Abstract

本发明公开了一种移动终端及其实现自动接听的方法,其在移动终端来电时,检测该移动终端的屏幕侧是否获取到耳廓图像,若获取到耳廓图像,将耳廓图像与预存的耳廓标准库中图像模板进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的图像模板,若判断为存在匹配的图像模板,则控制移动终端接听来电。与现有单手或双手按键或滑动屏幕等人为手动操作的技术相比,移动终端通过将获取到的耳廓图像与预设的图像模板进行匹配,在存在匹配的图像模板时,能够自动接听来电,从而实现简便、快捷的接听来电而无需手动操作,提高了用户体验。

Description

一种移动终端及其实现自动接听的方法 【技术领域】
本发明涉及移动终端技术领域,特别是涉及一种移动终端及实现自动接听的方法。
【背景技术】
随着智能终端的飞速发展,手机、平板电脑等移动终端的功能越来越强大,同时显示屏幕也越来越大,实现某项功能通过单手操作显得越来越困难,大多数需要双手操作。尤其是当有来电时,通过单手操作来按键或滑动屏幕以接听大屏幕移动终端不易操作,常常需要双手才能完成,此时若用户处于较为忙碌状态,如手脏、手上拿有物品、或开车等情况时,需要人为手动接听来电就很不方便,而且还存在掉落造成损害移动终端的危险。
因此,现有通过单手或双手等人为手动接听来电的技术不能满足移动终端简便、快捷接听来电的要求。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种移动终端及其实现自动接听的方法,能够无需手动操作移动终端,从而实现简便、快捷的接听来电。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第一个技术方案是,提供一种移动终端,包括:处理器、存储器、总线及屏幕,处理器、存储器以及屏幕分别与总线连接,存储器用于存储程序,处理器用于运行程序;
程序用于:
监测移动终端是否有来电;
在监测到移动终端有来电时,检测用户的动作信息是否满足预设触发条件;
在满足预设触发条件时,控制移动终端获取屏幕侧的图像,并判断获取的图像是否为耳廓图像;
若图像为耳廓图像,将耳廓图像与预存的耳廓标准库中图像模板进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的图像模板;
在判断出存在匹配的图像模板时,进一步判断获取到耳廓图像的时间是否在预设的可用时间段;
在判断出在预设的可用时间段时,控制移动终端接听来电。
其中,程序预设每一图像模板关联有多个电话号码,程序进一步用于将来电号码与匹配的图像模板关联的电话号码进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的电话号码,且在判断出存在匹配的电话号码时,控制移动终端接听来电。
其中,移动终端还包括电容触摸屏或距离传感器和摄像头;
程序进一步用于在监测到移动终端有来电时,控制移动终端的电容触摸屏或距离传感器检测是否存在靠近的物体;
程序进一步用于在存在靠近的物体时,控制电容触摸屏或摄像头获取屏幕侧的物体的图像,并判断物体的图像是否为耳廓图像。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第二个技术方案是,提供一种移动终端实现自动接听的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:在移动终端来电时,检测该移动终端的屏幕侧是否获取到耳廓图像;若获取到耳廓图像,将耳廓图像与预存的耳廓标准库中图像模板进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的图像模板;若判断为存在匹配的图像模板,则控制移动终端接听来电。
其中,若判断为存在匹配的图像模板,则控制移动终端接听来电的步骤进一步包括:若判断为存在匹配的图像模板,进一步判断获取到耳廓图像的时间是否在预设的可用时间段;若判断为在预设的可用时间段,则控制移动终端接听来电。
其中,每一图像模板关联有多个电话号码,若判断为存在匹配的图像模板,则控制移动终端接听来电的步骤进一步包括:将来电号码与匹配的图像模板关联的电话号码进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的电话号码;若判断为存在匹配的电话号码,则控制移动终端接听来电。
其中,在移动终端来电时,检测该移动终端的屏幕侧是否获取到耳廓图像的步骤包括:监测该移动终端是否有来电;若有来电,检测用户的动作信息是否满足预设触发条件;若满足,则控制移动终端获取屏幕侧的图像,并判断获取的图像是否为耳廓图像。
