本申请涉及信息技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息的推送方法及装置。
背景技术
互联网时代,通过直播平台观看主播视频直播生活起居成为大众娱乐的新常态。很多主播通过视频直播的方式向播放端的用户展示和推荐一些有价值的信息或好用的产品,例如好看的衣服、有意思的小说、搞笑的微博、耐用的电器等。
但是,现有的直播平台不能支持播放端用户在观看直播的过程中直接访问推荐信息所在的页面。播放端用户需要记下推荐信息的特征,然后去网络上搜索或者去线下寻找,耗费时间和精力,并且,由于直播视频不可回放,播放端用户往往不能准确记下推荐信息的特征,这使得播放端用户自己获取的信息往往与推荐信息不一致。
可见,现有技术中的信息的推送方法对播放端用户而言,便利性较低。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种信息的推送方法及装置,用于解决现有的信息的推送方法对播放端用户而言,便利性较低的问题。
本申请实施例提供的一种信息的推送方法,包括:
在直播过程中,直播端接收直播端用户输入的推送信息标识;
将所述推送信息标识发送给直播平台服务器,以使所述直播平台服务器根据所述推送信息标识确定推送信息的访问地址,并将所述访问地址推送到播放端展示,进而使播放端在检测到所述访问地址被播放端用户触发时,显示所述访问地址对应的页面。
本申请实施例提供的一种信息的推送方法,包括:
在直播过程中,直播平台服务器接收直播端发送的推送信息标识;
根据所述推送信息标识,确定推送信息的访问地址;
将所述访问地址推送到播放端展示,以使所述播放端在检测到所述访问地址被播放端用户触发时,显示所述访问地址对应的页面。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请具体实施例及相应的附图对本申请技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本申请各实施例提供的技术方案。
图1是本申请实施例提供的一种信息的推送方法的流程图,包括以下步骤:
S101:在直播过程中,直播端接收直播端用户输入的推送信息标识,并将所述推送信息标识发送给直播平台服务器。
在本申请实施例中的应用场景是,在网络直播过程中,直播端用户通过直播端设备上安装的网络直播软件(以下称直播端软件),发起信息推送,进而使播放端用户可直接获取该推送信息。
具体而言,在本申请实施例中,直播端设备可以是手机、平板电脑或个人计算机,只要是能够安装网络直播软件和实现网络通信,以便直播端用户发起信息推送的设备,都可以是本方法的实施主体。
在本申请实施例中,推送信息可以是直播端用户想要推送给播放端用户的 小说、新闻、有趣的图片、好用的网站、应用或商品,播放端用户可以根据直播端用户的推送,在网络上获取该推送信息。即,凡是可以被播放端用户通过网络获取的信息,都可以是本方法所述的推送信息。
在本申请实施例中,推送信息标识可以是推送信息的访问地址或推送信息的标签。其中,访问地址是指推送信息所在页面对应的访问地址。访问地址可以是统一资源定位符(Uniform Resoure Locator,URL)地址,也可以是超链接,如图片链接、文字链接等,当访问地址是图片链接时,图片的内容可以是推荐信息的概要或与推荐信息相关的产品视图,当访问地址是文字链接时,文字的内容可以是推荐信息的概要、主题等。总之,访问地址只需与推送信息所在的页面具有关联即可,本申请对访问地址的具体形式不作限制。
此外,推送信息的标签是指,预置的推送信息的访问地址对应的标签。其中,预置的推送信息可以存储在直播平台服务器、直播端或第三方服务器。
在本申请的应用场景下,直播端用户推送信息给播放端用户一般存在两种情况:一、直播平台服务器(也可以是直播端或第三方服务器)已经存储有若干推送信息标识(访问地址);二、推荐信息的访问地址需要直播端用户提供。
在上述第一种情况下,以直播平台服务器已经存储有若干推荐信息标识为例,直播端软件根据接收到的用户发出的推送信息展示指令,从直播平台服务器上下载推送信息的访问地址列表或推送信息的标签列表并展示,直播端用户可以在列表中直接选择想要推送的信息的访问地址或标签,也可以在直播端软件提供的搜索栏中输入关键字,然后在经筛选后的列表中选择所要推送的信息的访问地址或标签,并将被选择的访问地址或标签作为推送信息标识发送给直播平台服务器。
其中,当直播端用户在列表中选择所要推送的信息的标签时,直播端将被选择的标签作为推送信息标识发送给直播平台服务器,由直播平台服务器根据该标签确定相应的推送信息的访问地址后,将该访问地址推送到播放端。
