Description

处理通信事件的方法和终端 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通讯技术,尤其涉及一种处理通信事件的方法和终端。
背景技术
手机、可穿戴设备等终端已成为人们日常生活和工作中必不可少的通讯工具。但是,在呼叫方拨打电话的过程中,当被呼叫方在进行会议、驾驶机动车等,不方便接听电话时,或者也有可能因为静音等原因没及时接听到来电的时候,呼叫方会听到电话里传来提示音“您拨打的电话暂时无人接听”,但呼叫方并不清楚被呼叫方的具体情况,可能会反复重拨,从而会给通话双方带来不便。
现有技术中用户会在手机上设置不同的情景模式,如会议、驾驶等,并根据不同的情景模式预存处理来电的策略。例如当用户将情景模式切换至驾驶模式时,对来电选择拒绝接听等,并向来电号码自动回复短消息,以使呼叫方得知用户没有接听来电的原因,避免了呼叫方反复拨打电话的困扰。
然而现有技术中,根据情景模式对不同的情景下的来电进行处理的方式,需要用户手动设置情景模式,而当情景改变后,用户需要手动切换回当前的情景模式,并主动查看上一个情景模式下的自己未处理的来电。而由于用户因为疏忽而忘记切换情景模式或忘记处理上一个情景模式下的来电的情况经常发生,也即,现有技术过于依赖用户自己的操作,灵活性较低。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种处理通信事件的方法和终端,以克服现有技术中对通信事件的处理依赖用户自己操作,灵活性较低的问题。
本发明第一方面提供一种处理通信事件的方法,包括:
终端根据所述终端和/或与所述终端连接的至少一个设备获取到的信息 确定通信事件发生时用户的状态为第一活动状态;
所述终端根据所述第一活动状态确定第一处理策略,所述第一处理策略包含对所述第一活动状态信息的处理;
所述终端根据所述第一处理策略处理所述通信事件;

本发明中,首先终端根据终端和/或与终端连接的至少一个设备获取到的信息确定通信事件发生时用户的状态为第一活动状态,然后终端根据第一活动状态确定第一处理策略,第一处理策略包含对第一活动状态信息的处理,并根据第一处理策略处理通信事件;最后,当终端根据终端和/或与终端连接的至少一个设备获取到的信息确定用户的状态变更为第二活动状态时,终端根据第二活动状态向用户,和/或,通信事件对应的对端进行提醒。其中,终端根据接收通信事件的第一活动状态确定对通信事件进行处理的第一处理策略,当用户活动状态更新为第二活动状态后,终端根据第二活动状态向用户和/或通信事件对应的对端提醒通信事件,有效提高了终端处理通信事件的灵活性。

例如:当终端检测到接收到对方的来电后,此时终端检测用户的第一活动状态,若用户的第一活动状态为开会,则根据开会这个第一活动状态确定该如何对来电进行处理,比如挂断电话,并向来电的对端发送“我暂时无法接听你的电话”的通知消息;另外,终端也可以先检测用户的第一活动状态,假设第一活动状态为“开会”,则终端会根据“开会”这个第一活动状态确定对后续的来电如何进行处理的第一处理策略,比如,挂断来电,并向来电的对端发送“我暂时无法接听你的电话”的通知消息,并将“此第一处理策略:挂断来电,并向来电的对端发送“我暂时无法接听你的电话”的通知消息”保存至通信 事件处理表中,当终端在“开会”的第一活动下如果接收到来电,则可直接根据通信事件处理表中保存的第一处理策略对接收到的来电进行处理,也即,直接挂断电话,并向来电的对端发送“我暂时无法接听你的电话”的通知消息。
而终端在接收到对端发送的通信事件后开始检测用户的第一活动状态的时候,优选的,可以在终端内预设第一预设时间,当终端接收到通信事件后,若在第一预设时间内,终端判断用户自己处理了通信事件,则终端无需获取用户此时的第一活动状态,若在第一预设时间内,用户自己没有处理通信事件,则表明用户此时由于某种原因无法自己处理通信事件,则终端获取用户此时的第一活动状态,以使终端根据第一活动状态确定对通信事件进行处理的第一处理策略。
其中,通信事件可以为:来电、短消息、即时消息等。
终端根据终端和/或与终端连接的一个或多个设备获取到的信息确定通信事件发生时用户的状态为第一活动状态,具体为:
通过终端首先获得环境现场信息和/或用户的活动信息,也即通过终端和/或与终端连接的其它终端中的传感器获取终端的加速度、终端的角加速度、终端的姿态信息、温度信息、光线强度、用户的生理体征中的任一种或多种。具体的,可以通过重力传感器获取终端的加速度,重力传感器可用于检测在x,y,z三轴的加速度数据。可以通过陀螺仪传感器获取终端的角加速度,陀螺仪传感器可以用于检测在x,y、z三轴的角速度数据。可以通过角度传感器获取终端的姿态信息,终端的姿态信息例如终端是平放在桌子上、竖立静止、侧放静止等。可以通过温度传感器获取到终端周边环境的温度。可以通过光传感器获取终端周边环境的光的强度。可以通过于机内置麦克风或外接话筒获取终端外界的声音。可以通过全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,简称为:GPS)接收机模块获取终端的位置信息或者通过无线保真(wireless fidelity,简称为:WiFi)网络获取终端的位置信息。可以通过终端连接通用分组无线服务(General Packet Radio Service,简称为:GPRS)获取时间信息。通过心率传感器获取用户的心率信息。
然后,终端根据获取的环境现场信息和/或用户的活动信息确定用户的活动状态。例如:当前位置为工作场所、当前环境安静或终端处于静止状态,对应的活动状态为用户在开会;终端位置变化或终端处于高速运动状态,对 应的活动状态为用户在开车等。
步骤102:终端根据第一活动状态确定第一处理策略,第一处理策略包含对第一活动状态信息的处理。
具体的,当终端根据终端和/或与终端连接的一个或多个设备获取到的信息确定通信事件发生时用户的状态为第一活动状态后,终端根据第一活动状态确定第一处理策略可以包括:
首先终端确定处理条件,然后终端根据处理条件确定第一处理策略,其中,处理条件包括以下条件中的至少一项:第一活动状态的第一隐私级别、发起通信事件的对端的优先级。