其中,若有来电,检测用户的动作信息是否满足预设触发条件的步骤包括:利用移动终端的电容触摸屏或距离传感器检测是否存在靠近的物体;若满足,则控制移动终端获取屏幕侧的图像,并判断获取的图像是否为耳廓图像的步骤 包括:若存在靠近的物体,则利用电容触摸屏或摄像头获取屏幕侧的该物体的图像,并判断该物体的图像是否为耳廓图像。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第三个技术方案是,提供一种移动终端,该移动终端包括:检测图像模块,用于在该移动终端来电时,检测移动终端的屏幕侧是否获取到耳廓图像;存储模块,用于预存包括耳廓图像模板的耳廓标准库;匹配模块,用于在获取到耳廓图像时,将耳廓图像与存储模块中图像模板进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的图像模板;通话控制模块,用于在判断为存在匹配的图像模板时,控制移动终端接听来电。
其中,匹配模块在判断为存在匹配的图像模板时,进一步用于判断获取到耳廓图像的时间是否在预设的可用时间段,且在判断为在预设的可用时间段时,由所述通话控制模块控制移动终端接听来电;其中,可用时间段与图像模板关联且预设在存储模块。
其中,存储模块预设的每一图像模板关联有多个电话号码,匹配模块进一步用于将来电号码与匹配的图像模板关联的电话号码进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的电话号码,且判断为存在匹配的电话号码时,由通话控制模块控制移动终端接听来电。
其中,检测图像模块进一步包括监测单元、检测单元和获取判断单元;监测单元用于监测移动终端是否有来电;检测单元用于在监测到移动终端有来电时,检测用户的动作信息是否满足预设触发条件;获取判断单元用于在满足预设触发条件时,控制移动终端获取屏幕侧的图像,并判断获取的图像是否为耳廓图像。
其中,检测单元进一步用于在监测到移动终端有来电时,利用移动终端的电容触摸屏或距离传感器检测是否存在靠近的物体;获取判断单元进一步用于在存在靠近的物体时,利用电容触摸屏或摄像头获取屏幕侧的该物体的图像,并判断该物体的图像是否为耳廓图像。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明首先在移动终端来电时,通过检测该移动终端是否获取到耳廓图像,其次若获取到耳廓图像,将其与预存的耳廓标准库中图像模板进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的图像模板,再次若判断为存在匹配的图像模板,则控制移动终端接听来电。与现有单手或双手按键或滑动屏幕等人为手动操作的技术相比,移动终端通过将获取到的耳廓图像与预设的图像模板进行匹配,在存在匹配的图像模板时,能够自动接听来电,从而实现简便、快 捷的接听来电而无需手动操作,提高了用户体验。

为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明提供的自动接听的方法的第一实施方式的流程示意图。如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101:在移动终端来电时,检测该移动终端的屏幕侧是否获取到耳廓图像;
步骤102:若获取到耳廓图像,将耳廓图像与预存的耳廓标准库中图像模板进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的图像模板;
步骤103:若判断为存在匹配的图像模板,则控制移动终端接听来电。
其中,移动终端选自但不限于方便携带的手机、平板电脑或掌上电脑等。
其中,经本发明人的大量科学实验证明,耳廓(或耳朵)具有唯一性,即使双胞胎的耳廓也只是相似,并不完全相同。而且随着时间的推移,耳廓具有良好的稳定性,不易受年龄、表情等影响而产生形变。因此耳廓可与指纹、瞳孔等作为识别用户的生物特征,而且目前移动终端都配备有摄像头等图像采集器,使得其具有易采集性。
请参阅图2,图2是图1中检测移动终端的屏幕侧是否获取到耳廓图像的流程示意图。如图2所示,并结合图1所示,其中步骤101包括:
步骤201:监测该移动终端是否有来电;
步骤202:若有来电,检测用户的动作信息是否满足预设触发条件;
步骤203:若满足,则控制移动终端获取屏幕侧的图像,并判断获取的图像是否为耳廓图像。
其中,步骤202中预设触发条件可选是靠近的物体,如在一具体实施例中,若监测到移动终端来电,步骤202进一步利用移动终端的电容触摸屏或距离传感器检测是否存在靠近的物体,步骤203在存在靠近的物体时,利用电容触摸屏或摄像头获取屏幕侧的该物体的图像,并判断该物体的图像是否为耳廓图像。
其中,移动终端的电容触摸屏基于人体电信号可实现判断是否有人体靠近,且可判断出人体不同部位如面部、耳廓或其他部位的图像。
