均布在爪盘外圆周上的固定爪为L形结构,其竖直段与水平段夹 角≤90°,即其水平段为倾斜结构,有利于固定爪对轴向定位盘的抓牢,水平段向内桶底座中心孔方向。固定爪上部的两侧面分别设置有内槽13和外槽14,内槽和外槽的槽壁均为向下的倾斜面,且外槽的位置高于内槽位置。定位件12卡装在槽内。各固定爪的水平面部分所在圆周的与轴向定位盘为同一水平面;固定爪主要是用于内桶底座的轴向固定,固定爪绕爪座上的销转动,当爪盘套在轴向定位盘上之后,将固定爪的水平段与轴向定位盘的底面触接,此时的固定爪上部向外扩,将定位件12卡装在其内槽中,通过定位件的弹力保证固定爪的位置不变,实现固定爪对轴向定位盘的卡死,保证内桶底座卡接在轴向定位盘上。当拆卸时,为防止卡爪随意转动,先将定位件卸下,将固定爪上部向内扳动,将定位件套在固定爪的外槽中,使其固定后,再摘取内桶底座,便于拆卸。
为了便于固定爪与轴向定位盘的固定,轴向定位盘下表面的外边缘为倾斜面,其倾斜角度与固定爪水平段的倾斜角度相匹配。
将爪盘套装在轴向定位盘上之后,固定盘上表面与固定爪上表面为同一水平面。
波轮快速连接机构包括外套21、滚珠22、波轮23、连接套24。内柱16通过内柱固定盘15与波轮23上表面固接,内柱上部中央设置有螺纹孔,其下部中央设置有通槽,该通槽直径大于波轮轴上端直径。内柱下部沿其外圆周均布有滚珠孔,本实施例中滚珠孔沿120°分布,孔内有滚珠22,滚珠孔距离连接套下面的距离与固定盘上面传动轴的长度相对应;滚珠构成内圈直径小于波轮轴顶部外径。两个压簧20分别套装在内柱上部和下部,外套21套装在内柱外部,压盖19通过固定销18与内柱顶部的螺纹孔连接。波轮底部还设置有连接套24,该连接套内部有花键槽,该连接套套装在波轮轴上,连接套内壁的花键槽与传动轴上下部的花键轴相匹配。波轮轴上部沿其圆周设置有一环形的定位槽25,该定位槽为字母C形孔或者为外大内小的锥形孔。
波轮底部设置有一挡圈或凸缘,其与波轮可为一体结构,套装在传动轴上。挡圈的直径大于固定爪聚拢状态时构成的内圈直径,小于 固定爪外扩状态时构成的内圈直径,固定爪没有安装到位时,挡圈与固定爪顶端接触,无法将波轮安装到位,挡圈起到对波轮的轴向限位的作用。
外套内壁直径由上至下一次减小,构成三个缩套部分,其最小径的位置与滚珠所在位置持平。下部的压簧被外套的一级缩套(最小径)压缩,上部的压簧至于二级缩套位置,压盖压住上部压簧并通过固定销与内柱固定连接。一级缩套的上下运动,将滚珠向内挤压,波轮轴上部为光轴,其顶端为一梯形台,该梯形台的上边缘为圆倒角结构,该梯形台置于滚珠孔位置,滚珠被挤压后滚珠围成的内圈直径变小,并被梯形台卡住。该快速连接机构为双向锁定形式。
该快速连接机构的使用方法是:
需要安装波轮时,连接套对正波轮轴,将轴插进连接套内,由于此时外套的一级缩套处于正常状态,即对滚珠为压缩状态,其内圈直径小,当波轮轴顶端经过滚珠位置时被阻挡,使用者用力向下压,传动轴顶端冲压滚珠,由于滚珠可动、滚珠内圈的直径略小于传动轴顶端、传动轴顶端有圆倒角,在压力作用下,传动轴顶端冲过滚珠所在位置,此时滚珠回位,在没有冲力作用下,滚珠被一级缩套挤压,穿过滚珠孔置于波轮轴上的定位槽内,滚珠位置不发生变化,实现波轮与传动轴的轴向固定连接;
需要拆除波轮时,先向上提拉外套,外套挤压上部压簧向上运动,一级缩套向上,滚珠没有一级缩套的挤压向外流动,其内圈直径变大,波轮轴脱离滚珠束缚,波轮被取下。
为避免快速连接机构刮损衣物,在外套外圆周设置圆弧状的连接筋。在外套顶部设置顶盖17,该顶盖通过螺栓与外套连接。
为方便内桶拆卸,作为优选方案,将围框制作成一独立个体,围框的后边通过连接件与箱体后面活动链接。二者之间可通过合页连接,也可通过转动轴和轴套连接,外框的其余边与箱体之间均为对接关系,没有实质连接部分,需要拆除内桶时,只需将围框掀起即可。为保证使用安全,洗衣机上加装一个安全、报警电路,该电路一端与洗衣机主电路连接,另一端与报警装置或安全锁装置连接。