在一种可实施方式中,终端会首先确定第一活动状态的第一隐私级别,然后根据第一隐私级别确定对通信事件进行处理的第一处理策略。其中,第一隐私级别可以使用数字表示,可以为每一个第一活动状态分配第一隐私级别,比如开会对应的隐私级别为1、睡觉对应的隐私级别为2等;也可以用高、中、低表示第一隐私级别,比如,将类似类型的第一活动状态用同一第一隐私级别表示,比如,跑步、打球等运动类的第一活动状态的第一隐私级别为低等。其中,第一隐私级别还可以根据用户的第一活动状态的隐私程度进行区别,比如用户的第一活动状态属于生活类的私人活动的第一隐私级别高于属于工作类的工作活动的第一隐私级别,且不同的用户可以对相同的第一活动状态定义不同的隐私级别。为了使得本发明实施例中的描述更为清楚,本发明实施例中按照第一隐私级别为高、中、低的形式进行描述。但在实际应用中,按照其他的第一隐私级别的定义进行处理同样适用。
在实际应用中,可提前将第一活动状态对应的第一隐私级别进行预存。
例如:终端获取的第一活动状态为开会,并确定开会对应的第一隐私级别为高,则终端会直接拦截通信事件,不反馈给发起通信事件的对端任何信息;若终端获取的第一活动状态为跑步,并确定跑步对应的第一隐私级别为中,则终端会拦截通信事件,并向发起通信事件的对端发送“我正在跑步,暂时无法接听您的电话”的通知消息。
可选的,终端可以将确定的第一处理策略保存至表1所示的通信事件处理表中,注:表1仅仅示出了部分活动状态的对应关系,在实际应用中并不局限于此,可根据用户的需求进行扩展:

在上述方法中,要么会拦截所有的通信事件,要么会向所有的通信事件的对端发送通知消息,此通知消息中携带与用户的第一活动状态相关的隐私信息,如果用户不想拦截所有的来电或者对所有的来电进行相同的处理策略,也即,如果用户想保护自己与第一活动状态对应的隐私信息(与第一活动状态相关的信息),也即,用户想要进一步的细化到在什么情况下向用户发送“我无法接听你的电话”的信息,在什么情况下向用户发送“我正在开会,暂时无法接听您的电话”的信息,即不希望向任何的通信事件的对端都发送与自己第一活动状态对应的隐私信息,优选的,终端可以根据保存的通讯录中的联系人类型或终端上的历史联系记录确定发起通信事件的对端与持有终端的用户的关系,并根据两者的关系确定发起通信事件的对端的优先级,然后根据不同的优先级对通信事件执行不同的第一处理策略,优选的,优先级越高的对端与用户的关系越亲密,比如家人的优先级高于同事的优先级。
具体的,终端会判断发起通信事件的对端的优先级,然后根据发起通信事件的对端的优先级确定对通信事件进行处理的第一处理策略。
例如:若终端获取的第一活动状态为跑步,接收到的通信事件为即时消息,若终端判断此时发起即时消息的对端的优先级为高,则向发起即时消息的对端发送“我正在跑步,暂时无法回复您的消息”的通知消息;若终端判断此时发起即时消息的对端的优先级为中,则向发起即时消息的对端发送“暂时无法回复您的消息”的通知消息;若终端判断此时发起即时消息的对端的优先级为低,则终端不向发起即时消息的对端回复消息,并将即时通讯软件的状态更改为离线。
进一步的,终端还可以同时根据第一活动状态的第一隐私级别和发起通信事件对应的对端的优先级,确定对不同的优先级的对端发起的通信事件进行处理的不同的第一处理策略。
例如:若终端获取的第一活动状态为跑步,且通信事件为来电,并确定跑步对应的第一隐私级别为中,若来电对应的对端的优先级为高,则终端确定的第一处理策略为:拦截通信事件,并向通信事件对应的对端发送“我正在跑步,暂时无法接听您的电话”的通知消息;若发起通信事件对应的对端的优先级为中,则终端确定的第一处理策略为:拦截通信事件,并向通信事件对应的对端发送“我暂时无法接听您的电话”的通知消息;若发起通信事件对应的对端的优先级为低,则终端确定的第一处理策略为:拦截通信事件,不向通信事件对应的对端发送任何的通知消息。
可选的,终端可以将确定的处理策略保存至如表2所示的通信事件处理表中,当接收到通信事件后,可以直接根据表2对通信事件进行处理,注:表2中仅仅提供的为第一活动状态对应的第一隐私级别为高时,对不同优先级的通信事件的处理策略:

步骤103:终端根据第一处理策略处理通信事件。
具体的,若终端接收到通信事件后,终端会根据步骤102中确定的通信事件处理表对通信事件进行处理。
在具体的一种实施过程中,当第一活动状态为开会,且接收到的通信事件为短消息时,并且发起通信事件对应的对端的优先级为高,此时终端就会向通信事件对应的对端发送“我正在开会,暂时无法处理短消息”,也即,将检测到的活动状态和通信事件替换表2所示的通信事件处理表中的相关内容。
步骤104:当终端根据终端和/或与终端连接的至少一个设备获取到的信息确定用户的状态变更为第二活动状态时,终端根据第二活动状态向用户,和/或,通信事件对应的对端进行提醒。
具体的,当终端在第一活动状态下帮助用户处理了通信事件后,终端根 据终端和/或与终端连接的一个或多个设备获取到的信息确定用户的状态为第二活动状态后,终端根据第二活动状态向用户和/或通信事件对应的对端进行提醒。
按照预设的方式,终端和/或与终端连接的一个或多个设备定时或者实时的检测拥有终端的用户的第二活动状态,第二活动状态可以为:用户在睡觉、用户在开会、用户在驾车等,本发明不对第二活动状态的类型加以限制,值得注意的是,本发明中的第二活动状态与第一活动状态不同。
其中,当终端根据终端和/或与终端连接的一个或多个设备获取到的信息确定用户的状态为第二活动状态后,终端根据第二活动状态向用户和/或通信事件对应的对端进行提醒,具体为:
首先终端确定提醒条件,然后根据提醒条件确定向用户进行提醒的第一提醒策略和向第一活动状态下接收到的通信事件的对端进行提醒的第二提醒策略,最后根据第一提醒策略向用户进行提醒,和/或,根据第二提醒策略向通信事件对应的对端进行提醒。
其中,提醒条件可以为以下条件中的至少一项:对端的优先级信息、通信事件的紧急级别信息、第二活动状态的隐私级别信息。
值得注意的是,第一提醒策略包括:终端以震动的方式提醒用户处理通信事件;或者,终端以响铃的方式提醒用户处理通信事件;或者,终端以发光二极管LED灯闪烁的方式提醒用户处理通信事件;或者,终端以语音播报的方式提醒用户处理通信事件;或者,终端不对用户进行提醒。
第二提醒策略包括:向通信事件对应的对端发送提醒消息且提醒消息中包含与第二活动状态相关的信息、向通信事件对应的对端发送提醒消息且提醒消息中不包含与第二活动状态相关的信息、不向通信事件对应的对端发送提醒消息。
本发明中的通信事件可以为:来电、短消息或即时消息。
