本发明实施例一提供的所述锁扣机构通过设置锁扣壳体和封装壳体构成一封闭空间,设置推杆置于封闭空间内,并且推杆的卡柱和一侧面外露,使得通过露出的侧面能够推动推杆滑动,进而将卡柱插设于表框的固定孔中,最终完成表带(卡扣机构固定于表带中)与表框之间的组装;本发明实施例提供的这种结构形式容易组装拆卸、装配简单、可靠性好。
如图1和图3至图5所示,所述锁扣壳体1上设有限位孔8,所述推杆4上设有限位柱9,所述限位孔8与所述限位柱9位于同一轴线,且与所述弹性件3的轴向方向相平行,所述限位柱9插设于所述限位孔8中,通过所述限位柱9在所述限位孔8中的滑动,所述推杆4相对于所述锁扣壳体1滑动配合。
为了简化工艺流程,如图1、图3和图5所示,本发明实施例一中所述限位孔8的数量为2个,每一个所述推杆4上限位柱9的数量对应的为2个,且所述限位孔8为贯穿所述锁扣壳体1的通孔,所述弹性件3安装孔位于两个所述限位孔8之间的位置。
为了使得弹性件对推杆的弹力作用更加准确有效,如图3至图5所示,所述推杆4与所述弹性件3相接触的侧面10设有配合柱11,所述配合柱11从所述弹性件3的一端朝内部插设。
如图1和图3所示,所述锁扣壳体1的两侧均设有凹槽12,所述推杆4置于所述凹槽12内,且所述凹槽12的形状与所述推杆4的形状相适配。
如图2所示,所述弹性件3可选为弹簧。
如图1、图3至图6所示,所述锁扣壳体1上设有第一连接结构13,所述封装壳体6上设有第二连接结构14,所述推杆4上设有移位孔15,所述封装壳体6通过所述第二连接结构14穿过所述移位孔15与所述第一连接结构 13固定相连,进而与所述锁扣壳体1固定连接,相对于两个所述推杆4滑动连接。
如图1和图3所示,所述第一连接结构13形成为卡孔,所述第二连接结构14形成为卡扣或卡脚,所述第二连接结构14穿过所述移位孔15与所述第一连接结构13卡接相连。
为了使得锁扣壳体和封装壳体固定的更坚固,如图1、图3和图6所示,所述锁扣壳体1上设有第一连接孔16,所述封装壳体6上设有第二连接孔17,所述第一连接孔16与所述第二连接孔17通过螺钉B配合相连。
为了使得封装壳体与锁扣壳体和推杆配合的更加密切,减小彼此之间的间隙,提高运动的准确度,如图3和图6所示,所述封装壳体6的两侧均设有凹陷部18,所述凹陷部18的凹陷方向与所述第二连接结构14的延伸方向一致。
为了提高装配的速度和准确度,如图1、图3和图6所示,所述锁扣壳体1上设有定位块19,所述封装壳体6上设有定位孔20,所述定位块19插设于所述定位孔20中。
如图1、图3、图6和图7所示,所述锁扣壳体1上设有第一安装孔21,所述封装壳体6上对应位置设有第二安装孔22,所述锁扣壳体1通过所述第一安装孔21安装于所述表带23上,所述封装壳体6通过所述第二安装孔22安装于所述表带23上。
为了与表带配合的更好,如图1和图3所示,所述锁扣壳体1上远离所述卡柱5的一端24的两侧边缘处形成为台阶状结构。
为了较快的安装于表带上,如图1、图3、图6和图7所示,两侧边缘处形成为台阶状结构的一端24的中部设有第一定位槽25,所述封装壳体6上对应位置设有第二定位槽26,所述锁扣壳体1通过所述第一定位槽25与所述表带23上的定位柱插接相连进行定位,所述封装壳体6通过所述第二定位槽26与所述定位柱插接相连进行定位。
在本发明的实施例一中该锁扣机构可以通过对相关技术的可穿戴设备进行改进以实现锁扣机构在实施例一中的功能。
实施例二
如图8所示,本发明实施例二中的可穿戴设备,包括:上述的锁扣机构A。
如图7、图8、图10和图11所示,所述可穿戴设备还包括:表框27和表带23,所述表框27上设有固定孔28,所述表带23内设有容置空间29,所述表带23的一侧设有凹陷配合部30,所述凹陷配合部30内设有贯穿至所述容置空间29的第三安装孔31;
所述锁扣机构A置于所述容置空间29内,且通过螺钉B与所述第三安装孔31相配合,所述锁扣机构A与所述表带23固定相连;通过卡柱5与所述固定孔28插接相连,所述锁扣机构A与所述表框27可转动连接。
其中,所述容置空间内设有定位柱,锁扣机构提供第一定位槽以及第二定位槽与所述定位柱插接配合进行定位。
为了保证使用者的安全以及可穿戴设备的美观性和耐用性,如图8、图9和图11所示,所述可穿戴设备还包括:贴片32,所述贴片32贴至所述凹陷配合部30内。
本发明实施例二中的所述贴片的材质可选为硅胶,所述表带的材质可选为软胶。
需要说明的是,上述锁扣机构的所述实现实施例均适用于该可穿戴设备的实施例中,也能达到相同的技术效果。
下面对本发明实施例二提供的可穿戴设备进行说明。
如图1至图11所示,可穿戴设备包括:锁扣机构A、表带23、硅胶贴片32和表框27。锁扣机构A包括:锁扣壳体1、弹簧3、推杆4(推杆4上有推杆按钮-侧面7和限位柱9)、封装壳体6和螺钉B。
首先将弹簧3装配到锁扣壳体1的弹性件安装孔2中,弹簧3在锁扣壳体1中间位置,再将推杆4装配到限位孔8中,左右两侧各装配一个推杆4,压紧两侧推杆4,再把封装壳体6卡到锁扣壳体1上,然后在封装壳体6锁上螺钉B,固定整个锁扣机构A,这样锁扣机构A就装配完成了。将锁扣机构A插入到表带23中,用螺钉B将锁扣机构A固定在表带23上,锁扣机构A 上的螺丝孔(第一安装孔21和第二安装孔22)与表带23上的第三安装孔31对准,然后锁上螺钉B固定好,将硅胶贴片32盖在螺钉B上。用手指沿C向和D向压住锁扣机构A的两个推杆4,让表带23沿E向靠近表框27,然后松开手指,一同表带23卡到表框27上,推杆4上的限位柱9插入到表框27上的固定孔28中,这样表带23就固定在表框27上了。
