随着互联网的广泛应用与普及,越来越多的人通过网络建立社交圈,网络购买已逐渐成为现代人最喜欢使用的采买方式之一。
目前,现有建立社交关系的方法包括开放式和封闭式两种。其中,开放式建立社交关系的方法为陌生人之间可以建立社交关系;封闭式建立社交关系的方法为在获知对方的账号信息,并通过对方进行确认后,才可以社交关系。
而随着电子商务的发展,越来越多的用户通过网络进行购物,人们在购物的同时,也希望拓展自己的社交圈子,然而现有技术中扩大社交圈子的方法一般只能通过社交本身来扩展,如通过一些社交软件平台等,方式较传统,效果也比较有限。不管是何种社交方式,采用现有的建立社交关系的方法都无法与电子商务活动很好地结合起来。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种建立交互关系的方法及交互装置,能够在获取到目标数据时,与目标数据的持有方建立社交关系。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第一个技术方案是:提供一种建立交互关系的方法,所述方法包括:第一终端向服务器发送交互需求,并接收所述服务器发送的匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;根据第一终端用户的选择,向所述服务器发送与所选择的第二终端建立交互关系的交互请求; 接收所述服务器在接收所述交互请求后发送的所述第二终端的数据列表,并根据第一终端用户的选择,获取所选择的目标数据;以及在获取到所述目标数据后,向所述服务器发送通知信息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述通知信息时建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第二个技术方案是:提供一种建立交互关系的方法,所述方法包括:服务器接收第二终端发送的数据列表;服务器根据第一终端发送的交互需求,向所述第一终端发送匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;接收所述第一终端发送的交互请求,其中,所述交互请求包括所述第一终端用户根据所述用户列表选择的建立交互关系的第二终端;向所述第一终端发送所述第二终端的数据列表,使所述第一终端根据所述数据列表获取所述目标数据;接收所述第一终端从所述第二终端获取到所述目标数据后而发送的通知信息,建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第四个技术方案是:提供一种建立交互关系的交互装置,所述交互装置包括发送模块、控制模块以及接收模块;所述发送模块用于向服务器发送交互需求;所述接收模块用于接收所述服务器发送的匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;所述控制模块用于从所述用户列表中选择建立交互关系的第二终端,并向所述服务器发送交互请求;所述接收模块还用于接收所述服务器发送的所述第二终端的数据列表,并从所述数据列表中选择目标数据;所述接收模块还用于接收所述目标数据;所述发送模块还用于在所述接收模块获取到所述目标数据后,向所述服务器发送通知信息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述通知信息时建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的第五个技术方案是:提供一种建立交互关系的交互装置,所述交互装置包括接收模块、发送模块以及控制模块;所述接收模块用于接收第二终端发送的数据列表;所述发送模块用于根据第一终端发送的交互需求,向所述第一终端发送匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;所述接收模块还用于接收所述第一终端发送的交互请求,其中,所述交互请求包括所述第一终端根据所述用户列表选择的建立交互关系的第二终端;所述发送模块还用于向所述第一终端发送所述第二终端的数据列表,使所述第一终端根据所述数据列表获取所述目标数据;所述控制模块用于在所述接收模块接收到所述第一终端从所述第二终端获取到所述目标数据后而发送的通知信息,建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
上述方案,第一终端向服务器发送交互需求,从服务器获取与交互需求匹配的第二终端的列表,并在根据第二终端的列表确定需要建立交互关系的第二终端后,向服务器发送交互请求,以从服务器获取确定的第二终端的数据列表,进而根据第二终端的数据列表获取目标数据或目标数据的权限,在获取到目标数据或目标数据的权限之后,通知服务器建立第一终端与第二终端的交互关系,第一终端能够在获取到目标数据时,与目标数据的持有方建立交互关系,方便交互双方的数据传输。

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明建立交互关系的方法一实施例的流程示意图。本实施例建立交互关系的方法包括以下步骤:
