Description

振动扬声器 技术领域
本发明涉及电声产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种振动扬声器。
背景技术
振动扬声器是一种多功能声学器件,其除了实现普通扬声器的振动发声功能外,还具有振动马达的功能。振动扬声器可以节省便携式电子终端的内部空间,简化便携式电子终端的组装工艺,降低便携式电子终端的成本,所以振动扬声器在便携式电子终端领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。
现有技术中振动扬声器的结构主要包括外壳,与所述外壳配合的后盖,后盖与外壳形成一个空腔,空腔内收容固定有振动系统和磁路系统。随着便携式电子终端设备薄型化设计的提高,振动扬声器的薄型化设计也越来越好,同时,为了满足人们对性能的要求,振动扬声器发声、振动的性能要求也越来越高,薄型化设计的外壳降低了外壳与后盖配合的强度,在振动扬声器振动时,很容易出现后盖受到冲击而变形,后盖与外壳脱落的现象,降低了振动扬声器的可靠性。因此,如何提高后盖与外壳配合的牢固程度、提高产品整体强度成为业界关注的重点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种整体强度高,可靠性好,产品耐冲击能力强的振动扬声器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种振动扬声器,包括外壳、与外壳配合的后盖以及收容于所述外壳内的振动系统和磁路系统,并且:所述外壳及所述后盖均为方形 结构,所述方形结构外壳的四个角部设置有凹陷,所述后盖对应所述外壳角部凹陷设置有台阶,所述后盖与所述外壳镶嵌配合固定。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述外壳凹陷位置设置有定位结构,所述后盖对应所述定位结构设置有定位孔。
作为进一步优选的技术方案,所述外壳四个角部的凹陷内均设置有所述定位结构,所述外壳的每个角部的凹陷内设置有两个定位结构,所述外壳设置有8个所述定位结构;所述后盖对应设置有8个定位孔。
作为进一步优选的技术方案,所述定位结构为热熔柱。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述方形结构的外壳还设置有横向延伸的定位凸台。
作为进一步优选的技术方案,所述定位凸台为两个,所述两个定位凸台分别设置于所述方形外壳的轴边的两端。
作为另一种进一步优选的技术方案,所述定位凸台为两个,所述两个定位凸台分别设置于所述方形外壳的轴边的中间位置。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述振动扬声器还包括电连接件,所述电连接件设置于所述定位凸台上。