进一步地,当直播端用户所选择的标签在直播平台服务器中对应于不止一 个访问地址时,直播平台服务器将确定的各访问地址返回给直播端,直播端展示各访问地址以供直播端用户选择,而后,直播端将直播端用户选择的访问地址作为最终的推送信息标识发送给直播平台服务器,由直播平台服务器将推送信息的访问地址推送到播放端。
当然,上述第一种情况下,预置的推送信息的访问地址也可以存储在本地(即直播端)或第三方服务器,此时,上述的访问地址列表或标签列表则相应地由直播端根据直播端用户发出的推送信息展示指令加载并展示,或由直播端根据推送信息展示指令自第三方服务器下载并展示。但是,直播端用户在列表中选择的访问地址或标签依然需要由直播端发送给直播平台服务器,以作为推送信息标识。
类似地,当直播端用户所选择的标签在本地或第三方服务器中对应于不止一个访问地址时,播放端进一步显示该标签对应的各访问地址以供选择或第三方服务器根据接收到的标签返回各访问地址,具体不再赘述。
在上述第二种情况下,直播端用户可在直播端软件提供的推送信息的访问地址输入区域输入访问地址,直播端将该访问地址作为推送信息标识发送给直播平台服务器,并由直播平台服务器推送到播放端。
S102:直播平台服务器接收直播端发送的推送信息标识,并根据所述推送信息标识,确定推送信息的访问地址。
在本申请实施例中,如步骤S101所述,推送信息标识可以是推送信息的访问地址或标签。当所述推送信息标识是推送信息的访问地址时,直播平台服务器可直接将接收到的访问地址确定为所要推送的推送信息的访问地址,值得说明的是,直播平台服务器接收到的访问地址也可以是之前直播端用户在直播平台服务器根据接收到的推送信息的标签返回的各访问地址中选择的访问地址;当所述推送信息标识是推送信息的标签时,直播平台服务器根据接收到的推送信息的标签确定该标签对应的访问地址。
S103:直播平台服务器将所述访问地址推送到播放端,并由播放端展示所 述访问地址。
在本申请实施例中,如步骤S101所述,访问地址可以是URL地址,也可以是图片链接或文字链接。播放端可将该访问地址展示在播放端直接界面的播放区域上,展示区域的大小不影响播放端用户观看直播即可。具体地,可以将访问地址静态覆盖到一部分播放区域上,也可以使访问地址以动态漂浮在播放区域中。总之,只要方便播放端用户触发该访问地址的访问地址展示方式都是本申请所要求的保护范围。
为了方便播放端用户触发该访问地址,要求该访问地址的展示方式应当独立于视频帧的展示方式。例如,一般而言,播放端用户触发播放区域可以切换全屏和窗口模式,倘若访问地址与视频帧合并,播放端无法判断用户的触发动作是为了切换全屏和窗口模式,还是为了查看推送信息。因此,在本申请实施例中,播放端可在直播界面的播放区域中,建立独立于播放区域的视图层,在所述视图层中展示访问地址。
图2是本申请实施例提供的推送信息的图片链接展示示意图。如图2所示,在播放端用户界面中,独立的视图层上显示有图片链接,图片链接的内容是文字“小说《花朵》”和一朵花的视图,表示推送信息的内容是一部名为“花朵”的小说。此外,在独立视图层的右上角设置有一个关闭按钮,播放端用户如果对该推送信息不感兴趣可以手动关闭。
S104:播放端在检测到所述访问地址被播放端用户触发时,显示所述访问地址对应的页面。
在本申请实施例中,播放端用户对访问地址的触发方式可以是鼠标单击、鼠标双击、鼠标右击、手指点击、摇动设备等,只要能够使播放端检测到播放端用户想要获取推送信息即可。
在本申请实施例中,播放端的网络直播软件可以内置网页浏览功能,直接加载访问地址对应的页面到播放端;也可以调用第三方浏览器加载访问地址对应的页面。
此外,在本申请的应用场景下,为了统计不同主播(即直播端用户)对推送信息的推广程度,需要对每个主播所推送的各信息被访问的情况进行记录。所述访问记录可以表明某个主播推送到播放端的信息被播放端用户访问的总次数。
因此,在本申请实施例中,当检测到所述访问地址被播放端用户触发时,播放端确定该直播过程对应的直播端用户标识,并将携带有直播端用户标识和推送信息的访问地址的访问通知发送给直播平台服务器,以使直播平台服务器根据接收到的访问通知中携带的直播端用户标识以及推送信息的访问地址,为所述直播端用户标识与推送信息的访问地址进行关联记录。
具体而言,倘若某个直播端用户在直播过程中向播放端用户推送了某个信息,而播放端每检测到该信息的访问地址被触发一次,就会通知直播平台服务器,由直播平台服务器增加一次该直播端用户标识与该推送信息的关联记录。以图2为例,若本次触发前的记录为“娜娜-小说《花朵》-12”,其中,“娜娜”是直播端用户标识,“小说《花朵》”是推送信息的图片链接,“12”是“小说《花朵》”经“娜娜”推送后,观看娜娜直播的播放端用户的访问过该小说所在页面的总次数;当播放端检测到关于“小说《花朵》”的图片链接又被触发一次后,该播放端发送访问通知给直播平台服务器,直播平台服务器进而将该记录变更为“娜娜-小说《花朵》-13”,即增加了一次关联记录。
