为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种数据交互处理装置,所述装置包括:发送模块,用于向服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息,使所述服务器将所述需求信息发送给第二终端以及接收所述第二终端对所述需求信息产生的响应信息;其中,所述响应信息包含所述第二终端用户信息;接收模块,用于接收所述服务器发送的所述第二终端用户信息;选择模块,用于向所述服务器发送对所述第二终端用户的选择结果以确定目标第二终端,使所述服务器向所述目标第二终端发送交互请求;以及执行模块,用于接收所述第二终端发送的与所述需求信息匹配的目标数据,以获得所述目标数据。
区别于现有技术,第一终端通过服务器向多个第二终端发布目标数据的需求信息,并根据反馈的第二终端用户信息选择需要进行数据交互的第二终端,并通过服务器将需要交互的目标数据的相关信息发送至选择的第二终端,使第二终端确认接受该需求信息时将相应的目标数据发送至第一终端,由第一终端执行该目标数据实现数据交互。因此,第一终端可以根据需要选择目标数据交互的第二终端,提高匹配的灵活性。并且,第二终端通过目标数据的形式进行数据交互,在提高数据交互效率的同时还提高数据信息传输的安全性。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,为本发明第一实施方式的一种数据交互处理方法的流程示意图。该实施方式示出的方法流程包括:
步骤S10,第一终端向服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息。
步骤S11,该服务器接收该目标数据的需求信息,并分别向至少两个第二终端发送该目标数据的需求信息。
步骤S12,该至少两个第二终端接收需求信息,并分别对需求信息产生一响应信息和向服务器发送响应信息。
其中,该响应信息包含该第二终端用户信息。
具体地,该第二终端用户信息至少包括用户名、操作日志、信用等级的其中一种。
步骤S13,该服务器接收该至少两个第二终端发送的响应信息,并将该第二终端用户信息发送至该第一终端。
步骤S14,该第一终端接收该第二终端用户信息,并向该服务器发送在该至少两个第二终端用户中的选择结果以确定目标第二终端。
在步骤S14中,该第一终端根据接收到的第二终端用户信息选择需要的第二终端用户,如,第一终端选择信用等级符合预定条件的第二终端用户,将其作为目标第二终端。
步骤S15,该服务器向确定的该目标第二终端发送交互请求。
步骤S16,该目标第二终端接收该交互请求,并将与该需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至该第一终端。
其中,该目标数据为物信证,该物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成该目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证,该商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息。
步骤S17,该第一终端获得该目标数据。
具体地,该第一终端接收物信证的获取方式信息,执行该电子商务功能获得该物信证。
进一步地,该获取方式信息为物信证的链接地址,该链接地址对应的页面内含该物信证功能,用于提供该目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
下面对本发明实施方式中的数据交互处理方法进行举例说明。
例如,该第一终端为客户端A,该服务器为数据管理服务器,该第二终端分别为客户端B1和客户端B2。其中,客户端B1、B2中均对应保存一个或多个终端设备的管理员密码,该管理员密码用于对相应的终端设备执行管理员权限。该客户端A、B1、B2以及终端设备可以是个人计算机、平板电脑、智能手机等能够通过网络与该数据管理服务器进行数据交互传输的设备。
当客户端A向数据管理服务器发送请求获取终端设备C的管理员密码的需求信息时,数据管理服务器将该需求信息同时发布至客户端B1、B2。客户端B1、B2均保存了终端设备C的管理员密码时,因此同时向数据管理管理服务器发送一响应信息。
该数据管理服务器将客户端B1、B2的信息发送至客户端A进行选择,当客户端A根据需要选择了客户端B1作为数据交互对象,并通过服务器将选择结果通知客户端B1。此时,客户端B1将终端设备C的管理员密码对应的目标数据发送至客户端A。
客户端A接收到该目标数据时,可以再次判断该目标数据是否满足其要求。若是,则接受该目标数据并执行该目标数据执行或开启相应的功能以实现终端设备C的管理员密码的交互。其中,为了数据信息的安全,该目标数据可以是对终端设备C的管理员密码进行加密后形成的数据包以及解密该数据包的密钥。客户端A接受该目标数据时,执行该密钥以及提供该终端设备C的管理员密码的设备所提供的另一密钥,对该数据包进行解密和解压缩,从而得到终端设备C的管理员密码。
以上方案中,第一终端通过服务器向多个第二终端发布目标数据的需求信息,并根据反馈的第二终端用户信息选择需要进行数据交互的第二终端,并通过服务器将需要交互的目标数据的相关信息发送至选择的第二终端,使第二终端确认接受该需求信息时将相应的目标数据发送至第一终端,由第一终端执行该目标数据实现数据交互。因此,第一终端可以根据需要选择目标数据交互的第二终端,提高匹配的灵活性。并且,第二终端通过目标数据的形式传送目标数据,在提高数据交互效率的同时还提高数据信息传输的安全性。
