本公开涉及通信技术领域,特别涉及一种通信、数据通道的建立方法、设备及存储介质。
背景技术
相关技术中有方案提出了基于IP多媒体子系统(IP Multimedia System,IMS)网络的数据通道(Data Channel)技术。定义了如何通过服务发现协议(Service Discovery Protocol,SDP)完成Data Channel的协商。
但相关技术的不足在于:没有实现结合运营商电话的端到端具体业务的方案。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种通信、数据通道的建立方法、设备及存储介质,用以解决没有实现结合运营商电话的数据通道端到端具体业务方案的问题。
本公开提供以下技术方案:
一种通信方法,包括:
第一终端监测到拨号事件,并通过所述拨号事件触发与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道的建立流程;
第一终端在与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道建立成功后,通过所述数据通道引导通道发出业务请求消息;
第一终端收到业务平台媒体模块返回的对于所述业务请求消息的响应消息,根据响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑。
实施中,所述数据通道引导通道是由第一终端发起建立的。
实施中,所述数据通道引导通道的协商请求信息是由第一终端通过呼叫请求消息携带的,所述呼叫请求消息是第一终端在监测到拨号事件后,向第二终端发起的呼叫请求消息,或由第一终端使用独立消息单独发送的。
实施中,进一步包括:
在发起呼叫请求时,携带数据通道能力标签,用以表示所述第一终端是具备通过数据通道进行通信能力的终端。

网络AS通过所述第一终端呼叫请求消息建立数据通道引导通道,用以供第一终端通过所述数据通道引导通道发出业务请求消息或进行业务数据交互。
实施中,在第二终端注册时携带数据通道能力标签时,进一步包括:
将所述第一终端呼叫请求消息中携带的数据通道引导通道协商参数替换为业务平台媒体模块与第二终端之间数据通道引导通道所需的媒体协商参数,然后将修改后的所述第一终端呼叫请求消息转发给第二终端;或,
将所述第一终端发起的呼叫请求消息转发至第二终端,将第一终端发送的一条独立的请求消息中携带的数据通道引导通道协商参数替换为业务平台 媒体模块与第二终端之间数据通道引导通道所需的媒体协商参数,然后将修改后的所述第一终端发送的一条独立的请求消息转发给第二终端。

本公开实施例提供的技术方案中,主叫终端发起呼叫请求,在与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道建立成功后,通过数据通道引导通道向业务平台媒体模块发起交互式数据业务请求,主叫终端收到业务平台媒体模块返回的响应消息,根据响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑。
被叫终端接收呼叫请求;在与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道建立成功后,通过数据通道引导通道向业务平台媒体模块发起交互式数据业务请求;收到业务平台媒体模块返回的响应消息后,根据响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑。
在网络侧,接收主叫终端发起的呼叫请求事件后,就会建立业务平台媒体模块与主被叫终端之间的数据通道引导通道;并返回的对于所述业务请求消息的响应消息,用以供第一终端和第二终端根据响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑。
由于提供了终端建立数据通道引导通道的方案,因此提出了Data Channel技术的具体实现方案和结合运营商电话的端到端的实现方案。

发明人在发明过程中注意到:
随着互联网应用以及智能终端大屏化对用户使用习惯的影响,用户尤其是年轻人在打电话过程中总是希望交换或获取更多的信息,沟通需求呈现多维“立体化”趋势,例如和亲朋好友打电话时希望多一些趣味性互动,或者指导老人操作时语言说不清楚,希望可以共享摄像头或屏幕进行远程指导。运营商开展了种类繁多的电话类业务,包括高清语音、通话增值类业务(如智能网、虚拟网(Centrex)等)、高清视频通话等,但一直以单一的音、视频通话功能为主,无法满足用户复杂的沟通需求。
同时,运营商的通话网络也仅支持主、被叫终端之间音、视频数据的传输,不支持传输更多类型的数据。通话用户之间无法进行更多的信息交互。
通过交互式数据通道技术,可实现在运营商通话网络IMS语音(IMS  voice,VoIMS)、长期演进语音承载(Voice over Long-Term Evolution,VoLTE)中传输更丰富类型的数据,包括文本、网页、图片、视频、位置、文件、交互菜单、交互表单等内容。