进一步的,步骤202中预设触发条件还可选是用户点击或触摸开启耳廓识别的按键或标识,可选是用户的特定动作信息,如连续点击电容触摸屏、特定的手势动作、在电容触摸屏上标记特殊的图案或用户的语音信息等,此处不做限制。
其中,在步骤102或步骤101之前,该方法还包括步骤:获取图像模板,并存储至耳廓标准库。
可以理解的是,使用移动终端的电容触摸屏或摄像头获取用户的耳廓图像或通过对耳廓图像进行特征提取后作为图像模板,并存储至耳廓标准库。在本发明中,耳廓图像可以是利用摄像头对耳廓进行拍摄后获得的彩色或单色图像,也可以是利用电容触摸屏对耳廓进行电容检测后获得电容分布图。
进一步的,请参阅表1,表1是耳廓标准库中图像模板与用户关联表,如表1所示,将不同用户的耳廓与用户进行关联,并存储至耳廓标准库。

其中,可选的,在移动终端第一次启动自动接听功能时,即在步骤101或步骤203第一次执行时,该方法提供设置自动接听用户的数量、设置耳廓图像模板及超级用户的鉴权方式等操作。可以理解的是,以后超级用户通过鉴权方式进行修改等操作。
进一步可选的,在步骤103之后,该方法还包括:
步骤104:若判断为不存在匹配的图像模板,则显示是否采用其他验证方式 进行接听的提示信息;
步骤105:若获取到是的指令,则进一步获取并判断其他验证方式是否满足预设验证条件;
步骤106:若满足预设验证条件,则控制所述移动终端接听来电。
其中,在步骤104中,若判断为不存在匹配的图像模板时,通常是将移动终端拿起且置于耳廓处,因此文字提示信息可能不能够被及时查看,此时可用过声音或振动的方式告知用户。即步骤104包括:若判断为不存在匹配的图像模板,通过语音或振动的方式提示用户后,显示是否采用其他验证方式进行接听的提示信息。
其中,在步骤105中,其他验证方式可选是密码验证或其他生物特征验证方式,其与表2中的超级用户的鉴权方式相同,即可选获取密码并判断与超级用户密码或设定的其他密码是否匹配(或相同)、获取指纹、人脸、声音或瞳孔等特征并判断与超级用户的对应生物特征是否匹配(或相同);步骤106在判断为匹配时,则控制移动终端接听来电。
请参阅图3,图3是本发明提供的自动接听的方法的第二实施方式的流程示意图。如图3所示,该方法包括:
步骤301:在移动终端来电时,检测该移动终端的屏幕侧是否获取到耳廓图像;
步骤302:若获取到耳廓图像,将耳廓图像与预存的耳廓标准库中图像模板进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的图像模板;
步骤303:若判断为存在匹配的图像模板,进一步判断获取到耳廓图像的时间是否在预设的可用时间段;
步骤304:若判断为在预设的可用时间段,则控制移动终端接听来电。
其中,步骤301与步骤302与上述第一实施方式中步骤101和步骤102相同,此处不再赘述。
其中,可用时间段与图像模板关联且预设在耳廓标准库中,或预设在存储 耳廓标准库的模块中。
如上述第一实施方式中的超级用户还可通过鉴权的方式设置不同用户的图像模板及对应的可用时间段,以针对不同用户管理其接听来电的时间。
进一步的,超级用户还可将多个用户进行群组分类,并设置不同群组自动接听来电的可用时间段。请参阅表3,表3是耳廓标准库中群组与可用时间段关联的示例表。

其中,如表3所示,超级用户可根据每个用户的习惯或工作、学习状态而设置不同的可用时间段,以管理每个用户及移动终端的使用时间。如表3中群组名称为个人包括的用户,其在上班期间能够通过耳廓识别进行自动接听来电,其他如家庭成员群组的用户只能在下班时间能够通过耳廓识别进行自动接听来电,而朋友群组的用户只能在周末才能够通过耳廓识别进行自动接听来电。
可以理解的是,超级用户能够通过如表2中所示的鉴权方式对群组中的用户成员、群组对应的可用时间段等信息进行添加、编辑、修改、删除等操作。
请参阅图4,图4是本发明提供的自动接听的方法的第三实施方式的流程示意图。如图4所示,该方法包括:
步骤401:在移动终端来电时,检测该移动终端的屏幕侧是否获取到耳廓图像;
步骤402:若获取到耳廓图像,将耳廓图像与预存的耳廓标准库中图像模板进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的图像模板;
其中,每一图像模板关联有多个电话号码;
步骤403:若判断为存在匹配的图像模板,将来电号码与匹配的图像模板关联的电话号码进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的电话号码;
步骤404:若判断为存在匹配的电话号码,则控制移动终端接听来电。
其中,步骤401与步骤402与上述第一实施方式中步骤101和步骤102、上述第二实施方式中步骤301和步骤302相同,此处不再赘述。
