目前,现有建立社交关系的方法包括开放式和封闭式两种。其中,开放式建立社交关系的方法为陌生人之间可以建立社交关系;封闭式建立社交关系的方法为在获知对方的账号信息,并通过对方进行确认后,才可以社交关系。
而随着电子商务的发展,越来越多的用户通过网络进行购物,人们在购物的同时,也希望拓展自己的社交圈子,然而现有技术中扩大社交圈子的方法一般只能通过社交本身来扩展,如通过一些社交软件平台等,方式较传统,效果也比较有限。不管是何种社交方式,采用现有的建立社交关系的方法都无法与电子商务活动很好地结合起来。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种建立交互关系的方法及交互装置,能够在获取到目标数据时,与目标数据的持有方建立社交关系。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第一个技术方案是:提供一种建立交互关系的方法,所述方法包括:第一终端向服务器发送交互需求,并接收所述服务器发送的匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;其中,所述交互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、所述目标数据提供方的服务信息;根据第一终端用户对所述用户列表中第二终端用户的选择,向所述服务器发送与所选择的第二终端建立交互关系的交互请求;接收所述服务器在接收所述交互请求后发送的所述第二终端的数据列表,并根据第一终端用户的选择,获取所选择的目标数据;其中,所述数据列表包含的目标数据与所述交互需求中的目标数据的具有相同的所述服务信息;以及在获取到所述目标数据后,向所述服务器发送通知信息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述通知信息时建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第二个技术方案是:提供一种建立交互关系的方法,所述方法包括:服务器接收第二终端发送的数据列表;服务器根据第一终端发送的交互需求,向所述第一终端发送匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;其中,所述交互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、所述目标数据提供方的服务信息;接收所述第一终端发送的交互请求,其中,所述交互请求包括所述第一终端用户根据所述用户列表选择的建立交互关系的第二终端;向所述第一终端发送所述第二终端的数据列表,使所述第一终端根据所述数据列表获取所述目标数据;接收所述第一终端从所述第二终端获取到所述目标数据后而发送的通知信息,建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第三个技术方案是:提供一种建立交互关系的交互装置,所述交互装置包括发送模块、接收模块、请求模块、获取模块以及通知模块;所述发送模块用于向服务器发送交互需求,其中,所述交互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、所述目标数据提供方的服务信息;所述接收模块用于接收所述服务器发送的匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;所述请求模块用于根据所述第二终端的用户列表确定需要建立交互关系的第二终端,并向所述服务器发送交互请求,以从所述服务器获取确定的所述第二终端的数据列表;其中,所述数据列表包含的目标数据与所述交互需求中包含的目标数据的具有相同的所述服务信息;所述获取模块用于根据所述第二终端的数据列表获取目标数据;其中,所述数据列表包含的目标数据与所述交互需求中包含的目标数据的具有相同的所述服务信息;所述通知模块用于在所述获取模块获取到所述目标数据后,向所述服务器发送通知信息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述通知信息后,建立所述第一终端与所述确定的第二终端的交互关系。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第四个技术方案是:提供一种建立交互关系的交互装置,所述交互装置包括存储模块、查找模块、获取模块以及通知模块;所述存储模块用于接收第二终端发送的数据列表;所述查找模块用于根据第一终端发送的交互需求在数据库中查找与所述交互需求匹配的第二终端;以及用于当查找到与所述交互需求匹配的第二终端时,向所述第一终端发送查找到的所述第二终端的用户列表;其中,所述交互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、所述目标数据提供方的服务信息;所述获取模块用于当接收到所述第一终端发送的交互请求时,获取与所述交互请求匹配的所述第二终端的数据列表;以及用于当获取到所述数据列表时,向所述第一终端发送所述数据列表;其中,所述交互请求是所述第一终端在根据所述第二终端的用户列表确定需要建立交互关系的第二终端时,并向所述服务器发送的,所述交互请求包括确定的所述第二终端的用户信息,所述数据列表包含的目标数据与所述交互需求中包含的目标数据具有相同的所述服务信息;所述通知模块用于在接收到所述第一终端发送的通知信息时,建立所述第一终端与所述确定的第二终端的交互关系。其中,所述通知信息是所述第一终端在根据所述第二终端的数据列表获取目标数据后发送的。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第五个技术方案是:提供一种建立交互关系的交互装置,所述交互装置包括获取模块、建立模块以及发送模块;所述获取模块用于获取目标数据;所述建立模块用于根据所述目标数据建立数据列表;其中,所述数据列表至少包括第二终端的用户标识以及所述目标数据的标识;所述发送模块用于向服务器发送所述数据列表,以使所述服务器在接收到所述第一终端发送的交互需求时,获取与所述交互需求匹配的第二终端;其中,所述交互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、所述目标数据提供方的服务信息。
