一种锅具的温度采集装置,包括温度检测元件(4)、金属套管(3),锅具的手柄通过手柄座(2)与锅体(1)相连接,套管(3)设置在手柄座(2)的下方与锅体(1)的底部边缘之间,套管(3)紧贴锅体(1)外侧壁斜向延伸设置,套管(3)与锅体(1)的外侧壁之间形成供温度检测元件(4)放置的采温腔(7)。该锅具的温度采集装置使得结构更加合理,解决了复合板拉伸很难在锅壁进行造型的缺陷,并且温度检测准确,可满足铝合金、复合钢或铁材料拉伸成形的锅具的温度检测,适用范围广。

Description

一种锅具的温度采集装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种锅具,具体是一种锅具的温度采集装置。
背景技术
随着科技的不断进步和人民生活水平的不断提高,各种智能锅具正走进老百姓的家庭,由于锅子发热快,需要对锅具进行直接测温,以便控温和过热保护。
经查,现有专利号为201020540664.4(公开号为CN201814363U)的中国专利《一种语音提醒的锅子》,其包括有锅体、手柄及温度检测元件、主控制电路的电路板、电源,温度检测元件的输出连接到主控制电路的输入,而主控制电路的输出连接到喇叭,所述电源、电路板与喇叭安装在手柄中,并且锅体与手柄的连接处设有插接座,手柄通过插接座连接在锅体上,其特征在于:所述锅体的侧壁内设有一与插接座相通的采温孔,所述温度检测元件设置在采温孔内,通过接线与主控制电路相连接。这种结构是在锅体的侧壁直接成型采温孔,但是不适合复合板锅体,复合板拉伸很难在锅壁进行造型出采温孔,因此需要设计出一款新的锅具的温度采集装置来满足复合板锅具的测温需要。
另查专利号为201020285671.4(公开号为CN201798515U)的中国专利《一种新型测温锅》,披露了一种新型测温锅,其包括锅体、手柄、位于手柄内部的温度传感器、与温度传感器连接的探头、位于手柄顶面的温度显示屏,该温度显示屏与温度传感器连接,所述探头通过锅体外层筋条内的空隙延伸至锅体底部,该探头通过锅体外层筋条的空隙内的引线与温度传感器连接,该实用新型能够直接得到锅体底部的真实温度,能准确,保证了烹饪的质量,缺陷是需要在锅体外层成型出筋条来,造成锅体加工复杂化,而且影响锅子质量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种结构合理、设计巧妙、采集温度准确的锅具的温度采集装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种锅具的温度采集装置,其包括温度检测元件,其特征在于:手柄通过手柄座与锅体相连接,在手柄座的下方与锅体的底部边缘之间设有一金属套管,套管紧贴锅体外侧壁斜向延伸设置,套管的上端与手柄座的下端相连接,套管的下端与锅体的底部边缘焊接固定,套管的两侧与锅体的外侧壁焊接成一体,套管与锅体的外侧壁之间形成供温度检测元件放置的采温腔。
再改进,所述锅体的底部边缘开有安装缺口供温度检测元件的端部插入。
作为改进,所述锅体是由铝合金、复合钢或铁材料拉伸成形的锅体,手柄座采用铆接的方式设置在锅体的边口部,或者通过焊接的方式与锅体相连接。
作为改进,所述套管的上端通过焊接的方式与手柄座的下端连接固定。
再改进,所述温度检测元件为热敏电阻,热敏电阻设置在采温腔的底部靠近锅体的底部边缘里侧位置。
再改进,所述连接座上设有供手柄插置的插孔,手柄的端部插置在手柄座内通过焊接螺母与手柄座连接固定。
再改进,所述手柄上设有温度显示装置及控制开关,温度检测元件通过引线穿过手柄座内的走线孔与温度显示装置相连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
在锅体的外侧壁上焊接套管,将温度检测元件设置在锅体的外侧壁与套管之间的采温腔中,以采温腔的底部靠近锅体底部边缘的位置作为采温点,使得结构更加合理,解决了复合板拉伸很难在锅壁进行造型的缺陷;
锅体成型工艺基本不变,依靠套管焊接到锅体上,容易制造;
并且温度检测准确,可满足铝合金、复合钢或铁材料拉伸成形的锅具的温度检测,适用范围广。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一
