- the capsule may include a unique code that is readable to the food preparation apparatus, to allow the food preparation apparatus to verify that the capsule is an original capsule manufactured by the food preparation apparatus manufacturers.
- the food preparation apparatus may connect to a data server that maintains an updated record of all originally manufactured capsules, and also all used capsules, in order to aid identification of counterfeit capsules.
- the food preparation apparatus may not execute a cooking procedure on a capsule determined to be a counterfeit capsule.
- the food preparation apparatus may enable initiation and/or data gathering or transmitting using ultrasound energy, for example, using a telephone microphone.
- a handshake may be made, after which the phone may launch and application to interact with the cooking apparatus.
- the phone device or communications device may communicate with the cooking apparatus using Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or other common communications protocols, to share to share data and send/receive instructions.
- a cooking application may be used with or without the cooking apparatus.
- the cooking apparatus does not require an Internet connection to connect to the cloud, devices and the Internet, but can use an Internet connection from a connected phone or

Abstract
L'invention concerne, dans des modes de réalisation, un appareil de préparation d'aliments à charger avec des capsules alimentaires, permettant une cuisson en plusieurs étapes avec une précision automatisée. D'autres modes de réalisation facilitent la préparation du contenu de la cartouche à consommer en utilisant un ou plusieurs moyens de cuisson. D'autres modes de réalisation facilitent la préparation sélective de multiples contenus de cartouche à consommer. D'autres modes de réalisation facilitent la préparation du contenu de la cartouche en utilisant un processus de cuisson spécifique à la cartouche.
