随着社会的发展,电子设备的种类也逐渐增多,其中,用户随身携带的电子设备除了手机以外,还有如Pad、笔记本等电子设备。
在日常生活中,如果手机接收到呼叫,但是由于手机所处的状态及位置等原因,使得用户不方便接听手机。例如,当手机处于充电状态,或者手机在距离用户较远的地方时,用户将很不方便接听手机,这对用户的便利性和用户的业务使用体验造成了很大的影响。
发明内容
为了提高用户的便利性和用户的业务使用体验,本发明提供了一种通信方法、装置及融合通信设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种通信方法,其中,通信方法包括:
接收用户输入的一应答指令,所述应答指令指示在该融合通信设备上对第二终端针对第一终端的呼叫进行应答,其中,第一终端与所述融合通信设备之间预先建立有关联关系;
向所述第一终端转发所述应答指令,以使第一终端向所述第二终端发送呼叫应答消息;
建立与所述第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接。
可选的,所述接收用户输入的一应答指令之前,所述通信方法还包括:融合通信设备接收第一终端在接收到第二终端发起的呼叫请求时发送的振铃消息。
可选的,所述向所述第一终端转发所述应答指令之前,所述通信方法还包括:将融合通信设备的媒体描述发送至第一终端;接收所述第一终端发送的第二终端的媒体描述,其中,第二终端的媒体描述是第一终端从第二终端返回的媒体更新响应中获取的,所述媒体更新响应是第二终端在接收到第一终端根据所述融合通信设备的媒体描述发送的媒体更新请求后返回的。
可选的,所述建立与所述第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接,包括:根据接收到的第二终端的媒体描述,建立融合通信设备与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接。
可选的,所述建立与所述第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接,还包括:通过第一终端,建立融合通信设备与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的间接连接;其中,所述通过第一终端,建立融合通信设备与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的间接连接,包括:接收通过第一终端转发的所述第二终端发送的媒体流,并将所述融合通信设备发送的媒体流通过所述第一终端转发至第二终端。
依据本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种通信装置,应用于融合通信设备,所述通信装置包括:第一接收模块,用于接收用户输入的一应答指令,所述应答指令指示在该融合通信设备上对第二终端针对第一终端的呼叫进行应答,其中,第一终端与所述融合通信设备之间预先建立有关联关系;第一发送模块,用于向所述第一终端转发所述应答指令,以使第一终端向所述第二终端发送呼叫应答消息;处理模块,用于建立与所述第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接。
可选的,所述通信装置还包括:第二接收模块,用于接收第一终端在接收到第二终端发起的呼叫请求时发送的振铃消息。
可选的,所述通信装置还包括:第二发送模块,用于将融合通信设备的媒体描述发送至第一终端;第三接收模块,用于接收所述第一终端发送的第二终端的媒体描述,其中,第二终端的媒体描述是第一终端从第二终端返回的媒体更新响应中获取的,所述媒体更新响应是第二终端在接收到第一终端根据所述融合通信设备的媒体描述发送的媒体更新请求后返回的。
可选的,所述处理模块还用于,根据接收到的第二终端的媒体描述,建立融合通信设备与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接。

接收用户输入的一应答指令,所述应答指令指示在该融合通信设备上对第二终端针对第一终端的呼叫进行应答,其中,第一终端与所述融合通信设备之间预先建立有关联关系;
向所述第一终端转发所述应答指令,以使第一终端向所述第二终端发送呼叫应答消息;