进一步地,目标数据还可以是商品信息、文字数据、音频数据、视频数据、程序数据或金融领域的资金数据等。如果是商品/服务信息,则此时第一终端是买方客户端,服务器是电商平台服务器,第二终端是卖方客户端。
下面对本发明实施方式中的数据交互处理方法再一次进行举例说明。其中,该第一终端是买方客户端(以下简称为买方),该第二终端是卖方客户端(以下简称为卖方),该服务器是运行电商平台的服务器(以下简称为服务器)。
买方向服务器发送获取目标商品/服务的需求信息。具体地,该需求信息至少包括目标商品/服务的名称信息,为进一步提高交易准确度,还可以进一步包括价格、规格参数等信息中的至少一种。
该服务器接收该目标商品/服务的需求信息,并分别向至少两个卖方发送该目标商品/服务的需求信息。其中,服务器可以同时向多个卖方发送该需求信息。
该至少两个卖方分别接收该目标商品/服务的需求信息,并相应地产生一响应信息。其中,该响应信息包含该卖方的信息。具体地,该卖方信息至少包括用户名、销售记录、信用等级、评价的其中一种。多个卖方接收到该需求信息时,判断是否拥有该目标商品/服务以确定是否接受该需求信息。
该服务器分别接收该至少两个卖方发送的响应信息,并将该卖方信息发送至该买方。
该买方接收该卖方信息,并向该服务器发送在该至少两个卖方中的选择结果以确定交易参与方。具体地,买方在服务器发送过来的卖方信息中选择需要的卖方,如,买方选择信用等级符合预定条件的卖方,将其作为交易参与方。
该服务器向确定的该交易参与方发送该目标商品/服务的需求信息。
该交易参与方接收该目标商品/服务的需求信息,并将与该需求信息匹配的物信证发送至该买方。
该买方接收该物信证,并执行物信证的电子商务功能获得该物信证,同时实现该物信证的目标商品/服务的购买。具体地,该买方接收到该物信证时,可以通过链接地址查看商品/服务的相关信息,以确定是否需要购买。当确认购买时,接受该物信证并执行物信证的电子商务功能获得该物信证,同时实现该物信证的目标商品/服务的购买。当确认不购买时,可以拒绝接受该物信证。
以上方案中,买方通过服务器向多个卖方发布目标商品/服务的需求信息,并且根据反馈的卖方信息选择需要交易的卖方,通过服务器将需要购买的商品/服务的相关信息发送给选择的卖方,使卖方确认接受该需求信息时将匹配的物信证发送至买方,由买方执行该物信证完成交易订单的生成以实现目标商品/服务的购买。因此,买方根据需要选择目标商品/服务交易的卖方,从而提高匹配的灵活性,提高购买流程的效率。
请参阅图2,为本发明第二实施方式的一种数据交互处理方法,该实施方式示出的方法流程包括:
步骤S20,服务器接收第一终端发送的获取目标数据的需求信息。
步骤S21,分别向至少两个第二终端发送该目标数据的需求信息。
其中,该响应信息包含该第二终端用户信息。
具体地,该卖方信息至少包括用户名、销售记录、信用等级、评价的其中一种。
步骤S22,接收该至少两个第二终端根据需求信息产生并发送的响应信息。
步骤S23,将第二终端用户信息发送至第一终端。
步骤S24,接收第一终端对第二终端用户的选择结果以确定目标第二终端。
步骤S25,向该目标第二终端发送交互请求,使该目标第二终端接收该交互请求,并将与该需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至该第一终端,使该第一终端获得该目标数据。
其中,该目标数据为物信证,该物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成该目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证,该商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息。
请参阅图3,为本发明第三实施方式的一种数据交互处理方法,该实施方式示出的方法流程包括:
步骤S30,第一终端向服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息,使该服务器将该目标数据的需求信息分别发送给至少两个第二终端以及分别接收该至少两个第二终端产生的响应信息。
其中,该响应信息包含该第二终端用户信息。
步骤S31,接收该服务器发送的该第二终端用户信息,并向该服务器发送在该至少两个第二终端中的选择结果以确定目标第二终端,使该服务器向该目标第二终端发送交互请求。
步骤S32,接收该目标第二终端发送的与该需求信息匹配的目标数据,以获得该目标数据。
请参阅图4,为本发明实施方式的数据交互处理系统的结构示意图。该实施方式示出的系统40包括:第一终端41、服务器42以及第二终端43。其中,该第一终端41和第二终端43为客户端,如,智能手机、平板电脑等。
该第一终端41用于向该服务器42发送获取目标数据的需求信息。
该服务器42用于接收该目标数据的需求信息,并向第二终端43发送该目标数据的需求信息。
该第二终端43用于接收该目标数据的需求信息,并相应地产生一响应信息。其中,该响应信息包含该第二终端用户信息。具体地,该第二终端用户信息至少包括用户名、操作日志、信用等级的其中一种。
该服务器42还用于分别接收该第二终端43发送的响应信息,并将该第二终端用户信息发送至该第一终端41。
该第一终端41还用于接收该第二终端用户信息,并向该服务器42发送对第二终端用户的选择结果以确定目标第二终端。
该服务器42还用于向第二终端43发送交互请求。其中,该目标数据为物信证,该物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成该目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证,该商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息。