另外,相关技术还定义了数据通道引导通道(Bootstrap Data Channel),是一种类型的数据通道,用于传输基于超文本传输协议(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol,HTTP)协议的数据,以及用于终端首次向网络侧请求业务服务的数据通道。
但相关技术的不足在于:没有实现结合运营商电话的端到端具体业务的方案,包括未明确在什么条件下触发建立Bootstrap Data Channel,网络侧各网元如何相互配合与终端完成Bootstrap Data Channel的协商建立。
基于此,本公开实施例中提供了一种在运营商通话网络VoIMS中建立交互式数据通道引导通道的方案。交互式数据通道引导通道是终端从网络侧通过该方案,终端可以从网络获取到更丰富的通话应用,在终端原生通话APP(即终端提供的运营商通话应用)中向用户提供,用户选择向使用的应用后,终端再通过数据通道为用户提供相关服务。
下面结合附图对本公开的具体实施方式进行说明。
在说明过程中,将分别从主被叫终端与网络侧的业务平台媒体模块、应用服务器(Application server,AS)的实施进行说明,然后还将给出它们配合实施的实例以更好地理解本公开实施例中给出的方案的实施。这样的说明方式并不意味着它们必须配合实施、或者必须单独实施,实际上,当它们分开实施时,其也各自解决自身一侧的问题,而它们结合使用时,会获得更好的技术效果。
数据通道引导通道是根据不同使用功能定义的一种数据通道类型。所述数据通道是第一终端在呼叫过程中,发起建立的与网络侧平台或第二终端之间的数据通道,用于传输呼叫过程中的所述业务数据。所述呼叫过程为从第一终端发起呼叫请求消息到呼叫结束的过程。

步骤101、第一终端监测到拨号事件,并通过所述拨号事件触发与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道的建立流程;

对于网络侧的实施,呼叫请求消息可以是来自VoIMS网络或VoLTE网络AS通知的;也可以是业务平台媒体模块接收第一终端发送的,也即业务平台媒体模块直接处理主叫终端发起的通道协商请求,并向被叫发起通道协商请求。
当业务服务器直接处理数据通道媒体请求时,业务服务器就是VoIMS网络或VoLTE网络中的某个AS;当业务服务器不直接处理数据通道媒体请求时,则可以通过VoIMS网络或VoLTE网络中其他AS代替第一业务服务器进行协商的。
对于建立IMS网络下Data Channel的情况,该协商工作也可通过VoIMS网络或VoLTE网络中某个AS实现,如现网的VoLTE AS,或其他某个专门用于处理通话中媒体协商的网元。
对于业务平台媒体模块,也可称为因行业习惯会称为业务平台媒体服务器,或者直接就叫业务平台,它们都是指提供业务的功能实体,可分开部署,也可以作为服务器独立部署。例如,也可以由业务平台媒体模块以及业务平台来实现功能,该情形下,例如业务平台可以是负责在业务平台媒体模块建立与终端之间数据通道或数据通道引导通道时与终端进行媒体协商信令处理的网元。
下面还会在网络侧的实施例中进行说明。
对于网络AS,也可是VoIMS网络的AS或VoLTE网络的AS,它们都是指提供业务的功能实体,根据所在网络的不同,可能具有不同的名字,比如可以是VoLTE AS,或其他某个专门用于处理通话中媒体协商的网元。
图4为AS侧的通信方法实施流程示意图,如图所示,可以包括:
步骤401、网络AS接收第一终端呼叫请求消息,所述第一终端呼叫请求消息为第一终端发起的呼叫请求消息;
步骤402、网络AS通过所述第一终端呼叫请求消息建立数据通道引导通道,用以供第一终端通过所述数据通道引导通道发出业务请求消息或进行业务数据交互。
实施中,所述数据通道是Data Channel和/或Web套接字(WebSocket)通道。
为便于更好地理解、体会业务平台媒体模块,实施例中也会将其称为通话业务平台媒体模块等,相应的,通过数据通道进行的业务为增强通话业务。
具体的,主叫终端发起VoIMS或VoLTE呼叫请求,主叫终端同时发起增强通话数据通道引导通道的媒体协商请求。网络在后续主被叫的媒体协商过程中,针对主叫携带的增强通话数据通道引导通道媒体请求,完成主叫终端与网络中增强通话控制平台之间的媒体通道建立;在将呼叫请求转发给被叫时,将主叫终端携带的增强通话数据通道引导通道媒体协商请求参数,修改为增强通话平台的媒体协商参数,包含地址、端口及相关媒体协商参数(或 者删除主叫携带的增强通话数据通道引导通道媒体信息,然后增加用于协商增强通话平台与被叫终端之间增强通话数据通道引导通道的相关媒体协商参数),完成被叫终端与网络中增强通话控制平台之间的媒体通道建立。
