技术领域
本发明涉及电视机技术领域,尤其涉及一种电视图文多设备显示方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
图文电视广播业务以低廉的费用,向用户传播即时的新闻、体育、天气、电视节目预告和字幕等信息。由于它提供的信息丰富多彩,还可带有图形,被认为是互联网的前身。
用户对图文信息有着较大的需求,图文信息也给用户带来了大量的有用信息。在观看电视节目时,如果用户此时很想了解当前的新闻、天气等信息,而由于电视机的屏幕只有一个,且有的图文信息是整屏显示的,因而在观看视频节目的同时需要查看图文信息时,图文信息只能叠加到视频层,或者将所观看的视频节目画面切换到图文显示画面上。无论是哪一种显示方式,都大大影响了当前所观看节目的全屏播放。

发明内容
本发明提供一种电视图文多设备显示方法、装置及系统,旨在解决在节目播放的同时在电视机上查看图文信息会大大影响节目全屏播放的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种电视图文多设备显示方法,包括:
获取实时接收的传输流;
从所述传输流中提取出图文显示数据,并根据所述图文显示数据生成图文二维码图像;以及
在播放所述传输流对应节目的同时,动态显示所述图文二维码图像,以供至少一个移动终端录制所述图文二维码图像。
优选地,所述传输流包括视频信号和图文信号;所述从所述传输流中提取出图文显示数据,并根据所述图文显示数据生成图文二维码图像包括:
解析所述传输流,获得视频信号和图文信号;
从所述图文信号中提取出图文显示数据;
根据所述图文显示数据按页生成包含页码信息的图文二维码图像。
优选地,所述在播放所述传输流对应节目的同时,动态显示所述图文二维码图像包括:

本发明提供一种电视图文多设备显示方法,如图1所示,示出了本发明电视图文多设备显示方法第一实施例的流程示意图,包括:
S10、获取实时接收的传输流;
所述传输流包括视频信号和图文信号,由电视机的信号接收器实时接收。一个传输流对应一帧视频图像。
S20、从所述传输流中提取出图文显示数据,并根据所述图文显示数据生成图文二维码图像;
在获取到所述传输流后,通过解析所述传输流获得对应的视频信号和图文信号。根据图文信号中的包类型从所述图文信号中提取出对应的图文显示数据,然后再根据所述提取出的图文显示数据,生成包含图文信息的图文二维码图像。
S30、在播放所述传输流对应节目的同时,动态显示所述图文二维码图像,以供至少一个移动终端录制所述图文二维码图像。
所述移动设备可以是手机、平板电脑,也可以是其他具有二维码图像处理功能的设备,且移动设备上安装有图文处理软件,所述图文处理软件能够控制图文二维码图像流的录制、解析和存储,以及解析出的图文信息在设备上的展示等。
电视机的视频信号处理器在对所述视频信号进行处理后,在电视机的显示器上播放所述视频信号对应的节目内容。与此同时,所述显示器根据所述图文显示数据中信息动态地同步显示所述图文二维码图像。
在电视机播放节目内容及显示与所述节目内容同步的图文二维码图像时,用户可通过一个或多个移动设备同时或分时,分别录制一段图文二维码图像流,其中,所述图文二维码图像流是指连续显示的一个或多个所述图文二维码图像。移动设备在录制并解析所述图文二维码图像流后,将解析获得的一组图文信息存入存储区。当用户想要查看所述图文信息时,在移动设备的显示屏上按照图文的先后顺序展示所述图文信息。
由于所述图文二维码图像在所述显示器的屏幕上占用的区域面积大小固定,且与图文在电视机上正常显示时所占用的区域面积相比要小的多,其显示及后续通过移动设备查看图文内容也不会引起当前所播放节目画面的切换,因而所述图文二维码图像可视为不影响当前所播放节目的全屏播放。
本发明提出的电视图文多设备显示方法,采用二维码图像的方式在电视机上同步显示节目对应的图文信息,且支持在一个或多个移动设备上查看所录制的图文信息的内容,在不影响电视机当前所播放节目全屏播放的情况下,实现了图文内容在一个或多个移动设备上的查看。
进一步地,基于第一实施例提出本发明第二实施例,在本实施例中,所述传输流包括视频信号和图文信号。如图2所示,上述步骤S20包括:
S21、解析所述传输流,获得视频信号和图文信号;