上述方案,第一终端向服务器发送交互需求,以从服务器获取与交互需求匹配的第二终端的列表,并在根据第二终端的列表确定需要建立交互关系的第二终端后,向服务器发送交互请求,以从服务器获取确定的第二终端的数据列表,进而根据第二终端的数据列表获取目标数据,在获取到目标数据之后,通知服务器建立第一终端与第二终端的交互关系,第一终端能够在获取到目标数据时,与目标数据的持有方建立交互关系,方便交互双方的数据传输;另外,服务器根据目标数据提供方的服务品质信息进行智能筛选后再发送给第一终端,提高了交互对象的查找效率和网络数据传输、投放的准确度,减少网络数据的无效传输、资源消耗。

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明建立交互关系的方法一实施例的流程示意图。本实施例的执行主体为第一终端。本实施例建立交互关系的方法包括以下步骤:
S101:第一终端向服务器发送交互需求,并接收所述服务器发送的匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;其中,所述交互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、所述目标数据提供方的服务信息。
服务器接收该交互需求,根据该交互需求从本地数据库中获取与交互需求匹配的第二终端的用户列表,并将该用户列表发送至第一终端,对应地,第一终端接收该第二终端的用户列表。
其中,第二终端的用户列表至少包括第二终端的标识。
具体地,与交互需求匹配的第二终端所持有的数据与第一终端交互需求包含的目标数据具有相同的所述服务信息,即该第二终端至少持有部分与第一终端交互需求的目标数据相同的服务信息。
具体地,所述服务信息可以是物流服务信息、保险服务信息、售后服务信息。
S102:根据第一终端用户对所述用户列表中第二终端用户的选择,向所述服务器发送与所选择的第二终端建立交互关系的交互请求。
第一终端在获取到服务器发送的第二终端的用户列表之后,待用户从第二终端的用户列表中确定需要建立交互关系的第二终端,根据用户的选择确定建立交互关系的第二终端之后,向服务器发送交互请求。
其中,交互请求包含第一终端确定的第二终端的信息。第二终端的用户列表至少包括第二终端的标识。
S103:接收所述服务器在接收到所述交互请求后发送的所述第二终端的数据列表,并根据第一终端用户的选择,获取所选择的目标数据;其中,所述数据列表包含的目标数据与所述交互需求中的目标数据具有相同的服务信息。
服务器接收该交互请求后获取第一终端确定的第二终端的数据列表。
其中,第二终端的数据列表至少包括一个目标数据。
在获取到该数据列表后,根据第一终端用户的选择,获取所选择的目标数据。
其中,目标数据可以为第二终端的数据列表中任意一个,此处不作限制。
进一步地,目标数据为物信证,物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证。所述商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息;
根据第一终端用户的选择,获取所选择的目标数据的步骤具体为:
接收所述物信证的获取方式信息,并执行所述电子商务功能获得所述物信证。进一步地,物信证的获取方式信息为物信证的链接地址,所述链接地址对应的页面内含所述物信证功能,用于提供目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
进一步地,所述服务信息为目标商品/服务的提供方提供的商品/服务的保险信息、物流信息、售后信息的一个或多个集合。
S104:在获取到所述目标数据后,向所述服务器发送通知信息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述通知信息时建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
第一终端在获取到目标数据后,向服务器发送通知信息,以使服务器在接收到通知信息后,能够识别第一终端已满足第二终端的交互条件,建立第一终端与第二终端的交互关系。
进一步地,服务器建立所述第一终端与所述确定的第二终端的交互关系的步骤具体为:建立第一终端与确定的第二终端之间的即时通信关系,或建立第一终端获取确定的第二终端的资料的权限,或建立第一终端接收确定的第二终端的动态更新数据的关系(即,使第一终端用户成为第二终端用户的粉丝,以使第一终端用户能够获取第二终端用户的动态信息)。
可以理解的是,由于第一终端与第二终端均持有目标数据,在本实施例中是第一终端获取到第二终端的目标数据后,与第二终端建立交互关系;在其他实施例中,服务器也可以在获取到第一终端的目标数据后,与第一终端建立交互关系,具体实现方法请参照上述描述,此处不赘述。