其中,增强通话数据通道引导通道为终端与通话业务平台媒体模块之间的通道,用于终端从通话业务平台媒体模块处获取终端可使用的增强通话业务。增强通话业务通道为终端与终端,或终端与某个通话增强通话业务之间的通道,可用于终端与对端终端或某个增强通话业务平台媒体模块直接进行业务数据交互。为了便于对增强通话业务进行管理,所有增强通话业务的使用入口或初始界面均需要通过增强通话数据通道引导通道向用户提供,然后根据业务需求,终端可再建立增强通话业务通道,来获取更多交互数据。
一、下面对发起媒体协商请求的实施进行说明。
实施中,所述数据通道引导通道是由第一终端发起建立的。
具体实施中,所述数据通道引导通道的协商请求信息是由第一终端通过呼叫请求消息携带的,所述呼叫请求消息是第一终端在监测到拨号事件后,向第二终端发起的呼叫请求消息,或由第一终端使用独立消息单独发送的。
具体的,主叫终端同时发起增强通话数据通道引导通道的媒体协商请求可以有两种实现方式,为了更明显的体现出终端侧的协商流程,可能参与协商的所有网络AS,VoLTE网络AS,VoIMS网络AS或业务平台媒体模块均抽象为网络侧。具体实现方式如下:
方式一:主叫终端在VoIMS呼叫请求中直接携带数据通道引导通道的媒体协商参数,即与VoIMS通话的音/视频媒体协商在同一个会话中进行协商。
图5为主叫终端发起媒体协商请求方式一实施流程示意图,如图所示,可以包括:
主叫终端向网络侧发送携带音频(audio)、视频(vedio)、引导数据通道(bootstrap data channel)协商信息的请求(INVITE)消息;
网络侧向被叫终端发送携带audio、vedio、bootstrap data channel协商信息的INVITE消息;
被叫终端响应携带audio、vedio、bootstrap data channel协商信息的183消息;
网络侧响应携带audio、vedio、bootstrap data channel协商信息的183消息;
继续完成后续协商流程;
网络侧完成建立网络侧业务平台媒体模块与主被叫终端之间的数据通道引导通道。
方式二:主叫终端可以在发起VoIMS呼叫请求同时,使用另外一个请求发起数据通道引导通道的建立请求。

一阶段:
主叫终端向网络侧发送携带audio、vedio的INVITE消息;
网络侧向被叫终端发送携带audio、vedio的INVITE消息;
被叫终端响应携带audio、vedio的183消息;
网络侧响应携带audio、vedio的183消息;
继续完成后续协商流程;
网络侧完成建立网络侧业务平台媒体模块与主被叫终端之间的数据通道引导通道。
二阶段:
主叫终端向网络侧发送携带bootstrap data channel协商信息的INVITE消息;
网络侧向被叫终端发送携带bootstrap data channel协商信息的INVITE消息;
被叫终端响应携带bootstrap data channel协商信息的200 OK消息;
网络侧响应携带bootstrap data channel协商信息的200 OK消息;
继续完成后续协商流程;
网络侧完成建立网络侧业务平台媒体模块与主被叫终端之间的数据通道引导通道。
一阶段与二阶段可以并行同步实施。
二、下面对终端发起的建立VoIMS通话中增强通话数据通道引导通道的 主叫终端侧的实施进行说明。
图7为终端发起的建立增强通话数据通道引导通道的主叫终端侧实施流程示意图,如图所示,可以包括:
1、主叫终端发起呼叫请求的同时,发起增强通话数据通道引导通道媒体协商请求。
增强通话数据通道引导通道媒体协商请求可在VoIMS呼叫请求中与VoIMS音/视频媒体一同协商,也可使用独立的媒体协商请求消息携带增强通话数据通道引导通道媒体协商请求。
2、主叫终端收到网络侧返回的增强通话数据通道引导通道媒体协商请求应答消息,并完成后续媒体协商。
3、主叫终端与通话业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道建立成功。终端通过增强通话数据通道引导通道向通话业务平台媒体模块发起交互式数据业务请求。

四、终端发起的建立VoIMS通话中增强通话数据通道引导通道的网络侧的实施。
对于网络侧的实施,呼叫请求消息可以是来自VoIMS网络AS通知的; 也可以是业务平台媒体模块接收第一终端发送的,也即业务平台媒体模块直接处理主叫终端发起的通道协商请求,并向被叫发起通道协商请求。
当业务服务器直接处理数据通道媒体请求时,业务服务器就是VoIMS网络中的某个AS(下称方案一);当业务服务器不直接处理数据通道媒体请求时,则可以通过VoIMS网络中其他AS代替第一业务服务器进行协商的(下称方案二)。
对于建立IMS网络下Data Channel的情况,该协商工作也可通过VoIMS网络中某个AS实现,如现网的VoLTE AS,或其他某个专门用于处理通话中媒体协商的网元。