S101:第一终端向服务器发送交互需求,并接收所述服务器发送的匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表。
第一终端向服务器发送交互需求。所述交互需求还包括搜索条件;其中,所述搜索条件包括目标数据的数量以及类别、第二终端的地理位置、同类目标数据的交互次数、目标数据所属领域中的其中一个或多个的组合。
服务器接收该交互请求,根据该交互需求从本地数据库中获取与交互需求匹配的第二终端的列表,并将该列表发送至第一终端,对应地,第一终端接收该列表。
其中,第二终端的列表至少包括第二终端的标识。
服务器还可以将搜索到的第二终端根据搜索条件按规则排列。例如,当搜索条件为目标数据的数量时,可以将搜索到的第二终端将目标数据的数量按从高到低(或从低到高)的顺序排列显示,以便第一终端的用户查看。在此不做限定。
S102:根据第一终端用户的选择,向所述服务器发送与所选择的第二终端建立交互关系的交互请求。
第一终端在获取到服务器发送的第二终端的列表之后,待用于从第二终端的列表中确定需要建立交互关系的第二终端后,根据用户的选择确定建立交互关系的第二终端之后,向服务器发送交互请求。
S103:接收所述服务器在接收所述交互请求后发送的所述第二终端的数据列表,并根据第一终端用户的选择,获取所选择的目标数据。
服务器接收该交互请求获取第一终端确定的第二终端的数据列表。
其中,交互请求包含第一终端确定的第二终端的信息。第二终端的列表至少包括第二终端的标识。第二终端的数据列表至少包括一个目标数据。
在获取到该数据列表后,服务器根据第一终端用户的选择,获取所选择的目标数据。
其中,目标数据可以为第二终端的数据列表中任意一个,此处不作限制。
进一步地,目标数据为物信证,物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证。所述商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息;
获取所述目标数据的步骤具体为:
接收所述物信证的获取方式信息,并执行所述电子商务功能获得所述物信证。进一步地,物信证的获取方式信息为物信证的链接地址,所述链接地址对应的页面内含所述物信证功能,用于提供目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
S104:在获取到所述目标数据后,向所述服务器发送通知信息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述通知信息时建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
第一终端在获取到目标数据后,向服务器发送通知信息,以使服务器在接收到通知信息时,建立第一终端与发送目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
进一步地,服务器建立所述第一终端与所述确定的第二终端的交互关系的步骤具体为:建立第一终端与确定的第二终端之间的即时通信关系,或建立第一终端获取确定的第二终端的资料的权限,或建立第一终端接收确定的第二终端的动态更新数据的关系(即,使第一终端用户成为第二终端用户的粉丝,以使第一终端用户能够获取第二终端用户的动态信息)。
可以理解的是,由于第一终端与第二终端均持有目标数据,在本实施例中是第一终端获取到第二终端的目标数据后,与第二终端建立交互关系;在其他实施例中,服务器也可以在获取到第一终端的目标数据后,与第一终端建立交互关系,具体实现方法请参照上述描述,此处不赘述。
下面对本发明实施方式中的数据交互处理方法进行举例说明。其中,该第一终端是买方客户端(以下简称为买方),该第二终端是卖方客户端(以下简称为卖方),该服务器是运行电商平台的服务器(以下简称为服务器)。
具体地,买方向服务器发送与卖方建立社交关系的交互需求,服务器根据向买方发送匹配该交互需求的卖方的用户列表;其中,该用户列表中包括多个物信证的信息,买方接收该用户列表,从其中获取需要购买的物信证的卖方,并向服务器发送与该卖方建立交互关系的交互请求,服务器接收该交互请求,向第一终端发送其选择的卖方的物信证列表,买方接到该物信证列表后,建立买方与卖方的社交关系,完成此次交易。
如上所述,该物信证是提供方(如产品的生产厂家)预先提供的,即,每个商品/服务都具有一个对应的物信证,该物信证所包含的涉及到交易的信息实际上提供方的信息,而不是第二终端的信息。因此,当第一终端接受该物信证,并利用该物信证实现该电子商务功能以获得该商品/服务时,利用该物信证生成交易订单,实际进行交易的双方为第一终端和提供方。当第一终端确认接受,则利用物信证生成相应的交易订单,并且根据该交易订单将货款直接支付给提供方,提供方接受该交易订单时根据第一终端的信息发货。第二终端的作用为从提供方获取商品/服务的物信证,并将这些物信证发布至需要购买的交互方。
进一步地,该目标数据还可以是数据提供方开出的集成该数据交互所需功能的执行体或目标数据的开启方式。