所述传输流中包含当前正在播放节目的节目号及与所述节目号对应的节目映射表。所述节目映射表包含所述节目号对应图文数据在所述传输流中的位置信息、所述节目号对应视频数据在所述传输流中的位置信息,可根据所述节目号对应的图文数据标识、视频数据标识来确定图文数据和视频数据的位置。在确定出视频数据和图文数据所在数据位置后,通过电视机内置的解码器解析所述视频数据和图文数据,从而获得所述传输流对应的视频信号和图文信号。
所述图文信号按照数据流类型可分为teletext数据和subtitle数据,数据流类型为teletext的数据表示覆盖全屏的图文数据,所述数据流类型为subtitle的数据表示部分覆盖到节目内容的图文数据,例如字幕。
S22、从所述图文信号中提取出图文显示数据;
所述图文信号包括3种基本类型的包,分别是页头包、普通行包、扩展包。其中,页头包包括所述图文信号所包含的所有图文的页码编号信息、显示时间点信息、显示控制信息等;普通行包包括与所述页头包中所有图文的页号对应的能够直接显示的图文内容的信息;扩展包不包括用于直接显示的图文内容信息,其包括为高级的解码器提供增强性能或提供特殊数据服务的信息。
从所述图文信号中的页头包和普通行包中提取出除控制信息之外的所有图文信息,将所提取出的图文信息存入缓存区并用页码进行标识,从而获得所述图文显示数据。其中,所述控制信息包括图文的显示时间点信息和显示控制信息。
S23、根据所述图文显示数据按页生成包含页码信息的图文二维码图像。
电视图文是由一组具有页码编号(3位页码数)的图文组成,每页的图文由24行40列的字符和图形构成。电视机根据所述图文显示数据将每页图文的内容和其对应的帧编号及页码编号信息进行编码从而生成图文二维码图像。一个图文信号包含多个图文的,对应生成相同数量的多个图文二维码图像。每一个所述图文二维码图像所包含的信息有:其对应图文信号的帧编号(与所述图文信号对应传输流的帧编号相同)、其对应图文信号所含图文的总页数、当前图文二维码图像所对应图文的页码编号、当前图文二维码图像所对应图文的内容。
本发明提出的电视图文多设备显示方法,将从所述传输流中提取出的图文显示数据按照与在电视机上正常显示图文一致的信息,按页依次生成对应的图文二维码图像,保证了所生成的图文二维码图像与每页图文的一一对应,为后续使用移动设备查看到与电视机一致的图文信息打下基础。
进一步地,基于第二实施例提出本发明电视图文多设备显示方法第三实施例,在本实施例中,上述步骤S30包括:
在播放所述视频信号对应节目内容的同时,按照页码顺序动态显示所述图文二维码图像。
电视机在所述视频信号经过视频信号处理器处理后,根据处理结果在显示器上播放相应的节目内容,与此同时,电视机根据当前节目的帧频信息刷新图文二维码图像的显示,以达到图文二维码图像与其对应节目内容的同步显示。例如,在当前播放节目的帧频为60HZ时,每秒按帧编号顺序依次显示60张节目画面,且在显示每张节目画面时根据当前节目画面所对应图文信号中的各个图文的页码编号及图文显示时间点等信息,同步显示当前节目画面对应的具有不同页码编号的所有图文二维码图像。
本发明提出的电视图文多设备显示方法,实现了在播放节目内容的同时同步显示与当前节目内容对应的图文二维码图像,且图文二维码图像的显示不影响当前节目的全屏播放。
本发明还提供一种电视图文多设备显示装置,如图3所示,示出了本发明电视图文多设备显示装置第一实施例,包括:
获取模块100,用于获取实时接收的传输流;
所述传输流包括视频信号和图文信号,由电视机的信号接收器实时接收。一个传输流对应一帧视频图像。
处理模块200,用于从所述传输流中提取出图文显示数据,并根据所述图文显示数据生成图文二维码图像;
在所述获取模块100获取到所述传输流后,所述处理模块200通过解析所述传输流获得对应的视频信号和图文信号。所述处理模块200根据图文信号中的包类型从所述图文信号中提取出对应的图文显示数据,然后再根据所述提取出的图文显示数据,生成包含图文信息的图文二维码图像。
显示模块300,用于在播放所述传输流对应节目的同时,动态显示所述图文二维码图像,以供至少一个移动终端录制所述图文二维码图像。