图9为实施终端发起的建立数据通道引导通道的平台系统结构示意图,至少图中的平台系统可实现终端发起的建立数据通道引导通道,如图所示,业务平台媒体模块通过网络与终端A(实施例中将主叫终端称为终端A,将被叫终端称为终端B)相连,与业务应用平台1、2、3相连;业务应用平台1、2、3通过网络与终端A相连。
业务平台媒体模块负责所有通话增强业务的接入与控制。所有业务的使用入口/初始界面均需要通过业务平台媒体模块向用户提供。
方案一:
实施中,启动第一终端通过拨号事件触发的与业务平台媒体模块之间数据通道引导通道的建立流程的是业务平台媒体模块;

3、网络将上一步骤中处理后的来自主叫侧的媒体协商请求转发给被叫终端;
4、网络收到被叫终端返回的媒体协商请求响应消息,将被叫返回媒体应答信息缓存在本地,然后对应上述的方式一与方式二,可以如下:
对应方式一:将被叫应答信息更换为业务平台媒体模块针对上述第2步中缓存的主叫终端发送的增强通话数据通道引导通道请求的响应消息;
对应方式二:将被叫应答信息删除,增加业务平台媒体模块针对上述第2步中缓存的主叫终端发送的增强通话数据通道引导通道请求的响应消息;
5、网络将上一步骤中处理后的来自被叫侧的媒体协商响应转发给主叫终端;
6、网络完成媒体协商后续流程。
五、数据通道能力标签的实施。

网络AS将第一终端发起的呼叫请求转发至第二终端,携带数据通道能力标签,用以表示所述第二终端是具备通过数据通道进行通信能力的终端,以及携带业务平台媒体模块返回的针对第二终端的媒体协商参数作为数据通道引导通道的媒体协商参数。
实施中,在第二终端注册时未携带数据通道能力标签时,进一步包括:
网络AS将第一终端发起的呼叫请求消息转发至第二终端,并删除数据通道引导通道的媒体协商参数。
具体的,为了兼容现网不支持通话增强通话业务能力的终端,对于支持通话增强通话业务的终端需要进行通话增强通话业务能力的注册。网络在收到主叫终端含有通话增强通话业务属性的呼叫请求时,判断被叫终端是否注册了通话增强通话业务能力。若被叫终端已注册,则网络在向被叫终端转发呼叫请求时,携带通话增强通话业务媒体协商相关参数,最终网络分别与主叫和被叫建立通话增强通话业务通道;否则,网络在向被叫终端转发呼叫请求时不携带相关参数,网络只与主叫终端建立通话增强通话业务通道。
增强通话业务能力的注册可与VoIMS通话一起进行注册,也可单独做注册。
实施中,进一步包括:
将第二终端返回的响应消息中数据通道引导通道部分的媒体响应信息修改为针对第一终端的媒体响应信息,然后将修改后的所述第二终端返回的响应消息转发至第一终端。
六、主被叫终端属于不同网络时的实施。
实施中,在第一终端与第二终端归属不同的业务平台媒体模块时,业务平台媒体模块经第二终端归属的业务平台媒体模块将第一终端发起的呼叫请求转发至第二终端。
实施中,在第一终端与第二终端归属不同的AS时,网络AS经第二终端归属的网络AS将第一终端发起的呼叫请求转发至第二终端。
具体的,当主被叫终端属于不同网络时,可能存在增强通话业务提供方不相同的情况,为保证业务一致性,主叫和被叫需分别与本地网络和对端网络建立增强通话数据通道引导通道。即主叫终端发起VoIMS呼叫,在呼叫请求中携带音频/视频通道媒体协商参数时,同时携带本地网络增强通话数据通道引导通道和远端网络增强通话数据通道引导通道的媒体协商参数。
对于不同类型的引导通道,可定义不同的编号进行区分,在媒体协商时携带该属性值已做区分。如本地网络增强通话数据通道引导通道编号可固定定义为1,远端网络增强通话数据通道引导通道编号可固定定义为2,后续再协商其他增强通话业务通道时,则需使用其他标号。
此时,网络需在增强通话数据通道引导通道协商过程中完成如下处理:
1、主叫侧网络在收到增强通话数据通道引导通道媒体协商请求消息后,需要针对该请求消息中的媒体协商参数做如下处理:(1)缓存本地网络增强通话数据通道引导通道相关媒体协商参数,然后在初始呼叫请求消息中删除本地网络增强通话数据通道引导通道相关媒体协商参数;(2)对于主叫终端携带的远端网络增强通话数据通道引导通道的相关协商信息,增加“主叫终端”标记;(3)添加一个远端网络增强通话数据通道引导通道相关的媒体协商参数,其中地址、端口及相关媒体协商参数号根据主叫网络中业务平台媒体模块的相关信息进行填写,并增加“被叫终端”标记。然后转发给被叫侧网络。
2、被叫侧网络在收到增强通话数据通道引导通道媒体协商请求消息后, 需要针对该请求消息中的媒体协商参数做如下处理:(1)增加本地网络增强通话数据通道引导通道相关媒体协商参数,其中地址、端口及相关媒体协商参数号根据被叫网络中通话业务平台媒体模块的相关信息填写;(2)缓存携带“主叫终端”标记的远端网络增强通话数据通道引导通道的相关协商信息,然后在初始呼叫请求消息中删除携带“主叫终端”标记的远端网络增强通话数据通道引导通道的相关协商信息。然后转发给被叫终端。
