一种目标信息获取方法及装置,该方法包括:移动终端(200)录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息,生成相应的音频文件/编码信息(S10);发送音频文件/编码信息至服务器(100)以查询与音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息(S11);其中,音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息预先关联,并被预先保存在服务器(100)中;接收并显示服务器(100)查找到的与音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息,其中,目标信息为商品/服务信息(S12);以及接收对商品/服务信息的选择/点击指令,以进入商品/服务信息相对应的商品/服务交易流程(S13)。利用本方法及装置,能够快速、便捷地确定与播放的多媒体文件中关联的目标信息,提升用户体验。

Description

目标信息获取、推送方法及装置、移动终端、服务器
本申请要求于2015年07月03日提交中国专利局、申请号为CN201510395292.8、发明名称为“一种目标信息获取、推送方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及广告购物技术领域,特别是涉及一种目标信息获取、推送方法及装置、移动终端、服务器。
背景技术
现在,越来越多的商品广告被植入到多媒体视频中,例如,在网站上观看视频时,会在视频开始前或者播放过程中植入一小段商品广告。当用户对某一商品感兴趣而想要购买时,传统的商品购买方式通常为:用户记住商品名称,然后到电商网站中搜索商品购买。但是,上述的购买方式,需要记住广告内的品牌或者商品种类,然后在网上搜索、购买,消费流程较长,用户体验有待提高。
发明内容
本发明实施例可以解决的技术问题是提供一种目标信息获取方法及装置,能够快速、便捷地确定与播放的多媒体文件中广告关联的商品的相关信息,提升用户体验。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种目标信息获取方法,所述方法包括:录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息,生成相应的音频文件/编码信息;发送所述音频文件/编码信息至服务器以查询与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;其中,所述 音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息预先关联,并被预先保存在所述服务器中;接收并显示所述服务器查找到的与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;其中,所述目标信息为商品/服务信息;以及接收对所述商品/服务信息的选择/点击指令,以进入与所述商品/服务信息相对应的商品/服务交易流程。
其中,所述录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息,生成相应的音频文件/编码信息的步骤具体为:检测到用户输入的对插播在所述多媒体文件任意播放位置的广告的录音操作时,根据检测到所述录音操作的时刻从所述广告中获取所述时刻之前的一预定时间段的音频信息,录制并保存所述音频信息以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。
其中,所述录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息,生成相应的音频文件/编码信息的步骤具体为:检测到用户输入的对所述多媒体文件的录音操作时,根据检测到所述录音操作的时刻从所述多媒体文件中获取所述时刻之前的一预定时间段的音频信息,录制并保存所述音频信息以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种目标信息获取装置,所述装置包括:录音模块,用于录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息,生成相应的音频文件/编码信息;发送模块,用于发送所述录音模块生成的音频文件/编码信息至服务器以查询与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;其中,所述音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息预先关联,并被预先保存在所述服务器中;接收模块,用于接收并显示所述服务器查找到的与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信 息;其中,所述目标信息为商品/服务信息;以及执行模块,用于接收对所述商品/服务信息的选择/点击指令,以进入与所述商品/服务信息对应的商品/服务交易流程。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种目标信息推送方法,所述方法包括:接收一移动终端发送的音频文件/编码信息,所述音频文件/编码信息由所述移动终端录制的当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息而生成;根据接收到的所述音频文件/编码信息查找与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;其中,所述音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息预先关联并预先保存在服务器中;以及将查找到的与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息发送至所述移动终端。
