(that is, preferably a material having a melting point of 240 ° C. or higher). For example, it is made of polyphenylene sulfide or the like. You can also.
- the degree of freedom in molding can be increased and the weight can be reduced. Further, nuts that are handled relatively complicatedly have an advantage that they can be used without worrying about the occurrence of scratches and the like if they are made of resin.
- the outer peripheral lower surface side of the flange portion 7 is formed in a taper shape, which makes it easier for the electrodeposition paint to flow downward in FIG.
- the nut 3 is not firmly fixed to the body 1 even after the electrodeposition coating process is performed in the state shown in FIG. Then, it can be moved inside the case body 2. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the nut 3 is gradually lifted by screwing the bolt 12 into the hexagon nut body 4 via the washer 15 with the slide rail 14 in contact with the case body 2, and FIG. It will be in the state after fastening shown. In this way, the nut 3 accommodated in the case main body 2 so as to be freely movable absorbs the axial displacement between the bolt 12 and the nut 3, so that the slide rail 14 can be easily fixed to the body 1. It becomes possible.