上述方案,第一终端向服务器发送交互需求,以从服务器获取与交互需求匹配的第二终端的列表,并在根据第二终端的列表确定需要建立交互关系的第二终端后,向服务器发送交互请求,以从服务器获取确定的第二终端的数据列表,进而根据第二终端的数据列表获取目标数据,在获取到目标数据之后,通知服务器建立第一终端与第二终端的交互关系,第一终端能够在获取到目标数据时,与目标数据的持有方建立交互关系,方便交互双方的数据传输,另外,服务器根据第二终端的用户服务信息进行智能筛选后再发送给第一终端,提高了交互对象的查找效率和网络数据传输、投放的准确度,减少网络数据的无效传输、资源消耗。
下面对本发明实施方式中的数据交互处理方法进行举例说明。其中,该第一终端是买方客户端(以下简称为买方),该第二终端是卖方客户端(以下简称为卖方),该服务器是运行电商平台的服务器(以下简称为服务器)。
具体地,买方向服务器发送与具有某一厂商服务信息(可以是包邮、送运费险、一年保修等)的物信证的卖方建立社交关系的交互需求,其中,该交互需求中包括物信证的标识、以及服务信息种类。服务器接收该交互需求后,搜索拥有与该服务信息以及标识的物信证的卖方,并向买方发送匹配其交互需求的卖方的用户列表;其中,该用户列表中包括多个卖方的至少部分信息,买方接收该用户列表,从其中获取需要建立社交关系的卖方,并向服务器发送与该卖方建立社交关系的交互请求,服务器接收该交互请求,向买方发送卖方的物信证列表,买方接到该物信证列表后,从所述物信证列表中选择需要的物信证,在完成交易后,向服务器发送交易成功的通知信息,服务器接收到该通知信息后,建立买方与卖方的社交关系,该社交关系可以是即时通讯关系。
如上所述,该物信证是提供方(如产品的生产厂家)预先提供的,即,每个商品/服务都具有一个对应的物信证,该物信证所包含的涉及到交易的信息实际上提供方的信息,而不是第二终端的信息。因此,当第一终端接受该物信证,并利用该物信证实现该电子商务功能以获得该商品/服务时,利用该物信证生成交易订单,实际进行交易的双方为第一终端和提供方。当第一终端确认接受,则利用物信证生成相应的交易订单,并且根据该交易订单将货款直接支付给提供方,提供方接受该交易订单时根据第一终端的信息发货。第二终端的作用为从提供方获取商品/服务的物信证,并将这些物信证发布至需要购买的交互方。
进一步地,该目标数据还可以是数据提供方开出的集成该数据交互所需功能的执行体或目标数据的开启方式。
请参阅图2,图2是本发明建立交互关系的方法另一实施例的流程示意图。本实施例的执行主体为服务器,本实施例建立交互关系的方法包括以下步骤:
S201:服务器接收第二终端发送的数据列表。
第二终端向服务器发送数据列表,对应地,服务器接收该数据列表。并将其保存在本地数据库。其中,数据列表至少包括一个目标数据。
S202:服务器根据第一终端发送的交互需求,向所述第一终端发送匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;其中,所述交互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、所述目标数据提供方的服务信息。
第一终端向服务器发送交互需求,其中,所述交互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、所述目标数据提供方的服务信息。
服务器接收该交互需求,根据该交互需求从本地数据库中获取与交互需求匹配的第二终端的列表,并将该列表发送至第一终端。
具体地,与交互需求匹配的第二终端所持有的数据与第一终端的目标数据具有相同服务信息,即该第二终端至少持有的部分与第一终端需求的目标数据具有相同服务信息的目标数据。
S203:接收所述第一终端发送的交互请求,其中,所述交互请求包括所述第一终端用户根据所述用户列表选择的建立交互关系的第二终端。
第一终端在获取到服务器发送的第二终端的列表之后,待用户从第二终端的用户列表中确定需要建立交互关系的第二终端,根据用户的选择确定建立交互关系的第二终端之后,向服务器发送交互请求。
其中,交互请求包含第一终端确定的第二终端的信息。第二终端的列表至少包括第二终端的标识。第二终端的数据列表至少包括一个目标数据。
对应地,服务器接收该交互请求。
S204:向所述第一终端发送所述第二终端的数据列表,使所述第一终端根据所述数据列表获取所述目标数据。
服务器在接收到第一终端发送的交互请求时,根据交互请求包含的第二终端的信息获取与交互请求匹配的第二终端的数据列表。数据列表至少包括一个目标数据。数据列表包含的目标数据与交互需求中包含的目标数据的服务信息相同。
进一步地,服务器还可以获取与交互请求匹配的第二终端的资料,并将该资料向第一终端发送,以便第一终端查看。
S205:接收所述第一终端从所述第二终端获取到所述目标数据后而发送的通知信息,建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
第一终端在获取到目标数据后,向服务器发送通知信息,服务器在接收到通知信息时,建立第一终端与发送目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
进一步地,服务器建立所述第一终端与所述确定的第二终端的交互关系的步骤具体为:建立第一终端与确定的第二终端之间的即时通信关系,或建立第一终端获取确定的第二终端的资料的权限,或建立第一终端接收确定的第二终端的动态更新数据的关系(即,使第一终端用户成为第二终端用户的粉丝,以使第一终端用户能够获取第二终端用户的动态信息)。

