一种站点提醒方法和信息推送系统,所述方法包括:检测用户当前所在的站点(S101);将下一站点的相关信息推送到用户手持终端(S102);向用户显示下一站点的相关信息(S103)。在该方法和系统中,用户通过不断接收下一站点的信息,一方面可以打发乘坐公共交通工具时的无聊时光,另一方面还可以了解下一站点附近的情况,能够及时规划行程和熟悉城市线路,对新到一个城市的用户尤其有效,可以帮助城市新人更快地融入城市。
