本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种建立交互关系的方法,该方法应用于第一终端,包括:第一终端向服务器发送交互需求,以从服务器获取至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个的第二终端的集合;第一终端从第二终端的集合中选择目标第二终端,并向服务器发送交互请求,以从服务器获取所选择的目标第二终端的数据集合;其中,数据集合至少包括一个目标数据;第一终端从目标第二终端的数据集合中选择目标数据,然后获得目标数据的权限或权属、或利用目标数据或其获取方式信息实现基于目标数据的数据交互;第一终端向服务器发送通知信息,以使服务器在接收到通知信息后,建立第一终端与选择的目标第二终端的交互关系。
本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种建立交互关系的方法,该方法应用于服务器,包括:服务器接收第二终端发送的数据集合;其中,数据集合至少包括一个目标数据;服务器在收到第一终端发送的交互需求后在数据库中查找至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个的第二终端的集合;当服务器查找到至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个的第二终端时,向第一终端发送查找到的第二终端的集合;当服务器接收到第一终端发送的与目标第二终端的交互请求时,获取目标第二终端的数据集合;其中,交互请求是第一终端从第二终端的集合中选择目标第二终端时,向服务器发送的,交互请求包括选择的目标第二终端的信息,数据集合至少包括一个目标数据;服务器向第一终端发送数据集合;当服务器接收到第一终端发送的通知信息时,建立第一终端与选择的目标第二终端的交互关系。其中,通知信息是第一终端从第二终端的数据集合中获取目标数据后发送的。
本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种建立交互关系的交互终端,交互终端为第一终端,包括发送模块、请求模块、选择模块以及通知模块;发送模块用于向服务器发送交互需求,以从服务器获取至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个的第二终端的集合;请求模块用于从第二终端的集合中选择目标第二终端,并向服务器发送交互请求,以从服务器获取所选择的目标第二终端的数据集合;其中,数据集合至少包括一个目标数据;选择模块用于从第二终端的数据集合中选择目标数据,然后获得目标数据的权限或权属、或利用目标数据或其获取方式信息实现基于目标数据的数据交互;通知模块用于在获取目标数据后,向服务器发送通知信息,以使服务器在接收到通知信息后,建立第一终端与选择的目标第二终端的交互关系。
本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种建立交互关系的交互终端,交互终端为服务器,包括接收模块、查找模块、发送模块以及获取模块;接收模块用于接收第二终端发送的数据集合;其中,数据集合至少包括一个目标数据;查找模块用于在收到第一终端发送的交互需求在数据库中查找至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个的第二终端的集合;发送模块用于当查找模块查找到与交互需求匹配的第二终端时,向第一终端发送查找到的第二终端的集合;获取模块用于当接收模块接收到第一终端发送的交互请求时,获取目标第二终端的数据集合;其中,交互请求是第一终端从第二终端的集合选择目标第二终端时,向服务器发送的,交互请求包括选择的目标第二终端的信息,数据集合至少包括一个目标数据;发送模块还用于当获取模块获取到数据集合时,向第一终端发送数据集合;通知模块用于当接收模块接收到第一终端发送的通知信息时,建立第一终端与选择的目标第二终端的交互关系。其中,通知信息是第一终端从第二终端的数据集合获取目标数据后发送的。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,第一终端根据第二终端的数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的至少一个来选择目标第二终端;并通过服务器在目标第二终端的数据集合中选择目标数据,然后获得目标数据的权限或权属、或利用目标数据或其获取方式信息实现基于目标数据的数据交互;然后使服务器建立第一终端与选择的目标第二终端的交互关系。因此,第一终端先对数据交互的对象进行选择和匹配,由符合要求的对象提供所需交互的数据,在交互完成后建立交互关系;一方面,提高第一终端对目标第二终端选择的效率,提高网络数据传输、投放的准确度,减少网络数据的无效传输、资源消耗,另一方面,通过建立交互关系也便于第一终端和目标第二终端再次进行数据交互。

【具体实施方式】
参阅图1,本发明建立交互关系的方法第一实施方式的流程图,该方法包括:
步骤101:第一终端向服务器发送交互需求,以从服务器获取至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个的第二终端的集合。
以下我们将交互方的数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量定义为交互信息。
其中,该第二终端的集合可以是第二终端的列表,该列表可以包括每个第二终端的标识,如名称、图标等。
在一种实施方式中,该交互信息可以是第一终端设置的,并通过交互需求发送给服务器,以使服务器筛选交互信息至少满足交互信息中的一个的第二终端,并将第二终端的集合发送给第一终端。
