本实用新型实施例涉及但不限于通信领域,尤其涉及一种智能手表。
背景技术
随着智能手表(腕表)开始步入人们日常生活,与人们日常生活环境关系密切相关,相关技术中智能手表(腕表)的充电方式是在产品的表头底面或侧面结构件开若干个孔(槽),然后组装上充电连接器,通过结构件留有的孔(槽)连接主板和充电器的充电座(充电支架)的触点而实现给手表(腕表)充电,充电连接器需要配置防水圈设计,以达到防水防尘等。但是相关技术中设计比较复杂,并且并不美观。
实用新型内容
本实用新型实施例提供了一种智能手表(腕表),可以解决相关技术中智能手表(腕表)充电结构设计复杂,不美观的问题。
本实用新型实施例提供了一种智能手表,包括:
前壳,螺母,显示器,印刷电路板PCB,PCB露铜,后壳,其中所述智能手表还包括弹片和螺钉,所述弹片一端和所述PCB连接,另一端和螺钉适配连接。

本实用新型实施例提供一种智能手表(腕表)结构,将用以固定锁紧智能手表(腕带)表头的前后壳螺钉同时用来做智能手表(腕表)的充电连接器接触口。采用本实用新型实施例,可以减少使用的器件如省去充电连接器,减少组装步骤,增强了防水防尘的能力,节省主板的面积空间,节省产品成本,并且能减薄智能手表(腕表)表头的厚度。

本实用新型的实施方式
图1为相关技术的智能手表结构,整个智能手表(腕带)表头基本有前壳,若干个螺母,显示器+TP,PCB上有电路和电子器件,电池,后壳,螺钉以及充电连接器等组成。
螺母热烫嵌入于前壳,显示器+TP(Touch Panel,触摸屏)装贴在前壳中,后壳需要留有开螺钉孔和充电连接器孔,PCB及其实现产品功能的电子器件和电池都装于前壳和后壳围成的腔体里面,螺钉和螺母配合以达到固定和锁紧前后壳,有关充电连接器的装配,充电连接器的一端和主板的PCB露铜接触,另一端是铜柱面通过后壳的孔裸露,以便和充电器的PIN脚接触,连接器的铜柱(2个或若干个,其中分别用以充电电路的1对正负极,根据设计需要或增加正负极的PIN数,或再增加其他功能的PIN脚,如电池温度检测的NTC PIN脚)。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图来详细说明本实用新型实施例。
图2是本实用新型实施例的智能手表的结构图。如图2所示,整个智能手表(腕带)包括:前壳,螺母,显示器,PCB(印刷电路板,以下简称PCB电路板),PCB露铜,后壳,其中还包括弹片和螺钉,所述弹片一端和PCB电路板连接,另一端和螺钉适配连接。
图3是本实用新型实施例的螺钉及其配备部件结构图,如图3所示,其中弹片通过表面组装技术或者焊接方式和PCB电路板连接。螺钉装配后,螺钉台阶(即螺钉端面,图3中与弹片接触的螺钉端面)通过与弹片接触后,接入主板PCB上充电电路。
螺钉为新型螺钉,至少包括2个,如图2所示,本实施例中,螺钉包括螺钉1、螺钉2、螺钉3、螺钉4、螺钉5。其中分别用以充电电路的一对正负极,根据设计需要或增加正负极的PIN(引脚)数,或再增加其他功能的PIN脚,如电池温度检测的NTC(Negative Temperature Coefficient,负温度系数热敏电阻)PIN脚。螺钉和和弹片之间具有防水橡胶圈。所述螺钉的位置在一条边上。如图2中的螺钉3,螺钉4或螺钉5,也可以选取不在一条边上的任意2个所述螺钉位置成台阶状。该新型螺钉材料需要阻抗小即低阻抗的 材料(如铜、金等),镀镍(Ni),再镀金(Ni打底,表层镀金)。
手表(腕带)的螺钉中,可以部分使用替代充电连接器的功能的螺钉即新型螺钉,也可全部用新型螺钉。不过有些新型螺钉不需要与弹片接触接入充电电路,可以与弹片接触接地设计。
根据本实用新型实施例,产品不需要充电连接器以及相关的防水圈,结构件后壳也减少开孔。此外,本实用新型实施例可以省去充电连接器,减少组装步骤,增强了防水防尘的能力,节省主板的面积空间,节省产品成本。
而本实用新型实施例的工作原理为,如图2所示,螺钉3和螺钉4设计分别为充电连接器的正负极(如果需要螺钉5可以设计为NTC温度检测PIN),对应螺钉的位置在主板上分别SMT(表面贴片技术)贴片弹片,弹片分别接入充电电路的正负极(如果需要螺钉5位置的弹片接入充电电路NTC检测),设计时要求螺钉3,螺钉4和螺钉5的台阶和主板上弹片充分接触。螺钉1和螺钉2可用新型螺钉也可用普通螺钉。
充电器给智能手表(腕表)充电,充电座或充电支架对应螺钉3,螺钉4位置为充电的正负极(如果需要螺钉5位置为NTC检测PIN)的顶针或探针(POGO PIN)。本实用新型实施例对于充电连接器设置在智能手表(手腕)侧面或四周的同样有效,不过要求前后壳设计配合紧密,适当增加前后壳结构件的卡扣,新型螺钉在侧面锁紧前后壳。
此时,根据以上结构,本实用新型实施例提供的智能手表实施例可以简化设计,去掉充电连接器,减少在手表(腕带)后壳的开孔(或开槽),减少了开孔(或开槽)而使用留下的污渍等,增强了产品的防水防尘的能力。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的实施例,并不用于限制本实用新型。
工业实用性
本实用新型实施例提供一种智能手表(腕表)结构,将用以固定锁紧智能手表(腕带)表头的前后壳螺钉同时用来做智能手表(腕表)的充电连接器接触口。采用本实用新型实施例,可以减少使用的器件如省去充电连接器,减少组装步骤,增强了防水防尘的能力,节省主板的面积空间,节省产品成本,并且能减薄智能手表(腕表)表头的厚度。

  1. 一种智能手表,包括:前壳,螺母,显示器,印刷电路板PCB,PCB露铜,后壳,其特征在于:所述智能手表还包括弹片和螺钉,所述弹片一端和所述PCB连接,另一端和螺钉适配连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能手表,其中,所述弹片通过表面组装技术或者焊接方式与所述PCB连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能手表,其中,所述螺钉包括2个。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种智能手表,其中,所述螺钉设置为连接充电电路的正负极。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能手表,所述螺钉和弹片之间还具有防水橡胶圈。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种智能手表,其中,所述螺钉的位置在一条边上。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种智能手表,其中,所述螺钉位置成台阶状。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述一种智能手表,其中,所述螺钉材料为低阻抗的材料。
