Abstract
一对撞喷溅式雾化装置，具有雾化通道，其特殊之处是：在雾化通道两侧分别设置配水器，在每个配水器上设有呈列均布的喷嘴，两列喷嘴上下错开。有益效果是：雾化通道两侧设置错开的配水器，由于喷溅雾化的作用，水雾可以充满整个雾化通道，消除了原喷嘴间的死角，除尘效率显著提高，适用于各种湿式除尘设备。

本实用新型涉及一种雾化装置，具体地说是一种在除尘设备使用的对撞喷溅式雾化装置。
背景技术
原用的除尘设备的喷雾装置是由雾化通道、设置在雾化通道一侧的配水器和喷嘴构成。当带粉尘的气体通过雾化通道时，粉尘与喷嘴喷出的雾相遇，凝结成水珠落下，从而达到净化气体的目的。由于喷嘴单行布置，喷嘴喷出的雾呈锥形分布，所以在喷嘴与喷嘴之间，会出现一些雾化不到的间隙和死角，除尘效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、布设合理，除尘效率高的对撞喷溅式雾化装置。
本实用新型涉及的对撞喷溅式雾化装置，具有雾化通道1，其特殊之处是：在雾化通道1两侧分别设置配水器3，在每个配水器3上设有呈列均布的喷嘴2，两列喷嘴2上下错开。

具体实施方式
如图所示，该对撞喷溅式雾化装置，具有雾化通道1，在雾化通道1两侧分别通过螺钉安装配水器3，在每个配水器3上通过螺纹连接有呈列均布的喷嘴2，两列喷嘴2位置上下错开。
通水后，水流由配水器3进入喷嘴2，喷嘴2喷出呈圆锥形的水雾4，两侧喷嘴2喷出的水雾4在雾化通道1内撞击，向周围各个方向飞溅。一部分水雾撞击后下落了，而另一部分则飞溅到 对面喷嘴2的死角，填补了间隙。由于喷嘴2相互间的高度差不同，在空中形成涡流，使得水雾更加细化。