在另一种实施方式中,该交互信息可以是服务器默认设置的,当第一终端向服务器发送交互需求时,服务器根据默认设置筛选至少满足交互信息中的一个的第二终端,并将第二终端的集合发送给第一终端。
在其他实施方式中,该交互信息也可以是服务器根据第一终端的交互信息来筛选出与第一终端的交互属性相同或相近的第二终端在步骤101中,第一终端和第二终端可以是实现数据交互的客户端,服务器可以是服务器。服务器可以预先保存了该第一终端和每个第二终端的交互信息,在筛选时根据第一终端的交互信息匹配与之相同的第二终端。
在步骤101中,第一终端或服务器还可以对筛选后的至少两个第二终端与该第一终端之间的交互信息按照相似度从高到低的顺序进行排列,交互信息的相似度也可以显示在列表中。
具体地,若第一终端与第二终端的数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量全部相同,其交互信息相似度则为100%,若三者中只有一项相同,其交互信息相似度则为33.3%。当然,数据持有量和数据交互量还可以进一步具体比较。
另外,在本实施方式中,该交互信息可以是基于第一终端本身的交互信息来设置的,在其他实施方式中,该交互信息也可以是第一终端或服务器任意设置的。
步骤102:第一终端从第二终端的集合中选择目标第二终端,并向服务器发送交互请求,以从服务器获取所选择的目标第二终端的数据集合;其中,数据集合至少包括一个目标数据。
目标第二终端是指第一终端期望建立交互关系并从第二终端集合中选择的一个第二终端;目标数据是指在目标第二终端的多个数据中,第一终端期望获得的一个数据。
在步骤102中,从第二终端的集合中选择目标第二终端可以是第一终端主动选择,也可以是第一终端根据预设的规则自动选择,并将选择结果发送给服务器;服务器再根据第一终端的选择结果将目标第二终端的数据集合发送给第一终端。
其中,服务器预存每个第二终端的数据,其中至少包括了目标第二终端的目标数据。
在交互属性是第一终端设置的实施方式中,步骤102具体为:在第二终端的集合中确认与交互需求匹配的需要建立交互关系的第二终端。
具体地,第一终端在对服务器发送交互需求时包含了要求第二终端的至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个的条件,服务器根据该条件从多个第二终端中筛选符合该条件的第二终端并将符合该条件的第二终端集合发给第一终端,该集合包括了每个第二终端的标识和与其交互信息,以便第一终端根据这些信息再次进行选择,其中,所述第二终端的标识至少包括所述第二终端的身份标识或设备标识。
步骤103:第一终端从目标第二终端的数据集合中选择目标数据,然后获得目标数据的权限或权属、或利用目标数据或其获取方式信息实现基于目标数据的数据交互。
目标数据的权限或权属是指第一终端获得目标数据的独占权或使用权,对于独占权而言,一般情况下目标数据是无法复制,具有唯一性,即若第一终端获得后,服务器则不再拥有该目标数据。
其中,第一终端获得目标数据的方式可以是下载、保存,也可以是将目标数据加入自己的数据库等。
下面举例说明:若目标数据指代某一商品或其获取方式,则第一终端可以利用该目标数据兑换该商品;若目标数据指代兑换券或其获取方式,则第一终端可以利用该目标数据兑换相应的物品;若目标数据为虚拟物品如网络游戏中的装备,则第一终端可以在虚拟世界使用该虚拟物品。
在一具体的实施方式中,该目标数据为物信证或物信证的获取方式信息,物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方生成的集成所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证;所述商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息。
如上所述,该物信证是提供方(如产品的生产厂家)预先提供的,即,每个商品/服务都具有一个对应的物信证,该物信证所包含的涉及到交易的信息实际上提供方的信息,而不是第二终端的信息。因此,当第一终端接受该物信证,并利用该物信证实现该电子商务功能以获得该商品/服务时,利用该物信证生成交易订单,实际进行交易的双方为第一终端和提供方。当第一终端确认接受,则利用物信证生成相应的交易订单,并且根据该交易订单将货款直接支付给提供方,提供方接受该交易订单时根据第一终端的信息发货。第二终端的作用为从提供方获取商品/服务的物信证,并将这些物信证发布至需要购买的交互方。
进一步地,该物信证的获取方式信息为网页的链接地址,该网页内含该物信证功能,用于提供该目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。例如,第一终端或第二终端(或者其他交互方)在具有商品/服务的物信证时,通过对链接地址的点击或选择,能够直接打开并显示一网页,该网页则用于提供该商品/服务信息及电子商务功能,如,商品/服务的介绍、规格参数、购买记录、评价,以及能够跳转至订单生成界面和/或支付界面的链接按键等。更进一步地,还可以一旦点击或选择该链接则自动完成所有生成订单所需的各种功能,实现一键完成订单,甚至一键完成订单及支付。
参阅图2,下面以目标数据为管理员密码为例,对本发明实施方式中的建立交互关系的方法再一次进行举例说明。
其中,该第一终端为客户端A201,该第二终端为客户端A203,该服务器为数据管理服务器202。其中,每个客户端A203中对应保存一个或多个终端设备的管理员密码,该管理员密码用于对相应的终端设备执行管理员权限。该客户端A201、客户端B203以及终端设备可以是个人计算机、平板电脑、智能手机等能够通过网络与该数据管理服务器202进行数据交互传输的设备。
