Abstract
密閉型スクロール圧縮機は、圧縮機構部(2)と、電動機部(3)と、密閉容器(4)と、油溜り(12)と、駆動軸(8)と、主軸受(50)と、旋回スクロール(5)のボス部(5c)内面に設けられた旋回軸受(13)と、前記駆動軸(8)に形成された給油穴(8b)を備える。また、旋回軸受(13)及び主軸受(50)を潤滑後の油を油溜り(12)に徘出するためにフレーム(7)に設けられた第1の排油路(24)と、前記電動機部(3)のステ一タ(3a)のインシュレータ(23)に設けられ、第1の棑油路(24)からの油をステータ(3a)の外周側に導くための貫通孔(25a)を有する第2の排油路(25)と、ステータ(3a)の外周面と密閉容器(4)の内周面とで形成され、第2の排油路(25)からの油を油溜り(12)に導くための第3の排油路(26)とからなる。密閉型スクロール圧縮機は、インシュレータに形成されている排油路からの油の漏れを抑制することにより油上り量を低減する。