而当第一活动状态下接收到的通信事件为即时消息时,第二提醒策略还包括:更改即时通讯软件的在线状态。
具体处理方式为:

例如,当终端检测到用户的第一活动状态由睡觉变为第二活动状态清醒,终端确定第二活动状态对应的第二隐私级别为低,则终端可以根据提醒策略向用户提醒第一活动状态下终端处理的通信事件。具体可以为:通过终端震动的方式进行提醒、通过终端响铃的方式进行提醒、通过终端上的发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,简称为:LED)灯闪烁的方式进行提醒、通过终端语音播报的方式进行提醒。可选的,当终端检测到用户的第一活动状态由睡觉变为第二活动状态清醒,终端确定第二活动状态对应的第二隐私级别为低,终端向第一活动状态下终端处理的通信事件对应的对端发送提醒消息,提醒消息用于通知发起通信事件的联系人用户的活动状态变化为第二活动状态,用户可以处理通信事件。例如:可以向发起通信事件对应的对端发送消息“我现在可以接听您的电话”等。
当用户不需要终端提醒所有第一活动状态下终端处理的通信事件时,比如,陌生的对端的通信事件就无需提醒,也即,可以不对第一活动状态下终端处理的通行事件对应的对端的优先级为低的对端进行提醒,此时终端需要根据终端保存的通讯录中联系人的类型或终端上的历史联系记录确定发起通信事件的对端的优先级,优选的,优先级越高的对端与用户的关系越亲密,然后根据不同的优先级对第一活动状态下终端处理的通信事件进行有选择性的提醒。
当终端检测到用户的活动状态由第一活动状态更新为第二活动状态后,会判断第一活动状态下终端处理的通信事件对应的对端的优先级,然后根据 第一活动状态下终端处理的通信事件对应的对端的优先级和第二隐私级别确定对第一活动状态下终端处理的通信事件进行提醒的提醒策略。
例如:当终端检测到用户的活动状态由第一活动状态更新为第二活动状态后,只对通信事件对应的对端的优先级为高的对端发送提醒信息,或只向用户提醒发起通信事件对应的对端的优先级为高的通信事件。
终端还可以根据第一活动状态下接收到的通信事件的紧急级别和第二活动状态对应的第二隐私级别确定终端在第一活动状态下处理的通信事件的提醒策略,其中,通信事件的紧急级别根据通信事件的类型确定,比如来电的紧急级别高于短消息的紧急级别,短消息的紧急程度高于即使消息的紧急级别;或者根据第一活动状态下对端发起的通信事件的次数确定,比如次数多的通信事件的紧急级别高于次数少的通信事件的紧急级别。
优选的,终端首先根据通信事件的类型向用户或对端提醒通信事件的类型的紧急级别为高的通信事件,如果此种类型的通信事件有多个,可优先向用户或对端提醒发起次数多的通信事件,待此种类型的通信事件提醒完后,再向用户或对端提醒通信事件的类型的紧急级别为中的通信事件,如果此种类型的通信事件有多个,可优先向用户或对端提醒发起次数多的通信事件,待此种类型的通信事件提醒完后,再向用户或对端提醒通信事件的类型的紧急级别为低的通信事件,如果此种类型的通信事件有多个,可优先向用户或对端提醒发起次数多的通信事件。其提醒策略与根据第二活动状态对应的第二隐私级别确定的提醒策略相同,只是优先提醒紧急级别高的通信事件。
较佳的,在实际应用中,根据通信事件的类型确定通信事件的紧急级别可以按照用户的需求进行设定,比如:通信事件为来电的紧急级别高于通信事件为短消息的紧急级别,通信事件为短消息的紧急级别高于通信事件为即使消息是紧急级别。
在实际应用中,按照第一活动状态下对端发起的通信事件的次数确定紧急级别的具体过程可以为:设定第一预设阈值,当通信事件的次数大于等于第一预设阈值时,则认为此通信事件的紧急级别高;当大于第二预设阈值小于第一预设阈值时,则认为比通信事件的紧急级别为中;当小于等于第二预设阈值时,则认为此通信事件的紧急级别为低。
该紧急级别的判断可以为映射表的形式,此处举一个简单的例子:假设 第一预设阈值为4、第二预设预设阈值为2,当通信事件的次数大于等于4时,则认为此通信事件的紧急级别高;当大于2小于4时,则认为比通信事件的紧急级别为中;当小于等于2时,则认为此通信事件的紧急级别为低,具体可以参见表3所示:

值得注意的是,上述判断紧急级别的方法只是一种举例,但在实际应用中可根据用户不同的需求进行设定,本发明不对通信事件的紧急级别的判定过程以及第一预设阈值和第二预设阈值范围加以限制。
终端还可以根据第一活动状态下接收到的通信事件的紧急级别、第二活动状态对应的第二隐私级别和第一活动状态下接收到的通信事件对应的对端的优先级,确定对终端在第一活动状态下处理的通信事件的提醒策略,其中,通信事件的紧急级别根据通信事件的类型确定,比如来电的紧急级别高于短消息的紧急级别,或者根据第一活动状态下对端发起的通信事件的次数确定,比如次数多的通信事件的紧急级别高与次数少的通信事件的紧急级别。优选的,终端优先向用户或对端提醒紧急级别高的通信事件。其处理策略与根据第二活动状态对应的第二隐私级别和第一活动状态下接收到的通信事件对应的对端的优先级确定的提醒策略相同,只是优先提醒紧急级别高的通信事件。
较佳的,在向用户提醒紧急级别高的通信事件时,可以使用更高的音量、或更强的震动等较强烈的方。
终端还可以直接根据第一活动状态下接收到的通信事件的紧急级别确定对终端在第一活动状态下处理的通信事件的提醒策略。
例如:当终端检测到用户的活动状态由第一活动状态更新为第二活动状态后,只对第一活动状态下处理的通信事件的紧急级别为高的对端发送提醒信息,或只向用户提醒第一活动状态下处理的通信事件的紧急级别为高的通信事件。
终端还可以直接根据第一活动状态下接收到的通信事件的对端的优先 级,确定对终端在第一活动状态下处理的通信事件的提醒策略。
例如:当终端检测到用户的活动状态由第一活动状态更新为第二活动状态后,只对第一活动状态下接收到的通信事件的对端的优先级为高的对端发送提醒信息,或只向用户提醒第一活动状态下接收到的通信事件的对端的优先级为高的通信事件。
终端还可以根据第一活动状态下接收到的通信事件的对端的优先级以及第一活动状态下接收到的通信事件的紧急级别确定对终端在第一活动状态下处理的通信事件的提醒策略。

本发明实施例二提供处理通信事件的方法,本实施例中的第一活动状态为运动状态,本实施例中的终端为智能手表和手机,本实施例中的通信事件为短消息,本实施例的方法包括:
用户佩戴智能手表,手表有wifi模块和加速度传感器。手机配置有加速度传感器。智能手表和手机结合手表和手机上的传感器信息,实时或定期获取用户的活动状态。
当手机接收短消息时,手机上的加速度传感器检测到手机处于静止状态,手机中的GPS定位手机在家中;手表的wifi模块定位到用户在健身房内,手表上的加速度传感器检测到用户在跑步,手机将检测到的信息发送至智能手表,智能手表识别出用户正在运动健身,且未携带手机并且该活动状态的隐私程度为高。
手机读取用户的手机通讯录,根据手机通讯录中联系人的类型判断发送短消息的对端的优先级,并发送给智能手表,本实施例中按照发送短消息的对端与用户的关系制定优先级,如家人、朋友、同事的优先级依次降低。
然后智能手表根据用户当前的活动状态(运动状态)和发送短消息的对端的优先级,对接收的短消息进行处理,如果手机接收到的是家人的短消息,则及时推送至智能手表;如果是朋友,则手机自动回复消息,告知用户当前的活动状态信息:“我正在健身,暂时无法回复你的消息”;如果是同事,手机自动回复消息,但不告知用户当前的活动状态信息:“我暂时无法回复你的消息”;对于陌生号码,不回复消息。
手机上的加速度传感器检测到手机处于静止状态,手机中的GPS定位手机在家中,蓝牙检测到手机和智能手表的距离小于10米;智能手表上的加速度传感器检测到用户在走路,识别出用户由第一活动状态“运动健身,且未携 带手机”进入第二活动状态“完成运动,回家”。
智能手表根据第一活动状态下用户未处理的短消息的对端的优先级、用户的第二活动状态、用户的第二活动状态的隐私程度,确定短消息的提醒策略,并执行提醒策略。
例如,如果用户没有使用手机,智能手表以震动的方式提醒用户有未查看的短消息。
其中,在智能手表根据第一活动状态下用户未处理的短消息的对端的优先级、用户的第二活动状态、用户的第二活动状态的隐私程度,确定短消息的提醒策略,之前,终端还可以判断用户是否对第一活动状态下终端处理的短消息已经进行了处理,如果用户已经进行了处理,则智能手表无需在确定提醒策略,如果用户没有处理,则智能手表会根据第一活动状态下用户未处理的短消息的对端的优先级、用户的第二活动状态、用户的第二活动状态的隐私程度,确定短消息的提醒策略。
本实施例提供的处理通信事件的方法,包括通过智能手表和手机获取用户的第一活动状态和第二活动状态,当处于第一活动状态时,根据第一活动状态的隐私程度和第一活动状态下的发送短信息的对端的优先级确定第一处理策略,即是否向发送短信息的对端发送与用户活动信息相关的信息,而当用户活动状态变化为第二活动状态时,根据第二活动状态的隐私程度和第一活动状态下发送短信息的对端的优先级确定提醒第一活动状态下用户未处理的短信息的提醒策略并按照提醒策略进行提醒,从而有效提高了终端处理通信事件的灵活性。
本发明实施例三提供处理通信事件的方法,本实施例中的第一活动状态为运动状态,本实施例中的终端为智能手表和手机,本实施例中的通信事件为即时消息,本实施例的方法包括:

手机上的加速度传感器检测到手机处于静止状态,手机中的GPS定位手机在家中,蓝牙检测到手机和智能手表的距离小于10米;智能手表上的加速度传感器检测到用户在走路,识别出用户由第一活动状态“运动健身,且未携带手机”进入第二活动状态“完成运动,回家”。
智能手表根据第一活动状态下用户未处理的即时消息的对端的优先级、用户的第二活动状态、用户的第二活动状态的隐私程度,确定即时消息的提醒策略,并执行提醒策略。
例如,将用户的即时通讯软件的状态更改为在线。
本实施例提供的处理通信事件的方法,包括通过智能手表和手机获取用户的第一活动状态和第二活动状态,当处于第一活动状态时,根据第一活动状态的隐私程度和第一活动状态下发送即时消息的对端的优先级确定第一处理策略,即是否向即时消息的发出方发送与用户活动信息相关的信息,而当用户活动状态变化为第二活动状态时,根据第二活动状态的隐私程度和第一活动状态下的发送即时消息的对端的优先级确定提醒第一活动状态下用户未处理的即时消息的提醒策略并按照提醒策略进行提醒,从而有效提高了终端处理通信事件的灵活性。
本发明实施例四提供处理通信事件的方法,本实施例中的第一活动状态为驾驶状态,本实施例中的终端为智能眼镜和手机,本实施例的方法包 括:
用户佩戴智能眼镜,眼镜有摄像头和视线追踪传感器,手机配置有加速度传感器。智能眼镜和手机结合眼镜和手机上的传感器信息,实时或定期获取用户的活动状态。
当手机接收来电时,手机上的加速度传感器检测到手机处于高速移动状态,智能眼镜通过摄像头抓取图片,并通过视线追踪传感器锁定用户眼球的位置,发现用户的目光停留在马路或者马路前方的汽车上,则智能眼镜识别出用户处于驾车状态,并且驾车状态的隐私程度为中。
智能眼镜读取用户的历史联系记录,判断来电的对端的优先级。本实施例中,根据历史联系记录的次数确定对端的优先级。具体可以参见表4所示:

然后智能眼镜根据用户当前的活动状态(驾车状态)和来电的对端的优先级,拦截所有来电,并根据来电的对端在历史通话记录中出现的次数和处理状态(挂断或接听),选择不同的短信回复模板。如果优先级为高或中,手机自动回复短信,短信包含用户当前的活动状态信息:“我正在开车,暂时无法接听你的电话”;如果优先级为低,不回复短信。
手机上的加速度传感器检测到手机处于静止状态,智能眼镜通过摄像头抓取图片,并通过视线追踪传感器锁定用户眼球的位置,发现用户的目光停留在交通灯上,且交通灯为红灯,识别出用户在等红绿灯,则智能眼镜判断用户由第一活动状态“驾车”进入第二活动状态“等灯”。
或者,手机上的加速度传感器检测到手机在连续时间段内均处于低速移动状态,智能眼镜通过摄像头抓取图片,并通过视线追踪传感器锁定用户眼球的位置,发现用户的目光停留在人行道前方,识别出用户在步行,则智能眼镜判断用户由第一活动状态““驾车”进入第二活动状态“步行”。
如果用户没有对第一活动状态下的未接来电进行处理,则智能眼镜根据 第一活动状态下用户未处理的来电的对端的优先级、用户的第二活动状态、用户的第二活动状态的隐私程度,确定未处理通信事件的提醒策略,并控制手机执行提醒策略。
例如,用户的第二活动状态为等红绿灯时,在智能眼镜上提醒用户优先级为高的对端的未接来电。
或者,用户的第二活动状态为步行,根据第一活动状态下来电的对端的优先级和来电次数对对端进行选择性提醒。假设步行的隐私程度为高,如果对端的优先级为高,则发送短信提醒,短信包含被用户当前的活动状态信息:“我正在走路,可以接听你的电话”;如果对端的优先级为中或低,则不发送短信提醒。
