在图1中，炒锅把1上设置温度显示屏3和按钮2及电路组件4用于温度显示。在锅体5底部设置温度传感器6，温度传感器6的耐高温导线连接到炒锅把1上的电路组件4。温度显示屏用电子数码方式显示，或者用刻度方式显示。
本实用新型实施例的工作过程是：按一下按钮2使电路组件4开始工作，温度显示屏3亮，温度传感器6将温度信息，通过耐高温导线传给电路组件4处理后，从温度显示屏3上读出温度。