其中,图像模板及与其关联的多个电话号码预设在耳廓标准库中,或预设在存储耳廓标准库的模块中。
如上述第一、二实施方式中的超级用户还可通过如表2所示的鉴权方式设置不同用户的图像模板及对应的多个电话号码,以针对不同用户管理其接听来电的对象。进一步的,超级用户还可将每个用户对应的图像模板设置为关联一个电话号码。即每个图像模板关联至少一个电话号码。

匹配模块530,用于在获取到耳廓图像时,将耳廓图像与存储模块520中图像模板进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的图像模板;
通话控制模块540,用于在判断为存在匹配的图像模板时,控制移动终端50接听来电。

监测单元511用于监测移动终端50是否有来电;
检测单元512用于在监测到移动终端50有来电时,检测用户的动作信息是否满足预设触发条件;
获取判断单元513用于在满足预设触发条件时,控制移动终端50获取屏幕侧的图像,并判断获取的图像是否为耳廓图像。
其中监测单元511、检测单元512和获取判断单元513对应执行上述自动接听的方法第一实施方式中步骤201、步骤202和步骤203的操作,此处不再赘述。
可选的,检测单元512进一步用于在监测到移动终端50来电时,利用移动终端50的电容触摸屏或距离传感器检测是否存在靠近的物体;
获取判断单元513进一步用于在存在靠近的物体时,利用电容触摸屏或移动终端50上摄像头获取屏幕侧的该物体的图像,并判断该物体的图像是否为耳廓图像。
在其他实施方式中,预设触发条件可选不限于上述存在靠近的物体,还可选是用户点击或触摸开启耳廓识别的按键或标识,可选是用户的特定动作信息,如连续点击电容触摸屏、特定的手势动作、在电容触摸屏上标记特殊的图案或 用户的语音信息等,此处不做限制。
其中,在本发明提供的移动终端的另一实施方式中,存储模块520还预存有与耳廓图像模板关联的可用时间段,匹配模块530在判断为存在匹配的图像模板时,进一步用于判断获取到耳廓图像的时间是否在预设的可用时间段,且在判断为在预设的可用时间段时,由通话控制模块540控制移动终端50接听来电。可以理解的是,该可用时间段与图像模板关联且预存在耳廓标准库,或该可用时间段与图像模板关联但预存在存储模块520。在本实施方式中,匹配模块530和通话控制模块540对应执行上述自动接听的方法第二实施方式中步骤303和步骤304,此处不再赘述。
可选的,通话控制模块540用于在判断为存在匹配的图像模板时,进一步判断获取到耳廓图像的时间是否在预设的可用时间段,且在判断为在预设的可用时间段时,控制移动终端50接听来电。
其中,在本发明提供的移动终端的又一实施方式中,存储模块520预设的每一图像模板关联有多个电话号码,匹配模块530进一步用于将来电号码与匹配的图像模板关联的电话号码进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的电话号码,且判断为存在匹配的电话号码时,由通话控制模块540控制移动终端50接听来电。可以理解的是,该多个电话号码与图像模板关联且预存在耳廓标准库,或该多个电话号码与图像模板关联但预存在存储模块520。在本实施方式中,匹配模块530和通话控制模块540对应执行上述自动接听的方法第三实施方式中步骤403和步骤404,此处不再赘述。
可选的,通话控制模块540用于在判断为存在匹配的图像模板时,进一步将来电号码与匹配的图像模板关联的电话号码进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的电话号码,且判断为存在匹配的电话号码时,控制移动终端50接听来电。
进一步的,该移动终端50还包括提示模块和其他验证模块;
提示模块用于在判断为不存在匹配的图像模板时,显示是否采用其他验证方式进行接听的提示信息;
其他验证模块用于在获取到采用其他验证方式的指令时,获取并判断其他验证方式是否满足预设验证条件;
通话控制模块540进一步还用于在满足预设验证条件时,控制移动终端50接听来电。
其中,若判断为不存在匹配的图像模板时,通常是将移动终端50拿起且置于耳廓处,因此文字提示信息可能不能够被及时查看,此时可用过声音或振动的方式告知用户。即提示模块进一步用于若判断为不存在匹配的图像模板,通过语音或振动的方式提示用户后,显示是否采用其他验证方式进行接听的提示信息。
其中,提示模块和其他验证模块中其他验证方式可选是密码验证或其他生物验证方式,与上述自动接听的方法第一实施方式中的其他验证方式相同,可参考表2及对应的相关内容,此处不再赘述。
本发明还公开一种移动终端,其包括处理器、存储器、总线、电容触摸屏或距离传感器、摄像头及屏幕。其中,处理器、存储器、电容触摸屏或距离传感器、摄像头以及屏幕分别与总线连接,存储器用于存储程序,处理器用于运行该程序。其中,程序用于:
监测移动终端是否有来电;
在监测到移动终端有来电时,检测用户的动作信息是否满足预设触发条件;
在满足预设触发条件时,控制移动终端获取屏幕侧的图像,并判断获取的图像是否为耳廓图像;
若图像为耳廓图像,将耳廓图像与预存的耳廓标准库中图像模板进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的图像模板;
在判断为存在匹配的图像模板时,进一步判断获取到耳廓图像的时间是否在预设的可用时间段;
在判断出在预设的可用时间段时,控制移动终端接听来电。
其中,程序预设每一图像模板关联有多个电话号码,程序进一步用于将来 电号码与匹配的图像模板关联的电话号码进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的电话号码,且判断为存在匹配的电话号码时,控制移动终端接听来电。
程序进一步用于在监测到移动终端有来电时,控制移动终端的电容触摸屏或距离传感器检测是否存在靠近的物体;并在存在靠近的物体时,控制电容触摸屏或摄像头获取屏幕侧的物体的图像,并判断物体的图像是否为耳廓图像。
其中,在本发明各个实施方式中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理器中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(processor)执行本发明各个实施方式所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
区别于现有技术的情况,本发明首先在移动终端来电时,通过检测该移动终端是否获取到耳廓图像,其次若获取到耳廓图像,将其与预存的耳廓标准库中图像模板进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的图像模板,再次若判断为存储匹配的图像模板,可选进一步判断获取到耳廓图像的时间是否在预设的可用时间段,或将来电号码与匹配的图像模板关联的电话号码进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的所述电话号码,若在可用时间段或存在匹配的电话号码时,才控制移动终端接听来电。与现有单手或双手按键或滑动屏幕等人为手动操作的技术相比,移动终端通过将获取到的耳廓图像与预设的图像模板进行匹配,在存在匹配的图 像模板时,能够自动接听来电,从而实现简便、快捷的接听来电而无需手动操作,此外还可选进一步在判断获取到耳廓图像的时间是在预设的可用时间段,或来电号码与匹配的图像模板关联的电话号码匹配时,才控制移动终端接听来电,能够实现对不同用户进行接听时间或来电对象的管理,具有差异化管理通话时间和限制通话对象的特点,提高了用户体验。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种移动终端,其中,包括:处理器、存储器、总线及屏幕,所述处理器、所述存储器以及所述屏幕分别与所述总线连接,所述存储器用于存储程序,所述处理器用于运行所述程序;
    所述程序用于:
    监测所述移动终端是否有来电;
    在监测到所述移动终端有来电时,检测用户的动作信息是否满足预设触发条件;
    在满足预设触发条件时,控制所述移动终端获取所述屏幕侧的图像,并判断获取的所述图像是否为耳廓图像;
    若所述图像为所述耳廓图像,将所述耳廓图像与预存的耳廓标准库中图像模板进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的所述图像模板;
    在判断出存在匹配的所述图像模板时,进一步判断获取到所述耳廓图像的时间是否在预设的可用时间段;
    在判断出在预设的所述可用时间段时,控制所述移动终端接听来电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述程序预设每一所述图像模板关联有多个电话号码,所述程序进一步用于将来电号码与匹配的所述图像模板关联的所述电话号码进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的电话号码,且在判断出存在匹配的电话号码时,控制所述移动终端接听来电。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述移动终端还包括电容触摸屏或距离传感器和摄像头;
    所述程序进一步用于在监测到所述移动终端有来电时,控制所述移动终端的电容触摸屏或距离传感器检测是否存在靠近的物体;
    所述程序进一步用于在存在靠近的物体时,控制所述电容触摸屏或所述摄像头获取所述屏幕侧的所述物体的图像,并判断所述物体的图像是否为耳廓图像。