S301:第二终端获取目标数据并根据所述目标数据建立数据列表;其中,所述数据列表至少包括所述第二终端的标识以及所述目标数据的标识。
第二终端从目标数据提供方下载目标数据,并将获取到的目标数据建立数据列表。其中,数据列表至少包括一个目标数据。
S302:向服务器发送所述数据列表,以使所述服务器在接收到所述第一终端发送的交互请求时,获取与所述交互需求匹配的第二终端;其中,所述交互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、所述目标数据提供方的服务信息,以及向第一终端发送所述数据列表。
第二终端将数据列表向服务器发送,以使服务器在接收到第一终端发送的交互需求时,获取与交互需求匹配的第二终端,并在第一终端从服务器发送的与交互需求匹配的第二终端的列表中确定需要建立交互关系的第二终端后,能够从服务器中获取确定的第二终端的数据列表,使服务器能够在确认第一终端从数据列表中获取到目标数据之后,建立第二终端与第一终端的交互关系。
其中,交互需求至少包括互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、目标数据的类别。
可以理解的是,该数据列表可以由第二终端实时更新。
上述方案,第二终端在获取到目标数据后建立数据列表,并将该数据列表发送给服务器,当服务器确定存在接收获取数据的通知信息的第一终端时,建立第二终端与符合条件的第一终端的交互关系。
请参阅图4,图4是本发明建立交互关系的交互装置一实施例的结构示意图。本实施例的交互装置为第一终端。本实施例的交互装置包括发送模块401、接收模块402、请求模块403、获取模块404以及通知模块405。
所述发送模块401用于向服务器发送交互需求,其中,所述交互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、所述目标数据提供方的服务信息。
所述接收模块402用于接收所述服务器发送的匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表。
所述请求模块403用于根据所述第二终端的用户列表确定需要建立交互关系的第二终端,并向所述服务器发送交互请求,以从所述服务器获取确定的所述第二终端的数据列表;其中,所述数据列表包含的目标数据与所述交互需求中包含的目标数据提供方服务信息相同。
所述获取模块404用于根据所述第二终端的数据列表获取目标数据;其中,所述数据列表包含的目标数据与所述交互需求中包含的目标数据的提供方服务信息相同。
所述通知模块405用于在所述获取模块获取到所述目标数据后,向所述服务器发送通知信息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述通知信息后,建立所述第一终端与所述确定的第二终端的交互关系。

所述通知模块504用于在接收到所述第一终端发送的通知信息时,建立所述第一终端与所述确定的第二终端的交互关系。其中,所述通知信息是所述第一终端在根据所述第二终端的数据列表获取目标数据后发送的。
上述方案,服务器在接收到第一终端的交互需求后,将符合交互需求的条件的第二终端的列表发送给第一终端,并在确认第一终端从用户列表中选择了需要建立交互关系的第二终端时,将该第二终端的数据列表发送给第一终端,在服务器确认第一终端从数据列表中获取目标数据时,建立第一终端与该第二终端的交互关系,方便交互双方的数据传输另外,服务器根据第二终端的用户服务信息进行智能筛选后再发送给第一终端,提高了交互对象的查找效率和网络数据传输、投放的准确度,减少网络数据的无效传输、资源消耗。

上述方案,第二终端在获取到目标数据后建立数据列表,并将该数据列表发送给服务器,当服务器确定第一终端时,建立第二终端与第一终端的交互关系。

    第一终端向服务器发送交互需求,并接收所述服务器发送的匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;其中,所述交互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、所述目标数据提供方的服务信息;
    根据第一终端用户对所述用户列表中第二终端用户的选择,向所述服务器发送与所选择的第二终端建立交互关系的交互请求;
    接收所述服务器在接收所述交互请求后发送的所述第二终端的数据列表,并根据第一终端用户的选择,获取所选择的目标数据;其中,所述数据列表包含的目标数据与所述交互需求中的目标数据具有相同的所述服务信息;
    以及
    在获取到所述目标数据后,向所述服务器发送通知信息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述通知信息时建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标数据提供方的服务品质信息包括物流服务信息、保险服务信息、售后服务信息的一个或多个组合。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标数据为物信证,所述物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证,所述商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息;