进一步地,参照图4,基于第一实施例提出本发明电视图文多设备显示装置第二实施例,在本实施例中,所述传输流包括视频信号和图文信号。基于上述图3所示的实施例,所述处理模块200包括:
解析单元201,用于解析所述传输流,获得视频信号和图文信号;
所述传输流中包含当前正在播放节目的节目号及与所述节目号对应的节目映射表。所述节目映射表包含所述节目号对应图文数据在所述传输流中的位置信息、所述节目号对应视频数据在所述传输流中的位置信息,可根据所述节目号对应的图文数据标识、视频数据标识来确定图文数据和视频数据的位置。在确定出视频数据和图文数据所在数据位置后,所述解析单元201解析所述视频数据和图文数据,从而获得所述传输流对应的视频信号和图文信号。
所述图文信号按照数据流类型可分为teletext数据和subtitle数据,数据流类型为teletext的数据表示覆盖全屏的图文数据,所述数据流类型为subtitle的数据表示部分覆盖到节目内容的图文数据,例如字幕。

所述图文信号包括3种基本类型的包,分别是页头包、普通行包、扩展包。其中,页头包包括所述图文信号所包含的所有图文的页码编号信息、显示时间点信息、显示控制信息等;普通行包包括与所述页头包中所有图文的页号对应的能够直接显示的图文内容的信息;扩展包不包括用于直接显示的图文内容信息,其包括为高级的解码器提供增强性能或提供特殊数据服务的信息。
所述提取单元202从所述图文信号中的页头包和普通行包中提取出除控制信息之外的所有图文信息,将所提取出的图文信息存入缓存区并用页码进行标识,从而获得所述图文显示数据。其中,所述控制信息包括图文的显示时间点信息和显示控制信息。
处理单元203,用于根据所述图文显示数据按页生成包含页码信息的图文二维码图像。
电视图文是由一组具有页码编号(3位页码数)的图文组成,每页的图文由24行40列的字符和图形构成。所述处理单元203根据所述图文显示数据将每页图文的内容和其对应的帧编号及页码编号信息进行编码从而生成图文二维码图像。一个图文信号包含多个图文的,对应生成相同数量的多个图文二维码图像。每一个所述图文二维码图像所包含的信息有:其对应图文信号的帧编号(与所述图文信号对应传输流的帧编号相同)、其对应图文信号所含图文的总页数、当前图文二维码图像所对应图文的页码编号、当前图文二维码图像所对应图文的内容。
本发明提出的电视图文多设备显示装置,将从所述传输流中提取出的图文显示数据按照与在电视机上正常显示图文一致的信息,按页依次生成对应的图文二维码图像,保证了所生成的图文二维码图像与每页图文的一一对应,为后续使用移动设备查看到与电视机一致的图文信息打下基础。
进一步地,参照图5,基于第二实施例提出本发明电视图文多设备显示装置第三实施例,基于上述图3所示的实施例,所述显示模块300包括:
第一显示单元301,用于播放所述视频信号对应的节目内容;
第二显示单元302,用于按照页码顺序动态显示所述图文二维码图像。
所述视频信号在经过电视机上的视频信号处理器处理后,所述第一显示单元301控制播放相应的节目内容,与此同时,所述第二显示单元302根据当前节目的帧频信息刷新图文二维码图像的显示,以达到图文二维码图像与其对应节目内容的同步显示。例如,在当前播放节目的帧频为60HZ时,所述第一显示单元301控制每秒按帧编号顺序依次显示60张节目画面,且在显示每张节目画面时所述第二显示单元302根据当前节目画面所对应图文信号中的各个图文的页码编号及图文显示时间点等信息,同步显示当前节目画面对应的具有不同页码编号的所有图文二维码图像。
本发明提出的电视图文多设备显示装置,实现了在播放节目内容的同时同步显示与当前节目内容对应的图文二维码图像,且图文二维码图像的显示不影响当前节目的全屏播放。
本发明还提供一种电视图文多设备显示系统,如图6所示,所述电视图文多设备显示系统包括电视机400和移动设备500。所述电视机400包括上述任一实施例所述的电视图文多设备显示装置,所述电视机400用于将实时接收的传输流中的图文显示数据处理生成图文二维码图像,并在播放所述传输流对应节目的同时动态显示所述图文二维码图像;
所述移动设备500,用于从电视机屏幕录制所述图文二维码图像以得到图文二维码图像流;其中,所述图文二维码图像流是指连续显示的一个或多个所述图文二维码图像。
