本发明实施例提供了一种移动终端的防水推钮开关和移动终端,该防水推钮开关包括:推钮开关的组成包括推动机构和传动机构以及主防水件,推动机构包含了滑块和设置在滑块上的推动件,滑块可以在终端外框和终端中框形成的容置槽滑动,滑块上的推动件的一部分是凸出终端外框的,方便用户操作凸出的推动件完成滑块的滑动,滑块的两端分别是施力端和限位端,滑块的施力端和进入容置槽的传动杆的受力端相互配合,当滑块滑动使施力端下压受力端时,传动杆受力沿着底座上的滑槽向后运动,就会触发待控制电路的开关臂,使得待控制电路连通,达到推钮开关控制通断电路的作用,在终端中框和传动机构的底座之间,还设置有固定在这两个部件之间的主防水件,实现终端中框和传动机构之间的防水,保证了推钮开关的防水性,同时本发明的推钮开关还具有小巧轻便,集成度高的优点。

本发明的实施方式
下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施方式进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
本发明实施例的防水推钮开关体积较小,集成度高,适用于移动终端等对开关的体积大小有特定要求的电子产品上的推钮开关,且该推钮开关还具有良好的防水性。
请参考图1,图1是本发明实施例的一种防水推钮开关的剖面图,该防水推钮开关包括:推动机构1、传动机构2以及主防水件3;推动机构1是整个防水推钮开关中用户可以直接接触的部分,可以将用户施加的推力转化为传动机构需要的动力,传动机构2可以利用推动机构1传递的动力控制待控制电路的断开和连接。
推动机构1包含滑块12和设置于滑块12上的推动件11,滑块12一端为施力端,另一端为限位端;传动机构2包括传动杆22和底座21,底座21设有贯穿两端的滑槽211。
滑块12设置于终端中框42与终端外框41形成的容置槽43中,推动件11的至少一部分凸出终端外框41,限位端与终端中框42上的限位件配合;底座21固定在终端中框42上,主防水3件设置于底座21与终端中框42之间,且底座21上的滑槽211与终端中框42上设置的开关孔(参见图4,开关孔423)相通;传动杆22穿过滑槽211和开关孔,穿过开关孔位于容置槽43 内的一端为与施力端相配合的受力端,穿出底座21的一端为与待控制电路的开关臂51相配合的拨动端。
参见图2,本发明实施例的滑块12上推动件11可以是滑块12正面上外凸程度较大的凸块,该凸块的形状不限,可选地,可以是比较美观的长椭圆形或简单的长方形等。
可选地,上述的主防水件3可以是中间有通孔的结构,通孔大小和推传动杆的截面匹配,主防水件固定在终端中框和底座之间时,传动杆也会穿过主防水件的通孔,主防水件就实现了底座和终端中框之间的防水。上述的主防水件还可以是异形,通过设置弧形的边沿来避开传动杆,实现防水作用。
在上述的防水推钮中,传动杆22受力端与滑块12的施力端相对,拨动端与待控制电路的开关臂51相对,当施力端向受力端施加压力时,传动杆22向后运动,拨动端靠近并下压开关臂51,使得待控制电路接通,当施力端减小对受力端的压力的时候,拨动端受到开关臂51的反作用力慢慢会大于受力端的压力,使得传动杆22回退到之前的位置,开关臂51慢慢回复,待控制电路断开连接。
可选地,本实施例中的待控制电路的开关是摇臂开关,上述的开关臂是摇臂开关的摇臂。
在本实施例中,推钮开关具有控制待控制电路断开和连通的作用,所以推钮开关的滑块12在容置槽中不滑动时,至少具有两种分别对应于电路断开和连通状态的位置,所以需要防水推钮开关的限位端13实现滑块在容置槽中这两种位置的固定,可选地,参见图3,限位端13上设置有限位凸点131,参见图4,限位件13包括了对应设置在的容置槽中的沿滑块12滑动方向分布的至少两个凹槽421和422,参见图8,当限位凸起131卡在离传动杆较远的凹槽421中的时候,推钮开关处于断开的状态,此时后端的待控制电路没有连通,从参见图9,当滑块12沿容置槽下滑,限位凸起131离开离传动杆 较远的凹槽421,渐渐靠近并卡在离传动杆较近的凹槽422中时,施力端也向下滑动,迫使传动杆22沿轴心向后运动,逐渐靠近并压下待控制电路的开关臂51,连通待控制电路。
当然,上述的限位凸起131和凹槽设置的位置可以交换,即可以在限位端13设置沿滑块12滑动方向分布的凹槽,在容置槽上设置对应的限位凸起131。
为了保证用户操作滑块12滑动时,限位凸131起容易从凹槽中滑出去,增加用户的使用感,所以限位端13上的限位凸起或凹槽所在的部分需要有一定形变的能力。参见图3,可选地,限位端13上还包括压杆132,压杆132的一端与滑块12连接,另一端是自由端,压杆与限位端的其他部分之间设有一层中空的隔层133,上述设置在限位端的限位凸起131或凹槽是设置在压杆132上的,隔层133的设置使得压杆132具有较好的弹性形变的能力,在限位凸起131从凹槽中滑出的时候,压杆132的可以产生形变,自由端向靠近隔层的方向弯曲,帮助限位凸起131更容易地脱离凹槽,也减少限位凸起131滑动的阻力。