建立与所述第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过融合通信设备接收用户输入的应答指令,其中,该应答指令指示在该融合通信设备上对第二终端针对第一终端的呼叫进行应答,并向与融合通信设备相关联的第一终端转发该应答指令,最后建立与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接。本发明将接收呼叫的第一终端关联融合通信设备,使得融合通信设备可以直接或间接的与发起呼叫的第二终端建立传输媒体流的连接,从而使得融合通信设备可以接听第二终端的呼叫,提高了用户的便利性和用户的业务使用体验。

本发明将接收呼叫的第一终端关联融合通信设备,使得融合通信设备可以直接或间接的与发起呼叫的第二终端建立传输媒体流的连接,从而使得融合通信设备可以接听第二终端的呼叫,提高了用户的便利性和用户的业务使用体验。下面将结合具体实施例进一步描述。
如图1所示,为本发明的实施例中通信方法的主要步骤流程图,该通信方法主要包括如下步骤:
步骤101,接收用户输入的一应答指令。
在本步骤中,融合通信设备接收用户输入的一应答指令,具体的,该应答指令指示在该融合通信设备上对第二终端针对第一终端发起的呼叫进行应答,其中,第一终端与融合通信设备之间预先建立有关联关系。
步骤102,向第一终端转发应答指令。
在本步骤中,融合通信设备向第一终端转发用户输入的应答指令,以使得第一终端向第二终端发送呼叫应答消息。
步骤103,建立与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接。
在本步骤中,融合通信设备建立自身与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接。具体的,在融合通信设备建立自身与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接之后,融合通信设备可以接听第二终端发起的呼叫。
本发明通过融合通信设备接收用户输入的应答指令,并向与融合通信设备相关联的第一终端转发该应答指令,最后建立与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接。本发明将接收呼叫的第一终端关联融合通信设备,使得融合通信设备可以直接或间接的与发起呼叫的第二终端建立传输媒体流的连接,从而使得融合通信设备可以接听第二终端的呼叫,提高了用户的便利性和用户的业务使用体验。
如图2所示,为本发明的实施例中通信方法的详细步骤流程图之一,包括如下步骤:
步骤101,接收用户输入的一应答指令。
在本步骤中,具体的,在融合通信设备接收用户输入的一应答指令之前,第二终端首先发起呼叫,并将呼叫请求发送到注册服务器,然后注册服务器将呼叫请求转发至第一终端,第一终端向注册服务器回复振铃消息,最后注册服务器转发振铃消息到第二终端,此时,用户可以请求在融合通信设备上进行应答,即发送一应答指令到融合通信设备。可选的,用户可以直接输入应答指令,也可以在接收用户输入的应答指令之前,第一终端通知融合通信设备有呼叫进入(可以在融合通信设备上设置振铃消息),即融合通信设备可以直接接收用户输入的应答指令,也可以先接收第一终端在接收到第二终端发起的呼叫请求时发送的振铃消息。具体的,该应答指令是指示在该融合通信设备上对第二终端针对第一终端发起的呼叫进行应答的指令,其中,第一终端与融合通信设备之间预先建立有关联关系。具体的,在预先建立第一终端与融合通信设备之间的关联关系后,融合通信设备可以向第一终端发送在该融合通信设备上应答的设置信息,但是在此需要说明的是,该设置信息可以是用户发起,同样也可以是融合通信设备发起,当是融合通信设备发起时,可以根据融合通信设备的操作状态,如融合通信设备的屏幕是否点亮等,来确定是否发起。
具体的,在本实施例中,融合通信设备是指具有多媒体能力且同时具备通信能力的设备;第一终端和第二终端指具有通信能力的终端类用户设备,如智能手机、Pad类平板电脑、笔记本电脑或其它用户智能设备等。在本实施例中,第一终端指接收呼叫的终端,第二终端指发送呼叫的终端,且第一终端和第二终端之间通过注册服务器进行信令的传输。此外,第一终端、第二终端和融合通信设备之间预设有多个网络接口,具体的,第一终端、 第二终端和融合通信设备之间具有两种网络接口关系,下面,具体介绍第一终端、第二终端和融合通信设备之间的两种网络接口关系。
如图3所示,为第一终端31、第二终端32和融合通信设备33之间的第一种网络接口关系图。
