背景技术
目前,在使用互联网时,用户通常是通过即时通讯软件(Instant messaging,IM,即时通讯)与互联网上的其他用户进行通信,通过浏览器来浏览网页上的各类信息。其中,IM是一种基于互联网的即时交流消息的业务,允许两人或多人使用网路即时的传递文字讯息、档案、语音与视频交流。随着即时通讯技术的发展,越来越多的应用(软件)也都支持用户与用户之间的会话交互。
然而,为了增强用户体验,越来越多的应用集成在同一平台中,也即,通过同一平台即可实现多种应用的登录、及使用。现有的会话处理方法仍然是通过各个应用实现单一的会话。以支持应用A运行的平台为例,应用A需要通过应用A中设置的会话模块实现应用A下的用户之间的会话,应用A中若未设置会话模块,则应用A下的用户则不能实现会话交互。可见,整个会话处理过程中,应用与平台之间基本没有任何信息的交互及共享。此外,现有的会话处理过程,需要由用户手动选择会话用户进行会话,会话效率低,浪费时间,且手动选择具有一定的盲目性,选择的会话用户针对性差,难以满足用户需求,用户体验差。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种会话处理方法和系统,以解决应用与平台交互性差、会话效率低、会话用户针对性差的问题。

进程(Process)是终端(如,计算机)中的程序(如,应用)关于某数据集合上的一次运行活动,是系统进行资源分配和调度的基本单位,是操作系统结构的基础,进程可以申请和拥有系统资源。进程伴随着应用的启动而启动,第一设定平台可以对终端侧、对应于所述第一设定应用下的进程进行监听,实时(或周期性)获取进程的变化情况。例如,当监听到后台的进程数增加则可以确定在终端设备中运行了一个新的应用;又如,后台的进程数减少,则可以确定一个已运行的应用在终端设备中结束了运行。
优选地,第一设定平台可以对进程的变化进行监听,将后台最新增加的一个进程确定为所述满足设定规则的第一进程。也即,可以将启动时间与当前时刻最接近的一个后台进程作为所述满足设定规则的第一进程。
又一优选地,还可以通过如下一种可行的方式来确定所述满足设定规则的第一进程:第一设定平台对后台中对应于所述第一设定平台的进程的堆栈区域进行监听,如,可以对对应于所述第一设定平台的进程A的堆栈区域进行监听,根据监听结果确定进程A的堆栈区域的栈顶(最顶层)变化情况,将当前位于堆栈的栈顶位置处的进程作为所述满足设定规则的第一进程。
子步骤2024,第一设定平台根据获取的第一进程信息中携带的应用包名,确定所述应用包名所指示的应用,并确定所述应用包名所指示的应用为所述第一应用。
如上所述,应用在启动时,与应用相对应的进程也将随之启动;而且,由于在本实施例中,所述第一应用隶属于所述第一设定平台,故,所述第一应用运行后,所述第一应用对应的进程也可以隶属于所述第一设定平台对应的进程。也即,当第一应用运行后,将在后台进程E(对应于所述第一设定平台的进程)下挂起一个进程F(对应于所述第一应用的进程)。优选地,所述进程F对应的进程信息中可以携带有指示所述第一应用的应用包名。因此,可以通过对进程F对应的进程信息进行解析,获取进程F对应的进程信息中携带的应用包名,进而根据获取的应用包名确定所述第一应用。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,优选地,可以在确定第一会话用户通过所述第一设定平台访问了所述第一应用之后,执行上述步骤202。若所述第一会话用户只登录了所述第一设定平台,而未访问(如,登录、浏览等)所述第一应用,则不执行上述步骤202。保证了建立的会话的有效性,避免了无效会话的建立。
步骤204,第一设定平台根据确定的第一应用,筛选得到匹配会话用户集合。
在本实施例中,所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户包括但不仅限于:同时具有所述第一设定平台身份和第一应用身份的用户。换而言之,所述匹配会话用户可以同时是所述第一设定平台的用户和所述第一应用的用户。
优选地,所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户可以是所述第一设定平台中、与所述第一会话用户具有设定关联关系的用户;且,所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户可以是所述第一应用中的当前在线用户。需要说明的是,所述设定关联关系包括但不仅限于:平台好友关系、或、临时好友关系(临时好友可以是指与所述第一会话用户建立过临时会话的平台用户)等。例如,所述设定关联关系还可 以是指:所述第一设定平台侧的好友分组(父级组)下的任一子类分组,如,好友分组下的“工作”子类分组或“同学”子类分组等,本实施例对此不作限制。
