Description

具有计数功能的10kV柔性电缆中间接头 技术领域
本发明涉及10kV柔性电缆中间接头,具体涉及一种能够对中间接头插拔次数具有计数功能的10kV柔性电缆中间接头。
背景技术
10kV柔性电缆单盘长度有限,在实际铺设柔性电缆线路的作业过程中,需要使用柔性电缆中间接头对10kV柔性电缆进行连接,目前常用的柔性电缆中间接头能够快速实现柔性电缆对接施工,但是,由于柔性电缆中间接头在反复多次插拔过程中会产生机械磨损,使得柔性电缆中间接头的可插拔次数受到限制,然而,现有的10kV柔性电缆中间接头不具备对插拔次数的计数功能,因而,一旦柔性电缆中间接头因插拔次数达到一定数量,造成中间接头磨损发生质量缺陷而不能及时发现,其继续带电使用时,将会严重影响柔性电缆线路的安全运行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:克服现有柔性电缆中间接头使用中存在的问题,提供一种结构简单、成本较低、实现方便且使用时能够实时显示柔性电缆中间接头插拔次数的具有计数功能的10kV柔性电缆中间接头。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的具有计数功能的10kV柔性电缆中间接头,包括套管、卡头和直通插头;上述的套管为自锁式结构的中空的圆环形套管;套管包括左套管和右套管;左套管和右套管分设在卡头的左右两侧并与卡头固定连接;直通插头包括导体和绝缘层;其结构特点是:还包括触动杆和机械计数器;上述的卡头为中空的圆柱体件;卡头的前端下部设有从表面向内部中空部位贯通的机械计数器安装孔;直通插头固定设置在2个套管和卡头的中空部位内;
触动杆由触接部和传导部一体组成;触接部为水平设置的圆柱形杆体;传导部为垂直设置的圆柱形杆体;
机械计数器为PROGRESSIVE品牌CVPL-18型号的机械式计数器;机械计数器具有本体、联动轴和数码显示部;联动轴从本体内向右伸出;本体通过卡头的机械计数器安装孔设置在卡头内;数码显示部设置在卡头的外周面上;
触动杆的触接部可左右向活动地设置在右套管和卡头的结合部内;触动杆的传导部的下端与机械计数器的联动轴的右端固定连接。
进一步的方案是:上述的触动杆的传导部的下端与机械计数器的联动轴的右端焊接固定连接。
进一步的方案是:上述的触动杆的材质为不锈钢。
本发明具有积极的效果:(1)本发明的具有计数功能的10kV柔性电缆中间接头,通过在现有的10kV柔性电缆中间接头的基础上,加装触动杆和与触动杆联动的机械计次器即可实现,结构简单,成本较低,实现方便。(2)本发明的具有计数功能的10kV柔性电缆中间接头,其在使用时,能够实时显示柔性电缆中间接头当前的插拔次数,从而使得操作人员能够有效注意到柔性电缆中间接头的总体使用情况,从而防止柔性电缆中间接头因插拔磨损发生质量缺陷时,因未及时发现继续带电使用而影响线路安全运行的事故发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
(实施例1)
见图1至图3,本实施例的具有计数功能的10kV柔性电缆中间接头,主要由套管1、卡头2、直通插头3、触动杆4和机械计数器5组成。
套管1的材质为铝合金。套管1为自锁式结构的中空的圆环形套管,套管1分左右设有2个,分别为左套管11和右套管12。
卡头2的材质为铝合金。卡头2为中空的圆柱体件,卡头2的前端下部设有从表面向内部中空部位贯通的机械计数器安装孔。
卡头2的中空部位的内径小于2个套管1的中空部位的内径。
直通插头3由导体31和履盖在导体31上的绝缘层32组成。
左套管11设置在卡头2的左侧并与卡头2的左端固定连接;右套管12设置在卡头2的右侧并与卡头2的右端固定连接;直通插头3固定设置在2个套管1和卡头2的中空部位内,且直通插头3的左端相对于左套管11向左突出;直通插头3的右端相对于右套管11向右突出。
