Abstract
本发明提供了一种美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂,由包括如下重量份数的组分制成:海藻提取物1‑5份、泛醇0.5‑3份、羟乙基尿素3‑5份、甜杏仁油1‑3份、向日葵油1‑2份、生育酚琥珀酸酯1‑2份、霍霍巴油1‑3份、透明质酸1‑5份、葡萄糖酸钙0.3‑1份、葡萄糖酸镁0.3‑1份、甘草酸苷0.5‑1份。本发明各组分之间相辅相成,使产品与人体皮肤的相容性、渗透性更好更利于吸收,增加皮肤弹性、可起到保湿、美白、抗皱等作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及护肤用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代社会空气污染严重,紫外线辐射强烈,电脑、电器辐射日趋加重,这些因素造成许多皮肤问题,如皮肤干燥、脱皮、产生皱纹、皮肤颜色出现偏黄甚至是黄褐斑、色斑、日晒斑等。随着人们生活水平的逐步提高,人们的生活观念和消费理念也在不断改变,因而各种化妆品、护肤品已经成为很多人生活中必不可少的日常用品。
目前,市场上出售的各种美白护肤产品大致可以分为两类:一类以化学合成物质为主要成分,这类产品功效明显,但长期使用会对皮肤产生一定的副作用,甚至产生严重的皮肤问题,并且长期使用会使人产生依赖性。还有一类美白护肤产品,在配方中含有中草药物成分,主要针对皮肤的某些疾患起到一定的治疗作用,这类药物产品即便对于有适应症的消费者也不适合长期使用。另外,这类产品与皮肤的相容性和渗透性较差,人体皮肤不能有效的吸收。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述缺陷和问题,本发明实施例的目的是提供一种含有海洋活性提取物,且对人体无副作用,能够有效延迟甚至消除衰老对人体皮肤环境的破坏的美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂,由包括如下重量份数的组分制成:海藻提取物1-5份、泛醇0.5-3份、羟乙基尿素3-5份、甜杏仁油1-3份、向日葵油1-2份、生育酚琥珀酸酯1-2份、霍霍巴油1-3份、透明质酸1-5份、葡萄糖酸钙0.3-1份、葡萄糖酸镁0.3-1份、甘草酸苷0.5-1份。
进一步地,按照重量份数,还包括当归挥发油0.5-1.5份。
在一种优选的实施方式中,由如下重量份数的组分制成:海藻提取物3-4份、泛醇1.5-2份、羟乙基尿素3-4.5份、甜杏仁油1.5-2.5份、向日葵油1-1.5份、生育酚琥珀酸酯1-1.5份、霍霍巴油1.5-2.5份、透明质酸3-5份、葡萄糖酸钙0.6-0.8份、葡萄糖酸镁0.6-0.8份、甘草酸苷0.6-0.7份、当归挥发油0.8-1.2份。
在一种优选的实施方式中,由如下重量份数的组分制成:海藻提取物4份、泛醇2份、羟乙基尿素3.5份、甜杏仁油2份、向日葵油1.5份、生育酚琥珀酸酯1份、霍霍巴油2.5份、透明质酸4.5份、葡萄糖酸钙0.8份、葡萄糖酸镁0.6份、甘草酸苷0.7份、当归挥发油1.2份。
本发明的一种美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
a、将海藻提取物、泛醇、羟乙基尿素、甜杏仁油、向日葵油、生育酚琥珀酸酯、霍霍巴油、透明质酸、葡萄糖酸钙、葡萄糖酸镁、甘草酸苷按照配方量均匀混合,得混合油相;
b、将辛酸癸酸聚乙二醇甘油酯和丙二醇水浴融化,再加入所述混合油相水浴融化,然后加入配方量的当归挥发油,于80℃水浴加热至完全融化,保温备用;
c、将步骤b中得到的混合物搅拌均匀,并10000r/min转速边搅拌边加入80℃水浴加热后的纯化水,加入完毕后,均质10分钟,再继续搅拌30分钟,冷却后即得美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂。
本发明中,海藻提取物可以通过抑制弹性蛋白酶活刺激皮肤内产生胶原,从而产生改善皮肤状况或提供抗皱效果。
泛醇又称原维生素B5,是一种维生素前体,其能够通过促进辅酶A的合成,从而起到肌肤保湿及修复的作用。