其中,所述目标信息为商品/服务信息,至少包括商品出售网站信息、商品服务网站信息、商品介绍网站信息的其中一种。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例采用的另一个技术方案是:一种目标信息推送装置,所述装置包括:存储模块,用于保存音频文件/编码信 息和与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息,每个音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息关联;接收模块,用于接收一移动终端发送的音频文件/编码信息,所述音频文件/编码信息由所述移动终端录制的当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息而生成;查询模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收到的所述音频文件/编码信息在所述存储模块中查找与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;以及发送模块,用于将所述查询模块查找到的与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息发送至所述移动终端。
其中,所述目标信息为商品/服务信息,至少包括商品出售网站信息、商品服务网站信息、商品介绍网站信息的其中一种。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括:存储器;处理器;以及目标信息获取装置,所述目标信息获取装置安装于所述存储器中并包括一个或多个由所述处理器执行的软件功能模块,所述目标信息获取装置包括:录音模块,用于录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息,生成相应的音频文件/编码信息;发送模块,用于发送所述录音模块生成的音频文件/编码信息至服务器以查询与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;其中,所述音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息预先关联,并被预先保存在所述服务器中;接收模块,用于接收并显示所述服务器查找到的与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;其中,所述目标信息为商品/服务信息;以及执行模块,用于接收对所述商品/服务信息的选择/点击指令,以进入与所述商品/服务信息对应的商品/服务交易流程。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例采用的另一个技术方案是:提供 一种服务器,所述服务器包括:存储器;处理器;以及目标信息推送装置,所述目标信息推送装置安装于所述存储器中并包括一个或多个由所述处理器执行的软件功能模块,所述目标信息推送装置包括:存储模块,用于保存音频文件/编码信息和与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息,每个音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息关联;接收模块,用于接收一移动终端发送的音频文件/编码信息,所述音频文件/编码信息由所述移动终端录制的当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息而生成;查询模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收到的所述音频文件/编码信息在所述存储模块中查找与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;以及发送模块,用于将所述查询模块查找到的与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息发送至所述移动终端。
上述方案,通过移动终端录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息而生成对应的音频文件/编码信息,并在服务器中查询与所述音频文件/编码信息匹配的目标信息,从而实现快速、便捷地确定与播放的多媒体文件中广告关联的商品的相关信息,使用户能够快捷地获取目标信息,提升用户体验。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,是本发明较佳实施例提供的服务器100与移动终端200通信的交互示意图。所述服务器100可通过网络300与所述移动终端200进行通信,以实现服务器100与移动终端200之间的数据通信或交互。所述服务器100可以提供至少一个适用于各种操作系统的应用程序(Application,APP)400的安装包供所述移动终端200下载。所述移动终端200通过所述网络300访问所述服务器100后,可通过所述网络300从服务器100下载适用于该移动终端200的操作系统的应用程序400的安装包,以将所述应用程序400安装到所述移动终端200中。
本实施例中,所述服务器100可以是,但不限于,web(网站)服务器、ftp(file transfer protocol,文件传输协议)服务器等。所述移动终端200可以是,但不限于,智能手机、个人电脑(personal computer,PC)、平板电脑、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、移动上网设备(mobile Internet device,MID)等。所述网络300可以是,但不限于,有线网络或无线网络。所述移动终端200的操作系统可以是,但不限于,安卓(Android)系统、IOS(iPhone operating system)系统、Windows phone系统、Windows系统等。优选地,本实施例中,所述移动终端200的操作系统为IOS系统。 所述应用程序400可以是服务器100提供的任何可供移动终端200自定义下载并安装的应用程序,优选地,本实施例中,所述应用程序400为一多媒体文件播放器应用程序。