根据图3所示,第一终端31与融合通信设备33之间预设有第一控制接口41,该第一控制接口41用于第一终端31与融合通信设备33之间的控制,使得融合通信设备33可以接听呼叫。相对的,关于第一终端31和第二终端32之间的信令,通过注册服务器34和第一终端31之间的现有信令接口42以及注册服务器34和第二终端32之间的现有信令接口43进行传输,且信令可以承载在第一终端31、第二终端32与融合通信设备33之间的多种网络连接,如蓝牙、WLAN和近场通信(NFC)等。融合通信设备33与第二终端32之间预设有第一媒体接口44,融合通信设备33与第二终端32之间的第一媒体接口44可以用于接听呼叫的上下媒体流,在图3中,融合通信设备33可以直接与第二终端32进行媒体流的传输。
如图4所示,为第一终端31、第二终端32和融合通信设备33之间的第二种网络接口关系图。
根据图4所示,第一终端31与融合通信设备33之间预设有第一控制接口41,该第一控制接口41与图3中的第一控制接口41的作用相同,在此不再做叙述。此外,第一终端31与融合通信设备33之间还预设有第一媒体接口45,第一终端31和第二终端32之间预设有第二媒体接口46。在本图所表示的连接方式中,融合通信设备33接听呼叫的媒体流可以由第一终端31进行复制转发,第一终端31可以通过第一媒体接口45和第二媒体接口46将媒体流进行复制转发。具体的,第一终端31可以作为无线路由器,向融合通信设备33提供无线的方式,此时,媒体流可以通过第一终端31,但是第一终端31只是作为路由器使用。在此需要说明的是,媒体流也可以认为还是在融合通信设备33与第二终端32之间连接,即图4所表示的连接方式只是图3所表示的连接方式的一个变换。
步骤201,将融合通信设备的媒体描述发送至第一终端。
在本步骤中,融合通信设备将融合通信设备自身的媒体描述发送至第一终端。
步骤202,接收第一终端发送的第二终端的媒体描述。
在本步骤中,融合通信设备接收第一终端发送的第二终端的媒体描述。具体的,融合通信设备接收第一终端发送的第二终端的媒体描述的过程为:
首先第一终端根据融合通信设备的媒体描述向注册服务器发送媒体更新请求,注册服务器接收到媒体更新请求后将该媒体更新请求转发至第二终端;然后第二终端向注册服务器发送媒体更新响应,注册服务器接收到媒体更新响应后将该媒体更新响应转发至第一终端,其中,第二终端发送的媒体更新响应中携带有第二终端的媒体描述;最后第一终端将媒体更新响应中的第二终端的媒体描述发送至融合通信设备,融合通信设备接收第一终端发送的第二终端的媒体描述。
步骤102,向第一终端转发应答指令。
在本步骤中,融合通信设备向第一终端转发用户输入的应答指令,以使得第一终端向第二终端发送呼叫应答消息。
步骤203,根据接收到的第二终端的媒体描述,建立融合通信设备与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接。
在本步骤中,融合通信设备根据接收到的第二终端的媒体描述,建立融合通信设备与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接。具体的,参见图3的连接方式,融合通信设备可以通过第一媒体接口与第二终端建立传输媒体流的直接连接。在此需要说明的是,若第二终端发送的媒体更新请求中除了携带有第二终端的媒体描述以外,还携带有第一终端的媒体描述,那么还可以在第一终端和第二终端之间建立第一终端的媒体描述对应的部分媒体流的连接。
如图5所示,为融合通信设备分别与第一终端、第二终端和注册服务器之间的交互流程图之一。下面参照图5,对图2中的通信方法的详细步骤流程图进行进一步的说明。
首先,第二终端发起呼叫,并将呼叫请求发送到注册服务器(S501),注册服务器将呼叫请求转发至第一终端(S502);第一终端向注册服务器回复振铃消息(S503),注册服务器转发振铃消息到第二终端(S504),此时,用户请求在融合通信设备上应答,融合通信设备接收用户输入的一应答指令(S505),该应答指令为指示在该融合通信设备上对第二终端针对第一终端发起的呼叫进行应答的指令,其中,第一终端与融合通信设备之间预先建立有关联关系。
然后融合通信设备向第一终端发送融合通信设备自身的媒体描述(S506),当第一终端接收到融合通信设备的媒体描述后,第一终端向注册服务器发送媒体更新请求(S507),注册服务器接收到媒体更新请求后将该媒体更新请求转发至第二终端(S508);第二终端向注册服务器发送媒体更新响应(S509),其中,媒体更新响应中携带有第二终端的媒体描述,注册服务器接收到媒体更新响应后将该媒体更新响应转发至第一终端(S510);第一终端将媒体更新响应中的第二终端的媒体描述发送至融合通信设备(S511),融合通信设备接收第一终端发送的第二终端的媒体描述。