在本实施例中,另一优选地,所述一个或多个匹配会话用户除了是所述第一设定平台中与所述第一会话用户具有设定关联关系的用户之外,还同时可以是所述第一应用中的用户。一般地,应用的用户的数量是比较庞大的,既包括当前在线的用户,还包括当前不再线的用户,或者,仅注册但未登录过的用户。为了减少对数据的处理量,提高处理效率,优选地,可以只从所述第一应用中的当前在线用户中筛选得到所述匹配会话用户,减少了数据处理量。进一步地,当所述一个或多个匹配会话用户满足“第一应用中的当前在线用户”这一条件时,将不会建立所述第一会话用户与离线用户的会话,也即避免了无效会话的建立,降低了资源占用率,保证了会话用户的准确性和会话的有效性。
更优选地,在本实施例中,所述第一应用中的当前在线用户除了满足用户当前应用在线的要求之外,还可以同时满足应用当前正在使用的要求(也即,应用当前正在前端界面运行)。换而言之,所述当前在线用户包括:已登录所述第一应用且正在前端使用所述第一应用的用户。例如,用户A和用户B都是所述第一应用下的用户。其中,用户A通过终端A中的第一设定平台登录第一应用,并且,用户A当前正在终端A中使用所述第一应用,也即,第一应用在终端A的前端运行。用户B通过终端B中的第一设定平台登录第一应用,然而,用户B当前并未使用第一应用,而是正在使用其他应用(如应用C),也即,当前时刻,应用C在终端B的前端运行,第一应用被最小化隐藏在后台运行。根据上述优选方案,可以仅认为所述用户A是所述第一应用中的当前在线用户,而排除用户B(即,用户B不满足当前在线)。第一设定平台可以通过如下方式来判断用户A和用户B是否是当前在线用户:第一设定平台根据对终端A的平台进程的监听,确定在终端A的后台中,对应于所述第一应用的进程位于平台进程的堆栈的栈顶,则可以生成指示信息A,以指示用户A当前在线。相类似地,第一设定平台根据对终端B的平台进程的监听,确定在终端B的后台中,对应于所述第一应用的进程并非平台进程中的栈顶进程,则可以生成指示信息B,以指示用户B当前不在线(处于离开状态)。
在本实施例中,所述步骤204可以包括如下子步骤:
子步骤2042,第一设定平台确定所述第一应用中的一个或多个第二会话用户。
在本实施例中,优选地,所述第二会话用户可以是所述第一设定平台从所述第一应用中的多个用户中筛选得到的满足一定要求的用户,如,所述第二会话用户可以是上述的第一应用中的当前在线用户。一种可行的确定所述第二会话用户的方式可以如下:第 一设定平台可以从所述第一设定平台维护的状态库中获取所述第一应用中的一个或多个第二会话用户。其中,所述状态库中可以记录有所述第一应用中当前在线的用户,则所述第一设定平台可以直接从所述状态库中获取并确定所述第二会话用户。当然,所述状态库中也可以记录所述第一应用中的所有用户,以及各个用户的指示信息(所述指示信息可以但不仅限于指示用户是否当前在线),则,所述第一设定平台可以从所述状态库中获取、根据所述指示信息确定的、所述第一应用中当前在线的用户作为所述第二会话用户。需要说明的是,所述状态库可以是维护在后台服务器中的数据库,或,所述状态库即是一个后台服务器,本实施例对此不作限制。
可见,在本实施例中,第一设定平台可以通过对状态库的维护来实现对所述第一设定平台下的多个不同应用中的各个用户的用户信息的维护和获取操作。本领域技术人员应当明了的是,所述状态库中维护的信息除了应用中的用户信息和各个用户所对应的指示信息外,还可以维护如下信息:用户登录或登出第一设定平台的登录信息、以及用户访问各个应用的访问信息等。也即,第一设定平台可以根据所述状态库中维护的信息来判断第一应用中的用户是否通过第一设定平台访问第一应用。优选地,第一设定平台可以在确定第一应用中的用户已登录所述第一应用之后,再进一步判断已登录所述第一应用的用户是满足如上所述的当前在线的要求,提高了数据处理效率,减少了数据处理量。
当然,第一设定平台也可以从云端第三方服务器或其它第三方应用中获取所述第一应用中的所有当前在线用户,然后将获取的所有当前在线用户确定为所述第二会话用户。
子步骤2044,第一设定平台确定所述第一设定平台中、与所述第一会话用户具有设定关联关系的一个或多个第三会话用户。