如图2所示,是图1所示的服务器100的方框示意图。所述服务器100包括目标信息推送装置40、第一存储器111、第一处理器112、第一通信单元113。
所述第一存储器111、第一处理器112以及第一通信单元113各元件相互之间直接或间接地电性连接,以实现数据的传输或交互。例如,这些元件相互之间可通过一条或多条通讯总线或信号线实现电性连接。所述目标信息推送装置40包括至少一个可以软件或固件(firmware)的形式存储于所述第一存储器111中或固化在所述服务器100的操作系统(operating system,OS)中的软件功能模块。所述第一处理器112用于执行所述第一存储器111中存储的可执行模块,例如所述目标信息推送装置40所包括的软件功能模块及计算机程序等。
其中,所述第一存储器111可以是,但不限于,随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM),可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read-Only Memory,PROM),可擦除只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EPROM),电可擦除只读存储器(Electric Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)等。其中,第一存储器111用于存储程序,所述第一处理器112在接收到执行指令后,执行所述程序。所述第一通信单元113用于通过所述网络300建立所述服务器100与移动终端200之间的通信连接,并用于通过所 述网络300收发数据。
如图3所示,是图1所示的移动终端200的方框示意图。所述移动终端200包括目标信息获取装置30、第二存储器211、存储控制器212、第二处理器213、外设接口214、输入输出单元215、音频单元216、显示单元217、射频单元218以及第二通信单元219。
所述第二存储器211、存储控制器212、第二处理器213、外设接口214、输入输出单元215、音频单元216、显示单元217、射频单元218以及第二通信单元219各元件相互之间直接或间接地电性连接,以实现数据的传输或交互。例如,这些元件相互之间可通过一条或多条通讯总线或信号线实现电性连接。所述目标信息获取装置30包括至少一个可以软件或固件(firmware)的形式存储于所述第二存储器211中或固化在所述移动终端200的操作系统(operating system,OS)中的软件功能模块。所述第二存储器211存储有所述移动终端200从所述服务器100中下载并安装的应用程序400。所述第二处理器213用于执行所述第二存储器211中存储的可执行模块,例如所述目标信息获取装置30所包括的软件功能模块及计算机程序等。
其中,所述第二存储器211可以是,但不限于,随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM),可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read-Only Memory,PROM),可擦除只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EPROM),电可擦除只读存储器(Electric Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)等。其中,第二存储器211用于存储程序,第二处理器213在接收到执行指令后,执行所述程序。所述第二处理器213以及其他可能的组件 对第二存储器211的访问可在所述存储控制器212的控制下进行。
所述第二处理器213可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。上述的处理器可以是通用处理器,包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、网络处理器(Network Processor,NP)等;还可以是数字信号处理器(DSP))、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。可以实现或者执行本发明实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
所述外设接口214将各种输入/输出装置(例如输入输出单元215、音频单元216、显示单元217以及射频单元218)耦合至所述第二处理器213以及所述第二存储器211。在一些实施例中,外设接口214,第二处理器213以及存储控制器212可以在单个芯片中实现。在其他一些实例中,他们可以分别由独立的芯片实现。
所述输入输出单元215用于提供给用户输入数据实现用户与所述移动终端200的交互。所述输入输出单元215可以是,但不限于,鼠标和键盘等。
所述音频单元216向用户提供音频接口,其可包括一个或多个麦克风、一个或者多个扬声器以及音频电路。
所述显示单元217在所述移动终端200与用户之间提供一个交互界面(例如用户操作界面)或用于显示图像数据。在本实施例中,所述显示单元217可以是液晶显示器或触控显示器。若为触控显示器,其可为支持单点和多点触控操作的电容式触控屏或电阻式触控屏等。支持单点和多点触控操作是指触控显示器能感应到来自该触控显示器上一个或多个位置处产生 的触控操作,并将该感应到的触控操作交由处理器进行计算和处理。
所述射频单元218用于接收以及发送无线电波信号(如电磁波),实现无线电波与电信号的相互转换,从而实现所述移动终端200与所述网络300或者其他通信设备之间的无线通信。