本实施例提供的处理通信事件的方法,包括通过智能眼镜和手机获取用户的第一活动状态和第二活动状态,当处于第一活动状态时,根据第一活动状态的隐私程度和第一活动状态下的发起来电的对端的优先级确定第一处理策略,即是否向来电的对端发送与用户活动信息相关的信息,而当用户活动状态变化为第二活动状态时,根据第二活动状态的隐私程度和第一活动状态下的来电的对端的优先级确定提醒第一活动状态下用户未处理来电的提醒策略并按照提醒策略进行提醒,从而有效提高了终端处理通信事件的灵活性。
本发明实施例五提供处理通信事件的方法,本实施例的第一活动状态为睡眠状态,本实施例中的终端为智能手环和手机,本实施例的方法可以包括:
用户佩戴智能手环,手环中配置有心率传感器和加速度传感器,手机中配置有加速度传感器。
当手机接收到的通信事件为多个来电和多条短消息时;此时手机中的加速度传感器获取手机的状态为静止不动,手机中的GPS定位手机位于家中,并且手环与手机的距离不超过10米,手环的心率传感器检测到用户的心率和心率变异性均出现明显下降,手环的加速度传感器检测到用户没有大幅体动,手环将检测到的信息发送至手机,手机识别出用户处于深睡状态,并确定此活动状态的隐私程度为高。
手机读取用户的手机通讯录,判断通信事件的对端的优先级,本实施例 中按照对端在通讯录中所属的联系人类型确定对端的优先级,如家人、朋友、同事的优先级依次降低。
然后手机根据用户当前的活动状态(深睡状态)和通信事件的对端的优先级,对所有通信事件进行拦截,如果通信事件的对端为家人,手机自动回复短信,短信包含用户当前的活动状态(深睡状态)信息:“我正在睡觉,暂时无法接听你的电话”;如果通信事件的对端为其它类型的联系人,手机自动回复短信,短信不包含用户当前的活动状态(深睡状态)信息:“我暂时不方便接听你的电话”;而对于陌生号码,不回复短信。
手机中的加速度传感器获取手机的状态为静止不动,手机中的GPS定位手机位于家中;手环与手机的距离不超过10米,手环的心率传感器检测到用户的心率和心率变异性均出现明显上升,手环的加速度传感器检测到用户由躺卧变成站立,手环将检测到的信息发送至手机,手机判断用户由第一活动状态“睡眠”进入第二活动状态“清醒”。
可选的,手机根据第一活动状态下用户未处理通信事件中的对端的优先级、用户的第二活动状态、用户的第二活动状态的隐私程度,确定对未处理通信事件的提醒策略,并执行提醒策略。
例如,用户已经对第一活动状态下的短消息进行了处理而没有对第一活动状态的未接来电进行处理,则根据来电的对端的优先级和来电次数对用户进行选择性提醒。用户未处理朋友的未接来电,且未接来电次数大于3,手环通过振动、闪烁LED灯等方式提醒用户查看未接来电。
或者,如果用户没有对未接来电进行处理,则根据来电的对端的优先级和来电次数对对端进行选择性提醒。如果是未处理家人的未接来电,将用户的第二活动状态发送给家人:“我已经睡醒,现在可以接听你的电话”。
可选的,手机根据第一活动状态下用户未处理通信事件中的对端的优先级、用户的第二活动状态、用户的第二活动状态的隐私程度、第一活动状态下接收到的通信事件的紧急级别,确定对未处理通信事件的提醒策略,并执行提醒策略。
例如,如果用户没有对第一活动状态下的来电和短消息进行处理,则根据通信事件的类型和对端发起的通信事件的次数对用户进行选择性提醒。
由于手机接收到的通信事件为来电和短消息,在上述实施例一中的例子 基础上,由于来电的紧急级别高于短消息,则手环优先向用户提醒来电,而此时由于手机接收到的多个不同对端的来电,假设对端1的来电次数为4、对端2的来电次数为2,则手环优先向用户对提醒对端1的来电,然后向用户提醒对端2的来电,此时的提醒策略可以为:手环通过强振动、闪烁LED灯等方式提醒用户查看未接来电。待来电处理完后,手环会向用户提醒在第一活动状态下接收到的短消息,处理的方法与处理来电的方式相同,此处不再赘述。
或者,如果用户没有对第一活动状态下的来电和短消息进行处理,则根据通信事件的类型和对端发起的通信事件的次数对对端进行选择性提醒。由于手机接收到的通信事件为来电和短消息,在上述实施例一中的例子基础上,由于来电的紧急级别高于短消息,则手环优先向来电的对端提醒,而此时由于手机接收到的多个不同对端的来电,假设对端1的来电次数为4、对端2的来电次数为2,则手环优先向对端1发送用户的第二活动状态:“我已经睡醒,现在可以接听你的电话”,然后手环向对端2发送用户的第二活动状态:“我已经睡醒,现在可以接听你的电话”,待来电处理完后,手环会向发送短消息的对端提醒用户的第二活动状态,处理的方法与处理来电的方式相同,此处不再赘述。
本实施例提供的处理通信事件的方法,包括通过智能手环和手机获取用户的第一活动状态和第二活动状态,当处于第一活动状态时,根据第一活动状态的隐私程度和第一活动状态下的发起通信事件的对端的优先级确定第一处理策略,即是否向发起通行事件的对端发送与用户活动信息相关的信息,而当用户活动状态变化为第二活动状态时,根据第二活动状态的隐私程度和第一活动状态下的发起通信事件的对端的优先级确定提醒第一活动状态下用户未处理通信事件的提醒策略并按照提醒策略进行提醒,从而有效提高了终端处理通信事件的灵活性。

图3为本发明又一实施例提供的终端的结构示意图,本发明实施例涉及的终端可以手机、平板电脑、PDA等具有通信功能的设备,以移动终端为手机为例:图3示出的是与本发明实施例提供的终端为手机时的部分结构的框图。参考图3,终端包括:射频(Radio Frequency,简称为:RF)电路301、存储器302、输入单元303、显示单元304、传感器305、音频电路306、无线保真(wireless fidelity,简称为:WiFi)模块307、处理器308、以及电源309等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图3中示出的终端结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
下面结合图3对终端300的各个构成部件进行具体的介绍,本实施例中的终端300以手机为例:
RF电路301可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送。通常,RF电路包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(Low Noise Amplifier,简称为:LNA)、双工器等。此外,RF电路301还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。上述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯系统(Global System of Mobile communication,简称为:GSM)、通用分组无线服务(General Packet Radio Service,简称为:GPRS)、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,简称为:CDMA)、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,简称为:WCDMA)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,简称为:LTE))、电子邮件、短消息服务(Short Messaging Service,简称为:SMS)等。
存储器302可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器308通过运行存储在存储器302的软件程序以及模块,从而执行手机的各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器302可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据手机的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器302可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
输入单元303可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与终端300的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,输入单元303可包括触控面板3031以及其他输入设备3032。触控面板3031,也称为触摸屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板3031上或在触控面板3031附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触控面板3031可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器308,并能接收处理器308发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板3031。除了触控面板3031,输入单元303还可以包括其他输入设备3032。具体地,其他输入设备3032可 以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元304可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及手机的各种菜单。显示单元304可包括显示面板3041,可选的,可以采用液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,简称为:LCD)、有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,简称为:OLED)等形式来配置显示面板3041。进一步的,触控面板3031可覆盖于显示面板3041之上,当触控面板3031检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器308以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器308根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板3041上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图7中,触控面板3031与显示面板3041是作为两个独立的部件来实现手机的输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板3031与显示面板3041集成而实现手机的输入和输出功能。
手机还可包括至少一种传感器305,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器,获取用于处理器308确定用户的活动状态为第一活动状态或者由第一活动状态转变为第二活动状态的信息。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板3041的亮度,光传感器可在手机移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板3041和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于手机还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路306、扬声器3061以及传声器3062可提供用户与手机之间的音频接口。音频电路306可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器3061,由扬声器3061转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器3062将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路306接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器308处理后,经RF电路301以发送给比如另一手机,或者将音频数据输出至存储器302以便进一步处理。