如前所述,第一设定平台可以直接调用所述第一会话用户的好友列表信息,将所述好友列表信息对应指示的用户确定所述第三会话用户。或者,第一设定平台可以根据第一设定平台维护的、用于记录用户信息的用户信息列表确定第一平台中的各个用户之间的交互关系,进而根据确定的交互关系来确定满足所述设定关联关系用户,以作为所述第三会话用户。又或者,第一设定平台可以直接从第三方获取与所述第一会话用户具有设定关联关系的用户,以作为所述第三会话用户。本领域技术人员可以采用任意一种适当的方式确定所述第三会话用户。
子步骤2046,第一设定平台根据所述一个或多个第二会话用户,和,所述一个或多个第三会话用户的比较结果,确定所述一个或多个匹配会话用户;并确定所述一个或多个匹配会话用户组成的集合为所述匹配会话用户集合。
例如,可以将所述一个或多个会话用户与所述一个或多个第三会话用户一一进行比对,将一致的会话用户确定为匹配会话用户,换而言之,可以将所述一个或多个第二会话用户与所述一个或多个第三会话用户的交集确定为所述匹配会话用户。本领域技术人员应当明了的是,上述子步骤2042-子步骤2046只是一种得到匹配会话用户集合的可行的优选方式,但并不是唯一方式,例如,第一设定平台还可以直接从云端第三方服务器或其它第三方用于中直接获取所述匹配会话用户集合,本实施例对此不作限制。
步骤206,第一设定平台通过所述第一设定平台中的会话链接,建立所述第一会话用户与所述匹配会话用户集合中的至少一个会话匹配用户之间的会话。
在本实施例中,所述会话链接可以是由所述第一设定平台中的会话模块提供。参照图3,示出了本申请实施例二中一种会话模块的结构示意图。所述会话模块302设置在第一设定平台300中,所述会话模块302中可以包括:用于对会话中的语音信息进行采集的语音采集模块3022,用于对语音进行回音、噪声抑制、静音检测和编码处理的第一处理模块3024,用户进行数据传输的网络通道模块3026,用于对语音进行解码、防抖动和混音处理的第二处理模块3028,和用于进行语音播放的语音播放模块30210。所述会话链接可以理解为:由所述语音采集模块3022、第一处理模块3024、网络通道模块3026、第二处理模块3028和语音播放模块30210组成的通信链接。
优选地,所述会话链接中会话消息的传递可以基于RTMP(Real Time Messaging Protocol,实时消息传输协议)和/或WebRTC(Web Real-Time Communication,网页实时通信)实现。例如,第一设定平台可以通过Web RTC消息和/或RTMP消息,建立所述第一会话用户与所述匹配会话用户集合中的至少一个匹配会话用户之间的Web会话和/或客户端会话。换而言之,第一会话用户可以与任意一个匹配会话用户进行单独的Web网页会话或客户端会话。也可以与任意多个匹配会话用户进行多人Web会话或多人客户端会话。
在本实施例中,为了保证建立的会话的有效性,一优选地,在所述步骤206之前,可以先执行如下步骤208:
步骤208,第一设定平台判断所述一个或多个匹配会话用户是否为所述第一应用中的当前在线用户。
在本实施例中,所述匹配会话用户的确定过程是有一定的等待时间,可能所述等待时间很短,甚至用户都无法感知到,但为了进一步保证会话的有效性(即,确定得到的匹配会话用户一定是当前在线用户),第一设定平台可以在建立会话之前对所述匹配会 话用户再进行一次判断,即判断所述匹配会话用户是否是当前在线用户,若是,则执行步骤206。否则,可以根据判断结果,将确定为当前不在线用户从所述匹配会话用户集合中删除,然后再执行步骤206。
另一优选地,在本实施例中,在上述步骤204之后,还可以执行下述步骤210:
步骤210,第一设定平台加载第一页面,在所述第一页面中加载显示所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户。
在本实施例中,所述第一页面可以理解为是显示会话用户的信息的详情页。以第一应用是游戏应用为例,加载的第一页面中可以显示有:匹配会话用户的用户信息和/或匹配会话用户的游戏信息(如,游戏角色信息、等级信息、职业信息)等。换而言之,在本实施例中,第一设定平台可以根据匹配会话用户的用户信息和/或游戏信息生成推荐信息,将所述推荐信息加载显示在所述第一页面中,第一会话用户可以根据所述第一页面中加载显示的推荐信息主动选择用户进行会话。例如,第一设定平台可以根据对所述第一页面中加载的一个或多个匹配会话用户的触发操作请求,确定一个或多个触发会话用户;然后,通过所述第一设定平台中的会话链接,建立所述第一会话用户与所述一个或多个触发会话用户之间的单人会话;和/或,建立所述第一会话用户与所述一个或多个触发会话用户之间的多人会话。