所述第二通信单元219用于通过所述网络300与所述服务器100的第一通信单元113建立连接,从而实现所述服务器100与移动终端200之间的通信连接。例如,该第二通信单元219可以利用所述射频单元218发送的射频信号连接到网络300,进而通过网络300与服务器100的第一通信单元113建立通信连接。

请参阅图4,为本发明第一实施例提供的一种目标信息获取方法的流程图,该方法包括:
步骤S10,录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息,生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。
在本实施方式中,步骤S10具体为:当移动终端200检测到用户输入的对插播在该多媒体文件开始、中间或结尾的广告的录音操作时,根据检测到该录音操作的时刻从广告中获取该时刻之前的一预定时间段的音频信息,录制并保存该音频信息以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。
具体地,移动终端200播放的多媒体文件可以是网络视频文件。当移动终端200准备播放该多媒体文件时,在开始时刻会先播放一定时长的广告,或者该移动终端200播放该多媒体文件至某一时刻时,会插播一定时长的广告。因此,当如上所述播放广告时,移动终端200响应用户的录音操作录制该广告的至少部分音频,以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。
在另一实施方式中,步骤S10具体为:该移动终端200检测到用户输入的对该多媒体文件的录音操作时,根据检测到该录音操作的时刻从该多媒体文件中获取该时刻之前的一预定时间段的音频信息,录制并保存该音频信息以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。
具体地,移动终端200播放的多媒体文件可以是网络视频文件,还可以是本地视频文件。当移动终端200播放该多媒体文件时,用户可以根据播放的内容自由选定需要录音的部分,因此,该移动终端200响应用户的录音操作录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息,以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。例如,当移动终端200正在播放的多媒体文件在某一时刻出现 了与一商品相关的内容,如,某品牌手机的铃声、某个商品的广告片段,等等,此时,用户可以对该移动终端200进行录音操作,以录制该片段的音频,以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。
其中,如上所述生成的编码信息可以是移动终端200对生成的音频文件进行编码/压缩而形成的文件信息,以减小音频文件的大小,节省传输文件的数据量并提高传输速度。
另外,在本发明各个实施方式中的移动终端200可以是手机、平板电脑等具有多媒体文件播放和录音功能的电子设备。
步骤S11,发送该音频文件/编码信息至服务器100以查询与该音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息。
其中,该音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息关联,并被预先保存在服务器中。
在本实施方式中,该目标信息为商品/服务信息。
在步骤S11中,该移动终端200将生成的音频文件/编码信息上传至服务器100,服务器100中预先保存了各类广告的音频文件/编码信息以及关联的商品/服务信息(目标信息)。其中,每个广告的音频文件/编码信息与一个或多个商品/服务信息关联。该商品/服务信息至少包括出售该商品的网站信息、该商品的服务网站信息、该商品的介绍网站信息的其中一种。
当该服务器100接收移动终端200上传的音频文件/编码文件后,在预先保存的各类广告的音频文件/编码信息以及关联的商品/服务信息中进行匹配查询,以确定与该移动终端200上传的音频文件/编码文件匹配的商品/服务信息。如,服务器100在保存广告的音频文件/编码信息时为其增加相应的 身份识别关键字,该身份识别关键字即为关联的商品/服务信息。服务器100接收到移动终端200上传的音频文件/编码文件,并与预先保存的音频文件/编码文件进行逐帧比较,以确定是否为相同的音频文件/编码文件,从而确定关联的商品/服务信息。
在其他实施方式中,该目标信息还可以是音乐信息、地图信息等等。下面以该目标信息为地图信息为例进行说明。
当该目标信息为地图信息时,其包括道路名称、建筑物名称、距离信息等相关内容。当移动终端200正在播放一多媒体文件时(本地文件或网络文件),用户可以根据当前正在播放的内容选择需要录制音频信息的内容。如,当前正在播放一名胜景点的介绍,用户想知道该景点的地理位置以及周边可以用餐和住宿的情况,则用户可以对该移动终端200进行录音操作,以录制该片段的音频,以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息,并上传这段音频文件/编码信息至服务器100。服务器100从预先保存的各个景点的音频文件/编码信息以及关联的地图信息中进行匹配查询,以确定与该移动终端200上传的景点的音频文件/编码文件匹配的地图信息。
步骤S12,接收并显示该服务器100查找到的与该音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息。
在步骤S12中,当该服务器100查找到与该移动终端200上传的音频文件/编码文件匹配的目标信息(商品/服务信息)时,将其反馈给移动终端200。
进一步地,该移动终端200可以在播放多媒体文件的界面上(该播放多媒体文件的界面可以通过本实施例中移动终端200的显示单元217进行显示)显示一窗口,用于显示该商品/服务信息;还可以将播放多媒体文件的界面 切换至另一界面,以单独显示该商品/服务信息。
