块402被配置为在进入所述AP模式后广播局域网信号;
接收模块403被配置为接收移动终端根据所述局域网信号发送的接入请求消息;
建立模块404被配置为与所述移动终端建立局域网连接;
发送模块405被配置为通过所述局域网连接向所述移动终端发送用于控制所述设备的控制程序。
可选的,所述控制程序为基于基于第五次修改的超文本标记语言Html5开发的程序,且所述控制程序兼容移动操作系统ios平台和安卓android平台。
在本公开实施例中,当移动终端从互联网上未成功下载到用于控制设备的控制程序时,接收移动终端发送的接入请求消息,通过建立与移动终端之间的局域网连接,通过该局域网连接向移动终端发送该设备的控制程序,如此即使移动终端无法从互联网上下载该设备的控制程序,也能使移动终端从该设备中下载并实现对该设备进行控制。
关于上述实施例中的装置,其中各个模块执行操作的具体方式已经在有关该方法的实施例中进行了详细描述,此处将不做详细阐述说明。
图5是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于下载控制程序的装置500的框图。例如,装置500可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图5,装置500可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件502,存储器504,电源组件506,多媒体组件508,音频组件510,输入/输出(I/O)的接口512,传感器组件514,以及通信组件516。
处理组件502通常控制装置500的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件502可以包括一个或多个处理器520来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件502可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件502和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件502可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件508和处理组件502之间的交互。
存储器504被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置500的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置500上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器504可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件506为装置500的各种组件提供电力。电源组件506可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置500生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件508包括在所述装置500和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动 作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件508包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置500处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件510被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件510包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置500处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器504或经由通信组件516发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件510还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口512为处理组件502和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件514包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置500提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件514可以检测到装置500的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置500的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件514还可以检测装置500或装置500一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置500接触的存在或不存在,装置500方位或加速/减速和装置500的温度变化。传感器组件514可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件514还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件514还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件516被配置为便于装置500和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置500可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件516经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件516还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置500可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器504,上述指令可由装置500的处理器520执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由装置500的处理器执 行时,使得装置500能够执行一种下载控制程序的方法,所述方法包括:
接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号;
根据所述局域网信号建立与所述待控制设备之间的局域网连接;
通过所述局域网连接从所述待控制设备中下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序。
可选的,所述控制程序至少包括用于控制所述待控制设备的控制界面和用于控制待控制设备的控制命令,所述控制界面包括至少一个控制接口,所述控制接口与所述控制程序中的一个或多个控制命令对应;所述方法还包括:
接收用户在所述控制界面中选择的控制接口,获取与所述控制接口对应的控制命令,通过所述局域网连接向所述待控制设备发送所述获取的控制命令,以使所述待控制设备执行所述获取的控制命令。
可选的,所述接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号之前,所述方法包括:
当判断通过互联网下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序未成功时,接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号。
可选的,所述接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号之前,所述方法包括:
所述判断通过互联网下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序未成功时,发出提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户通过互联网下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序未成功;
当检测到所述用户输入的控制程序获取方式转换指令时,接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号。
可选的,所述控制程序为基于第五次修改的超文本标记语言Html5开发的程序,且所述控制程序兼容移动操作系统ios平台和安卓android平台。

