- the term 'fast disintegrating type' or 'fast disintegration' referred to herein means a property for satisfying the requirement that the fast disintegrating granule ring cleaner proposed in the present invention is rapidly dissolved and foamed.
- the fast disintegrating property is obtained by measuring the disintegration time until the fast disintegrating granular ring detergent having a diameter of 18 to 25 mm, preferably 20 mm, is completely decomposed within a temperature of 25 to 35 ° C., preferably 30 ° C. If the disintegration time is within 20 seconds, preferably within 10 seconds, it means fast disintegration.

- the fast disintegrating granule ring detergent is prepared by compressing the powder form by mixing a surfactant for cleaning, a blowing agent for foaming and a disintegrating agent for disintegration with a binder, but it is inconvenient to use because water is not easily penetrated into the shampoo. There was a problem. Therefore, in the present invention, it is manufactured in the form of granules, not in powder form, followed by compression molding to form a pill form.
- the fast disintegrating granule ring detergent prepared after the first preparation in the form of granules forms a plurality of sex channel water channels due to the granules in the structure to maintain a certain level of voids.
- Water quickly penetrates and moves into the voids and the water channels therein, causing the granules to disintegrate due to the water to occur almost simultaneously throughout the ring formulation, greatly reducing disintegration time, as well as low granules, making the granules less easily with less force. Disintegration into may further shorten the disintegration time.
- the composition constituting the granules includes a surfactant, a blowing agent and a disintegrant.
- the surfactant of the present invention means a compound having a hydrophilic part which is easily dissolved in water and a hydrophobic (lipophilic) part which is easily soluble in oil as a composition for imparting cleaning power.

- the binder is used in an amount of 1 to 30% by weight, preferably 5 to 20% by weight, based on the total weight of the fast disintegrating granular ring detergent. If the content is less than the above range, there is a risk of collapse during the molding process due to difficulty in bonding or adhesion between granules. On the contrary, when used in excess of the above range, pores and water channels decrease, so that fast disintegration characteristics cannot be obtained. It has a loose feel.