该第一终端41还用于获得该目标数据。
请参阅图5,为本发明第一实施方式的数据交互处理装置,该实施方式示出的数据交互处理装置50包括接收模块51以及发送模块52。在本实施方式中,该装置50运行在一服务器中。
该接收模块51用于接收第一终端发送的获取目标数据的需求信息。
该发送模块52用于分别向至少两个第二终端发送该目标数据的需求信息,使该至少两个第二终端分别接收该目标数据的需求信息,并相应地产生一响应信息。其中,该响应信息包含该第二终端用户信息。
该接收模块51还用于分别接收该至少两个第二终端发送的响应信息,并将该第二终端用户信息发送至该第一终端,使该第一终端接收该第二终端用户信息,并向该第二终端发送在该至少两个第二终端中的选择结果以确定目标第二终端。
该发送模块52还用于向确定的该目标第二终端发送交互请求,使该目标第二终端接收该交互请求,并将与该需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至该第一终端,并在该第一终端确认接受该目标数据时执行该目标数据执行或开启相应的功能以实现该目标数据的交互。其中,该目标数据是该目标数据的提供终端开出的集成该目标数据交互所需功能的执行体或其开启终端式。
其中,该目标数据为物信证,该物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成该目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证,该商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息。
请参阅图6,为本发明第二实施方式的数据交互处理装置,该实施方式示出的数据交互处理装置60包括发送模块61、接收模块62、选择模块63以及执行模块64。
该发送模块61用于向服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息,使该服务器将该目标数据的需求信息分别发送给至少两个第二终端以及分别接收该至少两个第二终端产生的响应信息。其中,该响应信息包含该第二终端用户信息。
该接收模块62用于接收该服务器发送的该第二终端用户信息。
该选择模块63用于向该服务器发送在该至少两个第二终端中的选择结果以确定目标第二终端,使该服务器向该目标第二终端发送交互请求。
该执行模块64用于接收该目标第二终端发送的与该需求信息匹配的目标数据,以获得该目标数据。
本发明提供的一种数据交互处理方法、系统及装置,第一终端通过服务器向多个第二终端发布目标数据的需求信息,并根据反馈的第二终端用户信息选择需要进行数据交互的第二终端,并通过服务器将需要交互的目标数据的相关信息发送至选择的第二终端,使第二终端确认接受该需求信息时将相应的目标数据发送至第一终端,由第一终端执行该目标数据实现数据交互。因此,第一终端可以根据需要选择目标数据交互的第二终端,提高匹配的灵活性。并且,第二终端通过目标数据的形式进行数据交互,在提高数据交互效率的同时还提高数据信息传输的安全性。
在上述实施例中,仅对本发明进行了示范性描述,但是本领域技术人员在阅读本专利申请后可以在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下对本发明进行各种修改。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种数据交互处理方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    第一终端向服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息;
    所述服务器接收所述需求信息,并向至少两个第二终端发送所述需求信息;
    所述至少两个第二终端接收所述需求信息,并分别对所述需求信息产生一响应信息以及向所述服务器发送所述响应信息;其中,所述响应信息包含所述第二终端用户信息;
    所述服务器接收所述响应信息,并将所述第二终端用户信息发送至所述第一终端;
    所述第一终端接收所述第二终端用户信息,并向所述服务器发送对所述第二终端用户的选择结果以确定目标第二终端;
    所述服务器向所述目标第二终端发送交互请求;
    所述目标第二终端接收所述交互请求,并将与所述需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至所述第一终端;以及
    所述第一终端获得所述目标数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的数据交互处理方法,其中,所述目标数据为物信证,所述物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证,所述商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息;
    所述第一终端获得所述目标数据的步骤具体为:
    所述第一终端接收物信证的获取方式信息,并执行所述电子商务功能获得所述物信证。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的数据交互处理方法,其中,所述获取方式信息为物信证的链接地址,所述链接地址对应的页面内含所述物信证功能,用于提供所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的数据交互处理方法,其中,所述服务器向所述目标第二终端发送所述交互请求的步骤具体为:
    所述服务器向所述目标第二终端发送所述交互请求,以及向所述未被选择的第二终端发送交互失败信息。
  5. 一种数据交互处理方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    服务器接收第一终端发送的获取目标数据的需求信息;
    向至少两个第二终端发送所述需求信息;
    接收所述至少两个第二终端根据所述需求信息产生并发送的响应信息,其中,所述响应信息包含所述第二终端用户信息;
    将所述第二终端用户信息发送至所述第一终端;
    接收所述第一终端对所述第二终端用户信息的选择结果以确定目标第二终端;
    向所述目标第二终端发送交互请求,使所述目标第二终端将与所述需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至所述第一终端,使所述第一终端获得所述目标数据。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的数据交互处理方法,其中,所述目标数据为物信证,所述物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证,所述商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息;
    所述第一终端获得所述目标数据的步骤具体为:
    所述第一终端接收物信证的获取方式信息,并执行所述电子商务功能获得所述物信证。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的数据交互处理方法,其中,所述获取方式信息为物信证的链接地址,所述网页内含所述物信证功能,用于提供所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
  8. 一种数据交互处理方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    第一终端向服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息,使所述服务器将所述需求信息发送给至少两个第二终端以及接收所述至少两个第二终端对所述需求信息产生的响应信息;其中,所述响应信息包含所述第二终端用户信息;
    接收所述服务器发送的所述第二终端用户信息,并向所述服务器发送对所述第二终端用户的选择结果以确定目标第二终端,使所述服务器向所述目标第二终端发送交互请求;以及
    接收所述目标第二终端发送的与所述需求信息匹配的目标数据,以获得所述目标数据。
  9. 一种数据交互处理系统,其中,所述系统包括:第一终端、服务器以及第二终端,
    所述第一终端用于向所述服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息;
    所述服务器用于接收所述需求信息,并向第二终端发送所述需求信息;
    所述第二终端用于接收所述需求信息,并对所述需求信息产生一响应信息并向所述服务器发送所述响应信息;其中,所述响应信息包含所述第二终端用户信息;
    所述服务器还用于接收所述响应信息,并将所述第二终端用户信息发送至所述第一终端;
    所述第一终端还用于接收所述第二终端用户信息,并向所述服务器发送对所述第二终端用户的选择结果以确定目标第二终端;
    所述服务器还用于向所述第二终端发送交互请求;
    所述第二终端还用于将与所述需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至所述第一终端;
    所述第一终端还用于获得所述目标数据。
  10. 一种数据交互处理装置,其中,所述装置包括接收模块以及发送模块,
    所述接收模块用于接收第一终端发送的获取目标数据的需求信息;
    所述发送模块用于向第二终端发送所述需求信息;
    所述接收模块还用于接收所述第二终端根据所述需求信息产生并发送的响应信息,其中,所述响应信息包含所述第二终端用户信息;
    所述发送模块还用于将所述第二终端用户信息发送至所述第一终端;
    所述接收模块还用于接收所述第一终端对所述第二终端用户的选择结果;
    所述发送模块还用于向所述第二终端发送交互请求,使所述第二终端将与所述需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至所述第一终端,使所述第一终端获得所述目标数据。
  11. 一种数据交互处理装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    发送模块,用于向服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息,使所述服务器将所述需求信息发送给至少两个第二终端以及接收所述至少两个第二终端对所述需求信息产生的响应信息;其中,所述响应信息包含所述第二终端用户信息;
    接收模块,用于接收所述服务器发送的所述第二终端用户信息;
    选择模块,用于向所述服务器发送对所述第二终端用户的选择结果以确定目标第二终端,使所述服务器向所述目标第二终端发送交互请求;以及
    执行模块,用于接收所述第二终端发送的与所述需求信息匹配的目标数据,以获得所述目标数据。