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,手机通过WiFi模块307可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互 联网访问。虽然图7示出了WiFi模块307,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于手机的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器308是手机的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器302内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器302内的数据,执行手机的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,处理器308可包括一个或多个处理单元;优选的,处理器308可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器308中。
手机还包括给各个部件供电的电源309(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器308逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
手机还可以包括摄像头310,该摄像头可以为前置摄像头,也可以为后置摄像头。
尽管未示出,手机还可以包括蓝牙模块、GPS模块等,在此不再赘述。
关于本发明实施例中的终端300为上述的手机时,手机具体的执行过程为:

  1. 一种处理通信事件的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端根据所述终端和/或与所述终端连接的至少一个设备获取到的信息确定通信事件发生时用户的状态为第一活动状态;
    所述终端根据所述第一活动状态确定第一处理策略,所述第一处理策略包含对所述第一活动状态信息的处理;
    所述终端根据所述第一处理策略处理所述通信事件;
    当所述终端根据所述终端和/或与所述终端连接的至少一个设备获取到的信息确定所述用户的状态变更为第二活动状态时,所述终端根据所述第二活动状态向所述用户,和/或,所述通信事件对应的对端进行提醒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述终端根据所述第二活动状态向所述用户进行提醒,所述方法包括:
    所述终端根据提醒条件确定第一提醒策略;
    所述终端根据所述第一提醒策略提醒所述用户处理所述通信事件;
    其中所述提醒条件包括以下条件中的至少一项:所述对端的优先级信息、所述通信事件的紧急级别信息、所述第二活动状态的隐私级别信息;

    所述终端以震动的方式提醒所述用户处理所述通信事件;或者,所述终端以响铃的方式提醒所述用户处理通信事件;或者,所述终端以发光二极管LED灯闪烁的方式提醒所述用户处理通信事件;或者,所述终端以语音播报 的方式提醒所述用户处理通信事件;或者,所述终端不对所述用户进行提醒。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二提醒策略包括:
    向所述对端发送提醒消息;或者,不向所述对端发送所述提醒消息;
    其中,所述提醒消息中包括所述第二活动状态信息;或者,所述提醒消息中不包括所述第二活动状态信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端根据所述第一活动状态确定第一处理策略,包括:
    所述终端根据所述第一活动状态的隐私级别信息,和/或,发起所述通信事件的对端的优先级信息确定所述第一处理策略;
    其中,所述对端的优先级根据所述终端中的通讯录联系人类型确定,或者根据所述终端中的历史联系记录确定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一处理策略包括:
    拦截所述通信事件;
    所述拦截所述通信事件之后,还包括:
    向所述对端发送通知消息,所述通知消息中携带所述用户无法处理所述通过信事件的信息;
    其中,所述通知消息中包括所述第一活动状态;或者,所述通知消息中不包含所述第一活动状态。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通信事件包括:来电、短消息、即时消息。
  9. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    第一确定模块,用于根据所述终端和/或与所述终端连接的至少一个设备获取到的信息确定通信事件发生时用户的状态为第一活动状态;
    第二确定模块,用于根据所述第一活动状态确定第一处理策略,所述第一处理策略包含对所述第一活动状态信息的处理;
    处理模块,用于根据所述第一处理策略处理所述通信事件;
    提醒模块,用于当所述第一确定模块根据所述终端和/或与所述终端连接的至少一个设备获取到的信息确定所述用户的状态变更为第二活动状态时,根据所述第二活动状态向所述用户,和/或,所述通信事件对应的对端进行提醒。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端,其特征在于,所述根据所述第二活动状态向所述用户进行提醒,具体包括:
    根据提醒条件确定第一提醒策略;
    根据所述第一提醒策略提醒所述用户处理所述通信事件;
    其中所述提醒条件包括以下条件中的至少一项:所述对端的优先级信息、所述通信事件的紧急级别信息、所述第二活动状态的隐私级别信息;
    其中,所述通信事件的紧急级别信息根据通信事件的类型,和/或,所述对端发起的通信事件的次数确定。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的终端,其特征在于,所述根据所述第二活动状态向所述对端进行提醒,具体包括:
    根据提醒条件确定第二提醒策略;
    根据所述第二提醒策略对所述对端进行提醒;