为了保证滑块滑动时,施力端和受力端能配合地更好,可选地,参见图3,施力端包括了倾斜面121,参见图5,传动杆的受力端呈弧面,受力端和施力端是相对设置的,即受力端的端面和施力端的倾斜面121相对,当滑块在容置槽中滑动,带动施力端向靠近传动杆的方向运动时,倾斜面121下压受力端,使传动杆沿轴心向后运动,靠近然后压下开关臂,接通待控制电路。
在施力端包括倾斜面的基础上,为了实现对传动杆的受力端运动轨迹的引导作用,可选地,参见图3,施力端还包括在倾斜面121上的沿滑块滑动方向的设置的来两个侧面122,倾斜面121和这两个侧面122一起构成了一个斜槽。
除了利用开关臂自身的弹力来实现传动杆的回退之外,可选地,参见图 5,本实施例的防水推钮还可以包括一个专门用来实现传动杆复位的复位机构,该复位机构包括了具备弹力的弹性件6,传动杆上设置有第一限位凸起221,该第一限位凸起221可以是一个凸缘,也可以是任意的至少一个小凸块,滑槽的槽口内设置有第二限位凸起215,该第二限位凸起215可以是直接在槽口内成型的凸缘或凸块,还可以是单独设置的一个零件,固定在滑槽内的。弹性件6就设置在第一限位凸起221和第二限位凸起215之间,弹性件6的一端与第一限位凸起221相抵,另一端与第二限位凸起215相抵,可选地,弹性件可以选择为弹簧,弹簧被套在传动杆上,卡在两个限位凸起之间。
上述的防水推钮开关中,一般而言,为了便于生产,底座上的滑槽是一个半径比传动杆半径略大的通孔,这就导致了在固定在底座一侧的滑槽和传动杆之间具有环形的缝隙,导致底座自身不具有防水性,为了实现底座的防水,可以在制作底座的时候,在底座的滑槽的一个槽口内设置凸缘,凸缘的内径和传动杆的半径匹配,但这种做法需要对底座结构做出改变,且防水性和传动杆在凸缘内承受的摩擦力之间需要有一个平衡,为了更好更简单的达到防水的目的,可选地,参见图5,防水推钮开关还包括辅防水件31,辅防水件31设置在传动杆上的第一限位凸起221到主防水件3之间的,由传动杆所与滑槽构成的空间内。
可选地,参见图6,本实施例的辅防水件31可以是和主防水件3一体成型的,当主防水件3上具有容纳传动杆穿过的通孔时,辅防水件31是从主防水件3的通孔上延伸出来的空心杆状结构,理想状况是空心杆的半径与传动杆的半径相等,也可以比传动杆的半径略大,此时传动杆受力运动的阻力较小,底座的防水性能稍差,也可以比传动杆的半径略小,此时传动杆受力运动的阻力较大,底座的防水性能较好。
可选地,参见图7,本实施例的底座也可以是可拆分的结构,底座包括缸体支架212和缸体213以及缸盖214,缸体支架212、缸体213、缸盖214、 上分别设有一轴孔,并可以相互配合组装起来,组装后所有轴孔轴心重合,缸体支架212、缸体213和缸盖214可以形成一个筒状的滑槽,弹簧6穿在传动杆的上,抵在缸盖214和传动杆22上的第一限位凸起之间,并连同传动杆22一起可以在滑槽做往复滑动,将辅防水件31穿在传动杆22的受力端,辅防水件31会位于缸体支架212、缸体213形成的一个槽状容纳空间中,此时辅防水件31受到挤压变形,与传动杆22、缸盖支架212、缸体213紧密接触,便可实现传动机构的防水。
参见图10是本实施例的防水推钮开关组装在移动终端上的组装示意图,按照图10所述组装后,终端外框41上有一长条形的通孔422,方便滑块12的推动件突出终端外框41,终端外框41和终端中框42实现了推钮开关的固定,盖板44组装在终端中框42的敞开面,使得终端中框42和盖板44之间密闭。
参见图11,是本实施例的提供的一种装有防水推钮开关的移动终端,防水推钮开关在移动终端上的可见部分只有通过终端外框41外露的推动件11和推动件11附近的滑块表面。可选地,为了滑块在终端外框41和终端中框之间的容置槽中固定和防水性,滑块上靠近终端外框的一面与终端外框紧密贴合,即滑块上推动件11一侧的表面和终端外框41紧密贴合。
采用本实施例的防水推钮开关,包括了推动机构、传动机构和防水件,推动机构将用户施加的推力转换为施加给传动杆的动力,使得传动杆向靠近待控制电路的开关臂方向运动,直到下压开关臂,实现待控制电路的导通,主防水件设置在终端中框和传动机构的底座之间,实现了传动结构和终端中框之间的防水,辅防水件保证了推钮开关自身的底座的防水密封性,主、辅防水件的使用大大增加了本实施例的推钮开关的防水性,使得本实施例的开关不仅轻便小巧,适合移动终端使用,更具有较强的防水效果,具有较高的实用性。