综上所述,本实施例所述的会话处理方法,在确定第一会话用户通过第一设定平台访问的第一应用之后,可以根据确定的第一应用,筛选得到匹配会话用户集合,其中,匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户满足一定的规则:既是所述第一设定平台的用户,又同时是所述第一应用的用户,可见,通过本实施例确定的匹配会话用户与所述第一会话用户至少满足两个维度(第一应用和第一设定平台)的关联关系,更具有针对性。所述第一会话用户与具有特定的针对性的匹配会话用户之间的会话,会话的可持续性和可发展性强,提高了会话用户之间的互动性,增强了用户在应用与平台之间的信息交互,实现了应用与平台之间的信息共享。而且,将具有特定针对性的匹配会话用户作为所述第一会话用户的目标会话用户进行会话,过滤了其他无效的会话用户,在保证会话质量的同时又满足了用户需求,提升了用户体验。
进一步地,本实施例可以通过第一设定平台中的会话链接直接建立所述第一会话用户与所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个会话用户之间的会话。用户与用户之间的会话不再依赖于第三方应用实现,而是由平台来统一实现,使得会话过程具有通用性,可以适用于任意第三方应用。同时,第三方应用也不需要单独设置用于实现会话的硬件(或 软件)模块,节约了成本。
此外,在本实施例中,第一设定平台可以通过加载的第一页面向第一会话用户推荐满足一定要求的会话用户以供第一会话用户选择,以满足不同用户的需求。又或者,第一设定平台可以直接将满足一定要求的会话用户推送给所述第一会话用户,并直接建立所述第一会话用户与满足一定要求的会话用户之间的会话,避免了人工参与过程,提高了会话处理效率,节约了时间。
实施例三
基于上述实施例中的说明,本实施例以游戏平台中的会话处理流程为例,结合图4和图5对本申请的会话处理方法进行详细说明。
参照图4,示出了本申请实施例三中一种游戏平台的结构示意图。在本实施例中,游戏平台中至少包括:终端服务模块、游戏中心模块、游戏详情模块和语音模块。需要说明的是,上述模块的划分仅为了更清楚地说明本实施例的会话处理方案,本领域技术人员应当理解,在具体实现时,上述模块可以采用任意适当的方式实现,如实现不同功能的程序代码,或者与硬件相结合的代码等,本申请对此不作限制。
本实施例中,所述终端服务模块是游戏平台的核心后台服务模块,其随终端的启动一直运行于后台,它的主要功能是监听用户的状态变化。当用户登录或者登出平台,终端服务模块通过Http(Hypertext transfer protocol,超文本传送协议)请求上报用户在线状态信息。终端服务模块通过查询进程的改变,获取当前运行的游戏包名,结合游戏中心的游戏数据,就能够准确知道用户进入或者退出游戏及对应的游戏ID,然后通过Http请求上报用户的动作,用户状态信息就与对应的游戏ID建立关联。云端服务器根据上报的数据,形成用户状态库,以供游戏中心查询。
游戏中心模块为用户数据展示及第三方游戏的连接桥梁。游戏中心维护着所述游戏平台下的所有游戏的详细信息,通过游戏ID可以到云端服务器的用户状态库中查询此游戏的当前用户。游戏平台通过平台好友列表可以筛选出正在玩游戏的平台好友,构建了精准的语音用户集合,即:互动的用户既是平台好友,同时也正在玩相同的游戏,避免了人工筛选语音用户的操作。
游戏详情模块可以加载游戏详情页(也即,上述实施例中所述的第一页面),既是平台好友又是当前游戏在线的用户可以在游戏详情页中加载显示。
语音模块可以用于建立用户与用户之间的会话链接,实现用户直接的会话。
参照图5,示出了本申请实施例三中一种基于游戏平台的会话处理方法的步骤流程 图。在本实施例中,所述基于图4所示的游戏平台实现的会话处理方法可以包括:
步骤502,游戏平台通过终端服务模块监听进程的变化,确定当前用户访问的游戏应用。
例如,游戏平台可以通过终端服务模块监听进程的变化,确定当前用户A通过游戏平台访问游戏应用A。需要说明的是在本实施例中,所述用户A的平台好友列表中包括用户B、用户C和用户D,也即,所述用户B、用户C和用户D是所述用户A的平台好友。