3、被叫网络在收到被叫终端针对初始媒体协商请求的响应消息后,需要针对该响应消息中的媒体协商参数做如下处理:(1)删除本地网络增强通话数据通道引导通道相关媒体协商参数;(2)重新增加在上述2中删除的携带“主叫终端”标记的远端网络增强通话数据通道引导通道的相关协商信息,并根据被叫侧网络中通话业务平台媒体模块的情况,完成相关媒体信息的应答处理。然后转发给主叫网络。
4、主叫网络在收到被叫网络转发的被叫终端针对初始媒体协商请求的响应消息后,需要针对该响应消息中的媒体协商参数做如下处理:(1)删除携带“被叫终端”标记的远端网络增强通话数据通道引导通道的相关协商信息;(2)重新增加在上述1中删除的本地网络增强通话数据通道引导通道相关媒体协商参数,并根据主叫侧网络中通话业务平台媒体模块的情况,完成相关媒体信息的应答处理。然后转发给主叫终端。
七、交互数据时的实施。
实施中,根据响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑,包括:
从响应消息中获得的业务描述信息,业务描述信息包括:

Claims (46)

  1. 一种通信方法,包括:
    第一终端监测到拨号事件,并通过所述拨号事件触发与业务平台媒体模块之间数据通道引导通道的建立流程;
    第一终端在与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道建立成功后,通过所述数据通道引导通道发出业务请求消息;
    第一终端收到业务平台媒体模块返回的对于所述业务请求消息的响应消息,根据所述响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述数据通道引导通道是由第一终端发起建立的。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述数据通道引导通道的协商请求信息是由第一终端通过呼叫请求消息携带的,所述呼叫请求消息是第一终端在监测到拨号事件后,向第二终端发起的呼叫请求消息,或由第一终端使用独立消息单独发送的。

  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,第一终端是通过IP多媒体子系统语音VoIMS网络应用服务器AS或长期演进语音承载VoLTE网络AS建立与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道的;
    和/或,
    第一终端是通过业务平台媒体模块建立与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道的。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述数据通道是数据通道Data Channel和/或Web套接字WebSocket通道。
  8. 如权利要求1至7任一所述的方法,其中,根据所述响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑,包括:
    从所述响应消息中获得业务描述信息,业务描述信息包括:
    引导业务描述信息,所述第一终端根据所述引导业务描述信息实现引导业务的业务逻辑,以及进一步获取业务应用列表描述信息或业务应用描述信息;或,
    业务应用列表描述信息,所述第一终端根据所述业务应用列表描述信息实现业务应用列表的界面展示和/或业务逻辑,并根据用户的选择进一步获取业务应用描述信息;或,
    业务应用描述信息,所述第一终端通过该应用描述信息实现业务应用的界面展示和/或业务逻辑。
  9. 一种通信方法,包括:
    第二终端接收第一终端发送的呼叫请求消息,所述第二终端通过所述呼叫请求消息或通过接收到的第一终端发送的一条独立的请求消息触发与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道的建立流程;
    第二终端在与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道建立成功后,通过数据通道引导通道向业务平台媒体模块发出业务请求消息;
    第二终端收到业务平台媒体模块返回的对于所述业务请求消息的响应消息,根据响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,进一步包括:
    第二终端在进行注册时,携带数据通道能力标签,用以表示所述第二终端是具备通过数据通道进行通信能力的终端。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,第二终端是通过VoIMS网络AS或VoLTE网络AS建立与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道的;
    和/或,