触动杆4的材质为不锈钢。触动杆4由触接部41和传导部42一体组成。触接部41为水平设置的圆柱形杆体;传导部42为垂直设置的圆柱形杆体;触动杆4的整体形状基本呈倒L形。
机械计数器5本实施例中优选采用PROGRESSIVE品牌的CVPL-18型号的机械式计数器。机械计数器5具有本体51、联动轴52和数码显示部53;联动轴52从本体51内向右伸出;机械计数器5的本体51通过卡头2的机械计数器安装孔设置在卡头2内;数码显示部53设置在卡头2的外周面上。数码显示部53具有7位示数。
触动杆4的触接部41可左右向活动地设置在右套管12和卡头2的结合部内;触动杆4的传导部42的下端与机械计数器5的联动轴52的右端固定连接;本实施例中,优选采用焊接固定连接。
本实施例的具有计数功能的10kV柔性电缆中间接头,其在用于将2根柔性电缆6进行连接使用时,将1根柔性电缆6从左向右插入左套管11内,使得柔性电缆6的外绝缘层61与左套管11的内壁紧密相接;柔性电缆6的线芯62与直接接头3的导体31电连接;同时,将另一根柔性电缆6从右向左插入右套管12内,该根柔性电缆6的外绝缘层61在从右向左插入的过程中,与触动杆4的触接部41相接并将触接部41向左推压,触动杆4的触接部41通过传导部42将机械计数器5的联动轴52从右向左推压,使得机械计数器5动作,实现计数1次,也即在数码显示部53的累计总次数的基础上加1,并对当前累计总次数进行数字显示,完成10kV柔性电缆中间接头插入时的计数功能。同理,当柔性电缆6的外绝缘层61在从左向右拔出的过程中,触动杆4的触接部41的外压力消 除后向右运动恢复原状,通过传导部42带动机械计数器5的联动轴52从左向右动作恢复原状,使得机械计数器5动作,实现计数1次,也即在数码显示部53的累计总次数的基础上加1,并对当前累计总次数进行数字显示,完成10kV柔性电缆中间接头的拔出时的计数功能。
以上实施例是对本发明的具体实施方式的说明,而非对本发明的限制,有关技术领域的技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,还可以做出各种变换和变化而得到相对应的等同的技术方案,因此所有等同的技术方案均应该归入本发明的专利保护范围。

  1. 一种具有计数功能的10kV柔性电缆中间接头,包括套管(1)、卡头(2)和直通插头(3);所述的套管(1)为自锁式结构的中空的圆环形套管;套管(1)包括左套管(11)和右套管(12);左套管(11)和右套管(12)分设在卡头(2)的左右两侧并与卡头(2)固定连接;直通插头(3)包括导体(31)和绝缘层(32);其特征在于:还包括触动杆(4)和机械计数器(5);所述的卡头(2)为中空的圆柱体件;卡头(2)的前端下部设有从表面向内部中空部位贯通的机械计数器安装孔;直通插头(3)固定设置在2个套管(1)和卡头(2)的中空部位内;触动杆(4)由触接部(41)和传导部(42)一体组成;触接部(41)为水平设置的圆柱形杆体;传导部(42)为垂直设置的圆柱形杆体;机械计数器(5)为PROGRESSIVE品牌CVPL-18型号的机械式计数器;机械计数器(5)具有本体(51)、联动轴(52)和数码显示部(53);联动轴(52)从本体(51)内向右伸出;本体(51)通过卡头(2)的机械计数器安装孔设置在卡头(2)内;数码显示部(53)设置在卡头(2)的外周面上;触动杆(4)的触接部(41)可左右向活动地设置在右套管(12)和卡头(2)的结合部内;触动杆(4)的传导部(42)的下端与机械计数器(5)的联动轴(52)的右端固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有计数功能的10kV柔性电缆中间接头,其特征在于:所述的触动杆(4)的传导部(42)的下端与机械计数器(5)的联动轴(52)的右端焊接固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有计数功能的10kV柔性电缆中间接头,其特征在于:所述的触动杆(4)的材质为不锈钢。