本发明实施例中的弹簧可以是单独一根,也可以是多根;封装壳体与锁扣壳体之间的装配可以通过卡脚和螺钉固定,也可以通过卡扣固定。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的锁扣机构装配简单、可靠性好、容易维修;并且机构形式新颖,可量产性好;解决了相关技术中锁扣的结构方式存在可靠性差和组装拆卸不灵活的问题。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种锁扣机构,应用于表带,包括:
    锁扣壳体,包括一弹性件安装孔,所述弹性件安装孔中穿设有一弹性件,且所述弹性件两端从所述弹性件安装孔中伸出;
    两个推杆,相对地抵设于所述弹性件的两端;每一所述推杆分别与所述锁扣壳体滑动配合连接,能够相对于所述锁扣壳体沿所述弹性件的轴向方向滑动,且每一所述推杆分别包括一朝远离所述锁扣壳体方向突出的卡柱,两个所述推杆上的所述卡柱位于同一轴线,且与所述弹性件的轴向方向相平行;
    封装壳体,在垂直于所述弹性件的轴向方向封装盖设于所述锁扣壳体和两个所述推杆上,并与所述锁扣壳体固定连接,相对于两个所述推杆滑动连接,且使所述推杆与所述弹性件的轴向方向相垂直的侧面露出,使得通过露出的侧面能够推动所述推杆相对于所述锁扣壳体滑动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的锁扣机构,其中,所述锁扣壳体上设有限位孔,所述推杆上设有限位柱,所述限位孔与所述限位柱位于同一轴线,且与所述弹性件的轴向方向相平行,所述限位柱插设于所述限位孔中,通过所述限位柱在所述限位孔中的滑动,所述推杆相对于所述锁扣壳体滑动配合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的锁扣机构,其中,所述限位孔的数量为2个,每一个所述推杆上限位柱的数量为2个,且所述限位孔为贯穿所述锁扣壳体的通孔,所述弹性件安装孔位于两个所述限位孔之间的位置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的锁扣机构,其中,所述推杆与所述弹性件相接触的侧面设有配合柱,所述配合柱从所述弹性件的一端朝内部插设。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的锁扣机构,其中,所述锁扣壳体的两侧均设有凹槽,所述推杆置于所述凹槽内,且所述凹槽的形状与所述推杆的形状相适配。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的锁扣机构,其中,所述弹性件为弹簧。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的锁扣机构,其中,所述锁扣壳体上设有第一连接结构,所述封装壳体上设有第二连接结构,所述推杆上设有移位孔,所述封 装壳体通过所述第二连接结构穿过所述移位孔与所述第一连接结构固定相连,进而与所述锁扣壳体固定连接,相对于两个所述推杆滑动连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的锁扣机构,其中,所述第一连接结构形成为卡孔,所述第二连接结构形成为卡扣或卡脚,所述第二连接结构穿过所述移位孔与所述第一连接结构卡接相连。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的锁扣机构,其中,所述锁扣壳体上设有第一连接孔,所述封装壳体上设有第二连接孔,所述第一连接孔与所述第二连接孔通过螺钉配合相连;和/或
    所述锁扣壳体上设有定位块,所述封装壳体上设有定位孔,所述定位块插设于所述定位孔中。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的锁扣机构,其中,所述封装壳体的两侧均设有凹陷部,所述凹陷部的凹陷方向与所述第二连接结构的延伸方向一致。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的锁扣机构,其中,所述锁扣壳体上设有第一安装孔,所述封装壳体上对应位置设有第二安装孔,所述锁扣壳体通过所述第一安装孔安装于所述表带上,所述封装壳体通过所述第二安装孔安装于所述表带上。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的锁扣机构,其中,所述锁扣壳体上远离所述卡柱的一端的两侧边缘处形成为台阶状结构;
    所述台阶状结构的一端的中部设有第一定位槽,所述封装壳体上对应位置设有第二定位槽,所述锁扣壳体通过所述第一定位槽与所述表带上的定位柱插接相连进行定位,所述封装壳体通过所述第二定位槽与所述定位柱插接相连进行定位。
  13. 一种可穿戴设备,包括:如权利要求1至12任一项所述的锁扣机构。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述可穿戴设备还包括:表框和表带,所述表框上设有固定孔,所述表带内设有容置空间,所述表带的一侧设有凹陷配合部,所述凹陷配合部内设有贯穿至所述容置空间的第三安装孔;
    所述锁扣机构置于所述容置空间内,且通过螺钉与所述第三安装孔相配合,所述锁扣机构与所述表带固定相连;通过卡柱与所述固定孔插接相连,所述锁扣机构与所述表框可转动连接。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述可穿戴设备还包括:贴片,所述贴片贴至所述凹陷配合部内。