所述传输流包括视频信号和图文信号,由电视机的信号接收器实时接收。一个传输流对应一帧视频图像。在获取到所述传输流后,通过解析所述传输流获得对应的视频信号和图文信号。根据图文信号中的包类型从所述图文信号中提取出对应的图文显示数据,然后再根据所述提取出的图文显示数据,生成包含图文信息的图文二维码图像。

所述图文信号按照数据流类型可分为teletext数据和subtitle数据,数据流类型为teletext的数据表示覆盖全屏的图文数据,所述数据流类型为subtitle的数据表示部分覆盖到节目内容的图文数据,例如字幕。
所述图文信号包括3种基本类型的包,分别是页头包、普通行包、扩展包。其中,页头包包括所述图文信号所包含的所有图文的页码编号信息、显示时间点信息、显示控制信息等;普通行包包括与所述页头包中所有图文的页号对应的能够直接显示的图文内容的信息;扩展包不包括用于直接显示的图文内容信息,其包括为高级的解码器提供增强性能或提供特殊数据服务的信息。
从所述图文信号中的页头包和普通行包中提取出除控制信息之外的所有图文信息,将所提取出的图文信息存入缓存区并用页码进行标识,从而获得所述图文显示数据。其中,所述控制信息包括图文的显示时间点信息和显示控制信息。
电视图文是由一组具有页码编号(3位页码数)的图文组成,每页的图文由24行40列的字符和图形构成。电视机根据所述图文显示数据将每页图文的内容和其对应的帧编号及页码编号信息进行编码从而生成图文二维码图像。一个图文信号包含多个图文的,对应生成相同数量的多个图文二维码图像。每一个所述图文二维码图像所包含的信息有:其对应图文信号的帧编号(与所述图文信号对应传输流的帧编号相同)、其对应图文信号所含图文的总页数、当前图文二维码图像所对应图文的页码编号、当前图文二维码图像所对应图文的内容。
电视机在所述视频信号经过视频信号处理器处理后,根据处理结果在显示器上播放相应的节目内容,与此同时,电视机根据当前节目的帧频信息刷新图文二维码图像的显示,以达到图文二维码图像与其对应节目内容的同步显示。例如,在当前播放节目的帧频为60HZ时,每秒按帧编号顺序依次显示60张节目画面,且在显示每张节目画面时根据当前节目画面所对应图文信号中的各个图文的页码编号及图文显示时间点等信息,同步显示当前节目画面对应的具有不同页码编号的所有图文二维码图像。
本发明提出的电视图文多设备显示系统中的电视机,在不增加硬件成本的基础上,能够将所接收的传输流中的图文信息以图文二维码图像的方式同步显示在电视机的显示器上,且所述图文二维码图像的显示不影响当前节目的全屏播放。
进一步地,基于第二实施例提出本发明电视图文多设备显示系统第三实施例,在本实施例中,所述移动设备包括摄像头、图像处理器,存储器,所述移动设备500具体用于:
在所述电视机动态显示所述图文二维码图像时,通过所述摄像头录制一段图文二维码图像流,且在扫描录制的同时通过所述图像处理器对所扫描到的图文二维码图像进行解析以得到图文信息并存储到所述存储器。
在所述电视机播放节目且同步显示对应的图文二维码图像时,移动设备在接收到录制指令后即开始通过所述移动设备上的摄像头扫描图文二维码图像进行录制,且在录制的过程中每次扫描到一个图文二维码图像后对其进行解析并判断解析出的图文内容是否为空,当解析出的图文内容为空时,提示一项图文内容录制完成的信息,并将解析结果存入存储区,当解析出的图文内容不为空时,直接将解析结果存入所述存储区;在接收到录制结束的指令后,停止对图文二维码图像的扫描,并完成对已扫描到的图文二维码图像的解析和存储操作。
本发明提出的电视图文多设备显示系统,在电视机提供图文二维码图像的基础上,通过移动设备录制一段图文二维码图像流,且所述移动设备支持对所录制的图文二维码图像流的数据处理,为实现在移动设备上查看电视图文内容做基础。
进一步地,基于第三实施例提出本发明电视图文多设备显示系统第四实施例,在本实施例中,所述移动设备还包括显示屏,所述移动设备500具体还用于:
在接收到查看图文指令后,从所述存储器读取所述查看图文指令对应的所述图文信息,并在所述显示屏上展示所述图文信息。