以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例方案的滑块可以在终端外框和终端中框形成的容置槽滑动,滑块上的推动件的一部分是凸出终端外框的,方便用户操作凸出的推动件完成滑块的滑动,滑块的两端分别是施力端和限位端,滑块的施力端和进入容置槽的传动杆的受力端相互配合,当滑块滑动使施力端下压受力端时,传动杆受力沿着底座上的滑槽向后运动,就会触发待控制电路的开关臂,使得待控制电路连通,达到推钮开关控制通断电路的作用,在终端中框和传动机构的底座之间,还设置有固定在这两个部件之间的主防水件,实现终端中框和传动机构之间的防水,保证了推钮开关的防水性,同时本发明的推钮开关还具有小巧轻便,集成度高的优点。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种移动终端的防水推钮开关,包括:推动机构、传动机构以及主防水件;所述推动机构包含滑块和设置于所述滑块上的推动件,所述滑块一端为施力端,另一端为限位端;所述传动机构包括传动杆和底座,所述底座设有贯穿两端的滑槽;
    所述滑块设置于终端中框与终端外框形成的容置槽中,所述推动件的至少一部分凸出所述终端外框,所述限位端与所述终端中框上的限位件配合;
    所述底座固定在所述终端中框上,所述主防水件设置于所述底座与所述终端中框之间,且所述底座上的滑槽与所述终端中框上设置的开关孔相通;所述传动杆穿过所述滑槽和开关孔,穿过所述开关孔位于所述容置槽内的一端为与所述施力端相配合的受力端,穿出所述底座的一端为与待控制电路的开关臂相配合的拨动端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端的防水推钮开关,所述传动机构还包括复位机构,所述复位机构包括弹性件,所述传动杆上设有第一限位凸起,所述滑槽的槽口内设有第二限位凸起,所述弹性件设置在所述第一限位凸起和所述第二限位凸起之间,一端与所述第一限位凸起相抵,另一端与所述第二限位凸起相抵。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的移动终端的防水推钮开关,其中,所述限位端上设有限位凸点,所述限位件包括在所述容置槽底部沿所述滑块滑动方向设置的与所述限位凸点对应的至少两个凹槽,或者所述限位端上设有沿所述滑块滑动方向设置的至少两个凹槽,所述限位件上设有与所述凹槽对应的限位凸点;
    当所述限位凸点卡在离所述传动杆较远的凹槽中时,所述传动杆与所述开关臂不接触,在所述滑块滑动使所述限位凸点卡在离所述传动杆较近的凹槽的过程中,所述施力端下压所述受力端,使所述传动杆沿轴心向后运动, 靠近然后压下所述开关臂,接通待控制电路。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的移动终端的防水推钮开关,其中,所述限位端包括压杆,所述压杆一端与所述滑块连接,另一端是自由端,所述压杆与所述限位端的其他部分之间设有一层中空的隔层,所述限位凸起或所述凹槽设置在所述压杆上。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的移动终端的防水推钮开关,其中,所述施力端包括倾斜面,所述传动杆的受力端的端面呈弧面,所述受力端的端面与所述倾斜面相对设置,当所述滑块在所述容置槽中滑动,带动所述施力端向靠近所述传动杆的方向运动时,所述倾斜面下压所述受力端,使所述传动杆沿轴心向后运动,靠近然后压下所述开关臂,接通待控制电路。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的移动终端的防水推钮开关,所述施力端还包括在所述倾斜面上沿所述滑块滑动方向设置的两侧面,所述侧面与所述倾斜面构成一个斜槽。
  7. 如权利要求2-6任一项所述的移动终端的防水推钮开关,所述防水推钮开关还包括辅防水件,所述辅防水件设置在所述传动杆上的第一限位凸起到主防水件之间的,所述传动杆与所述滑槽之间的构成的空间内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的移动终端的防水推钮开关,其中,所述待控制电路的开关是摇臂开关,所述开关臂是所述摇臂开关的摇臂。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的移动终端的防水推钮开关,其中,所述滑块上靠近所述终端外框的一面与所述终端外框紧密贴合。
  10. 一种移动终端,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的移动终端防水推钮开关。