进一步地,当预置的推送信息标识存储在第三方服务器中时,直播平台服务器还可以将自身存有的关联记录和自身的直播平台标识,发送给第三方服务器,以使第三方服务器获知直播平台存储的关联记录。
通过如图1所示的方法,将直播端用户发布的推送信息的访问地址显示在播放端用户的界面,播放端用户点击该访问地址,即可直接获取该推送信息,从而提高了播放端用户获取推送信息的便利性。
另外,在实际应用中,还可采用上述图1所示的方法对商品信息进行推送,如图3所示。
图3是本申请实施例提供的另一种信息的推送方法的流程图,包括以下步骤:
S301:在直播过程中,直播端接收直播端用户输入的商品标识,并将所述商品标识发送给直播平台服务器。
S302:直播平台服务器接收直播端发送的商品标识,并根据所述商品标识,确定商品的购买地址。
S303:直播平台服务器将所述购买地址推送到播放端,并由播放端展示所述购买地址。
S304:播放端在检测到所述购买地址被播放端用户触发时,显示所述购买地址对应的页面。
图3所示的方法与图1所示的方法的流程类似,在此不再赘述。
进一步地,在本申请实施例中,当预置的商品标识存储在第三方服务器中时,该第三方服务器可以是第三方购物平台的服务器,可以预设同一用户分别在两个平台上的用户标识之间的关联关系,该关联关系可以是两个平台的用户标识基于同一手机号码或邮箱地址等。
这样以来,倘若直播端用户在第三方购物平台购买过商品,在第三方服务器上留有购买记录,则在直播端用户要向播放端用户推送商品时,直播端可以自第三方服务器上下载直播端用户的购买过的商品的商品标识列表并展示,以供直播端用户选择其要推送的商品的商品标识。其中,所述购买记录列表可以是直播端用户购买过的商品的购买地址的列表,也可以是直播端用户购买过的商品的标签的列表。此外,直播端用户也可以在直播端软件提供的搜索框中,输入关键字,在经筛选后的商品标识列表中选择商品的购买地址或标签。
在本申请实施例中,商品的购买地址对应的页面可以是该商品的详情页面,播放端用户在该页面查看商品的参数信息和价格,满意后可以点击购买;也可以是该商品的付款界面,播放端用户直接网上支付完成购买。
在申请实施例中,与图1所示的方法类似,直播平台服务商也可以采用同 样的方法对每个主播所推送的各商品的详情页面或付款界面被访问的情况进行记录。除此之外,直播平台的服务商为了更精确地分析每个主播的对商品的推广程度,可以进一步统计每个主播向播放端用户推广的商品被播放端用户最终购买的总次数。
因此,播放端可以检测播放端用户是否购买了商品,倘若播放端检测到播放端用户通过显示的所述页面付款成功后,则将携带有直播端用户标识和商品的购买地址的付款通知发送给直播平台服务器,以使直播平台服务器根据所述付款通知中携带的直播端用户标识以及商品的购买地址,为所述直播端用户标识与商品的购买地址进行交易关联记录。
具体而言,继续沿用S104中的举例,播放端用户购买了直播端用户“娜娜”推送的小说《花朵》,并付款成功后,播放端通知直播平台服务器,由直播平台服务器增加一次该直播端用户标识与该推送信息的交易关联记录,如本次付款成功前的记录为“娜娜-小说《花朵》-deal3”,其中,“deal3”是历史交易成功次数。当直播平台服务器接收到一次付款通知后,将该记录变更为“娜娜-小说《花朵》-deal4”。
进一步地,当预置的商品标识存储在第三方服务器中时,直播平台服务器还可以将自身存有的关联记录、交易关联记录和自身的直播平台标识,发送给第三方服务器,以使第三方服务器获知直播平台存储的关联记录和交易关联记录。

接收模块401,在直播过程中,接收直播端用户输入的推送信息标识;

    显示模块,当检测到所述访问地址被播放端用户触发时,显示所述访问地址对应的页面。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的装置,其特征在于,所述展示模块,在直播界面的播放区域中,建立独立于所述播放区域的视图层,在所述视图层中展示接收到的访问地址。
  36. 根据权利要求34所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    访问通知模块,当检测到所述访问地址被播放端用户触发时,确定所述直播过程对应的直播端用户标识,将携带有所述直播端用户标识和推送信息的访问地址的访问通知发送给直播平台服务器,以使所述直播平台服务器为所述直播端用户标识与推送信息的访问地址进行关联记录。
  37. 一种信息的推送装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,在直播过程中,接收直播端用户输入的商品标识;
    发送模块,将所述商品标识发送给直播平台服务器,以使所述直播平台服务器根据所述商品标识确定商品的购买地址,并将所述购买地址推送到播放端展示,进而使播放端在检测到所述购买地址被播放端用户触发时,显示所述购买地址对应的页面。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的装置,其特征在于,所述商品标识具体包括:商品的标签;