当客户端A201向数据管理服务器202发送包括要求客户端A203至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个的交互需求时,该数据管理服务器202响应该请求,并根据预先保存的每个客户端A201的交互信息查找客户端A201附近一定范围内的多个客户端B203,并将包含目标客户端B203的列表发送至客户端A201。该数据管理服务器202预先保存了客户端A201以及每个客户端B203的交互信息。
客户端A201选择交互信息最接近或其他任意一客户端B203作为数据交互的目标客户端。客户端A201将需要客户端B203的资料和物信证列表的请求信息发送至管理服务器202,管理服务器202从客户端B203下载客户端B203的资料和数据集合或管理服务器202预先保存了客户端B203的资料和数据集合,并将该资料和物信证列表发送至客户端A201,客户端A201从物信证列表中选择一目标物信证,以获得数据的权属或权限,完成数据交互。
其中,为了数据信息的安全,该交互的数据可以是对客户端C的管理员密码进行加密后形成的数据包以及解密该数据包的密钥。客户端A201接受该数据时,利用该密钥以及提供该客户端C的管理员密码的设备所提供的另一密钥,对该数据包进行解密和解压缩,从而得到客户端C的管理员密码。
在完成数据交互后,客户端A201向管理服务器202发送一完成数据交互的信息,则管理服务器建立客户端A201与客户端B203的交互关系。
步骤104:第一终端向服务器发送通知信息,以使服务器在接收到通知信息后,建立第一终端与选择的目标第二终端的交互关系。
其中,该通知信息可以包括第一终端获得目标数据成功的信息,也可以包括第一终端发出的愿意与目标第二终端建立交互关系的信息。
建立交互关系可以是第一终端和目标第二终端互相添加为好友,第一终端和目标第二终端的表示信息保存于对方的好友列表中,以便再次进行数据交互。
区别于现有技术,本实施方式通过第一终端根据第二终端的数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的至少一个来选择目标第二终端;并通过服务器在目标第二终端的数据集合中选择目标数据,然后获得目标数据的权限或权属、或利用目标数据或其获取方式信息实现基于目标数据的数据交互;然后使服务器建立第一终端与选择的目标第二终端的交互关系。因此,第一终端先对数据交互的对象进行选择和匹配,由符合要求的对象提供所需交互的数据,在交互完成后建立交互关系;一方面,提高第一终端对目标第二终端选择的效率,提高网络数据传输、投放的准确度,减少网络数据的无效传输、资源消耗,另一方面,通过建立交互关系也便于第一终端和目标第二终端再次进行数据交互。

步骤301:服务器接收第二终端发送的数据集合。
其中,数据集合至少包括一个目标数据;在一种实施方式中,该数据集合为数据列表,
步骤302:服务器在收到第一终端发送的交互需求后在数据库中查找至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个的第二终端的集合。
在一种实施方式中,交互需求至少包括要求第二终端的数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的至少一个满足预设值。
步骤303:当服务器查找到至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个的第二终端时,向第一终端发送查找到的第二终端的集合。
其中,第二终端的集合至少包括第二终端的标识。步骤303具体为:获取与交互请求匹配的第二终端的资料,并将资料向第一终端发送,以便第一终端查看。
在本实施方式中,服务器为服务器,预先保存了第一终端以及每个第二终端及与其他交互方的交互信息。当该服务器接收到第一终端的交互需求时,根据第一终端的交互信息确定每个第二终端的交互信息是否满足预设要求,并将记录了至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个的的第二终端信息的列表发送至第一终端。其中,该信息至少包括名称和交互信息中的一个,以供第一终端进一步地筛选使用。
步骤304:当服务器接收到第一终端发送的与目标第二终端的交互请求时,获取目标第二终端的数据集合。
其中,交互请求是第一终端从第二终端的集合中选择目标第二终端时,向服务器发送的,交互请求包括选择的目标第二终端的信息,数据集合至少包括一个目标数据。
步骤305:服务器向第一终端发送数据集合。
步骤306:当服务器接收到第一终端发送的通知信息时,建立第一终端与选择的目标第二终端的交互关系。
其中,通知信息是第一终端从第二终端的数据集合中获取目标数据后发送的。建立第一终端与选择的第二终端的交互关系的步骤具体为:建立第一终端与选择的第二终端之间的即时通信关系,或建立第一终端与选择的第二终端之间的好友关系,或建立第一终端获取查看选择的第二终端的资料的权限,或建立第一终端关注选择的第二终端的关系。
在本实施方式中,该目标数据为物信证或物信证的获取方式信息,该物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方生成的集成该目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证。
进一步地,该物信证的获取方式信息为网页的链接地址,该网页内含该物信证功能,用于提供该目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
其中,该第一终端获得该目标数据或其权限或权属具体为:该第一终端获得该物信证的所有权,或利用该物信证实现该电子商务功能以获得该商品/服务。
进一步地,该第二终端向该第一终端发送的物信证包含该第二终端的身份识别信息。当第一终端获得该物信证的所有权时,则将该第二终端的身份识别信息替换为第一终端的身份识别信息。