进一步地,本实施例可以通过第一设定平台中的会话链接直接建立所述第一会话用户与所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个会话用户之间的会话。用户与用户之间的会话不再依赖于第三方应用实现,而是由平台来统一实现,使得会话过程具有通用性,可以适用于任意第三方应用。同时,第三方应用也不需要单独设置用于实现会话的硬件(或软件)模块,节约了成本。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种会话处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定第一会话用户通过第一设定平台访问的第一应用;其中,所述第一应用包括:隶属于所述第一设定平台中的应用;
    根据确定的第一应用,筛选得到匹配会话用户集合;其中,所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户为所述第一设定平台的用户和所述第一应用的用户;
    通过所述第一设定平台中的会话链接,建立所述第一会话用户与所述匹配会话用户集合中的至少一个匹配会话用户之间的会话。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户为所述第一设定平台的用户和所述第一应用的用户,包括:
    所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户为所述第一设定平台中、与所述第一会话用户具有设定关联关系的用户;且,
    所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户为所述第一应用中的当前在线用户。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在通过所述第一设定平台中的会话链接,建立所述第一会话用户与所述匹配会话用户集合中的至少一个匹配会话用户之间的会话的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述一个或多个匹配会话用户是否为所述第一应用中的当前在线用户;
    若是,则执行通过所述第一设定平台中的会话链接,建立所述第一会话用户与所述匹配会话用户集合中的至少一个匹配会话用户之间的会话的步骤。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,根据确定的第一应用,筛选得到匹配会话用户集合,包括:
    确定所述第一应用中的一个或多个第二会话用户,以及,
    确定所述第一设定平台中、与所述第一会话用户具有设定关联关系的一个或多个第三会话用户;
    根据所述一个或多个第二会话用户,和,所述一个或多个第三会话用户的比较结果,确定所述一个或多个匹配会话用户;并确定所述一个或多个匹配会话用户组成的集合为所述匹配会话用户集合。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,确定所述第一应用中的一个或多个第 二会话用户,包括:
    从所述第一设定平台对应的后台服务器中获取、根据用于指示应用是否当前在线的指示信息确定的、所述第一应用中当前在线的用户。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,在根据确定的第一应用,筛选得到匹配会话用户集合的步骤之后,还包括:
    加载第一页面,在所述第一页面中加载显示所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,通过所述第一设定平台中的会话链接,建立所述第一会话用户与所述匹配会话用户集合中的至少一个匹配会话用户之间的会话,包括:
    根据对所述第一页面中加载的一个或多个匹配会话用户的触发操作请求,确定一个或多个触发会话用户;
    通过所述第一设定平台中的会话链接,建立所述第一会话用户与所述一个或多个触发会话用户之间的单人会话;和/或,建立所述第一会话用户与所述一个或多个触发会话用户之间的多人会话。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,确定第一会话用户通过第一设定平台访问的第一应用,包括:
    从后台运行的多个进程中确定满足设定规则的第一进程,并获取所述确定的第一进程对应的第一进程信息;
    根据获取的第一进程信息中携带的应用包名,确定所述应用包名所指示的应用,并确定所述应用包名所指示的应用为所述第一应用。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,通过所述第一设定平台中的会话链接,建立所述第一会话用户与所述匹配会话用户集合中的至少一个匹配会话用户之间的会话,包括:
    通过Web RTC消息和/或RTMP消息,建立所述第一会话用户与所述匹配会话用户集合中的至少一个匹配会话用户之间的Web会话和/或客户端会话。
  10. 一种会话处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过第一设定平台访问第一应用;
    接收通过所述第一设定平台返回的会话请求;其中,所述会话请求中包括匹配会话 用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户,所述匹配会话用户集合中的匹配会话用户为所述第一设定平台的用户和所述第一应用的用户;
    响应所述会话请求,并通过所述第一设定平台中的会话链接,建立与所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户之间的会话。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述匹配会话用户集合中的匹配会话用户为所述第一设定平台的用户和所述第一应用的用户,包括:
    所述匹配会话用户集合中的匹配会话用户为所述第一设定平台中、与第一会话用户具有设定关联关系的用户;且,
    所述匹配会话用户集合中的匹配会话用户为所述第一应用中的当前在线用户;
    其中,所述第一会话用户为通过第一设定平台访问第一应用的会话用户。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收通过所述第一设定平台返回的会话请求的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收通过所述第一设定平台显示的第一页面,其中,所述第一页面中加载显示有所述匹配会话用户集合中的匹配会话用户;
    触发筛选请求,以从所述第一页面中显示的匹配会话用户中筛选满足设定规则的会话用户;
    通过所述第一设定平台响应所述筛选请求,生成所述会话请求。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,通过所述第一设定平台中的会话链接,建立与所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户之间的会话,包括:
    通过Web RTC消息和/或RTMP消息,建立与所述匹配会话用户集合中的至少一个匹配会话用户之间的Web会话和/或客户端会话。
  14. 一种会话处理系统,其特征在于,包括:
    应用确定模块,用于确定第一会话用户通过第一设定平台访问的第一应用;其中,所述第一应用包括:隶属于所述第一设定平台中的应用;
    筛选模块,用于根据确定的第一应用,筛选得到匹配会话用户集合;其中,所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户为所述第一设定平台的用户和所述第一应用的用户;
    会话模块,用于通过所述第一设定平台中的会话链接,建立所述第一会话用户与所述匹配会话用户集合中的至少一个匹配会话用户之间的会话。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的会话处理系统,其特征在于,所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户为所述第一设定平台的用户和所述第一应用的用户,包括:
    所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户为所述第一设定平台中、与所述第一会话用户具有设定关联关系的用户;且,
    所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户为所述第一应用中的当前在线用户。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的会话处理系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    判断模块,用于在所述会话模块通过所述第一设定平台中的会话链接,建立所述第一会话用户与所述匹配会话用户集合中的至少一个匹配会话用户之间的会话之前,判断所述一个或多个匹配会话用户是否为所述第一应用中的当前在线用户;