    第二终端是通过业务平台媒体模块建立与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道的。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的方法,进一步包括:
    第二终端接收以下数据通道引导通道协商参数之一或者其组合,用以完 成与第二终端之间的数据通道引导通道的协商:
    在第一终端呼叫请求消息中携带的数据通道引导通道协商参数;
    在第一终端发送的一条独立的请求消息中携带的数据通道引导通道协商参数;
    在第一终端与第二终端完成呼叫初始媒体协商后,第二终端通过请求消息携带的数据通道引导通道协商参数。
  13. 如权利要求9至12任一所述的方法,其中,根据响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑,包括:
    从响应消息中获得的业务描述信息,业务描述信息包括:
    引导业务描述信息,所述第一终端根据所述引导业务描述信息实现引导业务的业务逻辑,以及进一步获取业务应用列表描述信息或业务应用描述信息;或,
    业务应用列表描述信息,所述第一终端根据所述业务应用列表描述信息实现业务应用列表的界面展示和/或业务逻辑,并根据用户的选择进一步获取业务应用描述信息;或,
    业务应用描述信息,所述第一终端通过该应用描述信息实现业务应用的界面展示和/或业务逻辑。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述数据通道是Data Channel和/或WebSocket通道。
  15. 一种通信方法,包括:
    启动第一终端通过拨号事件触发的与业务平台媒体模块之间数据通道引导通道的建立流程;
    建立业务平台媒体模块与第一终端之间的数据通道引导通道,以及建立业务平台媒体模块与第二终端之间的数据通道引导通道;
    在数据通道引导通道建立成功后,接收通过所述数据通道引导通道发出的业务请求消息;
    返回对于所述业务请求消息的响应消息,用以供第一终端和第二终端根据响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的方法,其中,启动第一终端通过拨号事件触发 的与业务平台媒体模块之间数据通道引导通道的建立流程的是业务平台媒体模块;
    业务平台媒体模块建立与第一终端之间的数据通道引导通道,和/或建立业务平台媒体模块与第二终端之间的数据通道引导通道;
    业务平台媒体模块分别返回对应第一终端和/或第二终端媒体协商结果的响应信息。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的方法,进一步包括:
    建立与第一终端之间的数据通道,和/或建立与第二终端之间的数据通道。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的方法,其中,在第二终端注册时携带数据通道能力标签时,进一步包括:
    将第一终端发起的呼叫请求转发至第二终端,在呼叫请求中携带或通过独立消息携带针对第二终端的媒体协商参数作为数据通道引导通道的媒体协商参数。
  19. 如权利要求15所述的方法,其中,在第二终端注册时未携带数据通道能力标签时,进一步包括:
    将第一终端发起的呼叫请求消息转发至第二终端,并删除数据通道引导通道的媒体协商参数。
  20. 如权利要求15所述的方法,进一步包括:
    将第二终端返回的响应消息转发至第一终端,将响应消息中数据通道引导通道部分的媒体响应信息修改为针对第一终端的媒体响应信息。
  21. 如权利要求15至20任一所述的方法,其中,在第一终端与第二终端归属不同的业务平台媒体模块时,业务平台媒体模块经第二终端归属的业务平台媒体模块将第一终端发起的呼叫请求转发至第二终端。
  22. 如权利要求15所述的方法,进一步包括:
    向第二终端发送以下数据通道引导通道协商参数之一或者其组合,用以完成与第二终端之间的数据通道引导通道的协商:
    在第一终端呼叫请求消息中携带的数据通道引导通道协商参数;
    在第一终端发送的一条独立的请求消息中携带的数据通道引导通道协商参数;
    在第一终端与第二终端完成呼叫初始媒体协商后,第二终端通过请求消息携带的数据通道引导通道协商参数。
  23. 如权利要求15所述的方法,其中,通过网络AS建立业务平台媒体模块与第一终端之间的数据通道引导通道,和/或经网络AS建立业务平台媒体模块与第二终端之间的数据通道引导通道;
    业务平台媒体模块向网络AS分别返回对应第一终端和/或第二终端媒体协商结果的响应信息。
  24. 如权利要求15所述的方法,进一步包括:
    通过网络AS建立与第一终端之间的数据通道,和/或建立与第二终端之间的数据通道。