    所述发送模块,将所述商品的标签发送给直播平台服务器,以使所述直播 平台服务器根据所述标签,确定所述标签对应的购买地址。
  39. 根据权利要求37所述的装置,其特征在于,所述商品标识具体包括:商品的购买地址;
    所述接收模块,接收直播端用户输入的商品的购买地址,或,接收直播端用户输入的商品的标签,将所述标签发送给直播平台服务器,接收所述直播平台服务器返回的与所述标签对应的各购买地址并展示,确定所述用户在展示的各购买地址中选择的购买地址,作为所述直播端用户输入的商品标识。
  40. 根据权利要求37所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块,直播端接收直播端用户发出的商品展示指令,根据所述商品展示指令,获取预先存储在本地或存储在直播平台服务器或存储在第三方服务器中的各商品标识,并展示,确定所述直播端用户在展示的各商品标识中选择的商品标识。
  41. 一种信息的推送装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,在直播过程中,接收直播端发送的商品标识;
    确定模块,根据所述商品标识,确定商品的购买地址;
    推送模块,将所述购买地址推送到播放端展示,以使所述播放端在检测到所述购买地址被播放端用户触发时,显示所述购买地址对应的页面。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的装置,其特征在于,所述商品标识,具体包括:商品的标签;
    所述确定模块,根据接收到的商品的标签,以及预设的各标签与购买地址的对应关系,确定接收到的标签对应的购买地址。
  43. 根据权利要求41所述的装置,其特征在于,所述商品标识,具体包括:商品的购买地址;
    所述装置还包括:
    选择模块,在所述接收模块接收直播端发送的商品标识之前,接收直播端发送的商品的标签,将所述标签对应的各购买地址返回到直播端并展示;
    所述接收模块,接收直播端发送的直播端用户在展示的各购买地址中选择 的购买地址,作为接收到的商品标识。
  44. 根据权利要求41所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    访问记录模块,当接收到播放端发送的访问通知时,根据所述访问通知中携带的直播端用户标识以及商品的购买地址,为所述直播端用户标识与商品的购买地址进行关联记录,其中,所述访问通知是所述播放端在检测到所述购买地址被播放端用户触发时发送的。
  45. 根据权利要求41所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    交易记录模块,当接收到播放端发送的付款通知时,根据所述付款通知中携带的直播端用户标识以及商品的购买地址,为所述直播端用户标识与商品的购买地址进行交易关联记录,其中,所述付款通知是所述播放端在检测到播放端用户付款成功后发送的。
  46. 一种信息的推送装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,在直播过程中,接收直播平台服务器发送的商品的购买地址;
    展示模块,展示接收到的购买地址;
    显示模块,当检测到所述购买地址被播放端用户触发时,显示所述购买地址对应的页面。
  47. 根据权利要求46所述的装置,其特征在于,所述展示模块,在直播界面的播放区域中,建立独立于所述播放区域的视图层,在所述视图层中展示接收到的购买地址。
  48. 根据权利要求46所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    访问通知模块,当检测到所述购买地址被播放端用户触发时,确定所述直播过程对应的直播端用户标识,将携带有直播端用户标识和商品的购买地址的访问通知发送给直播平台服务器,以使所述直播平台服务器为所述直播端用户标识与商品的购买地址进行关联记录。
  49. 根据权利要求46所述的装置,其特征在于,所述购买地址对应的页面,具体包括:推荐商品的详情界面或推荐商品的付款页面。
  50. 根据权利要求49所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    付款通知模块,在所述显示模块显示所述购买地址对应的页面后,确定播放端用户付款成功后,将携带有直播端用户标识和商品的购买地址的付款通知发送给直播平台服务器,以使所述直播平台服务器为所述直播端用户标识与商品的购买地址进行交易关联记录。