最后融合通信设备向第一终端转发应答指令(S512),第一终端接收到应答指令后,第一终端向注册服务器发送呼叫应答消息(S513),注册服务器接收到呼叫应答消息后将该呼叫应答消息转发至第二终端(S514),此时,第一终端和第二终端之间建立起了信令面(S515),又由于融合通信设备接收了第二终端的媒体描述,因此第二终端和融合通信设备之间能够建立起传输媒体流的直接连接(S516)。在此需要说明的是,若第二终端发送的媒体更新请求中除了携带有第二终端的媒体描述以外,还携带有第一终端的媒体描述,那么还可以在第一终端和第二终端之间建立第一终端的媒体描述对应的部分媒体流的连接。具体的,为了便于理解,本实施例同样可以参照图3中的第一种网络接口关系图。
在本实施例中,融合通信设备与第二终端之间直接建立了传输媒体流的直接连接,使 得融合通信设备可以直接接收第二终端发起的呼叫,提升了用户的使用体验。
如图6所示,为针对图5中交互流程图的SIP(Session Initiation Protocol,会话初始协议)消息流程图。
下面参照图6,对图5中的交互流程图进行具体的说明。
首先,第二终端发起呼叫,并将INVITE请求发送到注册服务器(S601),注册服务器将INVITE请求转发至第一终端(S602);第一终端向注册服务器回复180振铃消息(S603),注册服务器转发180振铃消息到第二终端(S604),此时,用户请求在融合通信设备上应答,融合通信设备接收用户输入的一应答指令(S605),该应答指令为指示在该融合通信设备上对第二终端针对第一终端发起的呼叫进行应答的指令,其中,第一终端与融合通信设备之间预先建立有关联关系。
然后融合通信设备向第一终端发送融合通信设备自身的媒体描述(S606),当第一终端接收到融合通信设备的媒体描述后,第一终端向注册服务器发送UPDATE请求(S607),注册服务器接收到UPDATE请求后将该UPDATE请求转发至第二终端(S608);第二终端向注册服务器发送2000K媒体更新响应(S609),其中,2000K媒体更新响应中携带有第二终端的媒体描述,注册服务器接收到2000K媒体更新响应后将该2000K媒体更新响应转发至第一终端(S610);第一终端将2000K媒体更新响应中的第二终端的媒体描述发送至融合通信设备(S611),融合通信设备接收第一终端发送的第二终端的媒体描述。
最后融合通信设备向第一终端转发应答指令(S612),第一终端接收到应答指令后,第一终端向注册服务器发送2000K呼叫应答消息(S613),注册服务器接收到2000K呼叫应答消息后将该2000K呼叫应答消息转发至第二终端(S614),此时,第一终端和第二终端之间建立起了信令面(S615),又由于融合通信设备接收了第二终端的媒体描述,因此第二终端和融合通信设备之间能够建立起传输媒体流的直接连接(S616)。在此需要说明的是,若第二终端发送的媒体更新请求中除了携带有第二终端的媒体描述以外,还携带有第一终端的媒体描述,那么还可以在第一终端和第二终端之间建立第一终端的媒体描述对应的部分媒体流的连接。具体的,为了便于理解,本实施例同样可以参照图3中的第一种网络接口关系图。
如图7所示,为本发明的实施例中通信方法的详细步骤流程图之二,包括如下步骤:
步骤101,接收用户输入的一应答指令。
步骤102,向第一终端转发应答指令。
步骤301,通过第一终端,建立融合通信设备与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的间接连接。
在本步骤中,第一终端作为媒体流传输的中介,当第二终端发送媒体流时,融合通信设备可以通过第一终端的复制转发接收到第二终端发送的媒体流。同样的,当融合通信设备发送媒体流时,融合通信设备也可以通过第一终端的复制转发,将媒体流转发至第二终端。具体的,为了便于理解,本实施例同样可以参照图4中的第二种网络接口关系图。
如图8所示,为融合通信设备分别与第一终端、第二终端和注册服务器之间的交互流程图之二。下面参照图8,对图7中的通信方法的详细步骤流程图进行进一步的说明。