上述方案,第一终端向服务器发送交互需求,以从服务器获取与交互需求匹配的第二终端的列表,并在根据第二终端的列表确定需要建立交互关系的第二终端后,向服务器发送交互请求,以从服务器获取确定的第二终端的数据列表,进而根据第二终端的数据列表获取目标数据或目标数据的权限,在获取到目标数据或目标数据的权限之后,通知服务器建立第一终端与第二终端的交互关系,第一终端能够在获取到目标数据时,与目标数据的持有方建立交互关系。
请参阅图2,图2是本发明建立交互关系的方法另一实施例的流程示意图。本实施例建立交互关系的方法包括以下步骤:
S201:服务器接收第二终端发送的数据列表。
第二终端向服务器发送数据列表,对应地,服务器接收该数据列表。并将其保存在本地数据库。其中,数据列表至少包括一个目标数据。
S202:服务器根据第一终端发送的交互需求,向所述第一终端发送匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表。
第一终端向服务器发送交互需求。所述交互需求还包括搜索条件;其中,所述搜索条件包括目标数据的数量以及类别、第二终端的地理位置、同类目标数据的交互次数、目标数据所属领域中的其中一个或多个的组合。
服务器接收该交互请求,根据该交互需求从本地数据库中获取与交互需求匹配的第二终端的列表,并将该列表发送至第一终端。
服务器还可以将搜索到的第二终端根据搜索条件按规则排列。例如,当搜索条件为目标数据的数量时,可以将搜索到的第二终端将目标数据的数量按从高到低(或从低到高)的顺序排列显示,以便第一终端的用户查看。在此不做限定。
S203:接收所述第一终端发送的交互请求,其中,所述交互请求包括所述第一终端用户根据所述用户列表选择的建立交互关系的第二终端。
第一终端在获取到服务器发送的第二终端的列表之后,待用于从第二终端的列表中确定需要建立交互关系的第二终端后,根据用户的选择确定建立交互关系的第二终端之后,向服务器发送交互请求。
对应地,服务器接收该交互请求。其中,所述交互请求包括所述第一终端用户根据所述用户列表选择的建立交互关系的第二终端。
S204:向所述第一终端发送所述第二终端的数据列表,使所述第一终端根据所述数据列表获取所述目标数据。
在获取到该数据列表后,服务器根据第一终端用户的选择,获取所选择的目标数据。
其中,目标数据可以为第二终端的数据列表中任意一个,此处不作限制。
进一步地,目标数据为物信证,物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证。所述商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息;
获取所述目标数据的步骤具体为:
接收所述物信证的获取方式信息,并执行所述电子商务功能获得所述物信证。进一步地,物信证的获取方式信息为物信证的链接地址,所述链接地址对应的页面内含所述物信证功能,用于提供目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
S205:接收所述第一终端从所述第二终端获取到所述目标数据后而发送的通知信息,建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
服务器在获取到第一终端确定的第二终端的数据列表后,向第一终端发送该第二终端的数据列表,以使第一终端在接收到该数据列表,并从该数据列表中获取目标数据,向服务器发送通知信息。其中,目标数据可以为第二终端的数据列表中任意一个,此处不作限制。
服务器在接收到第一终端发送的通知信息后,识别第一终端已满足服务器的交互条件,建立第一终端与第二终端的交互关系。
进一步地,服务器建立所述第一终端与所述确定的第二终端的交互关系的步骤具体为:建立第一终端与确定的第二终端之间的即时通信关系,或建立第一终端获取确定的第二终端的资料的权限,或建立第一终端接收确定的第二终端的动态更新数据的关系(即,使第一终端用户成为第二终端用户的粉丝,以使第一终端用户能够获取第二终端用户的动态信息)。

上述方案,服务器在接收到第一终端的交互需求后,将符合交互需求的条件的第二终端发送给第一终端,并在确认第一终端从符合条件的第二终端中选择了需要建立交互关系的第二终端时,将该第二终端的数据列表发送给第一终端,在服务器确认第一终端从数据列表中获取到目标数据或目标数据的权限时,建立第一终端与该第二终端的交互关系。

所述发送模块301用于向服务器发送交互需求。

交互装置在获取到第一终端确定的第二终端的数据列表后,向第一终端发送该第二终端的数据列表,以使第一终端在接收到该数据列表,并从该数据列表中获取目标数据,向交互装置发送通知信息。其中,目标数据可以为第二终端的数据列表中任意一个,此处不作限制。
接收模块401在接收到第一终端发送的通知信息后,识别第一终端已满足服务器的交互条件,建立第一终端与第二终端的交互关系。

    第一终端向服务器发送交互需求,并接收所述服务器发送的匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;
    根据第一终端用户的选择,向所述服务器发送与所选择的第二终端建立交互关系的交互请求;
    接收所述服务器在接收所述交互请求后发送的所述第二终端的数据列表,并根据第一终端用户的选择,获取所选择的目标数据;