步骤S13,接收对该商品/服务信息的选择/点击指令,以进入该商品/服务信息对应的商品/服务交易流程。
如上所述,该商品/服务信息至少包括出售该商品的网站信息、该商品的服务网站信息、该商品的介绍网站信息的其中一种。当该移动终端200接收到用户对显示的商品/服务信息的操作(选择/点击),识别该操作动作后进入对应的商品/服务交易流程。
例如,该移动终端200显示的商品/服务信息为商品购买网站的页面,当接收到用户对页面上的“购买”的选择操作后,移动终端200响应该操作,跳转至相应的购买、支付页面,从而完成该商品的交易。
利用本发明实施方式,通过移动终端200录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息而生成对应的音频文件/编码信息,并在服务器100中查询与所述音频文件/编码信息匹配的目标信息,从而快速、便捷地确定与播放的多媒体文件中广告关联的商品的相关信息,使用户能够快捷地获取目标信息,提升用户体验。
第二实施例
请参阅图5,为本发明第二实施例提供的一种目标信息推送方法的流程图,该方法包括:
步骤S20,接收一移动终端200发送的音频文件/编码信息。其中,该音频文件/编码信息由该移动终端200录制的当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息而生成。
在本实施方式中,该音频文件/编码信息的生成具体为:该移动终端200 检测到用户输入的对插播在该多媒体文件开始、中间或结尾的广告的录音操作时,根据检测到该录音操作的时刻从广告中获取该时刻之前的一预定时间段的音频信息,录制并保存该音频信息以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。
具体地,移动终端200播放的多媒体文件可以是网络视频文件。当移动终端200准备播放该多媒体文件时,在开始时刻会先播放一定时长的广告,或者该移动终端200播放该多媒体文件至某一时刻时,会插播一定时长的广告。因此,当如上所述播放广告时,移动终端200响应用户的录音操作录制该广告的至少部分音频,以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。

步骤S21,根据接收到的音频文件/编码信息查找与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息。
其中,音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息预先关联,并预先保存在服务器100中。
在本实施方式中,该目标信息为商品/服务信息。
服务器100中预先保存了各类广告的音频文件/编码信息以及关联的商品/服务信息(目标信息)。其中,每个广告的音频文件/编码信息与一个或多个商品/服务信息关联。该商品/服务信息至少包括出售该商品的网站信息、该商品的服务网站信息、该商品的介绍网站信息的其中一种。
当该服务器100接收移动终端200上传的音频文件/编码文件后,在预先保存的各类广告的音频文件/编码信息以及关联的商品/服务信息中进行匹配查询,以确定与该移动终端200上传的音频文件/编码文件匹配的商品/服务信息。
步骤S22,将查找到的与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息发送至该移动终端200。
当该服务器100查找到与该移动终端200上传的音频文件/编码文件关联的目标信息时,将其反馈给移动终端200,使得移动终端200在接收到该目标信息时可以显示该目标信息。以及,当该目标信息为商品/服务信息时,移动终端200接收对该目标信息的选择/点击指令,以进入该商品/服务信息对应的商品/服务交易流程。
第三实施例
请参阅图6,为本发明第三实施例提供的一种目标信息获取装置的结构示意图,该装置30包括录音模块31、发送模块32、接收模块33以及执行模块34。
该录音模块31用于录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息,生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。
在本实施方式中,该录音模块31用于检测到用户输入的对插播在该多媒体文件开始、中间或结尾的广告的录音操作时,根据检测到该录音操作的时刻从广告中获取该时刻之前的一预定时间段的音频信息,录制并保存该音频信息以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。具体地,移动终端200播放的多媒体文件可以是网络视频文件。当移动终端200准备播放该多媒体文件时,在开始时刻会先播放一定时长的广告,或者该移动终端200播放该多媒体文件至某一时刻时,会插播一定时长的广告。因此,当如上所述播放广告时,该录音模块31响应用户的录音操作录制该广告的至少部分音频,以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。

服务器100中预先保存了各类广告的音频文件/编码信息以及关联的商品/服务信息(目标信息)。其中,每个广告的音频文件/编码信息与一个或多个商品/服务信息关联。该商品/服务信息至少包括出售该商品的网站信息、该商品的服务网站信息、该商品的介绍网站信息的其中一种。
该接收模块33用于接收并显示该服务器100查找到的与该音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息。
该接收模块33可以在播放多媒体文件的界面上显示一窗口,用于显示该商品/服务信息;还可以将播放多媒体文件的界面切换至另一界面,以单独显示该商品/服务信息。
该执行模块34用于接收对该商品/服务信息的选择/点击指令,以进入与该商品/服务信息对应的商品/服务交易流程。