    第一执行模块,用于在确定所述一个或多个匹配会话用户是所述第一应用中的当前在线用户时,执行所述会话模块。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的会话处理系统,其特征在于,所述筛选模块包括:
    第一确定子模块,用于确定所述第一应用中的一个或多个第二会话用户,以及,确定所述第一设定平台中、与所述第一会话用户具有设定关联关系的一个或多个第三会话用户;
    第二确定子模块,用于根据所述一个或多个第二会话用户,和,所述一个或多个第三会话用户的比较结果,确定所述一个或多个匹配会话用户;并确定所述一个或多个匹配会话用户组成的集合为所述匹配会话用户集合。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的会话处理系统,其特征在于,所述第一确定子模块在确定所述第一应用中的一个或多个第二会话用户时,包括:
    从所述第一设定平台对应的后台服务器中获取、根据用于指示应用是否当前在线的指示信息确定的、所述第一应用中当前在线的用户。
  19. 如权利要求14-18任一项所述的会话处理系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    加载模块,用于在所述筛选模块根据确定的第一应用,筛选得到匹配会话用户集合之后,加载第一页面,在所述第一页面中加载显示所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的会话处理系统,其特征在于,所述会话模块,用于根据对所述第一页面中加载的一个或多个匹配会话用户的触发操作请求,确定一个或多个触发会话用户;通过所述第一设定平台中的会话链接,建立所述第一会话用户与所述一个 或多个触发会话用户之间的单人会话;和/或,建立所述第一会话用户与所述一个或多个触发会话用户之间的多人会话。
  21. 如权利要求14所述的会话处理系统,其特征在于,所述应用确定模块,包括:

  22. 如权利要求19所述的会话处理系统,其特征在于,所述会话模块,用于通过Web RTC消息和/或RTMP消息,建立所述第一会话用户与所述匹配会话用户集合中的至少一个匹配会话用户之间的Web会话和/或客户端会话。
  23. 一种会话处理系统,其特征在于,包括:
    访问模块,用于通过第一设定平台访问第一应用;
    会话请求接收模块,用于接收通过所述第一设定平台返回的会话请求;其中,所述会话请求中包括匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户,所述匹配会话用户集合中的匹配会话用户为所述第一设定平台的用户和所述第一应用的用户;
    响应模块,用于响应所述会话请求,并通过所述第一设定平台中的会话链接,建立与所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户之间的会话。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的会话处理系统,其特征在于,所述匹配会话用户集合中的匹配会话用户为所述第一设定平台的用户和所述第一应用的用户,包括:
    所述匹配会话用户集合中的匹配会话用户为所述第一设定平台中、与第一会话用户具有设定关联关系的用户;且,
    所述匹配会话用户集合中的匹配会话用户为所述第一应用中的当前在线用户;
    其中,所述第一会话用户为通过第一设定平台访问第一应用的会话用户。
  25. 如权利要求23所述的会话处理系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    页面接收模块,用于在所述会话请求接收模块接收通过所述第一设定平台返回的会话请求之前,接收通过所述第一设定平台显示的第一页面,其中,所述第一页面中加载显示有所述匹配会话用户集合中的匹配会话用户;
    会话用户筛选模块,用于触发筛选请求,以从所述第一页面中显示的匹配会话用户中筛选满足设定规则的会话用户;
    会话请求生成模块,用于通过所述第一设定平台响应所述筛选请求,生成所述会话请求。
  26. 如权利要求23所述的会话处理系统,其特征在于,所述响应模块在通过所述第一设定平台中的会话链接,建立与所述匹配会话用户集合中的一个或多个匹配会话用户之间的会话时,包括:
    通过Web RTC消息和/或RTMP消息,建立与所述匹配会话用户集合中的至少一个匹配会话用户之间的Web会话和/或客户端会话。
