具体实施方式
本发明提供 一种基于二维码的多媒体业务推送方法及系统 ,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。 应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明 。
请参见图 1 , 图 1 是本发明 所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送方法较佳实施例的流程图。如图 1 所示,其包括以下步骤:
S101 、多媒体终端接收多媒体服务器发送的多媒体内容及多媒体业务信息,根据多媒体业务信息生成二维码图像,并叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示。
S102 、当扫描终端检测到多媒体终端上的二维码图像时,解析得到业务指令,并根据业务指令向业务服务器发出业务请求,并获取与业务指令相应的业务内容。
S103 、扫描终端或多媒体终端接收所述业务内容,并显示。
本实施例中,多媒体服务器对媒体进行编辑生成多媒体内容、对业务特征信息进行编辑生成业务信息,以及将多媒体内容和业务信息一起编码成多媒体数据传输给多媒体终端。
多媒体终端接收到包含多媒体内容和业务信息的多媒体数据、进行解码,分别得到业务信息和多媒体内容,以及依据业务信息生成包含业务指令的二维码图像,并将多媒体内容与二维码图像经过显示处理后、在显示屏上显示多媒体内容和二维码图像。
同时多媒体终端具有以下特征: 1 )接收到的多媒体数据仅仅具有多媒体内容,而没有多媒体业务信息、或者多媒体业务信息不具备多媒体终端关注的特点,则将仅仅对多媒体内容进行显示处理后进行显示、而不会生成二维码图像; 2 )接收到的多媒体业务信息中具有多个业务的业务信息,则生成对应不同业务的包括业务指令的多个二维码图像,在显示多媒体内容时,同一时刻显示多个二维码图像,或者对二维码图像进行存储、在不同的时刻显示一个或多个二维码图像;或者对二维码图像进行存储、在显示其它多媒体内容时来显示二维码图像(例如接收到的当前多媒体数据中为节目 1 及业务信息 1 、由业务信息 1 生成二维码图像 1 ;其它时刻接收到的多媒体数据为节目 2 ,也可在显示节目 2 时来显示二维码图像 1 )。
扫描终端扫描多媒体终端显示屏上显示的二维码图像、解析后得到业务指令,根据业务指令向业务服务器发出业务请求并获取业务内容,在扫描终端上显示业务内容、或将业务内容推送至多媒体终端后在显示屏上进行显示。
可见,二维码的出现为多媒体业务信息提供了一种全新的推送方式。二维码是通过按一定规律在平面上分布的黑白相间的特定几何图形记录数据符号信息,在代码编制上巧妙地利用构成计算机内部逻辑基础的' 0 '、' 1 '比特流的概念,使用若干个与二进制相对应的几何形体来表示文字数值信息,通过图象输入设备或光电扫描设备自动识读以实现信息自动处理;二维码能够承载大量信息或信息的链接、非常简洁美观,以及二维码具有良好的交互和接入方式、能够激发消费者的主动性。因此采用二维码来向消费者传递多媒体业务将是很好的选择,但是二维码本身是图片、具有较大的容量,传输过程中需要消耗额外带宽等资源。本发明中是将二维码图像在多媒体终端上根据多媒体服务器发送的多媒体业务信息生成,而不是生成二维码图像后在传输至多媒体终端,无需消耗额外带宽资源。
作为本发明更优选的实施例,如图 2 所示, 所述步骤 S101 具体包括:
S201 、多媒体服务器根据媒体信息生成多媒体内容,并根据业务特征信息生成多媒体业务信息,并将所述多媒体内容及所述多媒体业务信息编码形成的多媒体数据发送至多媒体终端;
具体实施时,所述多媒体内容为视频、音频、文本或网页中的一种或多种;所述业务特征信息至少包括业务内容的名称、编号及获取源地址。
S202 、多媒体终端接收所述多媒体数据,解码得到多媒体内容和多媒体业务信息,将所述多媒体内容在多媒体终端上显示屏进行显示;
S203 、将根据多媒体业务信息生成二维码图像叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示。
作为本发明更优选的实施例,如图 3 所示,所述步骤 S203 具体包括:
S2031 、 根据所述多媒体内容及预设的多媒体业务信息显示对应表,判断所述多媒体业务信息是否可为可立即生效的业务信息。
S2032 、 当是时,则根据所述多媒体业务信息生成二维码图像。
S2033 、 当否时,则再次根据所述多媒体内容及所述多媒体业务信息显示对应表判断所述多媒体业务信息是否满足预设的显示条件,当是时读取存储的二维码图像进行显示,当否时则返回步骤 S2031 。
S2034 、 根据预所述多媒体业务信息显示对应表判断是否显示所述二维码图像。
在步骤 S2031 及步骤 S2034 中所述多媒体业务信息显示对应表设定条件包括但不限于:根据场景来判断,检测到多媒体内容中某些场景的内容,则需要读取存储的二维码图像;根据时间判断,设定某一时间点,在设定的时间点来读取存储的二维码图像;以及其它条件,例如只要多媒体内容中没有二维码图像,则读取存储的二维码图像进行显示。
S2035 、 当是时,则将二维码图像叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示。
S2036 、 当否时,则根据所述多媒体业务信息显示对应表取存储的二维码图像,并在指定显示时间将二维码图像叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示。
多媒体服务器在传输多媒体内容的同时、仅仅只需要传输多媒体业务信息,多媒体终端来根据多媒体业务信息生成业务二维码、通过扫描设备获取多媒体业务信息对应的业务内容。对多媒体服务器而言,不需要增加额外的工作(一般多媒体服务器在传输多媒体内容时,都会传输信息,因此只需要对信息进行修改后成为业务信息,不需要改变原有信息结构),不需要增加额外的资源(目前采用二维码的业务,一般是在多媒体服务器生成二维码。对需要有大量二维码的情况下,需要大量的多媒体服务器资源;以及二维码是图像,本身有较大容量,传输时需要占用一定的带宽资源。)