首先,第二终端发起呼叫,并将呼叫请求发送到注册服务器(S801),注册服务器将呼叫请求转发至第一终端(S802);第一终端向注册服务器回复振铃消息(S803),注册服务器转发振铃消息到第二终端(S804),此时,用户请求在融合通信设备上应答,融合通信设备接收用户输入的一应答指令(S805),该应答指令为指示在该融合通信设备上对第二终端针对第一终端发起的呼叫进行应答的指令,其中,第一终端与融合通信设备之间预先建立有关联关系。
然后融合通信设备向第一终端转发应答指令(S806),第一终端接收到应答指令后,第一终端向注册服务器发送呼叫应答消息(S807),注册服务器接收到呼叫应答消息后将该呼叫应答消息转发至第二终端(S808),此时,第一终端和第二终端之间建立起了信令面(S809),并建立起了传输媒体流的连接(S810)。
最后,通过第一终端,即利用第一终端的复制转发作用,建立融合通信设备与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的间接连接(S811)。具体的,当第二终端发送媒体流时,融合通信设备可以通过第一终端的复制转发接收到第二终端发送的媒体流。同样的,当融合通信设备发送媒体流时,融合通信设备也可以通过第一终端的复制转发,将媒体流转发至第二终端。
具体的,为了便于理解,本实施例同样可以参照图4中的第二种网络接口关系图。
在本实施例中,融合通信设备与第二终端之间建立了传输媒体流的间接连接,使得融合通信设备可以间接的接收第二终端发起的呼叫,提升了用户的使用体验。
如图9所示,为针对图8中交互流程图的SIP消息流程图。下面参照图9,对图8中的交互流程图进行具体的说明。
首先,第二终端发起呼叫,并将INVITE请求发送到注册服务器(S901),注册服务器将INVITE请求转发至第一终端(S902);第一终端向注册服务器回复180振铃消息(S903),注册服务器转发180振铃消息到第二终端(S904),此时,用户请求在融合通信设备上应答,融合通信设备接收用户输入的一应答指令(S905),该应答指令为指示在该融合通信设备上对第二终端针对第一终端发起的呼叫进行应答的指令,其中,第一终端与融合通信设备之间预先建立有关联关系。
然后融合通信设备向第一终端转发应答指令(S906),第一终端接收到应答指令后,第一终端向注册服务器发送2000K呼叫应答消息(S907),注册服务器接收到2000K呼叫应答消息后将该2000K呼叫应答消息转发至第二终端(S908),此时,第一终端和第二终端之间建立起了信令面(S909),并建立起了传输媒体流的连接(S910)。
最后,通过第一终端,即利用第一终端的复制转发作用,建立融合通信设备与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的间接连接(S911)。具体的,当第二终端发送媒体流时,融合通信设备可以通过第一终端的复制转发接收到第二终端发送的媒体流。同样的,当融合通信设 备发送媒体流时,融合通信设备也可以通过第一终端的复制转发,将媒体流转发至第二终端。
依据本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种通信装置,应用于融合通信设备。如图10所示,为本发明的实施例中通信装置的结构框图,其中,通信装置包括:第一接收模块401,用于接收用户输入的一应答指令,应答指令指示在该融合通信设备上对第二终端针对第一终端的呼叫进行应答,其中,第一终端与融合通信设备之间预先建立有关联关系;第一发送模块402,用于向第一终端转发应答指令,以使第一终端向第二终端发送呼叫应答消息;处理模块403,用于建立与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接。
可选的,通信装置还包括:第二接收模块,用于接收第一终端在接收到第二终端发起的呼叫请求时发送的振铃消息。

本申请的通信方法及装置可应用于融合通信设备中,通过融合通信设备接收用户输入的应答指令,并向与融合通信设备相关联的第一终端转发该应答指令,最后建立与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接。本申请将接收呼叫的第一终端关联融合通信设备,使得融合通信设备可以直接或间接的与发起呼叫的第二终端建立传输媒体流的连接,从而使得融合通信设备可以接听第二终端的呼叫,提高了用户的便利性和用户的业务使用体验。

  1. 一种通信方法,应用于融合通信设备,所述通信方法包括:
    接收用户输入的一应答指令,所述应答指令指示在该融合通信设备上对第二终端针对第一终端的呼叫进行应答,其中,第一终端与所述融合通信设备之间预先建立有关联关系;
