Abstract

Composición cosmética que comprenda el uso de aceite de bellota como ingrediente, ya sea aceite de bellota de encina o aceite de bellota de alcornoque. El uso del aceite en la composición cosmética puede ser bien como ingrediente principal activo o bien puede ser un ingrediente adicional. La composición cosmética puede ser natural, econatural y/o ecológica y destinada a un uso, facial, corporal o capilar.

DESCRIPCIÓN
"Cosmética de aceite de bellota" Sector de la técnica
La presente invención se refiere al uso del aceite de bellota bien de encina o aceite de alcornoque, corno ingrediente en composiciones de cosmética natural, econatural y ecológica. Estado de la técnica
En el campo de la cosmética natural existe una amplia gama de productos naturales en forma de cremas, pastas y/o ungüentos. SI bien la bellota ha sido utilizada como alimento por el ser humano, fundamentalmente en época de hambre, su utilización como recurso medicinal ha sido escasa, aunque existen numerosos estudios capaces de documentar su uso para paliar algunos trastornos o síntomas del cuerpo. En fitoterapia en general, la bellota se puede emplear en la fabricación de cosmética de productos destinados al cuidado externo de la piel, siendo apropiada para eliminar granos, espinillas y exceso de grasa.
En algunos de esos estudios y publicaciones se refieren a cataplasmas de hojas y bellotas para curar aftas, eccemas o heridas, asi como es útil contra la sudoración de pies, catarros vaginales y sudoración en genera!. En otras hablan de cocciones de la bellota con cascara y enjundia salada de cerdo (grasa de cerdo) que ablandan las durezas rebeldes y sanan las llagas malignas, tal y como recoge el Prioyecto Educativo Multidisplicinar-Ecológico "La Encina. Floración secular del noble suelo" desarrollado por Madrid Fundación Santa María, C.P.R Tarancón (Cuenca) y Consejería de Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo Regional de la Comunidad de Madrid, 1998. En una primer revisión de búsqueda de patentes y similares en diferentes fuentes de la OEPM (Invenes, Espacenet,..) no se encuentra a priori ninguna solicitud relacionada con el uso de la bellota en cosmética natural.

HOJA DE REEMPLAZO( regla 26) Explicación de la invención
La presente invención se refiere a un nuevo uso del aceite de bellota, ya sea aceite de bellota de encina o de bellota de alcornoque, como ingrediente en composiciones cosméticas.
Este nuevo uso del aceite de bellota pretende aprovechar las propiedades de la bellota para la mejora de la piel en su uso facial, capilar o corporal.
El uso del aceite de bellota como ingrediente principal o adicional en cosmética natural, econatural y/o ecológica viene justificado por el alto porcentaje de ácidos grasos esenciales presentes en la bellota tan beneficioso para hidratar, nutrir y flexibilizar la piel.
Así - por ejemplo - el uso de una crema facial con aceite de bellota ayuda a mantener la hidratación de la cara ejerciendo una barrera en la piel ante los radicales libres debido a su alta presencia de ácido linoleico.
Otro ejemplo está en la presencia del aceite de bellota en un champú de uso capilar pues el acido oleico resulta muy beneficioso ya que es capaz de atravesar la cutícula aportando nutrientes al folículo liposo. Y el uso de aceite de bellota en cosmética de uso corporal ayuda a mantener la estructura de la piel gracias al ácido palmítico presente en la bellota.
Exposición detallada de un modo de realización de la invención.
Atendiendo a las propiedades anteriomente descritas, una posible forma de realización y/o aplicación en cosmética natural es la fabricación -por ejemplo- de una Crema de bellota para eccemas e irritaciones cutáneas.
Para 125 grs: 65 grs de aceite de bellota
20 grs de cera de abejas
20 grs de aceite de aguacate
20 gramos de harina de avena
Aceite esencial (aroma), unas 8-10 gotas
Conservante (Vitamina E)
Como hemos descrito anteriormente el aceite de bellota posee un alto porcentaje de ácidos grasos necesarios para nuestro organimo. Por otro lado, el aceite de aguacate es rico en vitaminas y antioxidantes aportanto a la crema un alto poder protector y regenerante.
La cera de abejas es sumamente importante por su alto contenido hidratante, pero además actúa como agente espesante natural necesario para que se produzca la textura de la crema. Y finalmente la harina de avena la incluimos en la receta porque aporta gran cantidad de proteínas que ayudan a mantener el PH de la piel en 5,5 calmando irritaciones en la piel.
Una vez todos los ingredientes pesados y calculados, añadimos el aceite de aguacate con la cera de abeja y el aceite de bellota , lo llevamos al calor y una vez derretido le añadimos el aceite esencial para
darle el aroma que deseemos, así como unas gotitas de Vitamina E a modo de conservante natural.
Una vez que esté todo bien mezclado añadimos por último la harina de avena mezclando bien hasta que estén todos los ingredientes bien integrados. Repartimos en los evases y esperamos a que solidifique la crema, dejamos reporsar unas 48 horas y estará lista para su uso.

Reivindicaciones
1. Composición cosmética natural, econaturaJ y/o ecológica caracterizada por comprender como ingrediente cosmético activo el aceite de bellota, ya sea de bellota de encina o de bellota de alcornoque.
2. Composición cosmética según reivindicación 1 caracterizada por comprender como ingrediente cosmético adicional el aceite de bellota, ya sea de bellota de encina o de bellota de alcornoque.
3. Uso de la composición cosmética según reivindicación 1 y 2 para uso facial.
4. Uso de la composición cosmética según reivindicación 1 y 2 para uso corporal.
5. Uso de la composición cosmética según reivindicación 1 y 2 para uso capilar.