基于上述方法,本发明还提供 一种基于二维码的多媒体业务推送系统 ,如图 4 所示,其包括:
生成及显示模块 100 ,用于多媒体终端接收多媒体服务器发送的多媒体内容及多媒体业务信息,根据多媒体业务信息生成二维码图像,并叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示;
检测及获取模块 200 ,用于当扫描终端检测到多媒体终端上的二维码图像时,解析得到业务指令,并根据业务指令向业务服务器发出业务请求,并获取与业务指令相应的业务内容;
接收显示模块 300 ,用于扫描终端或多媒体终端接收所述业务内容,并显示。
进一步的,如图 5 所示,在所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送系统中,所述生成及显示模块 100 具体包括:
编码发送单元 101 ,用于多媒体服务器根据媒体信息生成多媒体内容,并根据业务特征信息生成多媒体业务信息,并将所述多媒体内容及所述多媒体业务信息编码形成的多媒体数据发送至多媒体终端;
解码显示单元 102 ,用于多媒体终端接收所述多媒体数据,解码得到多媒体内容和多媒体业务信息,将所述多媒体内容在多媒体终端上显示屏进行显示;
转化显示单元 103 ,用于将根据多媒体业务信息生成二维码图像叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示。
进一步的,如图 6 所示,在所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送系统中,所述转化显示单元 103 具体包括:
第一判断子单元 1031 ,用于根据所述多媒体内容及预设的多媒体业务信息显示对应表,判断所述多媒体业务信息是否可为可立即生效的业务信息;
第一控制子单元 1032 ,用于当是时,则根据所述多媒体业务信息生成二维码图像;
第二控制子单元 1033 ,用于当否时,则再次根据所述多媒体内容及所述多媒体业务信息显示对应表判断所述多媒体业务信息是否满足预设的显示条件,当是时读取存储的二维码图像进行显示,当否时启动第一判断子单元 1031 ;
第二判断子单元 1034 ,用于根据预所述多媒体业务信息显示对应表判断是否显示所述二维码图像;
第三控制子单元 1035 ,用于当是时,则将二维码图像叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示;
第四控制子单元 1036 ,用于当否时,则根据所述多媒体业务信息显示对应表读取存储的二维码图像,并在指定显示时间将二维码图像叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示。
进一步的,在所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送系统中,所述多媒体内容为视频、音频、文本或网页中的一种或多种。
进一步的,在所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送系统中,所述业务特征信息至少包括业务内容的名称、编号及获取源地址。
综上所述, 本发明根据 多媒体业务信息 在多媒体终端上生成包含业务指令的二维码图像、用户可通过扫描终端扫描及解析二维码图像来自动获取据 多媒体业务信息对应的单个或多个 业务内容,降低了 多媒体业务信息的占用空间,操控方便,极大的方便了用户。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种基于二维码的多媒体业务推送方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    多媒体终端接收多媒体服务器发送的多媒体内容及多媒体业务信息,根据多媒体业务信息生成二维码图像,并叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示;
    当扫描终端检测到多媒体终端上的二维码图像时,解析得到业务指令,并根据业务指令向业务服务器发出业务请求,并获取与业务指令相应的业务内容;
    扫描终端或多媒体终端接收所述业务内容,并显示。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送方法,其特征在于,所述多媒体内容为视频、音频、文本或网页中的一种或多种。
  3. 一种基于二维码的多媒体业务推送方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    多媒体终端接收多媒体服务器发送的多媒体内容及多媒体业务信息,根据多媒体业务信息生成二维码图像,并叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示;
    当扫描终端检测到多媒体终端上的二维码图像时,解析得到业务指令,并根据业务指令向业务服务器发出业务请求,并获取与业务指令相应的业务内容;
    扫描终端或多媒体终端接收所述业务内容,并显示;
    所述多媒体终端接收多媒体服务器发送的多媒体内容及多媒体业务信息,根据多媒体业务信息生成二维码图像,并叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示的步骤具体包括:
    多媒体服务器根据媒体信息生成多媒体内容,并根据业务特征信息生成多媒体业务信息,并将所述多媒体内容及所述多媒体业务信息编码形成的多媒体数据发送至多媒体终端;
    多媒体终端接收所述多媒体数据,解码得到多媒体内容和多媒体业务信息,将所述多媒体内容在多媒体终端上显示屏进行显示;