羟乙基尿素是一种全新的,具有突出优势的保湿剂,是极佳的保湿剂,能给护肤品提供高效保湿效果同时又无粘腻手感的产品,且其能渗透进入角质层中,增加皮肤含水量,缓解干燥,填补细纹,增加皮肤弹性。
甜杏仁油富含维生素E,非常适合护肤保养,有助于保护细胞膜及延长循环系统中红血细胞的寿命,有助于人体所需的维生素A得到充分利用,保持皮肤清洁,能使含有它的产品对老化中的皮肤保持弹性、柔软,也起清洁作用。
向日葵油对过氧化物酶激活受体有活化作用,具有抗凋亡、皮肤创伤愈合和抗炎的作用,是化妆品的重要基础油性原料,质地清淡细致,使用起来非常舒服,有润滑皮肤作用。
生育酚琥珀酸酯除了本身所具有的抗氧化、增强机体免疫力等性能外,还可起到润湿、保湿的功效,起到防止皮肤缺水、老化的作用。
霍霍巴油富含维生素E和矿物质,是适合于各类肌肤最好的护肤油,它可以为肌肤提供足够的营养,特别适合用于牛皮癣、湿疹等过敏性皮肤。
透明质酸具有良好的保湿作用,用于皮肤表面可形成一层透气的水化弹性模,与水结合后增加皮肤华润感,且其可渗入皮肤表皮层,促进皮肤营养供给和新陈代谢,从而防止皮肤老化,起到美容养颜的功效,并对日晒造成的皮肤变红、脱皮具有一定防治效果。
葡萄糖酸钙对皮肤炎症有一定抑制作用,钙离子在细胞内含量虽小但作用却很大,对细胞具有分裂、增殖、收缩、运动、凝集、分泌、代谢、兴奋等作用。
葡萄糖酸镁参与体内几乎所有的能量代谢,激活或催化300多个酶系统,镁离子在DNA和RNA的合成上起重要作用,在细胞膜结构和功能中也发挥重要作用,在本组方中起一定的修复作用。
当归挥发油是天然透皮促透剂,能促进更多有效成分透过皮肤,增加组方的渗透性。
本发明提供的美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂及其制备方法,各组分之间相辅相成,使产品与人体皮肤的相容性、渗透性更好。增加了配方含量的当归挥发油,一定程度上有效提高了各组分的渗透性,更利于吸收,增加皮肤弹性、可起到保湿、美白、抗皱等作用,并且使用起来非常舒服,手感好。另外,本发明的微乳剂配方组分能够有效延缓、修复人体损伤细胞,且效果显著。

下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
本实施例1的美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂,由如下重量份数的组分制成:海藻提取物3份、泛醇-2份、羟乙基尿素3份、甜杏仁油1.5份、向日葵油1.5份、生育酚琥珀酸酯1份、霍霍巴油2份、透明质酸3.5份、葡萄糖酸钙0.6份、葡萄糖酸镁0.6份、甘草酸苷0.6份、当归挥发油0.8份。
实施例2
本实施例2的美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂,由如下重量份数的组分制成:海藻提取物4份、泛醇2份、羟乙基尿素3.5份、甜杏仁油2份、向日葵油1.5份、生育酚琥珀酸酯1份、霍霍巴油2.5份、透明质酸4.5份、葡萄糖酸钙0.8份、葡萄糖酸镁0.6份、甘草酸苷0.7份、当归挥发油1.2份。
实施例3
本实施例3的美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂,由如下重量份数的组分制成:海藻提取物3份、泛醇1.5份、羟乙基尿素4份、甜杏仁油2.5份、向日葵油1份、生育酚琥珀酸酯1.5份、霍霍巴油1.5份、透明质酸3份、葡萄糖酸钙0.8份、葡萄糖酸镁0.8份、甘草酸苷0.7份、当归挥发油1份。
实施例4
本实施例提供上述实施例1-3的美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
a、将海藻提取物、泛醇、羟乙基尿素、甜杏仁油、向日葵油、生育酚琥珀酸酯、霍霍巴油、透明质酸、葡萄糖酸钙、葡萄糖酸镁、甘草酸苷按照配方量均匀混合,得混合油相;
b、将辛酸癸酸聚乙二醇甘油酯和丙二醇水浴融化,再加入上述混合油相水浴融化,然后加入配方量的当归挥发油,于80℃水浴加热至完全融化,保温备用;
