Claims (8)
- 기재; 및상기 기재의 적어도 일면 상에 형성된 점착제층;을 포함하며,상기 점착제층은 에틸헥실아크릴레이트와 이소보닐아크릴레이트를 포함하는 모노머 혼합물을 중합하여 형성된 아크릴계 공중합체를 포함하는 점착제 조성물이 20 내지 30 ℃의 분위기 온도 하에서 6 내지 8 mW/cm2의 UV 강도를 가지는 UV 광의 조사에 의해 경화되어 형성되며,하기의 식 1에 따라 계산된 상기 점착제층의 팽창비(swelling rate)는 60% 이상인 광학용 점착 시트:[식 1]팽창비(%) = (W1 / W2) Ⅹ 100여기서,W1 = 경화된 점착제층을 일정 크기로 잘라 얻은 시편을 용제에 담그기 전 중량인 초기 중량,W2 = 상기 시편을 용제에 담가 일정 시간 방치하고, 이어서 거름 장치를 이용하여 거른 후 건조시켜 얻은 시편의 중량인 후기 중량.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분위기 온도 하에서 점착제 조성물에 조사된 총 UV 광량은 1,500 mJ/cm2 이상인 광학용 점착 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 점착제 조성물은 벤조인계 개시제, 히드록시 케톤계 개시제, 아미노 케톤계 개시제, 카프로락탐 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 광 개시제를 더 포함하는 광학용 점착 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기재는 열가소성 발포체 또는 열경화성 발포체인 광학용 점착 시트.
- 에틸헥실아크릴레이트와 이소보닐아크릴레이트를 포함하는 모노머 혼합물을 중합하여 형성된 아크릴계 공중합체를 포함하는 점착제 조성물을 형성하는 단계; 및기재의 적어도 일면 상에 상기 점착제 조성물을 도포하고, UV 경화시켜 점착제층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하되,상기 UV 경화는 20 내지 30 ℃의 분위기 온도 하에서 6 내지 8 mW/cm2의 UV 강도를 가지는 UV 광을 사용하여 수행되며,하기의 식 1에 따라 계산된 상기 점착제층의 팽창비(swelling rate)는 60% 이상인 광학용 점착 시트의 제조방법:[식 1]팽창비(%) = (W1 / W2) Ⅹ 100여기서,W1 = 경화된 점착제층을 일정 크기로 잘라 얻은 시편을 용제에 담그기 전 중량인 초기 중량,W2 = 상기 시편을 용제에 담가 일정 시간 방치하고, 이어서 거름 장치를 이용하여 거른 후 건조시켜 얻은 시편의 중량인 후기 중량.

- 제5항에 있어서,상기 기재는 열가소성 발포체 또는 열경화성 발포체인 광학용 점착 시트의 제조방법.