    将根据多媒体业务信息生成二维码图像叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送方法,其特征在于,所述将根据多媒体业务信息生成二维码图像叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示的步骤具体包括:
    根据所述多媒体内容及预设的多媒体业务信息显示对应表,判断所述多媒体业务信息是否为可立即生效的业务信息;
    当是时,则根据所述多媒体业务信息生成二维码图像;
    当否时,则再次根据所述多媒体内容及所述多媒体业务信息显示对应表判断所述多媒体业务信息是否满足预设的显示条件,当是时读取存储的二维码图像进行显示,当否时则返回执行根据所述多媒体内容及所述多媒体业务信息显示对应表,判断所述多媒体业务信息是否为可立即生效的业务信息;
    根据预所述多媒体业务信息显示对应表判断是否显示所述二维码图像;
    当是时,则将二维码图像叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示;
    当否时,则根据所述多媒体业务信息显示对应表读取存储的二维码图像,并在指定显示时间将二维码图像叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示。
  5. 根据权利要求 3 所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送方法,其特征在于,所述业务特征信息至少包括业务内容的名称、编号及获取源地址。
  6. 根据权利要求 3 所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送方法,其特征在于,所述多媒体内容为视频、音频、文本或网页中的一种或多种。
  7. 根据权利要求 4 所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送方法,其特征在于,所述多媒体内容为视频、音频、文本或网页中的一种或多种。
  8. 根据权利要求 4 所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送方法,其特征在于,所述业务特征信息至少包括业务内容的名称、编号及获取源地址。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送方法,其特征在于,所述多媒体内容为视频、音频、文本或网页中的一种或多种。
  10. 根据权利要求 5 所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送方法,其特征在于,所述多媒体内容为视频、音频、文本或网页中的一种或多种。
  11. 一种基于二维码的多媒体业务推送系统,其特征在于,包括:
    生成及显示模块,用于多媒体终端接收多媒体服务器发送的多媒体内容及多媒体业务信息,根据多媒体业务信息生成二维码图像,并叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示;
    检测及获取模块,用于当扫描终端检测到多媒体终端上的二维码图像时,解析得到业务指令,并根据业务指令向业务服务器发出业务请求,并获取与业务指令相应的业务内容;
    接收显示模块,用于扫描终端或多媒体终端接收所述业务内容,并显示。
  12. 根据权利要求 11 所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送系统,其特征在于,所述生成及显示模块具体包括:
    编码发送单元,用于多媒体服务器根据媒体信息生成多媒体内容,并根据业务特征信息生成多媒体业务信息,并将所述多媒体内容及所述多媒体业务信息编码形成的多媒体数据发送至多媒体终端;
    解码显示单元,用于多媒体终端接收所述多媒体数据,解码得到多媒体内容和多媒体业务信息,将所述多媒体内容在多媒体终端上显示屏进行显示;
    转化显示单元,用于将根据多媒体业务信息生成二维码图像叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示。
  13. 根据权利要求 12 所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送系统,其特征在于,所述转化显示单元具体包括:
    第一判断子单元,用于根据所述多媒体内容及预设的多媒体业务信息显示对应表,判断所述多媒体业务信息是否为可立即生效的业务信息;
    第一控制子单元,用于当是时,则根据所述多媒体业务信息生成二维码图像;
    第二控制子单元,用于当否时,则再次根据所述多媒体内容及所述多媒体业务信息显示对应表判断所述多媒体业务信息是否满足预设的显示条件,当是时读取存储的二维码图像进行显示,当否时启动第一判断子单元;
    第二判断子单元,用于根据预所述多媒体业务信息显示对应表判断是否显示所述二维码图像;
    第三控制子单元,用于当是时,则将二维码图像叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示;
    第四控制子单元,用于当否时,则根据所述多媒体业务信息显示对应表读取存储的二维码图像,并在显示时间将二维码图像叠加在多媒体内容上进行显示。
  14. 根据权利要求 11 所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送系统,其特征在于,所述多媒体内容为视频、音频、文本或网页中的一种或多种。
  15. 根据权利要求 12 所述基于二维码的多媒体业务推送系统,其特征在于,所述业务特征信息至少包括业务内容的名称、编号及获取源地址。