本发明的振动扬声器,方形结构的外壳四个角部设置有凹陷,后盖对应该凹陷设置有台阶,也即方形后盖的轴边端部设置有台阶结构,后盖的台阶结构与外壳的凹陷对应,后盖与外壳镶嵌配合。该结构的振动扬声器,可以有效提高后盖与外壳配合的牢固程度,增加了本发明振动扬声器产品的整体强度。
作为优选方案,外壳凹陷内设置有定位结构,后盖对应该定位结构设置有定位孔,定位孔与定位结构配合,进一步提高后盖与外壳固定的牢固程度。作为进一步优选,方形外壳的每个角部的凹陷内设置有2个定位结构,方形外壳的四个轴边的两端在角部凹陷内均设置有 定位结构,也即方形外壳设置有8个定位结构,后盖对应设置8个定位孔,进一步提高配合的牢固性。该外壳的定位结构可以为热熔柱,8个热熔柱热熔后与后盖紧密结合,增加了热熔强度,提高了后盖与外壳结合牢固性,并且,有效地分散了后盖受到的外界压力,防止后盖变形,提高产品的受冲击能力。
为了将本发明振动扬声器与便携式电子设备牢固配合,外壳上横向设置有定位凸台。定位凸台可以根据实际情况设置于方形外壳轴边的两端或中间。为了简化设计难度,提高振动扬声器内部空间利用率,本发明振动扬声器的电连接件设置于定位凸台上,该电连接件可以为弹簧,也可以为弹片,还可以为其他结构。
综上,本发明振动扬声器具有整体强度高,可靠性好,产品耐冲击能力强的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明本发明内容:
如图1、图2及图3所示,本发明振动扬声器,包括外壳1,与外壳1一端固定配合的后盖2以及与外壳1另一端固定的前盖11,外壳1、后盖2以及前盖11配合形成收容固定振动系统和磁路系统的空腔。如图2、图3所示,振动系统包括振膜32,与振膜固定的补强部 31和音圈33,音圈33和补强部31通过振膜32与外壳1固定;磁路系统包括一次固定结合的华司51、磁铁52及盆架53,磁铁52、华司51固定于盆架53内部并与盆架53的侧壁之间形成磁间隙,振动系统的音圈33悬设于所述磁间隙内。如图2及图3所示,本发明振动扬声器还包括支片41和质量块42,如图3所示,质量块42为环形结构,质量块42环设于盆架53外侧与盆架53固定设置;支片41包括设置于内部的第二固定部以及与外壳固定的第一固定部,支片41的第二固定部与盆架53固定,盆架53通过支片41悬设于外壳1内部。本发明振动扬声器工作时,音圈33内输入驱动电流,音圈33设置于磁间隙内,设置于磁场内的音圈33内的电流变化使音圈受到洛仑兹力,同时,悬设于外壳1内的磁路系统受到反作用力。当音圈33内输入低频信号时,磁路系统受到的反作用力与质量块产生共振,振动扬声器的震感明显,振动扬声器可起到振动功能;当音圈33内输入的较高频率的信号时,音圈33振动明显,带动振膜32振动发声,振动扬声器起到发声的作用。本发明振动扬声器,在扬声器的基础上添加了振动功能,节省便携式电子终端的内部空间和组装工艺。
如图1、图4及图6所示,本发明振动扬声器,外壳1为方形结构,后盖2对应为方形,外壳1的四个角部设置有凹陷1a,后盖2对应凹陷1a设置有台阶2a,也即方形的后盖2的四条轴边的两端均设置有台阶2a,后盖2与外壳1通过凹陷1a与台阶2a镶嵌固定。本结构的振动扬声器,可以有效提高后盖2与外壳1固定的牢固程度,增加本发明振动扬声器的整体强度。
作为一种优选的方案,如图4及图6所示,外壳1角部的凹陷1a内设置有定位结构1b,如图5及图6所示,外壳2对应定位结构1b设置有定位孔2b,本实施例的振动扬声器,凹陷1a内设置有两个定位结构1b,定位结构1b分别设置于方形外壳1的四条轴边的两端,后盖2上的定位孔2b对应定位结构1b设置,本实施例的定位结构1b 为热熔柱,热熔柱1b与定位孔2b配合后热熔,进一步提高后盖2与外壳1结合的牢固程度。并且,8个热熔柱1b热熔后与后盖紧密结合,还有效分散了后盖2受到的压力,防止后盖2变形,提高产品的抗冲击能力。
如图4所示,为了提高振动扬声器装配时与外部便携式电子设备的有效配合,本发明的振动扬声器还设置有定位凸台1c,定位凸台1c为外壳1上的横向延伸,本实施例的定位凸台1c为两个,设置于外壳1长轴边的两端,在实际应用中,定位凸台可以设置于短轴边的两端,也可以设置于轴边的中间位置,均可实现本发明振动扬声器优点。
本发明振动扬声器还包括电连接件,电连接件将音圈与外部驱动电路电连接,为了提高振动扬声器内部空间利用率,电连接件可以设置于定位凸台上,不占用振动扬声器内部空间,有利于振动扬声器性能的提升。在实际应用中,电连接件可以为弹簧,也可以为弹片。
本发明的振动扬声器,方形结构的外壳四个角部设置有凹陷,后盖对应该凹陷设置有台阶,也即方形后盖的轴边端部设置有台阶结构,后盖的台阶结构与外壳的凹陷对应,后盖与外壳镶嵌配合。该结构的振动扬声器,可以有效提高后盖与外壳配合的牢固程度,增加了本发明振动扬声器产品的整体强度。
本发明振动扬声器具有整体强度高,可靠性好,产品耐冲击能力强的优点。

  1. 一种振动扬声器,包括外壳、与外壳配合的后盖以及收容于所述外壳内的振动系统和磁路系统,其特征在于:所述外壳及所述后盖均为方形结构,所述方形结构外壳的四个角部设置有凹陷,所述后盖对应所述外壳角部凹陷设置有台阶,所述后盖与所述外壳镶嵌配合固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的振动扬声器,其特征在于:所述外壳凹陷位置设置有定位结构,所述后盖对应所述定位结构设置有定位孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的振动扬声器,其特征在于:所述外壳四个角部的凹陷内均设置有所述定位结构,所述外壳的每个角部的凹陷内设置有两个定位结构,所述外壳设置有8个所述定位结构;所述后盖对应设置有8个定位孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的振动扬声器,其特征在于:所述定位结构为热熔柱。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的振动扬声器,其特征在于:所述方形结构的外壳还设置有横向延伸的定位凸台。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的振动扬声器,其特征在于:所述定位凸台为两个,所述两个定位凸台分别设置于所述方形外壳的轴边的两端。