当该执行模块34接收到用户对显示的商品/服务信息的操作(选择/点击),识别该操作动作后进入对应的商品/服务交易流程。例如,该移动终端200显示的商品/服务信息为商品购买网站的页面,当接收到用户对页面上的“购买”的选择操作后,移动终端200响应该操作,跳转至相应的购买、支付页面,从而完成该商品的交易。
第四实施例
请参阅图7,为本发明第四实施例提供的一种目标信息推送装置的结构示意图,该装置40包括存储模块41、接收模块42、查询模块43以及发送模块44。
该存储模块41用于保存音频文件/编码信息和与该音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息,每个音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息关联。该存储模块41中预先保存了各类广告的音频文件/编码信息以及关联的目标信息。
在本实施方式中,该目标信息为商品/服务信息。其中,每个广告的音频文件/编码信息与一个或多个商品/服务信息(目标信息)关联。该商品/服务信息至少包括出售该商品的网站信息、该商品的服务网站信息、该商品的介绍网站信息的其中一种。
该接收模块42用于接收一移动终端200发送的音频文件/编码信息,该音频文件/编码信息为该移动终端200录制的当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频而生成的。

该查询模块43用于根据该接收模块42接收到的音频文件/编码信息在该存储模块中查找关联的目标信息。当该接收模块42接收移动终端200上传的音频文件/编码文件后,该查询模块43在该存储模块41预先保存的各类目标的音频文件/编码信息以及关联的目标信息中进行匹配查询,以确定与该移动终端上传的音频文件/编码文件关联的目标信息。
该发送模块44用于将该查询模块43查找到的目标信息发送至该移动终端200。当该查询模块43查找到与该移动终端200上传的音频文件/编码文件关联的目标信息时,将其反馈给移动终端200,使得移动终端200在接收到该目标信息时可以显示该目标信息以及/或者接收对该目标信息的选择/点击指令,以进入与该目标信息对应的商品/服务交易流程。
本发明实施例提供的一种目标信息获取方法及装置,通过移动终端200录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息而生成对应的音频文件/编码信息,并在服务器100中查询与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息,从而快速、便捷地确定与播放的多媒体文件中广告关联的商品的相关信息,提升用户体验。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种目标信息获取方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息,生成相应的音频文件/编码信息;
    发送所述音频文件/编码信息至服务器以查询与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;其中,所述音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息预先关联,并被预先保存在所述服务器中;
    接收并显示所述服务器查找到的与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;其中,所述目标信息为商品/服务信息;以及
    接收对所述商品/服务信息的选择/点击指令,以进入与所述商品/服务信息相对应的商品/服务交易流程。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的目标信息获取方法,其特征在于,所述录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息,生成相应的音频文件/编码信息的步骤具体为:
    检测到用户输入的对插播在所述多媒体文件任意播放位置的广告的录音操作时,根据检测到所述录音操作的时刻从所述广告中获取所述时刻之前的一预定时间段的音频信息,录制并保存所述音频信息以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的目标信息获取方法,其特征在于,所述录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息,生成相应的音频文件/编码信息的步骤具体为:
    检测到用户输入的对所述多媒体文件的录音操作时,根据检测到所述 录音操作的时刻从所述多媒体文件中获取所述时刻之前的一预定时间段的音频信息,录制并保存所述音频信息以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。
  4. 一种目标信息获取装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    录音模块,用于录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息,生成相应的音频文件/编码信息;
    发送模块,用于发送所述录音模块生成的音频文件/编码信息至服务器以查询与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;其中,所述音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息预先关联,并被预先保存在所述服务器中;
    接收模块,用于接收并显示所述服务器查找到的与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;其中,所述目标信息为商品/服务信息;以及