    向所述第一终端转发所述应答指令,以使第一终端向所述第二终端发送呼叫应答消息;
    建立与所述第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通信方法,其中,所述接收用户输入的一应答指令之前,所述通信方法还包括:
    融合通信设备接收第一终端在接收到第二终端发起的呼叫请求时发送的振铃消息。

    将融合通信设备的媒体描述发送至第一终端;
    接收所述第一终端发送的第二终端的媒体描述,其中,第二终端的媒体描述是第一终端从第二终端返回的媒体更新响应中获取的,所述媒体更新响应是第二终端在接收到第一终端根据所述融合通信设备的媒体描述发送的媒体更新请求后返回的。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的通信方法,其中,所述建立与所述第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接,包括:
    根据接收到的第二终端的媒体描述,建立融合通信设备与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的通信方法,其中,所述建立与所述第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接,还包括:
    通过第一终端,建立融合通信设备与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的间接连接;其中,所述通过第一终端,建立融合通信设备与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的间接连接,包括:
    接收通过第一终端转发的所述第二终端发送的媒体流,并将所述融合通信设备发送的媒体流通过所述第一终端转发至第二终端。
  6. 一种通信装置,应用于融合通信设备,所述通信装置包括:
    第一接收模块,设置为接收用户输入的一应答指令,所述应答指令指示在该融合通信设备上对第二终端针对第一终端的呼叫进行应答,其中,第一终端与所述融合通信设备之间预先建立有关联关系;
    第一发送模块,设置为向所述第一终端转发所述应答指令,以使第一终端向所述第二终端发送呼叫应答消息;
    处理模块,设置为建立与所述第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接或间接连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的通信装置,其中,所述通信装置还包括:
    第二接收模块,设置为接收第一终端在接收到第二终端发起的呼叫请求时发送的振铃 消息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的通信装置,其中,所述通信装置还包括:
    第二发送模块,设置为将融合通信设备的媒体描述发送至第一终端;
    第三接收模块,设置为接收所述第一终端发送的第二终端的媒体描述,其中,第二终端的媒体描述是第一终端从第二终端返回的媒体更新响应中获取的,所述媒体更新响应是第二终端在接收到第一终端根据所述融合通信设备的媒体描述发送的媒体更新请求后返回的。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的通信装置,其中,所述处理模块还设置为,根据接收到的第二终端的媒体描述,建立融合通信设备与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的直接连接。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的通信装置,其中,所述处理模块还设置为,通过第一终端,建立融合通信设备与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的间接连接;其中,所述通过第一终端,建立融合通信设备与第二终端之间的传输媒体流的间接连接,包括:接收通过第一终端转发的所述第二终端发送的媒体流,并将所述融合通信设备发送的媒体流通过所述第一终端转发至第二终端。
  11. 一种融合通信设备,所述融合通信设备包括如权利要求6~10任一项所述的通信装置。