图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于下载控制程序的的装置600的框图。例如,装置600可以被提供为一服务器。参照图6,装置600包括处理组件622,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器632所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理部件622执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器632中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件622被配置为执行指令,以执行上述……方法。
装置600还可以包括一个电源组件626被配置为执行装置600的电源管理,一个有线 或无线网络接口650被配置为将装置600连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口658。装置600可以操作基于存储在存储器632的操作系统,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OSXTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM或类似。
检测到切换指令时,进入接入点AP模式;
在进入所述AP模式后广播局域网信号;
接收移动终端根据所述局域网信号发送的接入请求消息;
与所述移动终端建立局域网连接;
通过所述局域网连接向所述移动终端发送用于控制所述设备的控制程序。
可选的,所述控制程序为基于基于第五次修改的超文本标记语言Html5开发的程序,且所述控制程序兼容移动操作系统ios平台和安卓android平台。
在本公开实施例中,当移动终端从互联网上未成功下载到用于控制设备的控制程序时,接收移动终端发送的接入请求消息,通过建立与移动终端之间的局域网连接,通过该局域网连接向移动终端发送该设备的控制程序,如此即使移动终端无法从互联网上下载该设备的控制程序,也能使移动终端从该设备中下载并实现对该设备进行控制。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种下载控制程序的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号;
    根据所述局域网信号建立与所述待控制设备之间的局域网连接;
    通过所述局域网连接从所述待控制设备中下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制程序至少包括用于控制所述待控制设备的控制界面和用于控制待控制设备的控制命令,所述控制界面包括至少一个控制接口,所述控制接口与所述控制程序中的一个或多个控制命令对应;所述方法还包括:
    接收用户在所述控制界面中选择的控制接口,获取与所述控制接口对应的控制命令,通过所述局域网连接向所述待控制设备发送所述获取的控制命令,以使所述待控制设备执行所述获取的控制命令。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号之前,所述方法包括:
    当判断通过互联网下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序未成功时,接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号之前,所述方法包括:
    所述判断通过互联网下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序未成功时,发出提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户通过互联网下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序未成功;
    当检测到所述用户输入的控制程序获取方式转换指令时,接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制程序为基于第五次修改的超文本标记语言Html5开发的程序,且所述控制程序兼容移动操作系统ios平台和安卓android平台。
  6. 一种下载控制程序的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    检测到切换指令时,进入接入点AP模式;
    在进入所述AP模式后广播局域网信号;
    接收移动终端根据所述局域网信号发送的接入请求消息;
    与所述移动终端建立局域网连接;
    通过所述局域网连接向所述移动终端发送用于控制所述设备的控制程序。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制程序为基于基于第五次修改的超文本标记语言Html5开发的程序,且所述控制程序兼容移动操作系统ios平台和安卓android平台。
  8. 一种下载控制程序的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号;
    建立模块,用于根据所述局域网信号建立与所述待控制设备之间的局域网连接;
    下载模块,用于通过所述局域网连接从所述待控制设备中下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述控制程序至少包括用于控制所述待控制设备的控制界面和用于控制待控制设备的控制命令,所述控制界面包括至少一个控制接口,所述控制接口与所述控制程序中的一个或多个控制命令对应;所述装置还包括:
    控制模块,用于接收用户在所述控制界面中选择的控制接口,获取与所述控制接口对应的控制命令,通过所述局域网连接向所述待控制设备发送所述获取的控制命令,以使所述待控制设备执行所述获取的控制命令。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块,用于当判断通过互联网下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序未成功时,接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号。
  11. 如权利要求8或9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括提示模块;
    所述提示模块,用于判断通过互联网下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序未成功时,发出提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户通过互联网下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序未成功;
    所述接收模块,用于当检测到所述用户输入的控制程序获取方式转换指令时,接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号。
  12. 如权利要求8或9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述控制程序为基于第五次修改的超文本标记语言Html5开发的程序,且所述控制程序兼容移动操作系统ios平台和安卓android平台。
  13. 一种下载控制程序的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    进入模块,用于检测到切换指令时,进入接入点AP模式;
    广播模块,用于在进入所述AP模式后广播局域网信号;
    接收模块,用于接收移动终端根据所述局域网信号发送的接入请求消息;
    建立模块,用于与所述移动终端建立局域网连接;
    发送模块,用于通过所述局域网连接向所述移动终端发送用于控制所述设备的控制程序。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述控制程序为基于基于第五次修改的超文本标记语言Html5开发的程序,且所述控制程序兼容移动操作系统ios平台和安卓android平台。
  15. 一种下载控制程序的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器的可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    接收所述待控制设备在进入接入点AP模式后发送的局域网信号;
    根据所述局域网信号建立与所述待控制设备之间的局域网连接;
    通过所述局域网连接从所述待控制设备中下载用于控制所述待控制设备的控制程序。
  16. 一种下载控制程序的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器的可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    检测到切换指令时,进入接入点AP模式;
    在进入所述AP模式后广播局域网信号;
    接收移动终端根据所述局域网信号发送的接入请求消息;
    与所述移动终端建立局域网连接;
    通过所述局域网连接向所述移动终端发送用于控制所述设备的控制程序。
