加湿器及其专用水雾喷出管
技术领域
本发明涉及加湿器技术领域,尤其涉及一种加湿器及其专用水雾喷出管。
背景技术
加湿器原理为雾化片通过震动使水运动分散,形成斜向上的水柱,后面形成细微水滴,最后变为雾气通过管体排出以增加周围空气的湿度。
以往加湿器雾化片震动,造成水柱接触管体管壁,顺流滴下,由于管体底部与水面有一段距离,故水滴滴在水面上,产生声响。水滴滴落频率较快,在安静的夜晚,噪音较大,影响睡眠。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可消除水滴声的加湿器,另外,还提供一种水雾喷出管。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:提供一种水雾喷出管,包括管体,所述管体的下端沿竖直方向设置有延伸隔板,所述延伸隔板内侧面与所述管体的内壁面平滑连接。
进一步地,所述延伸隔板设置在所述管体的下方的一侧。
进一步地,所述延伸隔板的内侧面与所述管体的内壁面相齐平。
进一步地,所述延伸隔板为弧形状面板。
基于同一思路,为解决上述技术问题还提供一种加湿器,包括水箱及设置在水箱上方的雾化片,还包括上述技术方案所述的水雾喷出管,所述水雾喷出管设置在雾化片的上方使得所述雾化片激起的水柱落在延伸隔板内侧面并顺着所述延伸隔板下滑,所述延伸隔板底端接触所述水箱的水面。
进一步地,所述延伸隔板伸入水面下 1-2 毫米。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过在管体的下端延伸增设延伸隔板,该结构使得水滴会顺沿该延伸隔板流至水平面,能够有效消除水滴噪音,同时结构简单,几乎不会增加成本。

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
本发明最关键的构思在于:本发明包括管体 1 ,在管体 1 的下端沿竖直方向设置有延伸隔板 2 ,该延伸隔板 2 内侧面与所述管体 1 的内壁面平滑连接,结构使得水滴会顺沿该延伸隔板 2 流至水平面,能够有效消除水滴噪音。
请参阅图 1 至图 3 ,包括管体 1 ,所述管体 1 的下端沿竖直方向设置有延伸隔板 2 ,所述延伸隔板 2 内侧面与所述管体 1 的内壁面平滑连接。
从上述描述可知,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过在管体 1 的下端延伸增设延伸隔板 2 ,该结构使得水滴会顺沿该延伸隔板 2 流至水平面,能够有效消除水滴噪音,同时结构简单,几乎不会增加成本。
进一步地,所述延伸隔板 2 设置在所述管体 1 的下方的一侧。
由上述描述可知,本实施例中,延伸隔板 2 设置在管体 1 的下方的一侧,该结构可有效简化整个水雾喷出管的结构,当然,在其他一些实施例中,该延伸隔板 2 还可间隔地设置成多个。
进一步地,所述延伸隔板 2 的内侧面与所述管体 1 的内壁面相齐平。
由上述描述可知,将延伸隔板 2 与管体 1 内壁面平滑连接,更利于着落于管体 1 的内壁面上的水珠的滑落。
进一步地,所述延伸隔板 2 为弧形状面板。
由上述描述可知,弧形面板可与管体 1 的内壁面更好的配合,同时,在延伸隔板 2 浸入水中后可减少对水流的阻力。
请参阅图 4 ,一种加湿器,包括水箱及设置在水箱上方的雾化片 3 ,还包括水雾喷出管,所述水雾喷出管设置在雾化片 3 的上方使得所述雾化片 3 激起的水柱 4 落在延伸隔板 2 内侧面并顺着所述延伸隔板 2 下滑,所述延伸隔板 2 底端接触所述水箱的水面。
由上述描述可知,本发明通过在管体 1 的下端延伸增设延伸隔板 2 ,该结构使得水滴会顺沿该延伸隔板 2 流至水平面,能够有效消除水滴噪音,同时结构简单,几乎不会增加成本。
进一步地,所述延伸隔板 2 伸入水面下 1-2 毫米。
由上述描述可知,延伸隔板 2 浸入水面 1-2 毫米,首先,这样雾化片 3 震动产生的水柱 4 接触管体 1 的内壁面后会顺沿管体 1 内壁面下滑至延伸隔板 2 并最终回流至水面,从而消除水滴噪音,其次,不会阻隔水流流至雾化片 3 区域。
请参照图 4 ,本发明的实施例一为:本实施例加湿器,包括水箱及设置在水箱上方的雾化片 3 ,及水雾喷出管。
该水雾喷出管包括管体 1 ,在管体 1 的下端沿竖直方向一侧设置有延伸隔板 2 ,该延伸隔板 2 为弧形面板,延伸隔板 2 内侧面与所述管体 1 的内壁面齐平,水雾喷出管设置在雾化片 3 的上方使得所述雾化片 3 激起的水柱 4 落在延伸隔板 2 内侧面并顺着所述延伸隔板 2 下滑,所述延伸隔板 2 底端伸入水箱的水面下 1-2 毫米。
综上所述,本发明提供的水雾喷出管及加湿器,可有效消除水滴声,同时结构简单,几乎不会增加成本,而且延伸隔板 2 的设置不会阻隔水流流至雾化片 3 区域,结构合理。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种水雾喷出管,包括管体,其特征在于,所述管体的下端沿竖直方向设置有延伸隔板,所述延伸隔板内侧面与所述管体的内壁面平滑连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水雾喷出管,其特征在于,所述延伸隔板设置在所述管体的下方的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的水雾喷出管,其特征在于,所述延伸隔板的内侧面与所述管体的内壁面相齐平。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的水雾喷出管,其特征在于,所述延伸隔板为弧形状面板。
  5. 一种加湿器,包括水箱及设置在水箱上方的雾化片,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1-4任一项所述的水雾喷出管,所述水雾喷出管设置在雾化片的上方使得所述雾化片激起的水柱落在延伸隔板内侧面并顺着所述延伸隔板下滑,所述延伸隔板底端接触所述水箱的水面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述延伸隔板伸入水面下1-2毫米。