在接收到查看一段图文内容的指令时,从所述存储器中找到该段图文内容对应的解析数据,并根据所述解析数据中图文的帧编号信息和页码编号信息按序在显示屏上显示相应图文内容。例如,在电视机上正常显示的一段图文信息包括按时间先后顺序显示的帧编号为5-10的图文信号,假如帧编号为5的图文信号包括按时间先后顺序显示的页编号为1-4的图文二维码图像,帧编号为6的图文信号包括按时间先后顺序显示的页编号为1-2的图文二维码图像,则在移动设备上显示该段图文信息时,首先显示帧编号为5、页编号为1的图文二维码图像对应图文,然后按序显示帧编号为5、页编号为2的图文二维码图像对应图文,帧编号为5、页编号为3的图文二维码图像对应图文,帧编号为5、页编号为4的图文二维码图像对应图文,帧编号为6、页编号为1的图文二维码图像对应图文,帧编号为6、页编号为2的图文二维码图像对应图文,帧编号为7、页编号为1的图文二维码图像对应图文,依次类推,直到显示帧编号为10的最后一个页编号的图文二维码图像对应图文。
可以理解,在当前的技术条件下,所述移动设备在联网时一般均可传输数据,且所述移动设备上存储有所述图文二维码流的解析数据,因而一个用户可以将自己录制的图文信息共享给其他用户,使得其他用户不用在电视机旁也能获取到有用的电视图文信息。
本发明提出的电视图文多设备显示系统,实现了在移动设备上查看已存储的电视图文内容,结合所述移动设备的一些特定功能,为用户提供一种更为灵活、便捷的电视图文查看方式。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种电视图文多设备显示方法,其特征在于,所述电视图文多设备显示方法包括:
    获取实时接收的传输流;
    从所述传输流中提取出图文显示数据,并根据所述图文显示数据生成图文二维码图像;以及
    在播放所述传输流对应节目的同时,动态显示所述图文二维码图像,以供至少一个移动终端录制所述图文二维码图像。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电视图文多设备显示方法,其特征在于,所述传输流包括视频信号和图文信号;所述从所述传输流中提取出图文显示数据,并根据所述图文显示数据生成图文二维码图像包括:
    解析所述传输流,获得视频信号和图文信号;
    从所述图文信号中提取出图文显示数据;
    根据所述图文显示数据按页生成包含页码信息的图文二维码图像。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电视图文多设备显示方法,其特征在于,所述在播放所述传输流对应节目的同时,动态显示所述图文二维码图像包括:
    在播放所述视频信号对应节目内容的同时,按照页码顺序动态显示所述图文二维码图像。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的电视图文多设备显示方法,其特征在于,所述解析所述传输流,获得视频信号和图文信号包括:
    确定所述传输流中视频数据和图文数据的数据位置;
    通过解码器解析所述视频数据和所述图文数据,以获得所述传输流对应的视频信号和图文信号。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电视图文多设备显示方法,其特征在于,所述从所述图文信号中提取出图文显示数据包括:
    从所述图文信号中的页头包和普通行包中提取出除控制信息之外的所有图文信息,并将所提取出的图文信息存入缓存区并用页码进行标识,以获得所述图文显示数据。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电视图文多设备显示方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述图文显示数据按页生成包含页码信息的图文二维码图像包括:
    根据所述图文显示数据,将每页图文的内容和其对应的帧编号及页码编号信息进行编码生成图文二维码图像。
  7. 一种电视图文多设备显示装置,其特征在于,所述电视图文多设备显示装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取实时接收的传输流;
    处理模块,用于从所述传输流中提取出图文显示数据,并根据所述图文显示数据生成图文二维码图像;