    其中所述提醒条件包括以下条件中的至少一项:所述对端的优先级信息、所述通信事件的紧急级别信息、所述第二活动状态的隐私级别信息;
    其中,所述通信事件的紧急级别信息根据通信事件的类型,和/或,根据所述对端发起的通信事件的次数确定。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一提醒策略提醒所述用户处理所述通信事件,具体包括:
    以震动的方式提醒所述用户处理所述通信事件;
    或者,
    以响铃的方式提醒所述用户处理通信事件;
    或者,
    以发光二极管LED灯闪烁的方式提醒所述用户处理通信事件;
    或者,
    以语音播报的方式提醒所述用户处理通信事件;
    或者,
    不对所述用户进行提醒。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述根据所述第二提醒策略对所述对端进行提醒,具体包括:
    向所述对端发送提醒消息;
    或者,
    不向所述对端发送所述提醒消息;
    其中,所述提醒消息中包括所述第二活动状态信息;或者,所述提醒消息中不包括所述第二活动状态信息。
  14. 根据权利要求9-13任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第二确定模块,具体用于:
    根据所述第一活动状态的隐私级别信息,和/或,发起所述通信事件的对端的优先级信息确定所述第一处理策略;
    其中,所述对端的优先级根据所述终端中的通讯录联系人类型确定,或者根据所述终端中的历史联系记录确定。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的终端,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一处理策略处理所述通信事件,具体包括:
    拦截所述通信事件;
    所述拦截所述通信事件之后,还包括:
    向所述对端发送通知消息,所述通知消息中携带所述用户无法处理所述通过信事件的信息;
    其中,所述通知消息中包括所述第一活动状态信息;
    或者,
    所述通知消息中不包含所述第一活动状态信息。
  16. 根据权利要求9-15任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述通信事件包括:来电、短消息、即时消息。
  17. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    射频RF电路,用于接收与所述终端连接的至少一个设备获取到的第一信息;
    传感器,用于获取第二信息;
    处理器,用于根据所述第一信息和/或所述第二信息确定通信事件发生时用户的状态为第一活动状态;
    所述处理器用于根据所述第一活动状态确定第一处理策略,所述第一处理策略包含对所述第一活动状态信息的处理;
    所述处理器用于根据所述第一处理策略处理所述通信事件;
    所述RF电路,还用于接收与所述终端连接的至少一个设备获取到的第三信息;
    所述传感器,还用于获取第四信息;
    所述处理器,还用于当根据所述第三信息和/或所述第四信息确定所述用户的状态变更为第二活动状态时,根据所述第二活动状态向所述用户,和/或,所述通信事件对应的对端进行提醒。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的终端,其特征在于,所述根据所述第二活动状态向所述用户进行提醒,具体包括:
    根据提醒条件确定第一提醒策略;
    根据所述第一提醒策略提醒所述用户处理所述通信事件;
    其中所述提醒条件包括以下条件中的至少一项:所述对端的优先级信息、所述通信事件的紧急级别信息、所述第二活动状态的隐私级别信息;
    其中,所述通信事件的紧急级别信息根据通信事件的类型,和/或,所述对端发起的通信事件的次数确定。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的终端,其特征在于,所述根据所述第二活动状态向所述对端进行提醒,具体包括:
    根据提醒条件确定第二提醒策略;
    根据所述第二提醒策略对所述对端进行提醒;
    其中所述提醒条件包括以下条件中的至少一项:所述对端的优先级信息、所述通信事件的紧急级别信息、所述第二活动状态的隐私级别信息;
    其中,所述通信事件的紧急级别信息根据通信事件的类型,和/或,根据所述对端发起的通信事件的次数确定。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的终端,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一提醒策略提醒所述用户处理所述通信事件,具体包括:
    以震动的方式提醒所述用户处理所述通信事件;
    或者,
    以响铃的方式提醒所述用户处理通信事件;
    或者,

    其中,所述提醒消息中包括所述第二活动状态信息;或者,所述提醒消息中不包括所述第二活动状态信息。
  22. 根据权利要求17-21任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一活动状态确定第一处理策略,具体包括:
    根据所述第一活动状态的隐私级别信息,和/或,发起所述通信事件的对端的优先级信息确定所述第一处理策略;
    其中,所述对端的优先级根据所述终端中的通讯录联系人类型确定,或者根据所述终端中的历史联系记录确定。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的终端,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一处理策略处理所述通信事件,具体包括:
    拦截所述通信事件;
    所述拦截所述通信事件之后,还包括:
    向所述对端发送通知消息,所述通知消息中携带所述用户无法处理所述通过信事件的信息;
    其中,所述通知消息中包括所述第一活动状态;或者,所述通知消息中不包含所述第一活动状态。
