Description
本发明要求2015年6月2日递交的发明名称为“一种滤波组件及机台”的申请号201510300479.5的在先申请优先权,上述在先申请的内容以引入的方式并入本文本中。
本发明涉及电子领域,尤其涉及一种滤波组件及机台。
在目前成盒工艺中,因为制成的关系,需要不同波长段的紫外光对材料如玻璃基板进行照射。同时针对新的技术、新的材料,后续可能会经常使用其他主波长的紫外光。这样,需要根据用户的不同需求而需要手动更换相应的滤波片来滤出相应波长的紫外光对材料进行照射,因此,浪费人力及时间,若更换滤波片时方法不当,还可能造成滤波片损坏,从而增加了制成成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种滤波器组件及机台,以根据用户的不同需求自动更换相应的滤波片,满足用户的需求,节省了人力及时间,进而降低了制成成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本发明供了一种滤波组件,应用于机台来以对机台的灯管发出的光进行过滤,所述滤波组件包括多个滤波片、固定件及驱动控制器,所述固定件设置于机台的台体上,用于固定支撑所述多个滤波片,所述多个滤波片可转动地设置于所述固定件上,所述驱动控制器至所述多个滤波片,以根据预设指令驱动相应的滤波片转动来使灯管发出的光经过相应的滤波片后滤出相应波长的光。
其中,所述驱动控制器包括设置单元、存储单元及调用驱动单元,所述设置单元用于设置预设指令,所述存储单元用于存储所述预设指令,所述调用驱动单元用于调用所述预设指令,并根据调用的预设指令来驱动所述相应的滤波

本发明还提供一种机台,用于对玻璃基板进行照射,所述机台包括台体、设置于所述台体上方的隔离板、设置于所述隔离板上方的灯管及滤波组件,所述滤波组件用于对灯管发出的光进行过滤,所述滤波组件包括多个滤波片、固定件及驱动控制器,所述固定件设置于机台的台体上,用于固定支撑所述多个滤波片,所述多个滤波片可转动地设置于所述固定件上,所述驱动控制器至所述多个滤波片,以根据预设指令驱动相应的滤波片转动来使灯管发出的光经过相应的滤波片后滤出相应波长的光。
其中,所述驱动控制器包括设置单元、存储单元及调用驱动单元,所述设置单元用于设置预设指令,所述存储单元用于存储所述预设指令,所述调用驱动单元用于调用所述预设指令,并根据调用的预设指令来驱动所述相应的滤波片转动来使灯管发出的光经过所述相应的滤波片后滤出相应波长的光。

请参阅图1,本发明第一方案较佳实施例提供一种滤波组件100。所述滤波组件100应用于机台来以对机台的灯管发出的光进行过滤。所述滤波组件100包括多个滤波片10、固定件20及驱动控制器30。所述固定件20设置于机台的台体上,用于固定支撑所述多个滤波片10。所述多个滤波片10可转动地设置于所述固定件20上。所述驱动控制器30至所述多个滤波片10,以根据预设指令驱动相应的滤波片10转动来使灯管发出的光经过相应的滤波片10后滤出相应波长的光。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,每个滤波片10具有一个ID,且每个滤波片10的ID均不相同。所述预设指令是预设设置于所述驱动控制器30内。
其中,所述预设指令包括需要被转动的滤波片10的ID。当所述滤波组件100被启动时,所述驱动控制器30启动工作,来调用其内预设指令,根据所述预设指令中的ID确定需要转动的滤波片10从而驱动与该ID对应的滤波片10转动至灯管与机台的台体上放置的玻璃基本之间。因此,所述灯管发出的光经过该滤波片10滤出相应的光照射于所述玻璃基本。
在本实施例中,所述滤波组件100包括多个滤波片10、固定件20及驱动控制器30。所述固定件20设置于机台的台体上,用于固定支撑所述多个滤波片10。所述多个滤波片10可转动地设置于所述固定件20上。所述驱动控制器30至所述多个滤波片10,以根据预设指令驱动相应的滤波片10转动来使灯管发出的光经过相应的滤波片10后滤出相应波长的光。因此,本实施例中,通过所述驱动控制器30根据预设指令驱动相应的滤波片10转动来使灯管发出的光经过相应的滤波片10后滤出相应波长的光,而无需手动即可实现滤波片10的更换,满足用户的不同需求,节省了人力和时间,且降低了制成成本。
请继续参阅图2,可选地,所述驱动控制器30包括设置单元31、存储单元32及调用驱动单元33。所述设置单元31用于设置预设指令。所述存储单元32用于存储所述预设指令。所述调用驱动单元33用于调用所述预设指令,并根据调用的预设指令来驱动所述相应的滤波片10转动来使灯管发出的光经过所述相应的滤波片10后滤出相应波长的光。
在本实施方式中,所述固定件20包括第一固定柱21。所述多个滤波片21的第一端可转动地设置于所述第一固定柱21上,以使所述多个滤波片10可转动地跨设于所述灯管的上方。
其中,所述多个滤波片10为圆弧形,所述多个滤波片10的半径均不相同,以重叠方式跨设于所述灯管上方。
需要说明的是,所述多个滤波片10的半径均不相同,可以方便所述多个滤波片10可以层叠设置,从而使所述滤波片组件包括更多的滤波片10,同时也节省了空间。
在其他的实施例中,所述多个滤波片10的形状也可以根据实际需要进行调整,如椭圆形等。所述多个滤波片10的半径也可以相同。
请参阅图3,本发明第一方案第二较佳实施例提供一种滤波片组件300。