如图1~3所示,为本发明的实施例一,该锅具的温度采集装置,锅具包括有锅体1、手柄,温度采集装置包括温度检测元件4,锅体1与手柄的连接处设有手柄座2,连接座2上设有供手柄插置的插孔,手柄的端部插置在手柄座2内通过焊接螺母8与手柄座2连接固定,锅体1是由铝合金、复合钢或铁材料拉伸成形的锅体,手柄座2采用与锅体1相同的材料,手柄座2的两侧设有带有通孔的连接翻边21,通过铆钉6铆接的方式将手柄座2设置在锅体1的边口部,当然手柄座2也可以通过焊接的方式与锅体1相 连接固定,在手柄座2的下方与锅体1的底部边缘之间设有一与锅体1材料相同的金属套管3,套管3紧贴锅体1的外侧壁斜向延伸设置,套管3的上端与手柄座2的下端焊接连接,套管3的下端与锅体1的底部边缘焊接固定,本实施例是在锅体1的底部边缘外侧位置,套管3的两侧与锅体1的外侧壁焊接成一体,这样在套管3与锅体1的外侧壁之间形成供温度检测元件4放置的采温腔7,采温腔7的底部靠近锅体1底部边缘的位置作为采温点,当然这种金属套管可以是周向封闭的套管,也可以是周向不封闭的套管,套管开口后在其两侧有焊接边31,便于焊接固定,手柄通过手柄座2可脱卸地连接在锅体1上,手柄上设有温度显示装置及控制开关,这些是传统技术手段,温度检测元件4为热敏电阻,热敏电阻设置在采温腔7内采温点的位置,热敏电阻通过引线穿过手柄座2内的走线孔与温度显示装置相连接。
这样在使用时,温度检测元件4检测到的温度信号传输到温度显示装置上进行显示,对锅底的实际温度进行监控,从而提示用户适时调校火力,从而实现对烹调食材的营养保护和色香味的控制,由于采温点设在锅体1底部边缘,使得温度检测元件4检测到的温度更接近锅体1内底面的实际温度,从而使数据更为准确。
实施例二
如图4所示,为本发明实施例二的温度采集装置,其与实施例一是类似的,不同之处在于:
套管3的下端与锅体1的底部边缘焊接固定,确切地,是在锅体1的底部边缘11里侧位置,这需要在锅体底部边缘11开有安装缺口12,供温度检测元件4的端部插入,并和套管3的末端焊接固定,锅体底部可以采用导磁发热的复合锅底。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种锅具的温度采集装置,包括温度检测元件(4),其特征在于:手柄通过手柄座(2)与锅体(1)相连接;
    在手柄座(2)的下方与锅体(1)的底部边缘之间设有一金属套管(3),套管(3)紧贴锅体(1)外侧壁斜向延伸设置,套管(3)的上端与手柄座的下端相连接,套管(3)的下端与锅体(1)的底部边缘焊接固定,套管(3)的两侧与锅体(1)的外侧壁焊接成一体,套管(3)与锅体(1)的外侧壁之间形成供温度检测元件(4)放置的采温腔(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的温度采集装置,其特征在于:所述锅体(1)的底部边缘开有安装缺口(12)供温度检测元件(4)的端部插入。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的温度采集装置,其特征在于:所述锅体(1)是由铝合金、复合钢或铁材料拉伸成形的锅体(1),手柄座(2)采用铆接的方式设置在锅体(1)的边口部,或者通过焊接的方式与锅体(1)相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的温度采集装置,其特征在于:所述套管(3)的上端通过焊接的方式与手柄座(2)的下端连接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的温度采集装置,其特征在于:所述温度检测元件(4)为热敏电阻,热敏电阻设置在采温腔(7)的底部靠近锅体(1)的底部边缘里侧位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一权利要求所述的温度采集装置,其特征在于:所述连接座(2)上设有供手柄插置的插孔,手柄的端部插置在手柄座(2)内通过焊接螺母(8)与手柄座(2)连接固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5任一权利要求所述的温度采集装置,其特征在于:所述手柄上设有温度显示装置及控制开关,温度检测元件(4)通过引线穿过手柄座(2)内的走线孔与温度显示装置相连接。