在洗衣机上加装一个排水开关,该排水开关与排水阀电机连接。一方面,该排水开关为自动开关,其通过电路与排水阀电机连接,按键设置在功能按键区;另一方面,该排水开关为手动开关,其通过拉绳与排水阀连接,通过拉拽实现阀门开合。在对内外桶进行清洗后,需要将污水排放出去,该排水功能键只有在清洗内外桶时才能使用,其余排水阀之间为单独控制关系。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种易清洗的波轮洗衣机,包括箱体、上盖、围框、传动装置、内桶和外桶;箱体、围框和上盖构成洗衣机的外部壳体,围框安装在箱体上边缘,上盖安装在围框上,内桶和外桶同心套装在一起,设置在箱体内部,传动装置固定安装在外桶底部,传动装置与外桶底部的驱动机构连接;内桶包括连接成一体结构的上围、桶体和底座,传动装置中的传动轴穿过外桶,至于内桶内底部,其特征在于,所述的传动装置还包括内桶卡接机构和波轮快速连接机构,其中:
    所述的内桶卡接机构包括定位盘组合和卡爪组合:定位盘组合包括固接为一体的固定盘、周向定位盘和轴向定位盘,该定位盘组合套装在波轮轴上;卡爪组合包括爪盘和固定爪,爪盘设置在内桶底座中心孔内,爪盘底面设置有周向定位槽,固定爪安装在爪盘外圆周上,固定爪下部与轴向定位盘底面触接;固定爪上设置有定位件;
    所述的波轮快速连接机构包括外套、内柱、压簧、滚珠和压盖,内柱通过内柱固定盘与波轮上表面固接;内柱下部沿其外圆周均布有滚珠孔,孔内有滚珠,压簧套装在内柱上,外套套装在内柱外部,压盖通过连接件与内柱固定连接;波轮底部还设置有连接套。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,内桶卡接机构中的定位盘组合为三个外径不同的圆盘,三者固接为一体,周向定位盘为多边形的几何形状;卡爪组合中爪盘底部的周向定位的槽的形状和大小与周向定位盘相匹配;固定盘的上边缘为圆倒角、固定盘圆柱部分的高度大于周向定位盘的厚度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的易清洗的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,波轮轴的上端为一梯形台,该梯形台的上边缘为圆倒角结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,固定爪为L形结构,其竖直段与水平段夹角≤90°。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,固定爪上部的两侧面分别设置有内槽和外槽,内槽和外槽的槽壁均为向下的倾斜面;固定爪定位件装在槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的易清洗的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于, 各固定爪的水平面部分所在圆周的与轴向定位盘为同一水平面;固定爪的水平段与轴向定位盘的底面触接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,波轮快速连接机构中,外套内壁直径由上至下依次减小,其最小径的位置与滚珠所在位置持平。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的易清洗的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的内柱底部设置有与连接套连通的通槽,该通槽直径大于波轮轴上端直径;滚珠孔距离连接套下面的距离与波轮轴置于固定盘上面的长度相对应;滚珠构成内圈直径小于波轮轴顶部外径;所述波轮轴上部沿其圆周设置有一环形定位槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述围框为一独立个体,围框的后边通过连接件与箱体后面活动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,所述波轮底部设置有一挡圈或凸缘。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,洗衣机上设置有排水开关,该排水开关与排水阀电机连接。