    执行模块,用于接收对所述商品/服务信息的选择/点击指令,以进入与所述商品/服务信息对应的商品/服务交易流程。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的目标信息获取装置,其特征在于,所述录音模块用于检测到用户输入的对插播在所述多媒体文件任意播放位置的广告的录音操作时,根据检测到所述录音操作的时刻从所述广告中获取所述时刻之前的一预定时间段的音频信息,录制并保存所述音频信息以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的目标信息获取装置,其特征在于,所述录音模块用于检测到用户输入的对所述多媒体文件的录音操作时,根据检测到所述录音操作的时刻从所述多媒体文件中获取所述时刻之前的一预定时间段的音频信息,录制并保存所述音频信息以生成相应的音频文件/编码信息。
  7. 一种目标信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收一移动终端发送的音频文件/编码信息,所述音频文件/编码信息由所述移动终端录制的当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息而生成;
    根据接收到的所述音频文件/编码信息查找与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;其中,音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息预先关联并预先保存在服务器中;以及
    将查找到的与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息发送至所述移动终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的目标信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述目标信息为商品/服务信息,至少包括商品出售网站信息、商品服务网站信息、商品介绍网站信息的其中一种。
  9. 一种目标信息推送装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    存储模块,用于保存音频文件/编码信息和与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息,每个音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息关联;
    接收模块,用于接收一移动终端发送的音频文件/编码信息,所述音频文件/编码信息由所述移动终端录制的当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息而生成;
    查询模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收到的所述音频文件/编码信息在所述存储模块中查找与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;以及
    发送模块,用于将所述查询模块查找到的与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息发送至所述移动终端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的目标信息推送装置,其特征在于,所述目标信息为商品/服务信息,至少包括商品出售网站信息、商品服务网站信息、商 品介绍网站信息的其中一种。
  11. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括:
    存储器;
    处理器;以及
    目标信息获取装置,所述目标信息获取装置安装于所述存储器中并包括一个或多个由所述处理器执行的软件功能模块,所述目标信息获取装置包括:
    录音模块,用于录制当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息,生成相应的音频文件/编码信息;
    发送模块,用于发送所述录音模块生成的音频文件/编码信息至服务器以查询与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;其中,所述音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息预先关联,并被预先保存在所述服务器中;
    接收模块,用于接收并显示所述服务器查找到的与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;其中,所述目标信息为商品/服务信息;以及
    执行模块,用于接收对所述商品/服务信息的选择/点击指令,以进入与所述商品/服务信息对应的商品/服务交易流程。
  12. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    存储器;
    处理器;以及
    目标信息推送装置,所述目标信息推送装置安装于所述存储器中并包括一个或多个由所述处理器执行的软件功能模块,所述目标信息推送装置包括:
    存储模块,用于保存音频文件/编码信息和与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息,每个音频文件/编码信息与至少一个目标信息关联;
    接收模块,用于接收一移动终端发送的音频文件/编码信息,所述音频文件/编码信息由所述移动终端录制的当前播放的多媒体文件至少部分的音频信息而生成;
    查询模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收到的所述音频文件/编码信息在所述存储模块中查找与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息;以及
    发送模块,用于将所述查询模块查找到的与所述音频文件/编码信息关联的目标信息发送至所述移动终端。