  4. 一种移动终端实现自动接听的方法,其中,所述方法包括以下 步骤:
    在移动终端来电时,检测所述移动终端的屏幕侧是否获取到耳廓图像;
    若获取到所述耳廓图像,将所述耳廓图像与预存的耳廓标准库中图像模板进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的所述图像模板;
    若判断为存在匹配的所述图像模板,则控制所述移动终端接听来电。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述若判断为存在匹配的所述图像模板,则控制所述移动终端接听来电的步骤进一步包括:
    若判断为存在匹配的所述图像模板,进一步判断获取到所述耳廓图像的时间是否在预设的可用时间段;
    若判断为在预设的所述可用时间段,则控制所述移动终端接听来电。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,每一所述图像模板关联有多个电话号码,所述若判断为存在匹配的所述图像模板,则控制所述移动终端接听来电的步骤进一步包括:
    将来电号码与匹配的所述图像模板关联的所述电话号码进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的所述电话号码;
    若判断为存在匹配的电话号码,则控制所述移动终端接听来电。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述在移动终端来电时,检测所述移动终端的屏幕侧是否获取到耳廓图像的步骤包括:
    监测所述移动终端是否有来电;
    若有来电,检测用户的动作信息是否满足预设触发条件;
    若满足,则控制所述移动终端获取屏幕侧的图像,并判断获取的所述图像是否为耳廓图像。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述若有来电,检测用户的动作信息是否满足预设触发条件的步骤包括:
    利用所述移动终端的电容触摸屏或距离传感器检测是否存在靠近的物体;
    所述若满足,则控制所述移动终端获取屏幕侧的图像,并判断获取的所述图像是否为耳廓图像的步骤包括:
    若存在靠近的物体,则利用所述电容触摸屏或摄像头获取屏幕侧的所述物体的图像,并判断所述物体的图像是否为耳廓图像。
  9. 一种移动终端,其中,包括:
    检测图像模块,用于在所述移动终端来电时,检测所述移动终端的屏幕侧是否获取到耳廓图像;
    存储模块,用于预存包括耳廓图像模板的耳廓标准库;
    匹配模块,用于在获取到所述耳廓图像时,将所述耳廓图像与存储模块中所述图像模板进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的所述图像模板;
    通话控制模块,用于在判断为存在匹配的所述图像模板时,控制所述移动终端接听来电。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述匹配模块在判断为存在匹配的所述图像模板时,进一步用于判断获取到所述耳廓图像的时间是否在预设的可用时间段,且在判断为在预设的所述可用时间段时,由所述通话控制模块控制所述移动终端接听来电;
    其中,所述可用时间段与所述图像模板关联且预设在所述存储模块。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述存储模块预设的每一所述图像模板关联有多个电话号码,所述匹配模块进一步用于将来电号码与匹配的所述图像模板关联的所述电话号码进行比对,判断是否存在匹配的电话号码,且判断为存在匹配的电话号码时,由所述通话控制模块控制所述移动终端接听来电。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述检测图像模块进一步包括监测单元、检测单元和获取判断单元;
    所述监测单元用于监测所述移动终端是否有来电;
    所述检测单元用于在监测到所述移动终端有来电时,检测用户的动作信息是否满足预设触发条件;
    所述获取判断单元用于在满足预设触发条件时,控制所述移动终端 获取屏幕侧的图像,并判断获取的所述图像是否为所述耳廓图像。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的移动终端,其中,所述检测单元进一步用于在监测到所述移动终端有来电时,利用所述移动终端的电容触摸屏或距离传感器检测是否存在靠近的物体;
    所述获取判断单元进一步用于在存在靠近的物体时,利用所述电容触摸屏或摄像头获取屏幕侧的所述物体的图像,并判断所述物体的图像是否为耳廓图像。