    显示模块,用于在播放所述传输流对应节目的同时,动态显示所述图文二维码图像,以供至少一个移动终端录制所述图文二维码图像。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电视图文多设备显示装置,其特征在于,所述传输流包括视频信号和图文信号;所述处理模块包括:
    解析单元,用于解析所述传输流,获得视频信号和图文信号;
    提取单元,用于从所述图文信号中提取出图文显示数据;
    处理单元,用于根据所述图文显示数据按页生成包含页码信息的图文二维码图像。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电视图文多设备显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示模块包括:
    第一显示单元,用于播放所述视频信号对应的节目内容;
    第二显示单元,用于按照页码顺序动态显示所述图文二维码图像。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的电视图文多设备显示装置,其特征在于,所述解析单元包括:
    确定子单元,用于确定所述传输流中视频数据和图文数据的数据位置;
    解析子单元,用于通过解码器解析所述视频数据和所述图文数据,以获得所述传输流对应的视频信号和图文信号。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电视图文多设备显示装置,其特征在于,所述提取单元包括:
    提取子单元,用于从所述图文信号中的页头包和普通行包中提取出除控制信息之外的所有图文信息,并将所提取出的图文信息存入缓存区并用页码进行标识,以获得所述图文显示数据。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电视图文多设备显示装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元包括:
    处理子单元,用于根据所述图文显示数据,将每页图文的内容和其对应的帧编号及页码编号信息进行编码生成图文二维码图像。
  13. 一种电视图文多设备显示系统,包括电视机和移动设备,其特征在于,所述电视机包括如权利要求7所述的电视图文多设备显示装置,所述电视机用于将实时接收的传输流中的图文显示数据处理生成图文二维码图像,并在播放所述传输流对应节目的同时动态显示所述图文二维码图像;
    所述移动设备,用于从电视机屏幕录制所述图文二维码图像以得到图文二维码图像流;其中,所述图文二维码图像流是指连续显示的一个或多个所述图文二维码图像。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的电视图文多设备显示系统,所述电视机包括信号接收器、视频信号处理器、显示器,其特征在于,所述电视机具体用于:
    通过所述信号接收器接收实时的传输流,将所述传输流经过所述电视图文多设备显示装置处理后获得视频信号和图文二维码图像,将所述视频信号经过所述视频信号处理器处理后得到的节目内容显示在所述显示器上,同时,将所述节目内容对应的图文二维码图像动态显示在所述显示器上。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电视图文多设备显示系统,所述移动设备包括摄像头、图像处理器,存储器,其特征在于,所述移动设备具体用于:
    在所述电视机动态显示所述图文二维码图像时,通过所述摄像头录制一段图文二维码图像流,且在扫描录制的同时通过所述图像处理器对所扫描到的图文二维码图像进行解析以得到图文信息并存储到所述存储器。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的电视图文多设备显示系统,所述移动设备还包括显示屏,其特征在于,所述移动设备具体还用于:
    在接收到查看图文指令后,从所述存储器读取所述查看图文指令对应的图文信息,并在所述显示屏上展示所述图文信息。