    以及
    在获取到所述目标数据后,向所述服务器发送通知信息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述通知信息时建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述交互需求还包括搜索条件;其中,所述搜索条件包括目标数据的数量以及类别、第二终端的地理位置、同类目标数据的交互次数、目标数据所属领域中的其中一个或多个的组合。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标数据为物信证,所述物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证,所述商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息;
    获取所选择的所述目标数据的步骤具体为:
    接收所述物信证的获取方式信息,并执行所述电子商务功能获得所述物信证。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述物信证的获取方式信息为物信证的链接地址,所述链接地址对应的页面内含所述物信证功能,用于提供所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
  5. 一种建立交互关系的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    服务器接收第二终端发送的数据列表;
    服务器根据第一终端发送的交互需求,向所述第一终端发送匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;
    接收所述第一终端发送的交互请求,其中,所述交互请求包括所述第一终端用户根据所述用户列表选择的建立交互关系的第二终端;
    向所述第一终端发送所述第二终端的数据列表,使所述第一终端根据所述数据列表获取所述目标数据;
    接收所述第一终端从所述第二终端获取到所述目标数据后而发送的通知信息,建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标数据为物信证,所述物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证,所述商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息;
    获取所述目标数据的步骤具体为:
    接收所述物信证的获取方式信息,并执行所述电子商务功能获得所述物信证。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述物信证的获取方式信息为物信证的链接地址,所述链接地址对应的页面内含所述物信证功能,用于提供所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
  8. 一种建立交互关系的交互装置,其特征在于,所述交互装置包括发送模块、控制模块以及接收模块;
    所述发送模块用于向服务器发送交互需求;
    所述接收模块用于接收所述服务器发送的匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;
    所述控制模块用于从所述用户列表中选择建立交互关系的第二终端,并向所述服务器发送交互请求;
    所述接收模块还用于接收所述服务器发送的所述第二终端的数据列表,并从所述数据列表中选择目标数据;
    所述接收模块还用于接收所述目标数据;
    所述发送模块还用于在所述接收模块获取到所述目标数据后,向所述服务器发送通知信息,以使所述服务器在接收到所述通知信息时建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的交互装置,其特征在于,所述目标数据为物信证,所述物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证,所述商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息。
  10. 一种建立交互关系的交互装置,其特征在于,所述交互装置包括接收模块、发送模块以及控制模块,
    所述接收模块用于接收第二终端发送的数据列表;
    所述发送模块用于根据第一终端发送的交互需求,向所述第一终端发送匹配所述交互需求的第二终端的用户列表;
    所述接收模块还用于接收所述第一终端发送的交互请求,其中,所述交互请求包括所述第一终端根据所述用户列表选择的建立交互关系的第二终端;
    所述发送模块还用于向所述第一终端发送所述第二终端的数据列表,使所述第一终端根据所述数据列表获取所述目标数据;
    所述控制模块用于在所述接收模块接收到所述第一终端从所述第二终端获取到所述目标数据后而发送的通知信息,建立所述第一终端与发送所述目标数据的第二终端的交互关系。