  25. 如权利要求15所述的方法,其中,业务平台媒体模块接收网络AS发送的通知消息,接收的是VoIMS网络的AS或VoLTE网络的AS的发送的用于获取协商参数的通知消息。
  26. 如权利要求15至20、22至25任一所述的方法,其中,业务平台媒体模块通过数据通道引导通道向第一终端和/或第二终端提供指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑的响应消息,其中,第一终端和/或第二终端从响应消息中获得的业务描述信息,业务描述信息包括:
    引导业务描述信息,所述第一终端根据所述引导业务描述信息实现引导业务的业务逻辑,以及进一步获取业务应用列表描述信息或业务应用描述信息;或,
    业务应用列表描述信息,所述第一终端根据所述业务应用列表描述信息实现业务应用列表的界面展示和/或业务逻辑,并根据用户的选择进一步获取业务应用描述信息;或,
    业务应用描述信息,所述第一终端通过该应用描述信息实现业务应用的界面展示和/或业务逻辑。
  27. 如权利要求15至20、22至25任一所述的方法,其中,所述数据通道是Data Channel和/或WebSocket通道。
  28. 一种数据通道的建立方法,包括:
    网络AS接收第一终端呼叫请求消息,所述第一终端呼叫请求消息为第 一终端发起的呼叫请求消息;
    网络AS通过所述第一终端呼叫请求消息建立数据通道引导通道,用以供第一终端通过所述数据通道引导通道发出业务请求消息或进行业务数据交互。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的方法,其中,在第二终端注册时携带数据通道能力标签时,进一步包括:
    将所述第一终端呼叫请求消息中携带的数据通道引导通道协商参数替换为业务平台媒体模块与第二终端之间数据通道引导通道所需的媒体协商参数,然后将修改后的所述第一终端呼叫请求消息转发给第二终端;或,
    将所述第一终端发起的呼叫请求消息转发至第二终端,将第一终端发送的一条独立的请求消息中携带的数据通道引导通道协商参数替换为业务平台媒体模块与第二终端之间数据通道引导通道所需的媒体协商参数,然后将修改后的所述第一终端发送的一条独立的请求消息转发给第二终端。
  30. 如权利要求28所述的方法,其中,在第二终端注册时未携带数据通道能力标签时,进一步包括:
    将第一终端发起的呼叫请求消息转发至第二终端,并删除所述呼叫请求消息中数据通道引导通道的媒体协商参数。
  31. 如权利要求28所述的方法,其中,在第二终端注册时携带数据通道能力标签时,进一步包括:
    网络AS将第一终端发起的呼叫请求转发至第二终端,携带业务平台媒体模块返回的针对第二终端的媒体协商参数作为数据通道引导通道的媒体协商参数。
  32. 如权利要求28所述的方法,其中,在第二终端注册时未携带数据通道能力标签时,进一步包括:
    网络AS将第一终端发起的呼叫请求消息转发至第二终端,并删除数据通道引导通道的媒体协商参数。
  33. 如权利要求28所述的方法,进一步包括:
    将第二终端返回的响应消息中数据通道引导通道部分的媒体响应信息修改为针对第一终端的媒体响应信息,然后将修改后的所述第二终端返回的响 应消息转发至第一终端。
  34. 如权利要求28至29任一所述的方法,其中,在第一终端与第二终端归属不同的AS时,网络AS经第二终端归属的网络AS将第一终端发起的呼叫请求转发至第二终端。
  35. 如权利要求28所述的方法,其中,进一步包括:
    向第二终端发送以下数据通道引导通道协商参数之一或者其组合,用以完成与第二终端之间的数据通道引导通道的协商:
    在第一终端呼叫请求消息中携带的数据通道引导通道协商参数;
    在第一终端发送的一条独立的请求消息中携带的数据通道引导通道协商参数;
    在第一终端与第二终端完成呼叫初始媒体协商后,第二终端通过请求消息携带的数据通道引导通道协商参数。
  36. 如权利要求28所述的方法,其中,网络AS是VoIMS网络的AS或VoLTE网络的AS。
  37. 如权利要求28所述的方法,其中,所述数据通道是Data Channel和/或WebSocket通道。
  38. 一种第一终端,包括:
    处理器,用于读取存储器中的程序,执行下列过程:
    监测到拨号事件,并通过所述拨号事件触发与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道的建立流程;
    在与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道建立成功后,通过所述数据通道引导通道发出业务请求消息;
