快速连接机构包括外套21、滚珠22、连接套15。外套与连接套为一体结构,连接套底面与固定盘对接。内柱上部中央设置有螺纹孔,下部沿其外圆周均布有滚珠孔,本实施例中滚珠孔沿120°分布,孔内有滚珠,内柱中央内部设置有通槽,该通槽直径大于内筒传动轴上端直径。滚珠孔距离连接套下面的距离与固定盘上面传动轴的长度相对应;滚珠构成内圈直径小于内筒传动轴顶部外径。两个压簧20分别套装在内柱上部和下部,外套21套装在内柱外部,压盖19通过固定销18与内柱顶部的螺纹孔连接。连接套内部有花键槽,该连接套套装在内筒传动轴上,连接套内壁的花键槽与传动轴上下部的花键轴相匹配,二者也通过销轴等实现连接,保证连接套的周向定位。内柱上部沿其外圆周设置有一环形的定位槽25,该定位槽为字母C形或其他形状。
快速连接机构的连接套外圆周上套装有一个保护盘23,该保护盘底面固接有一挡圈24,该挡圈的直径大于固定爪聚拢状态时构成的内圈直径,小于固定爪外扩状态时构成的内圈直径,固定爪没有安装到位时,挡圈与固定爪顶端接触,无法将波轮安装到位,挡圈起到对波轮的轴向限位的作用。将快递连接机构和保护盘安装在传动轴上后,挡圈直接插入固定爪内圈。
外套内壁直径由上至下一次减小,构成三个缩套部分,其最小径的位置与滚珠所在位置持平。下部的压簧被外套的一级缩套(最小径)压缩,上部的压簧至于二级缩套位置,压盖压住上部压簧并通过固定销与内柱固定连接。一级缩套的上下运动,将滚珠向内挤压,内筒传动轴上部为光轴,其顶端为一梯形台,该梯形台的上边缘为圆倒角结构,该梯形台至于滚珠孔位置,滚珠被挤压后滚珠围城的内圈直径变 小,并被梯形台卡住。该快速连接机构为双向锁定形式。
该快速连接机构的使用方法是:
需要安装内筒时,连接套对正内筒传动轴,将轴插进连接套内,由于此时外套的一级缩套处于正常状态,即对滚珠为压缩状态,其内圈直径小,当内筒传动轴顶端经过滚珠位置时被阻挡,使用者用力向下压,传动轴顶端冲压滚珠,由于滚珠可动、滚珠内圈的直径略小于传动轴顶端、传动轴顶端有圆倒角,在压力作用下,传动轴顶端冲过滚珠所在位置,此时滚珠回位,在没有冲力作用下,滚珠被一级缩套挤压,穿过滚珠孔至内桶传动轴上的定位槽内,滚珠位置不发生变化,实现内筒底座与传动轴的固定连接;
需要拆除内筒时,先向上(外)提拉外套,外套挤压上部压簧向上运动,一级缩套向后,滚珠没有一级缩套的挤压向外流动,其内圈直径变大,内筒传动轴脱离滚珠束缚,内筒被取下。
为避免快速连接机构刮损衣物,在外套外圆周设置圆弧状的连接筋。在外套顶部设置顶盖17,该顶盖通过螺栓与外套连接。
箱体的前面板与箱体侧面板通过连接件铰接,如销轴和销轴套、合页等,箱体门固定安装在前面板上,该前面板一侧与箱体侧面板连接,另一侧可开启。箱体上设置有一开门报警装置,该装置通过电路与洗衣机主电路连接,该报警装置主要作用是对前面板处于开启状态时进行报警。
外筒的端部设置有外筒封盖,该外筒封盖的侧面通过螺栓等连接件与外筒活动连接。该外筒封盖一侧与外筒连接,另一侧为过赢卡接,通过水平翻转外筒封盖,将内筒暴露并将内筒取下。
在洗衣机上加装一个排水开关,该排水开关与排水阀电机连接。一方面,该排水开关为自动开关,其通过电路与排水阀电机连接,按键设置在功能按键区;另一方面,该排水开关为手动开关,其通过拉绳与排水阀连接,通过拉拽实现阀门开合。在对内外筒进行清洗后,需要将污水排放出去,该排水功能键只有在清洗内外筒时才能使用,其余排水阀之间为单独控制关系。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种易清洗的滚筒洗衣机,包括箱体、箱体门和洗衣筒,洗衣筒包括内筒和外筒;传动装置安装在外筒底上,传动装置与洗衣筒的驱动机构连接;内筒包括筒体和内筒底座,传动装置中的传动轴穿过外筒,至于内筒内底部,其特征在于,所述的传动装置还包括内筒卡接机构和快速连接机构,其中:
    所述的内筒卡接机构包括定位盘组合和卡爪组合:定位盘组合包括固定盘、周向定位盘和轴向定位盘,该定位盘组合套装在内筒传动轴上;卡爪组合包括爪盘和固定爪,爪盘设置在内筒底座中心孔内,爪盘底面设置有周向定位槽,固定爪均布在爪盘外圆周上,固定爪下部与轴向定位盘底面触接;固定爪上设置有定位件;
    所述的快速连接机构包括外套、内柱、压簧、滚珠和连接套,外套与连接套为一体结构,连接套底面与固定盘对接;内柱下部沿其外圆周均布有滚珠孔,孔内有滚珠,压簧套装在内柱上,外套套装在内柱外部,压盖通过连接件与内柱固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的固定盘、周向定位盘和轴向定位盘固接为一体,构成阶梯形状的法兰盘,套装在内筒传动轴上;固定盘为一圆台,其上边缘为圆倒角,固定盘高度大于周向定位盘的厚度;周向定位盘为多边形的几何形状。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的易清洗的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,内筒传动轴的上端为一梯形台,该梯形台的上边缘为圆倒角结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,固定爪为L形结构,其竖直段与水平段夹角≤90°。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,固定爪上部的两侧面分别设置有内槽和外槽,内槽和外槽的槽壁均为向下的倾斜面;定位件装在槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,快速连接机构中,外套内壁直径由上至下依次减小,其最小径的位置与滚珠所在位置持平。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的易清洗的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的内柱底部设置有与连接套连通的通槽,该通槽直径大于内筒传动轴上端直径;滚珠孔距离连接套下面的距离与固定盘上面的传动轴的长度相对应;滚珠构成内圈直径小于内筒传动轴顶部外径;内桶传动轴上部沿其圆周设置有一环形定位槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,洗衣机上设置有排水开关,该排水开关与排水阀电机连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,箱体的前面板与箱体侧面板通过连接件铰接,箱体门固定安装在前面板上;箱体上设置有一开门报警装置,该装置通过电路与洗衣机主电路连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,外筒的端部设置有外筒封盖,该外筒封盖的侧面通过连接件与外筒活动连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洗的波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,快速连接机构的连接套外圆周上套装有一保护盘,保护盘底面设置有一挡圈。