c、将步骤b中得到的混合物搅拌均匀,并10000r/min转速边搅拌边加入80℃水浴加热后的纯化水,加入完毕后,均质10分钟,再继续搅拌30分钟,冷却后即得美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂。
试验例:
选取30-50岁面部肌肤干燥、缺水的女性45人,随机分成3组,每组15人,并每组编号1、2、3。其中,编号1组中的每人面部每天涂抹3次上述实施例2中的美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂;编号2组中的每人面部每天涂抹3次空白对照品,其中空白对照品为不含功效成分的空白基质;编号3组中的每人面部每天涂抹3次阳性对照品,其中阳性对照品为市售同类化妆品。三组均连续使用1个月后,分别评价其补水修复效果;在连续涂抹7d时,观察涂抹后1、24、48、72h的皮肤变化。
人体皮肤刺激性以红斑、水肿等为评价指标。评分标准:a、红斑:无红斑,0分;轻度红斑(勉强可见),1分;中度红斑(明显可见),2分;重度红斑,3分;紫红色红斑到轻度焦痂形成,4分。b、水肿:无水肿,0分;轻度水肿(勉强可见),1分;中度水肿(明显隆起),2分;重度水肿(皮肤隆起1mm,轮廓清楚),3分;严重水肿(皮肤隆起超过1mm,范围扩大),4分。
人体皮肤刺激性强度评价标准:平均分值0~0.49分无刺激;0.5O~2.99分为轻度刺激:3.00~5.99分为中度刺激;6.00~8.00分为强度刺激。刺激性分值=(红斑反应总分+水肿反应总分)/每组人数。经过对编号1、2、3的三组进行测试,分别得到表1和表2。
表1补水修复试验结果
由表1可以看出编号1组中的本发明实施例2的美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂补水修复功效显著,编号2组的不含功效成分的空白对照品基本没有补水修复功效,且本发明的补水修复效果显著优于编号3组的同类市售产品。
表2皮肤刺激性试验结果
由表2可以看出本发明对皮肤基本无刺激,可安全放心使用。

Claims (3)
1.一种美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂,其特征在于:由包括如下重量份数的组分制成:海藻提取物1-5份、泛醇0.5-3份、羟乙基尿素3-5份、甜杏仁油1-3份、向日葵油1-2份、生育酚琥珀酸酯1-2份、霍霍巴油1-3份、透明质酸1-5份、葡萄糖酸钙0.3-1份、葡萄糖酸镁0.3-1份、甘草酸苷0.5-1份;当归挥发油0.5-1.5份;
所述的一种美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
a、将海藻提取物、泛醇、羟乙基尿素、甜杏仁油、向日葵油、生育酚琥珀酸酯、霍霍巴油、透明质酸、葡萄糖酸钙、葡萄糖酸镁、甘草酸苷按照配方量均匀混合,得混合油相;
b、将辛酸癸酸聚乙二醇甘油酯和丙二醇水浴融化,再加入所述混合油相水浴融化,然后加入配方量的当归挥发油,于80℃水浴加热至完全融化,保温备用;
c、将步骤b中得到的混合物搅拌均匀,并10000r/min转速边搅拌边加入80℃水浴加热后的纯化水,加入完毕后,均质10分钟,再继续搅拌30分钟,冷却后即得美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂,其特征在于:由如下重量份数的组分制成:海藻提取物3-4份、泛醇1.5-2份、羟乙基尿素3-4.5份、甜杏仁油1.5-2.5份、向日葵油1-1.5份、生育酚琥珀酸酯1-1.5份、霍霍巴油1.5-2.5份、透明质酸3-5份、葡萄糖酸钙0.6-0.8份、葡萄糖酸镁0.6-0.8份、甘草酸苷0.6-0.7份、当归挥发油0.8-1.2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种美白保湿抗皱修复的微乳剂,其特征在于:由如下重量份数的组分制成:海藻提取物4份、泛醇2份、羟乙基尿素3.5份、甜杏仁油2份、向日葵油1.5份、生育酚琥珀酸酯1份、霍霍巴油2.5份、透明质酸4.5份、葡萄糖酸钙0.8份、葡萄糖酸镁0.6份、甘草酸苷0.7份、当归挥发油1.2份。