    收到业务平台媒体模块返回的对于所述业务请求消息的响应消息,根据响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑;
    收发机,用于在处理器的控制下接收和发送数据。
  39. 一种第一终端,包括:
    第一终端呼叫模块,用于监测到拨号事件,并通过所述拨号事件触发与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道的建立流程;
    第一终端请求模块,用于在与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通 道建立成功后,通过所述数据通道引导通道发出业务请求消息;
    第一终端展示模块,用于收到业务平台媒体模块返回的对于所述业务请求消息的响应消息,根据响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑。
  40. 一种第二终端,包括:
    处理器,用于读取存储器中的程序,执行下列过程:
    接收第一终端发送的呼叫请求消息,所述第二终端通过所述呼叫请求消息或通过接收到的一条独立的请求消息触发与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道的建立流程;
    在与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道建立成功后,通过数据通道引导通道向业务平台媒体模块发出业务请求消息;
    收到业务平台媒体模块返回的对于所述业务请求消息的响应消息,根据响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑;
    收发机,用于在处理器的控制下接收和发送数据。
  41. 一种第二终端,包括:
    第二终端接收模块,用于接收第一终端发送的呼叫请求消息,所述第二终端通过所述呼叫请求消息或通过接收到的一条独立的请求消息触发与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道的建立流程;
    第二终端请求模块,用于在与业务平台媒体模块之间的数据通道引导通道建立成功后,通过数据通道引导通道向业务平台媒体模块发出业务请求消息;
    第二终端展示模块,用于收到业务平台媒体模块返回的对于所述业务请求消息的响应消息,根据响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑。
  42. 一种业务平台媒体模块,包括:
    处理器,用于读取存储器中的程序,执行下列过程:
    启动第一终端通过拨号事件触发的与业务平台媒体模块之间数据通道引导通道的建立流程;
    建立业务平台媒体模块与第一终端之间的数据通道引导通道,以及建立业务平台媒体模块与第二终端之间的数据通道引导通道;
    在数据通道引导通道建立成功后,接收通过所述数据通道引导通道发出 的业务请求消息;
    返回对于所述业务请求消息的响应消息,用以供第一终端和第二终端根据响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑;
    收发机,用于在处理器的控制下接收和发送数据。
  43. 一种业务平台媒体模块,包括:
    业务平台媒体模块接收模块,用于启动第一终端通过拨号事件触发的与业务平台媒体模块之间数据通道引导通道的建立流程;
    业务平台媒体模块引导通道模块,用于建立业务平台媒体模块与第一终端之间的数据通道引导通道,以及建立业务平台媒体模块与第二终端之间的数据通道引导通道;
    业务平台媒体模块响应模块,用于在数据通道引导通道建立成功后,接收通过所述数据通道引导通道发出的业务请求消息;返回对于所述业务请求消息的响应消息,用以供第一终端和第二终端根据响应消息指示实现业务的界面展示和/或业务逻辑。
  44. 一种AS,包括:
    处理器,用于读取存储器中的程序,执行下列过程:
    接收第一终端呼叫请求消息,所述第一终端呼叫请求消息为第一终端发起的呼叫请求消息;
    通过所述第一终端呼叫请求消息建立数据通道引导通道,用以供第一终端通过所述数据通道引导通道发出业务请求消息或进行业务数据交互;
    收发机,用于在处理器的控制下接收和发送数据。
  45. 一种AS,包括:
    AS接收模块,用于接收第一终端呼叫请求消息,所述第一终端呼叫请求消息为第一终端发起的呼叫请求消息;
    AS引导通道模块,用于通过所述第一终端呼叫请求消息建立数据通道引导通道,用以供第一终端通过所述数据通道引导通道发出业务请求消息或进行业务数据交互。
  46. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有执行权利要求1至37任一所述方法的计算机程序。