    第一终端从所述第二终端的集合中选择目标第二终端,并向所述服务器发送交互请求,以从所述服务器获取所选择的所述目标第二终端的数据集合;其中,所述数据集合至少包括一个目标数据;
    第一终端从所述目标第二终端的数据集合中选择目标数据,然后获得所述目标数据的权限或权属、或利用所述目标数据或其获取方式信息实现基于所述目标数据的数据交互;
    第一终端向所述服务器发送通知信息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述通知信息后,建立所述第一终端与所述选择的目标第二终端的交互关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述交互需求至少包括要求第二终端至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端的集合至少包括所述第二终端的标识以及与所述交互需求匹配的信息;
    其中,所述第二终端的标识至少包括所述第二终端的身份标识或设备标识;
    从所述第二终端的集合中选择目标第二终端的步骤具体为:在所述第二终端的集合中确认与所述交互需求匹配的需要建立交互关系的第二终端。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标数据为物信证或物信证的获取方式信息,所述物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方生成的集成所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证;所述商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息。

  6. 一种建立交互关系的方法,应用于服务器,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    服务器接收第二终端发送的数据集合;其中,所述数据集合至少包括一个目标数据;
    服务器在收到第一终端发送的交互需求后在数据库中查找至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个的第二终端的集合;
    当服务器查找到至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个的第二终端时,向所述第一终端发送查找到的所述第二终端的集合;
    当服务器接收到所述第一终端发送的与目标第二终端的交互请求时,获取所述目标第二终端的数据集合;其中,所述交互请求是所述第一终端从所述第二终端的集合中选择所述目标第二终端时,向所述服务器发送的,所述数据集合至少包括一个目标数据;
    服务器向所述第一终端发送所述数据集合;
    当服务器接收到所述第一终端发送的通知信息时,建立所述第一终端与所述选择的目标第二终端的交互关系;其中,所述通知信息是所述第一终端从所述第二终端的数据集合中获取所述目标数据后发送的。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述交互需求至少包括要求第二终端至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个;
    当接收到所述第一终端发送的与目标第二终端的交互请求时,所述方法还包括:获取与所述交互请求匹配的所述第二终端的资料,并将所述资料向所述第一终端发送,以便所述第一终端查看。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,建立所述第一终端与所述选择的第二终端的交互关系的步骤具体为:建立所述第一终端与所述选择的第二终端之间的即时通信关系,或建立所述第一终端与所述选择的第二终端之间的好友关系,或建立所述第一终端获取查看所述选择的第二终端的资料的权限,或建立所述第一终端关注所述选择的第二终端的关系。
  9. 一种建立交互关系的交互终端,其特征在于,所述交互终端为第一终端,包括发送模块、请求模块、选择模块以及通知模块;
    所述发送模块用于向服务器发送交互需求,以从所述服务器获取至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个的第二终端的集合;
    所述请求模块用于从所述第二终端的集合中选择目标第二终端,并向所述服务器发送交互请求,以从所述服务器获取所选择的所述目标第二终端的数据集合;其中,所述数据集合至少包括一个目标数据;

    所述通知模块用于在获取所述目标数据后,向所述服务器发送通知信息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述通知信息后,建立所述第一终端与所述选择的目标第二终端的交互关系。
  10. 一种建立交互关系的交互终端,其特征在于,所述交互终端为服务器,包括接收模块、查找模块、发送模块以及获取模块;
    所述接收模块用于接收第二终端发送的数据集合;其中,所述数据集合至少包括一个目标数据;
    所述查找模块用于在收到第一终端发送的交互需求在数据库中查找至少满足预设数据持有量、数据类型或数据交互量中的一个的第二终端的集合;
    所述发送模块用于当所述查找模块查找到与所述交互需求匹配的第二终端时,向所述第一终端发送查找到的所述第二终端的集合;
    所述获取模块用于当所述接收模块接收到所述第一终端发送的交互请求时,获取所述目标第二终端的数据集合;其中,所述交互请求是所述第一终端从所述第二终端的集合选择所述目标第二终端时,向所述服务器发送的,所述交互请求包括选择的所述目标第二终端的信息,所述数据集合至少包括一个目标数据;
    所述发送模块还用于当所述获取模块获取到所述数据集合时,向所述第一终端发送所述数据集合;