所述第二较佳实施例提供的滤波片组件300与第一较佳实施例提供的滤波片组件100相似,两者的区别在于:在第二较佳实施例中,所述固定件320还包括第二固定柱321。所述第一固定柱21及所述第二固定柱321位于所述灯管的两侧。所述多个滤波片10的第二端可转动地设置于所述第二固定柱321上,以使所述多个滤波片10可转动地跨设于所述灯管的上方。
需要说明的是,所述多个滤波片10的第一端可转动地设置于所述第一固定柱21上,所述多个滤波片10的第二端可转动地设置于所述第二固定柱321上,以使所述多个滤波片10可转动地跨设于所述灯管的上方。这样的固定方式使得所述多个滤波片10固定的更加稳固。
请参阅图4及图1,本发明第二方案较佳实施例提供一种机台400。所述机台400用于对玻璃基板500进行照射。所述机台400包括台体410、设置于所述台体410上方的隔离板420、设置于所述隔离板420上方的灯管430及滤波组件。其中,所述滤波组件用于对灯管430发出的光进行过滤。在本实施例中,所述滤波组件可以为上述第一方案第一较佳实施例提供的滤波组件100。所述滤波组件的具体机构及功能与第一方案第一较佳实施例提供的滤波组件100的相同,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,所述机台400可以包括多个灯管430及多个滤波组件100。所述滤波组件100的数量与灯管430的数量相同。在对所述玻璃基板500进行照射前,需要将所述玻璃基板500放置于所述台体410上,为了确保所述玻璃基板500接受光照的均匀性,需要再放置所述玻璃基板500之前增加所述隔离板420,以防止所述灯管430照射所述玻璃基板500。当玻璃基板500放置于所述台体410上后,移开所述隔离板,以允许所述灯管430发出的光照射于所述玻璃基板500上。
在本实施例中,所述机台400包括所述滤波组件100。所述滤波组件100包括多个滤波片10、固定件20及驱动控制器30。所述固定件20设置于所述台体410上,用于固定支撑所述多个滤波片10。所述多个滤波片10可转动地设置于所述固定件20上。所述驱动控制器30至所述多个滤波片10,以根据预设指令驱动相应的滤波片10转动来使灯管发出的光经过相应的滤波片10后滤出相应波长的光。因此,本实施例中,通过所述驱动控制器30根据预设
指令驱动相应的滤波片10转动来使灯管发出的光经过相应的滤波片10后滤出相应波长的光,而无需手动即可实现滤波片10的更换,满足用户的不同需求,节省了人力和时间,且降低了制成成本。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种滤波组件,应用于机台来以对机台的灯管发出的光进行过滤,其特征在于:所述滤波组件包括多个滤波片、固定件及驱动控制器,所述固定件设置于机台的台体上,用于固定支撑所述多个滤波片,所述多个滤波片可转动地设置于所述固定件上,所述驱动控制器至所述多个滤波片,以根据预设指令驱动相应的滤波片转动来使灯管发出的光经过相应的滤波片后滤出相应波长的光。
- 如权利要求1所述的滤波组件,其特征在于,所述驱动控制器包括设置单元、存储单元及调用驱动单元,所述设置单元用于设置预设指令,所述存储单元用于存储所述预设指令,所述调用驱动单元用于调用所述预设指令,并根据调用的预设指令来驱动所述相应的滤波片转动来使灯管发出的光经过所述相应的滤波片后滤出相应波长的光。
- 如权利要求1所述的滤波组件,其特征在于,所述固定件包括第一固定柱,所述多个滤波片的第一端可转动地设置于所述第一固定柱上,以使所述多个滤波片可转动地跨设于所述灯管的上方。
- 如权利要求3所述的滤波组件,其特征在于,所述固定件还包括第二固定柱,所述第一固定柱及所述第二固定柱位于所述灯管的两侧,所述多个滤波片的第二端可转动地设置于所述第二固定柱上,以使所述多个滤波片可转动地跨设于所述灯管的上方。
- 如权利要求4所述的滤波组件,其特征在于,所述多个滤波片为圆弧形,所述多个滤波片的半径均不相同,以重叠方式跨设于所述灯管上方。
- 一种机台,用于对玻璃基板进行照射,其特征在于:所述机台包括台体、设置于所述台体上方的隔离板、设置于所述隔离板上方的灯管及滤波组件,所述滤波组件用于对灯管发出的光进行过滤,所述滤波组件包括多个滤波片、固定件及驱动控制器,所述固定件设置于机台的台体上,用于固定支撑所述多个滤波片,所述多个滤波片可转动地设置于所述固定件上,所述驱动控制器至所述多个滤波片,以根据预设指令驱动相应的滤波片转动来使灯管发出的光经过相应的滤波片后滤出相应波长的光。
- 如权利要求6所述的机台,其特征在于,所述驱动控制器包括设置单元、存储单元及调用驱动单元,所述设置单元用于设置预设指令,所述存储单元用于存储所述预设指令,所述调用驱动单元用于调用所述预设指令,并根据调用的预设指令来驱动所述相应的滤波片转动来使灯管发出的光经过所述相应的滤波片后滤出相应波长的光。
- 如权利要求6所述的机台,其特征在于,所述固定件包括第一固定柱,所述多个滤波片的第一端可转动地设置于所述第一固定柱上,以使所述多个滤波片可转动地跨设于所述灯管的上方。
- 如权利要求8所述的机台,其特征在于,所述固定件还包括第二固定柱,所述第一固定柱及所述第二固定柱位于所述灯管的两侧,所述多个滤波片的第二端可转动地设置于所述第二固定柱上,以使所述多个滤波片可转动地跨设于所述灯管的上方。
- 如权利要求9所述的机台,其特征在于,所述多个滤波片为圆弧形,所述多个滤波片的半径均不相同,以重叠方式跨设于所述灯管上方。