    获取所选择的所述目标数据的步骤具体为:
    接收所述物信证的获取方式信息,并执行所述电子商务功能获得所述物信证。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述物信证的获取方式信息为物信证的链接地址,所述链接地址对应的页面内含所述物信证功能,用于提供所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
  5. 一种建立交互关系的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    服务器接收第二终端发送的数据列表;
    所述服务器根据第一终端发送的交互需求,向所述第一终端发送匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;其中,所述交互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、所述目标数据提供方的服务信息;
    接收所述第一终端发送的交互请求,其中,所述交互请求包括所述第一终端用户根据所述用户列表选择的建立交互关系的第二终端;
    向所述第一终端发送所述第二终端的数据列表,使所述第一终端根据所述数据列表获取所述目标数据;
    接收所述第一终端从所述第二终端获取到所述目标数据后而发送的通知信息,建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标数据为物信证,所述物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证,所述商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息;
    获取所述目标数据的步骤具体为:
    接收所述物信证的获取方式信息,并执行所述电子商务功能获得所述物信证。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述物信证的获取方式信息为物信证的链接地址,所述链接地址对应的页面内含所述物信证功能,用于提供所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
  8. 一种建立交互关系的交互装置,其特征在于,所述交互装置包括发送模块、接收模块、请求模块、获取模块以及通知模块;
    所述发送模块用于向服务器发送交互需求,其中,所述交互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、所述目标数据提供方的服务信息;
    所述接收模块用于接收所述服务器发送的匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;
    所述请求模块用于根据所述第二终端的用户列表确定需要建立交互关系的第二终端,并向所述服务器发送交互请求,以从所述服务器获取确定的所述第二终端的数据列表;其中,所述数据列表包含的目标数据与所述交互需求中包含的目标数据具有相同的所述服务信息;
    所述获取模块用于根据所述第二终端的数据列表获取目标数据;其中,所述数据列表包含的目标数据与所述交互需求中包含的目标数据具有相同的服务信息;
    所述通知模块用于在所述获取模块获取到所述目标数据后,向所述服务器发送通知信息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述通知信息后,建立所述第一终端与所述确定的第二终端的交互关系。
  9. 一种建立交互关系的交互装置,其特征在于,所述交互装置包括存储模块、查找模块、获取模块以及通知模块;
    所述存储模块用于接收第二终端发送的数据列表;
    所述查找模块用于根据第一终端发送的交互需求在数据库中查找与所述交互需求匹配的第二终端;以及用于当查找到与所述交互需求匹配的第二终端时,向所述第一终端发送查找到的所述第二终端的用户列表;其中,所述交互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、所述目标数据提供方的服务信息;
    所述获取模块用于当接收到所述第一终端发送的交互请求时,获取与所述交互请求匹配的所述第二终端的数据列表;以及用于当获取到所述数据列表时,向所述第一终端发送所述数据列表;其中,所述交互请求是所述第一终端在根据所述第二终端的用户列表确定需要建立交互关系的第二终端时,并向所述服务器发送的,所述交互请求包括确定的所述第二终端的用户信息,所述数据列表包含的目标数据与所述交互需求中包含的目标数据具有相同的所述服务信息;
    所述通知模块用于在接收到所述第一终端发送的通知信息时,建立所述第一终端与所述确定的第二终端的交互关系。其中,所述通知信息是所述第一终端在根据所述第二终端的数据列表获取目标数据后发送的。
  10. 一种建立交互关系的交互装置,其特征在于,所述交互装置包括获取模块、建立模块以及发送模块;
    所述获取模块用于获取目标数据;
    所述建立模块用于根据所述目标数据建立数据列表;其中,所述数据列表至少包括第二终端的用户标识以及所述目标数据的标识;
    所述发送模块用于向服务器发送所述数据列表,以使所述服务器在接收到所述第一终端发送的交互需求时,获取与所述交互需求匹配的第二终端;其中,所述交互需求至少包括目标数据的标识、所述目标数据提供方的服务信息。
